Everything is excellent eventhough our flight was cancelled. They provide us accomodation in the hotel and food. I understand why the flight was cancelled and I’m glad they did cause it’s for our own safety.

The noise from the engine transmits to the bed and it is hard to sleep even with the noise cancellation headphone."

Rating low to the crew mainly because of the ground staff as they were not very communicative to begin with about the explanation for our delay. Only when the passengers got a bit more vocal about wanting explanations, they started giving us a bit more information. All estimated times given for boarding the flight were incorrect by a big margin! Seemed more like they were giving shorter wait time for boarding just to please the passengers, where as they were well aware of how long the wait would be."

Travelled in time as advertised
I’m not sure why I was only allowed one suitcase per passenger on the way to Karachi Pakistan. On the way back they allowed me to have two suitcase per passenger. This cause me a lot of issues because I was planning to take some valuables for my parents and I was not able to because I was only allowed one suitcase per person. They should allow tooth suitcase on each way. Also I have to purchase suitcase in a different country than my original destination

Nevýhody: "I called for a crew member 5 times and waited 25 minutes for anyone to help me with just some water. I had to get up and go to the very back of the plane to ask for some water. The plane was hot and no air to be found. This was all after we had to get back off the plane before takeoff. It was terrib"
Nevýhody: "Lost all our bags so couldn’t ski"
Výhody: "Time was excellent even considering a connection delay they had. Very polite crew members. Good entertainment options."
Nevýhody: "Cabin was crowded. Leg room was scarce, short seating space. Almost no room for sleeping if you're not a frequent economy traveler."
Výhody: "Once aboard the plane, all went well and I experienced excellent service from the cabin attendants."
Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed (again!) for some 40 minutes and I was worried that I would miss my connection flight in Atlanata. Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"
Nevýhody: "I booked tickets via Delta, operated by KLM. They lost both of my check in bags in September, and it happened again today for the same scheduled flights. Had 4 hours of layover and KLM still wasn’t able to manage it."
Nevýhody: "Too much light in the cabin because of too many screens on. Should have a separate part of the cabin with screens off allowing one to sleep more easily."
Výhody: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Nevýhody: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."

Nevýhody: "Since we had two extra bags (paid for in Chicago), they demanded to see my receipt before we could board in Amsterdam to Nairobi. We had trouble locating the receipt and we were not given an explanation as to why we needed it again. We were traveling with 5 kids including an infant and we were not allowed to board until we found the receipt. I thought surely they would have record that I had paid, but I guess not. We were the last to board and all very stressed out. The staff seemed not to care the least in our troubles."

By the end of the trip when we were approaching Ams, a hostess came and she gave us a $25 dollar discountvoucher to be used in our next trip, this is totally not acceptable!"

Nevýhody: "My friend and I were forced to check our carry on bags at the gate and the airline lost my friends bag for four days."
Nevýhody: "Due to purchasing from Kayak, we could not change flight even thought flight UA34 was delayed due to mechanical. We had to call ANA, United and Airline.com but no one can change flights. We will not purchase tickets from Kayak. We called 11/5 to assign seat numbers. However, when we get to the airport, our seat was no assigned as we requested. They had to re-arrange to sit next to each other for two of us. Fight got delay does not mean they can re-assign our seats."
Nevýhody: "Flight attendant assignments to our seats were mishandled. We did have any food or drink offer until 90 minutes after boarding. We were told that one of the attendants fell ill but no was assigned to take her responsibilities."
Výhody: "This will make a good story about how bad flying had gotten and United is really a much worse airline than I remember. I think their CEO is incompetent and I can only hope that they drag me off the plane to get some sort of compensation."

Which not only caused embarrassment for me and the other passenger but also held up the flight. Also this was the worst food I've ever had on a flight in my entire life even other United flights had much better meal choices."

Nevýhody: "Worst airline food I have ever had. There were supposed to be two choices for dinner, when they ran out of one, they just shoved the food at you with no apologies. It was the worst fried chicken ever, and breakfast was worse. The two male flight attendants never smiled, had attirude, and were overall jerks."

Nevýhody: "The chairs will make your butt go numb after awhile. It's inevitable. The snacks are god awful packaged poison BUT the beverage selection is vast which it pretty dope."

Nevýhody: "I think united pays it's staff to be unnecessarily rude. It's so much rudeness that is almost ridiculous. Their demands, censure and dismissals of customers would make you think that you are their servants instead of customers."

Nevýhody: "The pilots were late which cost us our departure so that we ran into restrictions based on weather. Thus we missed our connection in Panama City. United should ensure pilots are on time."
Výhody: "It was on time from Cle to Houston. The problem was from Houston to SF"

Nevýhody: "Noone from the airline felt the need to let me connecting flight know we had been delayed so I ran a very long distance just to miss my flight by 2 minutes. The first flight should have absolutely notified the second flight to hold off for 5 minutea because we landed late, they were both the same airline. Handled very poorly and I was stuck in DC overnight."
