Výhody: "I paid extra to allocate seat upon booking. When I went to check in I was asked to pay for seats again. We then had to sit separately. Upon boarding we were asked to pay £25 each for our hand luggage - even though we fly every month with Ryanair back and forth and have never paid before. Rude staff"
Nevýhody: "Staff could be taught customer service skills. and stop taking more and more money off people but advertise as cheap flights because they arent. We have vowed never to use Ryan air again."
Výhody: "No issues getting on flight pretty straight forward."
Nevýhody: "The crew were soooo rude to everyone! Their card machine to buy drinks wasn’t working so they had to take cash but they didn’t have change! They charged 4 pounds for water. Then they were selling scratch tickets AND perfume and jewelry! THEY EVEN SPRAYED PURFUME ON THE PLANE! It gave me such a trrrible headache and made me even more nauseous than I already was from the flight!!! So smelly!!! The seats didn’t recline And my husbands seat was ripped. So terrible all around!!!"
Nevýhody: "Drunk and loud people on the flight."
Nevýhody: "I don't think it was very clear when I made the reservation that paying for a checked bag was only one way. I would like to have some reminder or notification that I had selected only one way. I was surprised to have to pay for the bag on the way back. And it was significantly more than on the website."
Výhody: "The crew were nice"
Nevýhody: "Check in was a complete disaster. I only needed to check my suitcase as we had our boarding passes already. It was anarchy and we nearly missed our flight despite being there hours early purely because the check in procedure was so chaotic. Then to top it off, my bag was lost and I was given a stranger’s baggage tag. I don’t know how they will be able to trace my bag with this. It is currently missing in action. Great start to a long awaited holiday!"
Nevýhody: "Delays, with poor comms. After advising of delays, they called us to form queues at the gate, but it was more than 1.5 hours before we started boarding. That’s 1.5 hours standing in line with no communication! No apologies from staff, and when we did start boarding a member of staff was so annoyed at some passengers who we’re in the wrong queue that they called out to the entire queue, (quote) ‘the little baby Jesus is sending you a sign so look to the heavens and you’ll see a sign which says priority to the left and non-priority to the rigjt, ok?’ Again, this is after keeping us queuing with no apologies and no refreshments for 1.5 hours. In all, we were three hours delayed, and not one member of staff even mentioned it. Staff on board were really poor also: huffing and rolling their eyes at passengers ordering food. Genuinely shocking service."

Nevýhody: "Almost 3 hrs late, and no communication from Ryanair a all (on board and trackers as on time until already 30 minutes post planned departure time, got us all on board an hour late ajd made us sit there for another 90 minutes without any communication fo an hour, no water or snacks etx (30 degrees that day)"
Výhody: "The price of the flight was fair. I had booked 4 days in advance and overall the seat was comfy, leg room was good and flight crew okay and apologetic about the delays."
Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed by nearly an hour. The boarding staff member was rather rude and loved talking about how much Ryanair always delayed at the moment, which I felt was odd to be bragging about how the company you're working for isn't performing well and my suitcase was damaged and now has a rather large hole in its side"

Nevýhody: "I disliked the lack of information about the delays, the poor facilities and extremely rude staff. It’s understandable that they’ve been working all day, but unfortunately this is the job they chose and I am paying for service of which I should be satisfied with."
Nevýhody: "As usual with ryan air it's all about the cash. Missed my flight because of lip balm and a baggage check and then when I asked for help. They basically did nothing. I will never fly with you again. Luckily managed to get a B.A flight for £95.00 the same day and Ryan air wanted £413.00"
Nevýhody: "Stansted airport is very poor. Not enough space, facilities or anything. Ryanair flight delayed. “Boarded” into cramped holding area. Very poor form."
Výhody: "With Ryanair, you can only really like the price and the people. To be fair though, m the toilet was clean.."
Nevýhody: "Our flight was scheduled to depart at 7.30 am, but was still refueling after an earlier flight at that time. In a way it was lucky that it was late; if it had been in time, we would have been queueing on the Stansted tarmac in the rain. As it was, the rain had just stopped while we waited at the foot of the aircraft stairs. We actually took off 45 mins late. The new, additional-cost priority boarding is a joke: almost everyone was a "priority". Several passengers didn't understand the long "priority" queue, so joined it only to be turned away at check-in."
Výhody: "Boarding was by bus but worked out ok."
Nevýhody: "Chaos over seating families together, one family of two adults and two infants got moved twice, another family was moved once due to allocated seating not putting families together. We eventually offered our seats to try and help out which eventually the reluctant crew accepted. Emergency exits row passenger was allowed to keep their handbag and another had a plastic bag under their seat. (Regulations state no bags at emergency exits). One passenger was chatting using his mobile phone during taxi out. Captain having exited the flight deck for a break then opened the cockpit door and whilst remained open then proceeded to have a nice chat with the cabin crew. Crew were having a bad day. Food was over cooked and nasty. Seat comfort apauling no elbow room and no legroom, still as Ryanair say you only get what you pay for whereas I’d rather have value for money rather than just a cheap and nasty experience."
Výhody: "It was a cheap flight. Crew on board was ok."
Nevýhody: "Plane arrived at Stansted late. The queues were horrendous and not clearly marked. One of the ground staff was very rude to an Indian lady who only asked if it was the correct queue to be in. Perhaps the customer was Indian born and the ground staff was British born of Indian descent? Flight arrived late to destination by about 30mins."
Nevýhody: "Everything about Ryanair"

Nevýhody: "Slow baggage recovery due to automation and a small carousel"
Výhody: "The Price of the flight that was all."
Nevýhody: "Very unorganized no idea about time scheduling boarding right up until take off and then spent nearly a further hour trying to get off of the run way. No reason given just blamed ground staff at the airport no apology felt very unprofessional. Should of made me effort explaining why we were delayed had to cancel plans as we were nearly an hour later than taking off was planned."
Nevýhody: "The rest especially the quick boarding ( 1h30 to wait )"
Výhody: "The price."
Nevýhody: "Thę policy to make sure you do not sit with your family and have to buy seats to make sure you are all sitting together. The salaries of the staff are the worst in the industry."
Nevýhody: "We boarded after the time it was supposed to take off and once in Barcelona we had to wait about 25 minutes to collect our bags."
Výhody: "Well to get in the plane we were waiting almost 1 hour, and now that am writting you waiting again 1 hour for the baggage . I will never again flight with this company never again"
Výhody: "I was by myself with a toddler, a pram and 2 hand baggage. down"
Nevýhody: "I thought the would take at least one of them at the gate as usual and I asked if they could help with pram and they said NO! It was a nightmare I had to go down a lot stairs. The only person that helped me it was an old lady! This is a rubbish service I won’t reccomend to anyone with kids!"

Výhody: "If you just need to hop across countries and can get by without knowing your seat or without a big bag, take Ryan. They’re reliable and you get exactly what you pay for."
Nevýhody: "You’re not going to like it if you don’t like to get nickled and dimed to death. Check in and print a boarding pass before you get to the airport...it’s 50 quid if you check in in person!"
Výhody: "Cheap flights - that’s about it for the positives.."
Nevýhody: "- Clear policy to split people up unless you pay for seats. They. Seem to deny this but it’s as obvious as it gets. Makes boarding much slower as people try to switch seats - They check in 50% of hand luggage bags on every flight - why not offer the chance to check in small bags for free up front rather than make people scramble for valuables after being forced to check in hand luggage - Very poor seats - uncomfortable and cramped"

Výhody: "Very badly handled delay .Letting people line up at the gate even though they knew the aircraft was still at least 40 minutes from arrival .No announcements letting anyone know what's going on .Then letting us board only to be stuck in a stair well with door locked for 10 minutes and then on the tarmac for 15 minutes while the aircraft was being prepared ,It also staring raining .this is not how to run a airline .Perhaps training is needed from the likes of AirAsia"
Nevýhody: "Complete chaos at the airport, with no real queue. Just had blobs of people crowding around counters with no indication of which one to got to if you needed to check in, print a ticket, or check a bag. No one was available to answer questions about which counter to go to, and when you finally waited and got to a counter, the attendants were very dismissive and rude."
Výhody: "The steward was friendly."
Nevýhody: "Low fare is an illusion. They forced customers to check in carryons that would have been qualified as carryon by other airlines. Any checked in bag cost $35 and there is absolutely no free check in bags. We ended up check in 3 bags for two of us. Service is super slow. In addition, if you are traveling to London, the airport they use is STN which is at least 1 and half hours from the City. There is no Uber available from that airport. Tax cost is $120+. As you can see, no matter how cheap the ticket might seem, it ends up to be very costly, no matter you are talking about money and time. Flight attendant was friendly but the Rome CIA airport service was horrible (that's where they fly out from). You first have to stay in a long slow line to get the check in bag invoice, take it to a payment counter where 3 out of 4 service people were on there phone texting while there is another long and slow line of travelers are waiting to make payment. We almost missed our flight despite the fact we got there 3 hours earlier."
