Nevýhody: "Lead crew memnber, on intercom, was shouting about duty-free and scratch tickets incessantly at the top of her lungs. Of course this is standard Ryanair fare, but with the volume at inhumane levels. Late boarding. Charging for everything imaginable and beyond. All Brexiteer fellow passengers, gross."

Výhody: "Although I had a 40 minutes flight, it was really good. The crew were very amiable and fun. All amazing!"

Nevýhody: "I had to pay for priority 2 bags only because I didn't want to check my small carry on - frustrating. I was told I needed a paper copy ticket, couldn't get one until exactly 2 hours before my flight according to the ticket agent. I waited patiently while many others checked in (later to see those same people on my flight who clearly checked in before the 2 hours), but then found out from a different ticket agent that I didn't need a paper copy ticket, so I waited there for no reason due to misinformation from your ticket agent. My flight was delayed twice, then they lined us up at the wrong gate. After scanning our tickets, the door wouldn't open to let us out to the airplane, then they lined us up outside the plane in freezing cold winds because they were still cleaning the plane-the guy was still taking the trash out. Where is the "priority" in that? I know I really only paid to not have to check my bag, but it's also called priority - not quite sure they understood that. Will probably never travel this airline again, too much hassle and frustration for such simple things."

Nevýhody: "We weren't informed of flight delays until arriving at the airport. No information was provided on departure time until after waiting almost 2 hours. Ryanair staff at the airport made announcements exclusively in Spanish, without providing an English translation."
Výhody: "We arrived safely"
Nevýhody: "Said on time until we arrived at airport gate- then said delay with no reason given and no one to speak to. Estimated time kept getting pushed back. If had known if long delay would have stayed in Santander and enjoyed day. Poor customer service and frustrating delays."

Nevýhody: "Delayed Boarding Delayed Taxi Delayed dis-embarking (no dispatcher) just two bus drivers and no unloading of cases o those with mobility issues"
Výhody: "Nothing really, it's a cheap ticket and that's it."
Nevýhody: "Ridiculous boarding situation, expensive onboard food and beverage. Upright seats. Advanced check in always seats your group apart to encourage you to purchase seats. Budget airline that trust to milk their clients for every penny. Only use them if no other option."

Nevýhody: "At FRA Airport ryanair sits about a 20min drive from the terminal. Adds 20min to boarding and landing procedures. But this is compensated with FRA being a super efficient airport at the baggage carousel and border control"
Nevýhody: "Horrible boarding. Horrible seats. Garbage sandwiches for a fee. Zero entertainment. Not even a seat pocket. Toilet was disgusting, no wipers. Hyper stressed. Glad it's over, baby! Never ever, again."

Nevýhody: "Was told by 4 diff people to stand in 4 diff long lines which proved incorrect. Airport organization was terrible at both points. My liquids were broken and ruined (I never have issues with liquids.) whole process took 2x normal amount of time and I lost my train because of it."
Výhody: "The flight was fine, comfortable and despite turbulence (which I actually enjoy) uneventful. We could see both experienced and new staff working effectively together 1 star for food and entertainment because we took part in neither"
Nevýhody: "The incident when boarding could have been handled far better than experienced A passenger already on the plane mistook light shining through the vapour created by the wing De icing process and claimed the wing was on fire which lead to the plane being evacuated First issue was that all disembarking the plane had nowhere to go and were not given any instructions Secondly the return to the waiting lounge was not organised well leaving passengers roaming about the lounge and unsure what to do"

Nevýhody: "Coming from Venice, Italy to Frankfurt Hahn was very rough. Pilot took very sharp turn in the air and felt g forces through my body along with the wife. Landing was very rough and went too fast and had very hard breaking last minute on the runway and when turning into the terminal for drop off."

Nevýhody: "What can you expect from Ryanair? They treat their passengers like kettle when boarding. Specifically we had to stand and in a hot anghar before boarding for 40 mins. No seats, water or idea why we have to wait there rather than the airport. I experienced it so many times and tell myself never again. if I have an option I never fly with them."

Nevýhody: "Packed us in to prepare us for boarding like cattle. The plane landed, unboarded and boarded us so quickly that there was no cleaning between flights. Even the cost savings wasn't that great."
Výhody: "There are many horror stories on the web about flying RyanAir, so I expected the worst. My wife and I flew RT from Dublin to Koln. Although we carry on on all other airlines (in the US), we paid extra to check our carry on bags because of the Ryanair website, which sounded VERY strict about bag size and threatened to charge 50E or something per bag if ours were too big. Turns out all the other passengers had the same huge carry-ons as always. I probably wares the bag fee. Ryan requires you to print boarding passes before you get to the airport or they will charge 50E per person to print(!). The boarding process is a cattle call, but most people are polite with little shoving. The seats on the plane are hard and don't recline. All in all, we saved money and the flight was OK. Just know what to expect."

Nevýhody: "I did not like not knowing which gate was being used until 45 minutes prior to boarding. People who are regulars were able to queue up before those of us who did not know where we were heading. The baggage information is confusing; you can not be sure whether or not your bag will get on without a charge, but then when you get to the airport, the charge is greater than it would have been if you had more consisten info to start."

Nevýhody: "If you happen to prefer to checking in in at the airport, be prepared to pay a 45€ fee.Ryanair wants their passengers to check in online via their app. If you check in via the website, then you must physically print out the boarding pass. Obviously this is ridiculous."
Výhody: "Liked nothing. Only booked this airline because of the price."
Nevýhody: "Online baggage size requirements were different from the baggage sizing containers at the airport (at the airport they were smaller), so despite having a bag smaller than what's listed online I was forced to pay to check it at the gate, and they were rude about it to top it off. Boarding was disorganized and slow, and we arrived late because of it."

Výhody: "As you would expect from a budget airline. Cheap, nothing extra, but straightforward and gets you there."
Výhody: "Ryan air had a convenient flight time from Gatwick to Dublin - that is the ONLY reason I flew with that airline. I was able to get a last minute reservation, but it came at a high price."
Nevýhody: "Cramped seats and narrow aisles; no complimentary food or beverage provided. Crew seemed harried. Flight was not on schedule."
Nevýhody: "the flight seemed full and therefore, since it was very much delayed, the ground crew set about getting people to check in their carry on bags. I'm not sure why we were chosen, since we were not at the end of the line, and some in front of us and behind us were not asked to check their bags (which were actually larger than ours). In he plane we were unhappy to realize that there was enough space overhead for our bags. Had to wait an extra 20-25 minutes in London after and already very late flight. So: not the best."

Nevýhody: "Not only do they require you to check in online two hours prior to your flight but you have to print out your own boarding pass and if you haven't paid for your luggage you have to now get off line and walk to a seperate line to now pay for all three things that not went from a $50 flight to a $250. I will never fly with this airline ever again! The service was horrible, no one was willing to help"
Nevýhody: "After experiencing a hardship, Ryanair staff refused to allow me to check a bag because I didn't have the funds. They made me unpack it and load it into a carryon. As a result I had to leave some valuables behind. They did not have a humane bone in their collective bodies. They charge you for EVERYTHING, including water. They're so hard up for money they sell lottery tickets in flight! Don't EVER waste your money flying with them."
Výhody: "The only positive point in this flight is that we arrived to Athens 10 minutes ahead of time"
Nevýhody: "Boarding is too crowded and only one crew member was available at the start They didn't allow me to take my carry on bag on board although it is within specifications and although I explained to the crew member that I can't wait for my bag in Athens because I have a connection flight, crew member insisted and was not helpful at all saying that the plane is full. They charged me 115 euro on airport check in counter because I was not aware that I should have check in online and not in the airport. This is really ridicilous to pay a fee which is equal to ticket price to check in on the airport although I explained to her that I was not aware that the check in should be made online They asked me by email, which was sent 24 hr before flight date, to be in the airport 3 hours before departure time, but no one from the crew members was available in the check in desk before 2 hours. So I had to wake up earlier and wait for 1 hr for no reason. In brief, my experience was really bad and I won't recommend this airline to anyone."
Nevýhody: "I had to pay an extra 45 euros because I could not do INTERNET check in. I tried, but reservations made through KAYAK do not allow you to do INTERNET check in. A ticket of 236 euros will become a 326 euros ticket. A theft, and I was misinformed by KAYAK"
