Finally boarded and pilot announced they lost our bags. Waited on plane for another hour. Flight left 2 hours 15 minutes after scheduled. Food and drinks on the flight are ridiculously expensive. Asked for a meal and said they were out of stock. Seats were incredibly uncomfortable and too upright. The airline didn’t update the status of the flight online so my ride waited at the airport for 2 hours. overall 0/5 stars will not fly again unless ABSOLUTELY necessary."

I carried a personal baggage with me on the plane then flight attendant took it away and told me I will get it back at the arrival belt. When I landed I couldn’t find mine. I had reported to the ground desk and they not helpful at all. So now I lost all of my travel documents and money. I feel so bad. This Tuesday I will fly back to Thailand and still don’t know how to redo my passport."

Nevýhody: "Of course the price of the Ryanair flights is what lures you in., but just about EVERYTHING else after that is stressful with this airline. All their rules must be followed precisely or you'll pay through the nose. After painstaking finding the right sized roller bags and under seat sack and making sure I was well within the weight limit, they never measured or weighed either of them. I also saw plenty of carry-on luggage way bigger than mine come on board and go into the overhead bins just fine. Kind of pissed me off. The price to check bags is SO SO high, but with the limited weight you can take in the carry-on, you almost have to check a bag unless you're doing a short 3-5 day trip."

Nevýhody: "Crew took about the entire flight to handle the food and drinks, coming from both ends. This caused a block to the bathrooms and people waiting long periods and finally just stuffing in all over the place to get passed the carts. Expensive flight for us since we had to buy the same day. While most of the security attendants were great, I did have to wait a very long time to get a pat down I requested rather than go through the scanner (required to be in a separate room) that was 95% the same as the one they were giving everyone after they came through the scanner, with the only difference being a hand and belt line swipe and paperwork. I have had this same procedure done in three airports prior on this trip and all were more aggressive/thorough and did not require a separate room and extreme wait. Though again, all the female staff were great."

Nevýhody: "I didn't like the fact that I was never allowed to board this plane and I ended up having to book a hotel for a night and then fly out the next day on an Air Lingus flight. As I found out later, Ryanair did send me an email saying that I would need to print out my boarding pass early. However, I had already left the U.S. and never saw that email. Then when I arrived at the airport, I was told that I would have to go to customer service in order to obtain a boarding pass. Then the line was so long that I could never obtain a boarding pass in time. No one was willing to help me even though there were plenty of employees standing around doing nothing. So I ended up buying three Ryanair tickets that were worthless. I will never fly Ryanair again and I would recommend that no Americans ever fly on that airline."
Nevýhody: "I paid extra for priority boarding and, though I was one of the first 20 passengers on board, I was not allowed to put my bag in the overheard compartment. I was told to put both my purse (not a tiny one, mind you) and my carry on bag under the seat. And, because I had an isle seat, the space was smaller than average. So I had to fly cramped up. Because I'm not an EU citizen, I had to queue up as if to check in luggage to have a stamp placed on my boarding pass. Then another queue to board the plane because they don't bother to call by row or group number like most airlines. The boarding was chaotic. The seats are very uncomfortable. They don't even give you one small cup of water. You have to pay 3 euros for a bottle of water that would cost you 1 elsewhere. Finally, the landing was very hard and shook everyone about."

Nevýhody: "The flight was slightly delayed by the previous flight landing late. Obviously this happens, that's fine, but on landing at stanstead the bags from the hold were not released onto the baggage carousel for over an hour and a half after we landed. This is completely unacceptable and wasn't acknowledged by airport staff for over an hour, with no explanation given at any point."
Nevýhody: "I hated the way people are processed at Stansted airport..... they seem to have invented several new ways to do things and I felt pretty much like cattle !!! The part inside the airplane were just fine....."

Nevýhody: "Disembarking was aWful. Flight was packed and the buses from landing site to airport entry were rammed. At least 6 passengers left standing outside the bus for a good 10 minutes with indecisive ground crew pacing, staring and disappearing with no solution until a senior member arrived and squeezed people into the driver's cabin. Seat space is pretty tight. Not the most comfortable. Not a fan of trekking to Stanstead but it was earliest flight so no option but Ryanair"

Nevýhody: "The plane seemed incredibly old, like nothing I've seen before. They wanted to charge us 50 pounds to check in our luggage at the airport. I never received an email about needing to check in to the flight online. Luckily we arrived early enough to the airport for the customer service desk to let us know we only had 20 minutes to check in on our mobile devices. The landing of the plane was also the worst I have ever experienced. Everything was so unorganized and uncomfortable about this flight and airline. NEVER traveling with Ryanair and will recommend to all friends and family to avoid Ryanair."

Nevýhody: "Ryanair has strict baggage limits on size and weight. Pity they don't enforce these limits some of the bags brought on as cabin baggage exceeded the limits in both respects by a long way. This is annoying when I went to lengths to meet the weight and size limit. Because of this lack of enforcement boarding and leaving the aircraft was total chaos."
Nevýhody: "Charged us 90 pounds extra because we didn't have access to the internet to check in the day prior. This is a very discriminating practice against those who can not afford to be on the internet. It should not be allowed and our money should be refunded. Shame on Ryan Air to have such a discriminating program. Cost for a one way trip from London Stansted to Dublin, Ireland for two, 45.72 for tickets, 58.32 for luggage, 90 pound fee for not using the internet, total 194.04 pounds. Cheap is relative?"

The entire crew on the plane was rude and uninterested in offering any service or answering any questions I had. The staff at the airport was even worse than the on board crew they were EXTREMELY RUDE and not helpful in any way; they were only interested in trying to overcharge you for every little thing. I HOPE to NEVER fly with Ryanair again."

Nevýhody: "it's not worth it, i chose it as it was the cheapest flight available, what u discover later is that u pay 2 times as much in transportation because the airports are further off than the main ones, I ended up paying 140 pounds for my luggage, it was 8kg over weight but that price is unreasonable. I ended up checking in and baggage drop in nearly 2hrs, they were so slow And I could have missed my flight if I wasn't there extra early. I might as well have used some other airlines with alliance and even got miles"

Nevýhody: "Hidden fees (£15 to reprint a boarding pass is outrageous). Half of the kiosks were not functional. After standing in the Customer Service line for assistance because the kiosks kept charging our credit cards and not printing anything, the Customer Service agent told us we had not paid despite our receipts showing we had. Wasted another 30 mins going through that process. Hidden Fees galore. Thankfully I had read through all the emails from Ryanair, both marketing emails and flight related, to have noticed all the additional fees. This meant my friends ended up paying double what I did for their flights after all the additional fees. The boarding process out of STN was incredibly inefficient, but that has little to do with Ryanair. The gem in this whole experience was the in-flight crew- kind, calm, and incredibly pleasant."

They don't explain that you need to pay for an airport fee which is 45 euros in addition to the plane ticket which is crazy. Oh customer service... Ha ha ha ha. Just a mess. Never again with this airline, I'd rather pay extra and go with another airline."
Nevýhody: "My luggage was lost & I was charged 45 pounds for my check-in (which I thought I'd already done). Staff were bordering on abusive to me & seemed to find this behaviour entertaining. I'll never fly Ryanair again."
