Flew into ITM and flew out KIX and boarding ticket it says only OSAKA so I didnt know. I barely made the flight....if they had accommodate the transportation I would understand. But they tell you, you have to make it there on your own. Another CRAZY information is that I thought at the very least the baggage will be transferred. But nope! You have to pick up the baggage and ride the train across town to the other station. Whoever made this itinerary should be really fired and no longer work at this company. You take a great airline and make the experience so bad."

Výhody: "I really got a good deal on my trip's cost, and for the price, all the comforts of a top-quality airline were there. I especially appreciate how helpful and friendly the airline staff were."
Nevýhody: "The outbound flight still had the exact same movie selection as the inbound flight had, even though they were six weeks apart for my trip. I really feel like the movie selection should be changed every month (or even more frequently than that), as I ran out of films to watch."

Cabin foods are generous, filled with variety and tasting the best among various international airlines that I have experienced between LAX and Taipei, Taiwan in the past ten years. The seat belt on light and bell were kept at minimal, in contrast to other airlines like EVA, China Airlines, Korean Airlines and United Airlines."

The plane was completely full, and my husband and I had to sit in separate rows - I was never able to switch the seats, even though I called several times and tried at the airport as well. Entertainment selection not as good as the American flight out. The JAL website (English version at least) is not very easy to use."

My wife and I both took note that the flight attendants were "First Class" with emphasis on class. Exceptionally well groomed, but also conveyed genuine concern and helpfulness and at the same time, real workers, energetic and perky. We are bragging to all our friends about the uplifting cultural demeanor of Singapore Airlines. They should all get a pay raise. I will always remember their wonderful service when thinking about our trip to Frankfurt, Germany. Robert"

Nevýhody: "To my flight specifically, it got adjusted without telling me so I ended up missing my final transfer. I was not given a notification for a flight change. Someone met me at the end of my second flight to tell me I missed my connecting flight. With the adjusted flight Singapore gave me, there was no chance I would have made it. They did purchase a ticket for me on another airline to get to San Francisco in the end."

Nevýhody: "The TRICK of so-called 'auction' to buy an economy plus Seat . One may end up with a middle seat . Felt personally ' cheated' . Will not do this again"

Výhody: "Singapore Air is keeping up their standard which is a tough job. I give credit to them while doing so. They do have a high bar to keep. Singapore Air still pampers its travellers by providing hot towels for refreshment. Something that I don't enjoy while flying on other airlines. Keep up the good job."

Are we saying that Singapore Air do not have any proper repair kit to fix it without using scotch tape?? Being one of the world's 5-star airline, I think Singapore Airline can do better than that. :)"

I enjoyed the flexibility of the seats; the quality of the cutlery, duvet, headphones and the matteress provided. The ICE is a brilliant entertainment system; giving an array of films to watch and games to play. The cabin crew were polite, friendly and helpful, and gave an excellent service as one would expect from travelling business."
Nevýhody: "The interior of the 777-300 was outdated, especially knowing that 777's have gone through an interior overhaul, so I was unfortunate to not be on of those refurbished planes. The food and the Virgin Mojito was not the best as I did expect it to better considering this was a business class. And the ICE tablet and its remote is not the most userfriendly nor responsive to use, as it does get a bit fiddly."

Nevýhody: "In my flight from Milan (MXP) to New York (JFK), I had a seat on 63C (aisle seat). A woman seating on my sided asked me to change my seat with her son who was on 74F (middle seat). I said no, because it would be a seat several rows back an in the middle. I had paid more to have the aisle seat, so it did not make any sense to change to a middle seat. However, some minutes later, an Emirates employee asked me again if I could change the seats. He created such an awkward situation, that it was impossible to do not change to the other seat. I tried to argument that he was giving me no other option, but to accept the change. In summary, I had a good seat due to the higher fee that I had paid, but I was transferred to the back in a middle seat. I thought Emirates was a serious company. As I told their employee, I do not plain to fly with them anymore."

Výhody: "Flight was delayed for 24 hours and when it got to Dubai we were told the flight is full to Beirut and will have to wait till the next day. Very bad experience!!'"

Airport is TERRIBLE in terms of going from gate to gate- loong walks with no moving walkways. Train is a joke covering very short distance. Once arrived in Boston, took 1hr before luggage started unloading, and then to find out our 4 bags didn't come at all. Staff on ground not courteous, wouldn't send bags to home town in Raleigh. Had to wait till afternoon to get the bags and then fly to final destination. Entertainment system very bad, audio/video stop and go, stop and go- really terrible (though notice some people's screens were working fine)."

Power outlets at every seat and an extensive entertainment system with movies from Eastern and Western culture."

Výhody: "I flew Paris -Hong Kong(round trip) with transfer in Istanbul and overall everything was ok. The in-flight service was great, food was very good and their fleet seems quite new and clean."
Nevýhody: "Thw only aspect I didn't like was the fact that our flight from Istanbul to Hong Kong was delayed and that is not a big problem,flights gets delayed all the time. But the attitude we got from the ground staff in the airport was a big problem. We got to the customer service counter to get further information about the flight and nobody was giving us any information.Not even an apology for the fact that we waited for 3 hours in an airport at 2 AM. Everybody seemed so bored,that they barely spoke 3 words.They offered us a voucher at Burger King, but we couldn't order anything from the menu,but the simplest burger. We just expected a bit more from an airline that has somebody dressed as a chef on-board while serving the in-flight meals."

Nevýhody: "Because of delay they left me to sleep on the airport in Istanbul. I am pregnant and nobody didn't wanted to help me at transfer desk. Last time in my life with Turkish Airlines."
