The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare"

Výhody: "We flew with our special needs child without requesting any particular accommodations except for gluten free meals. The gate staff and flight crew identified him and allowed us special bordering that facilitated the process. That act of kindness is a rare experience on our part. Thank you Air France staff!"
Nevýhody: "Staff where so unhelpful that I missed my flight and then refused to offer any assistance as to how I could remedy this situation. This cost me over €180 which is a weeks food and stay for me. Don't fly with these guys or with air Croatia."

Nevýhody: "The "Czech Airlines" flight I purchased was actually an Air France flight number. When I arrived later than planned but still within good time, which was my fault, I reported to the Czech Airlines check-in (D2). This is very, very far from the Air France check-in (A2). No person and no sign was at Czech Airlines gate saying to go to Air France instead. By the time I determined what to do by talking ro the airport information booth and I walked to Air France instead of Czech Airlines (at CDG airport this is 5 minutes walking very fast speed on conveyor belts.. perhaps more than half a kilometer), I was past the boarding time limit, but the flight had not yet left. Then I could not print the boaring pass because of the time. When I asked an Air France employee for help, he simply said "you cannot board" and stood there smugly. He must feel great being a 25 year old who can turn people away from international flights at his own discretion to completely ruin their day especially when the plane is still on the ground. I have not even explained yet about the similarly awful experience I had when I booked the next flight (Czech Airlines at 09:45) for a much higher price (118 euro) and was not told that this Czech Airlines flight is "really" a Czech Airline flight. After paying much more to a Czech Airline person, nobody informed me to stay at the Czech Airlines area (2D) so I naturally went back to Air France since I had already had so much trouble. When I arrived there, of course, they tell me to go back to Czech Airlines and now I was again late. Thank God that I was able to confront a random trolley man who Kew where the Czech Airlines people were and try tried very hard to get me to the plane even though the boarding time was over. All in all, this was the worst travel experience of my life. I have now wasted 40 more minutes of my approximately 2.5 days in Prague to tell you this. I hope you consider it."
Nevýhody: "Did not inform me of the shut down of Nice airport that Monday night July 25 from 11:30 to 4:00. I was stranded in nice. I planned to take a taxi to have it take me around a nice at night to see the city. But lost that opportunity.. Then the next morning before boarding I got inquired by French police asking why did I stay in Nice over night. My suitcase locks was cut open and a special silver plated cup,handle,was broken in my suitcase."

LOT put us up in a hotel overnight and booked us on a flighty the next day. The hotel was 1 hour drive, 50miles, from airport. I reached my final destination 13 hours late."

So obviously it took a long time to get all those people through the check and we departed very late. Then sat on the tarmac for an hour and forty five minutes. The pilot said it would be 15 minutes and then never gave another update beyond that, which made it much worse."

I do not find any information regarding how I can pay for my luggage in advance, and not at the airport."
Výhody: "I like the food. Cabbage rolls on our wat back from Warsaw were unexpected. Such an excellent idea to serve Polish meals on the polish airline."
Nevýhody: "1. I was never told my ticket didn't include a free checked bag. I checked twice on LOT's website and it said I was allowed one. When I got to the airport at Krakow, the less than professional staff told me that my ticket was the kind that didn't include. I said I was never given the option to get a ticket with/without a bag for free and they basically told me I was lying. I didn't feel like arguing and paid for the bag. Kayak didn't mention or made me aware of my "kind" of ticket. Either Kayak makes consumers aware of this or LOT shouldn't be posting their flights on Kayak. 2. I flew Eurolot, "A partner of LOT" and not LOT. It should also be CLEAR what it is one is flying."

Výhody: "We received a voucher for food during our 4+ Hour delay before boarding on air serbia to Belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we stayed in the business suite before our flight and was provided with food and couches to relax on before our next flight. Also, on our connecting flight to athens, Aegean airlines was very professional and really wish I would have used their service instead of air serbia."
Nevýhody: "Air serbia did not tell us why there was a 4+ hour delay to belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we had to wait 9+ hours for our connecting flight to athens when we were only supposed to have 2 hrs layover. Once we boarded the plane to athens, the workers at the airport had no clue were our luggage was and a lot of things were miscommunicated between them. They were very unprofessional and some of them were very rude. They had plenty of time to move our luggage to the next airplane, but too careless to do that. So now we have to wait a couple of days to get the rest of our luggages. We also missed our train ride in greece because of air serbia and had to pay for another train ticket and did not receive a refund"
Nevýhody: "The check in process was a mess was forced to wait in multiple long lines with the worst, unprofessional, disregarding, condescending staff to check in and then another line to pay for luggage. They also force you to pay an additional "seat fee" even if you don't request a specific seat. Horrible customer service, zero regard for customers. Waited in shuttle for 45 minutes before being taken to plane. My air conditioner fan for my seat was completely broken but had to pay for that seat as well. Avoid at all costs. Worst airplane very old and run down. Also the staff for Vienna airport is who you have to go to to pay fees for luggage and THEY ARE THE WORST TO DEAL WITH. Would avoid this airline at all costs."
Nevýhody: "Couldn't log in online because site wouldn't accept any of my credit cards. Got up early to check in at the airport, discovered I was logged in... After all that, the airline changed my seat without warning, moving me from the window seat I selected (and paid for) to a middle seat. Where did they get the idea I would think that was OK? Then the flight was delayed, almost missed my connection. Boarding and exiting the aircraft were zoos. Eminently unrepeatable."

Nevýhody: "I am almost 2 meter tall (6'4) and I asked more than 30 days before the flight to receive a seat with extra room for the legs, I was told that the flight was fully booked and there are no seat that are available. I then asked for the same in the check-in and received a similar answer. When I arrived to the plain I saw that I can't seat because there is no space so I asked the flight crew to try and find a solution but they said they can't do nothing. Only after I insisted and spoke with the cabin manager they checked and found a place - in fact there were 2 seats with extra room for the legs that were available!! and the flight had many other open seats (they just lied about it). A lot of the personal television did not work and the crew did not assist and did not solve the problem, but just said that this happens and that they can't do anything. This is just ridicolus for a more than 8 hours flight! The airconditioning did not work properly and it was exteremly hot. In general it was an horrible experience, the crew was very unpleasent and did not want to help and the food was just disgusting. I do not recommend to anyone to fly with Air Serbia, you better pay the extra money and fly with a real company."

Once on board, the staff were great and did their best to accommodate this business traveller. The return flight was standard on terms of food and service, nothing special, nothing bad. The checking was another story, with lots of confusion and missed opportunities to make a difference. Mixed bag, overall."

Výhody: "After our first flight had been cancelled, we needed to be comforted by Brussels Airlines that our return flight would be OK. And we were. Though there were slight delays due to technical checks at boarding time, everything else was on schedule and we even landed slightly ahead of time, never a bad thing. The flight was smooth and quite pleasurable. Now we are prepared to experience flying with Brussels Airlines again."

Výhody: "Due to horrendous traffic we got to the airport after check-in but before the plane took off, but they would not let us board and would not allow us to transfer tickets for even any fee. They will not let us use our return tickets either. Is this how you do business? I'm totally disheartened and disgusted by the lack of customer service or even care."
Nevýhody: "We missed.our flight and no one would work with us to reschedule or refund even a partial refund. We missed out flight due to terrible traffic and now we are out $2500 this is terrible."

Výhody: "The seats were great, we were seated in an exit row, so loads of legroom, we are tall so this is very important. Crew was very friendly and helpful."
Nevýhody: "No fault of the airlines, but I was seated next to a very large family with little kids and a baby. I'm usually pretty tolerant, but the back of my seat was kicked for 8 hours and the kids kept running right in front of me causing me to constantly move my legs. Ugh. Food was ok, nothing special, it edible."
Nevýhody: "There was not enough space for our luggage so we had to carry it for the whole flight, the crew didn't even care and there were extremely rude and not nice when we asked where could we leave our luggage, they said no. The flight was delayed for 90 minutes. TERRIBLE airline"
Nevýhody: "What a surprise when our United Airlines codeshare on Brussels Airline did not even allow us a drink of water free on our two hour flight. They charged for everything including water. Shame on them! And shame on United Airlines to codeshare with a carrier with such poor customer service."

Nevýhody: "The Brussels/Lufthansa economy thinly padded seats are brutal. I was awoken to a sore behind over and over. You can feel the crosswise metal rod underneath. I sympathize with lack of catering options coming out of developing countries, but the economy meal for the red-eye return to Brussels was hard to swallow, too."
Nevýhody: "Brusels airlines left and arrived with 40 min delay for a flight that should be only 1:50 hour"
Výhody: "From the beginning of the flight, the bathrooms were a mess"
Nevýhody: "We were flying to Brussels about three weeks after the terrorist attacks at the airport, then home ten days later. So I understood the lines and the extra security. But the last communication I got from them (via United Airlines) said that our flight was leaving at noon on Sunday. Without notifying me, they moved our flight up to 10:15, so we missed it. We were able to get on the same flights the next day."
Výhody: "Crew was polite, helpful, and professional. Food was very good, and more frequent than on some other transatlantic flights."
Nevýhody: "Seats were not very comfortable--much less so than with other airlines on transatlantic flights. Also, the bathrooms were not very clean, and needed more attention during the flight. At one point, the toilet paper had run out and it was never replaced."
Nevýhody: "Very poor management of flight changes with Brussels Airport being closed. We had to book a whole new flight and are fighting to get refunds for the flights that eventually didn't even happen."
Výhody: "Nothing...found out after the fact I didn't book through kayak but through a third party (airfare.com). Their customer service was terrible and the flight price had hidden costs."
