Boarding was a bit more chaotic than usual and the gate agent made no announcement about boarding procedure, which certainly contributed to the scrum resulting. I arrived from the Skyclub several minutes prior to boarding time and was unable to find a path through to the Priority Boarding Lane. As boarding began she had to redirect at least seventy-five percent of those in front of me as they were not in First Class. Had she made one or more clear announcements about boarding procedure I rather doubt such a misunderstanding would have occurred with so many."

This flight I was unable to utilize the laveratory even once due to this excessive and continuous useage. Trying to do my bit to reduce our carbon footprint, yet I am sorely tempted to return to charter service when disrespect of the airlines own basic service class rules gets piled on top of TSA hassles."

The boarding was unorganized. The food was terrible- some kind of chicken covered in bbq sauce. The flight was delayed leaving, causing panic and disruption to making a connection from Frankfort. Our bags were also lost on the second flight.

Great that the seat lies flat in premium economy… and the FinnAir staff on the leg from Fra-Phil was Stellar! every other detail was crap… logistics, online experience, food, boarding, airport experience was disgusting. If airports and flying gets any more painful, I will avoid flights.

It's my first time on Eurowings and it didn't meet the standards am used to from lufthansa.

It was only an hour flight, but at that, it was still late

Nevýhody: "There were a couple of flight delays. Other that that, I love Lufthansa."
Nevýhody: "Service desk personnel at the gate were very helpful and attentive. The plane was only 1/2-2/3 full, which made boarding quicker. The food was tasty and coffee was great! We were also offered juice twice during the flight. Bathrooms were clean. Since the plane wasn't full, they weren't dirty even at the end of the flight. I brought my own headphones, but the stewards provided them if you need them. My one big complaint was that our seats did not recline, thus making any kind of shut-eye near impossible. Our plane left and hour late, but the pilots stepped on the gas and we got in on time!"

Nevýhody: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

Seat in Economy Plus was OK for comfort, but I resent having to pay more than $100 for it. Plane left on time. Ground crew was very nice and helpful and friendly."
Nevýhody: "This was a Lufhansa operated by United flight. My audio key pad stopped working and I could not hear the movie audio after the first movie. It was stuck on one music channel, which had a short playlist. The light stopped working as well. I could not use the personal device entertainment system because the United system doesn't work with my Silk browser on my Kindle. My biggest complaint, however, was the boarding process. Every three minutes a flight crew member would announce, "Please move into the seat area and don't block the aisle, we have a lot of people to board" in a very exasperated voice. I felt assaulted. I didn't see any United crew members helping people with their luggage or trying to find additional luggage space for customers as I have on British Air, Swiss, and Lufthansa flights. I get that luggage is heavy and people can sometimes be uncooperative and flight attendants may not have signed up to be baggage haulers, but could you please HIRE someone strong to help with loading luggage on international flights? I don't like being treated as someone who is standing in the way of a smooth boarding process."

Nevýhody: "The map feature wasn't working on the flight and the sound quality for media was very poor and sporadic"

Kayak reservation system leaves fliers defenseless to a barrage of changing schedules/gates and confirmation codes. An absolute mess that raises customer anxiety unnecessarily. I never was able to check-in successfully online. Thankfully Aer Lingus was ready to deal with this situation."

The worse thing is that when I booked my ticket it said one meal will be provided. But there was none. The choice of food for purchase was poor. I will never use Icelandair again. And I will discourage my colleagues using it too, who, like me, travel to conferences regularly."

Nevýhody: "Upon arriving in Iceland 3 hours late, when asked what we needed to do about our connecting flights and were told to check with the airline's service desk. They didn't bother letting those of us continuing on to Glasgow know we needn't disembark since the plane we were on was the aircraft for that flight. Every passenger disembarked and then had to be paged. That connecting flight was to have left over 3 hours before and yet no one could tell us why the schedule had the connecting flight still listed as "Final Call." We were paged and then told we had to run to catch the plane. We literally sprinted through the terminal. The attendant who scanned our boarding passes was just this side of rude. And everyone on the airplane was mad at us. The flight attendants wouldn't even answer our call button when we needed to ask a question about the UK Landing Form. The flight was already delayed. Had the airlines made any effort to be helpful or attend to their customers needs, they would have announced we needn't leave the aircraft. Worse flight I've been on. I wish I hadn't already paid for or I'd not take the return flights home."
Výhody: "There is good legroom, and hip room. Crew is very pleasant and react promptly. You have a nice entertainment system - if you remember your headphones."

Nevýhody: "This was the worse airline experience ever. I have flown many airlines in my years and this by far was the worst experience for an international flight. Boarding was a nightmare, the crew was extremely disorganized and refused to allow items that passed for carry ons with American Airlines, British airways, lufstansa, and KLM. The plane was small and cramped. The seats offered very little leg room to stretch. The spaces infront of the seats were also extremely tinny and could not fit back packs or purses. The climate control was also terrible. In 90 degree weather the ac was blowning out about 80 degree air. The air hostess never responded to calls and only showed up for walk throughs to give just water and take trash. The water was close to room temperature and no ice was offered to deal with the terrible temperature in the plane. No complimentary snacks were offered for a 6 hour flight. Definitely not worth it!! Will never fly this airline again."

Gates had about a 1,000 people leaving for 4 flights all within 10 minutes of each other, causing a huge cluster trying to get onto the plane. Food was overpriced and we only got a small tapas package. Wouldn't take Iceland Air again unless I was taking a layover in Iceland."

Výhody: "They give you toys and food for you children at no extra cost. In flight entertainment was good for adults and kids for no cost."

Nevýhody: "Severely obese pax should be required to purchase 2 seats. I have a stiff and sore back from having to twist sideways to avoid her. She spread over the armrest and fully 3 inches onto my seat. It was 6+ hours of awkward twisted seating. Very expensive and slow food in Iceland airport."
Nevýhody: "Continues the use of entertainment tv program during the delays - take off was delayed, descending was delayed and parking was delayed."
Výhody: "There was a special needs boy that sat behind me and he had some issues (long flight, understandable) and the crew were AMAZING with him. Not everyone has common or even human decency. These people were rad, and it was lovely to see."

Entertainment - none, this being BA short haul (others can manage it but not BA)"

Výhody: "The crew was considerate in taking care of children with families and assigning new upgraded seats to those adults who were looking for sleep and quiet. They were also helpful in getting me a special gluten free meal even though I did not order it in advance."
Nevýhody: "The guy seated next to me was too big for his seat and he took up about 20% of my seat. Absolutely disgusting. My seat should have cost 20% less because I did not have access to my full space. Crew should be trained to not allow customers who cannot fit into a single seat to only have a ticket for one seat. The crew identifies bags that do not fit, they should do the same thing with people."
Nevýhody: "No free food even though international flight. Plane delayed on Tarmac. Luggage was left in London and did not make it to Prague until next day."

Nevýhody: "First of all, it wasn’t British Airways, it was operated by American Airlines. The seats were cramped; just barely enough kneeroom and I’m only 5’10”. There were no monitors on the seat backs and no choice of entertainment, only monitors hanging from the ceiling. I suppose the airline assumes, probably correctly, that these days everybody has their own entertainment on laptop or tablet. The problem here, though, was that there were no charging plugs at the seats, so you’d better have a full battery when you get on and hope it lasts. Of course, I could have just read the inflight magazine, except that my reading light was broken. Food was decent for airline food."

Nevýhody: "I am not a seasoned traveller. Checking for a small item (such as a passport) in the overhead compartment was not possible."
Výhody: "It was the same plane we flew into Philly from SF. Did not have to search for new gate"
Výhody: "Crew was good, attentive, helpful, eager to accommodate. The tea cart sped past without alerting anybody as to what it was or that it wasn't going to come back but moments later another crew member came by and was very quick to return with a tea for me, which was nice of them. Other flight operators have had somewhat limited entertainment options, I was amazed by the range available."
Nevýhody: "I was a little disappointed that in the video options, while it had he show Legion (something I'd been recommended by a friend recently), it was only the first 4 episodes instead of the complete 8, leaving a cliffhanger point in the story. Which was a bit of a shame."

However, nobody ever gave me any assurances that they would really inform maintenance to resolve the problem. Half way through the flight, my screen froze. Nothing would start it up again. After waking up hours later, I informed the flight attendant and she was able to reset/restart my screen individually. Everything worked perfectly afterwards"
Nevýhody: "There is more room in an economy seat on a commuter flight than there is on a 747. After this itinerary is complete I have no intention to ever fly with British Airways again."

I will not fly aa next year, because it was a big inconvenience, plus I had to reschedule my work appointment as well and rearrange pick up from airport."

Nevýhody: "space in each seat is too limited in economy class. This is true in all airlines but nevertheless I think this can make an unbelievable difference. Eliminating power outlets in economy is really not good. There are people that need to work especially on long flights."
