Then we lost our slot because of the delay in boarding. Then we had to wait in the destination airport for another 15 mins for a gate to disembark at. Overall, a frustrating journey but what is only a 50 min flight."

Výhody: "You get what you pay for. That is exactly what easyJet is. Do not accept anything more. Some passengers decide that they are allowed 2,3 even 4 pieces of hand luggage! That annoys the crew and they make EVERYONE check the sizes of the luggage. That is just annoying. You know you’re only allowed one piece. Why bring more? To get from a to b this is the best service you’ll ever find. I have used it many time and have had no problems, personally. It’s amazing value for money."

Nevýhody: "It was getting there that was a pain. I am a handicapped passenger, traveling alone, walking on a cane. When you enter Terminal 1, you have to turn left and walk about 150 meters to an "assistance station" to get a wheelchair before you even check in for the flight. So for me it was walk 150 meters to wait for a wheelchair, be wheeled back to the airline's desk to check in, then go back the way you came to pass through security. (By the way, in the UK, you must remove all gels for a separate inspection, meaning toothpaste and shampoo, and they must be 100ml or less, or else you must check the bag.) After that rigmarole, you don't even go to the gate, because the flight doesn't have a gate assignment until about 35 minutes before departure. Then I had to climb stairs to get to the cabin. Shouldn't an airport in a market this large have jet bridges for every flight?"

No information on the delay, we were left standing with no refreshments and tired kids for 2 hours, a good part of which was outside the terminal waiting to walk over to board the plane. Staff didn't bother to say anything, didn't know anything, offered no help, no refreshments or food, and there were only a couple of benches for people to sit on (this was the covered walkway outside the terminal building, offering no shelter from the heat). easyJet showing once again that it actually manages to be worse than Ryanair!"
Nevýhody: "It seems to be a particular quirk of British Airports that gates are not announced until shortly before flight departure. I really dislike this because instead of making one's way direct to the gate and relaxing at the gate, one must wait in a crowded "shopping mall" with no view of the aircraft, and then when the gate is announced, make a mad rush to the gate. The rest of the world can give the gate well ahead of time, why can't Britain do the same?"

Výhody: "9.45pm flight was cancelled, announced 3h later, no food, no accomodation, no transportation was provided. Ground staff was not informed. airport closed at 11pm. Received SMS to find own accommodation that would be reimbursed, once did, received email, that no reimbursement will be offered. I will bring them to court, not to get the reimbursement, but full compensation stipulated by the law, i.e. 250£ + all overnight expenses + trial expenses. I also learned from the ground staff, that this is systematic..."

Nevýhody: "Deceptive and evasive baggage policy. Was prepared to and paid for bags in advance but no warning was given ot option to pay for a small personal item along with my cary on (hand luggage). Checked in and checked one bag at the airport, of course they didnt say anything, then when in line to board all of the sudden I'm a criminal because I have a carry on and a small personal item. They have no xtra baggage fee for a purse sized item, then threatened me "well the flight is full" nothing mire than scam artists."

Nevýhody: "Flight was delayed for 1.5 hours on the runway. We were told we would receive a free beverage and snack however the cart never made it down to the end half of the plane so we couldn't even get a drink of water for almost 4 hours until we landed. The crew did not name any apologies and a woman in the row next to me pressed the assistance button to ask a question and they completely ignored her until we landed."

Upon boarding we were asked to pay £25 each for our hand luggage - even though we fly every month with Ryanair back and forth and have never paid before. Rude staff"
Nevýhody: "Staff could be taught customer service skills. and stop taking more and more money off people but advertise as cheap flights because they arent. We have vowed never to use Ryan air again."

Nevýhody: "Horrible experience. Queued on foot at gate for ages including 15 mins waiting on tarmac outside plane in blazing sun. Luggage took one and a half hours to appear after landing. Ridiculous baggage arrangements which seem to be designed to save Ryanair airport handling charges. You take your bag through security as hand baggage which means no liquids but then it’s put in the hold and you have to wait for it on arriving. As usual with Ryanair, maximum inconvenience to passengers."
Nevýhody: "They delayed the flight from 8:55 to 10:15 but we didn’t board until about 11. They left us outside in the cold and extreme wind instead of having us just stay inside until the plane was ready. When I complained the employee said there was a woman onboard with a wheelchair and they didn’t have a way to get her off. When we finally got on takeoff was delayed another hour. They blamed all of this on air traffic control staffing in France, didn’t take any responsibility for the delay with the wheelchair. Ryanair is a disgrace."
Nevýhody: "The guy at the boarding did not know the procedures for a non EU passport and kept me waiting for so long because he had not sure if my visa was real. He did not even check my passport if I had a visa. I paid for priority and ended as a lat person in the queue. Then a woman came and checked my passport and saw the visa and could not see any problem with it. I want to know why did a pay for priority services if the person at the boarding does not even know anything. Is the company going to reimburse the company for the time waiting and bring the last one?"

Nevýhody: "We are senior travelers and were unable to check in early due to tecnology issues. So we we went to the airport early. We arrived a half hour before the check in deadline ended. There were not enough agents at the booth and we waited and waited. By the time we finally got service we were past the two hour deadline, and we were charged an additional 220 euros. This was not due to an error on our part. We want afull refund. If we donnot receive some sort of satisfaction, rest assured we will never fly your airline again. Nor will we recommend it."

Výhody: "For a discount airline, the service was what we expected, no frills, just transportation from Lisbon to London."
Nevýhody: "As a no frills airline, nothing is free, not even coffee and we paid 6 euros for two cups on board the plane. We paid extra to get better seating and we got one "free" check-in bag as part of the deal. They are very strict with the carry-on luggage and make sure that you adhere to their sizing policies and saw people arguing as they were forced to pay 50 euros for non-compliant bags. It is better to pay extra in advance to get better seating. Finally, if you are traveling to London, the airline flies to Stanted which is about an hour from London, but train service is good and you can connect to the tube and practically reach every corner of the city quickly and cheaply."
Nevýhody: "...after everyone had already boarded. Then put us on a bus to Porto."

Nevýhody: "No pouch behind seat to put my magazine in. We chose random seating and it seems like they deliberately seated us in different places because we were a couple rows apart and traded seats with someone who was also separated, which put us all back with our travelling companions. Online check in was really quirky."

Nevýhody: "RyanAir will charge to check in early,but then if you don't check in during a specific window of time, they charge you even more and it has to be done electronically 2 hrs before flight! If they are going to take a punitive approach to the very first interactions with customers, then charge for checked bags at a rate/weight that is also punitive and deviates from competition norms it is unlikely your first-time customers will ever use your airline again. Additionally, the boarding process at Lisbon was ridiculous. All passengers were sent through the gate to an enclosed warehouse with no AC to stand and wait until the plane was ready. Why wouldn't you just wait until the plane was ready?! I will never fly RyanAir again. We spent an additional $190 for two people to check in and check two 33lb bags (1 bag per person)."

On the check in counter, we were not allowed to check in because they claimed that we had to check in online. We contacted the Ryanair desk to solve the problem, and we showed them that we are not able to access the website to check in. Eventually, they forced us to buy brand new tickets or we would have missed our flight."
Nevýhody: "Charged us 50 euro per person to check in at the airport. We thought we had checked in online. We clicked on checkin and went through a whole process to pay for a checked bag and to pay for picked seats. Despite that we were still somehow not checked in. They also tried to charge us for a checked bag. At first they could find record of our payment for a checked bag. This all smells like a scam or maybe just shady practice to charge as many fees as possible. Charged for water on the plane, 3 euro."
Nevýhody: "Typical indifference at Lisbon where we were sent to the gate at expected time but there was no plane - it left 40 mins late. So we left an area with seating, toilets etc and stood for 90 mins waiting to board. They KNEW there was no plane - we saw it arrive AFTER our supposed takeoff time. They'll blame the airport info but it must be sorted. Everywhere, every time we come last. No more flying for us."
Nevýhody: "you don't get a check in luggage and no one tells you until you're already there. then if you try to do it beforehand online, the system won't let you and you end up paying more than twice as much to do it at the airport. save your money and fly with another airline."
Výhody: "The staff were friendly"
Nevýhody: "Firstly we were delayed for two and a half hours which caused us to arrive after midnight making it very hard to find transport home. The seats were very uncomfortable and wouldn't tilt back at all. We were hungry because we had waited for 2+ hours and we were not provided with any food onboard. Not a fun flight."
Výhody: "On time. Excellent service. Good pilot skills to land the aircraft in not ideal weather."
Nevýhody: "Slow boarding process."
Nevýhody: "Ive been charged for every thing: bags, airport check in fee, even water. i ended up spending 200 euro more then i expected, which basically means i could have found a cheaper flight. flight was delayed in 2 hours. we stoon in line for boarding for half an hour from the time they announced boarding until they actually boarded us. Leg room is poor, seats do not lean back. Servicewise it felt like the crew is more about profit then the customers comfort: bright light was on the whole flight so it will be comfortable for the crew to sell drinks and food. selling products and advertising over the loud speakers etc."

Nevýhody: "Group of men, loud drunk and obnoxious. Filling the aisles, the bathrooms, swearing and shouting. The crew seemed powerless to quieten them- or perhaps the money they spent on booze and food persuaded the airline to let them ruin the calm of the flight?"
