No alcohol on the plane anymore. A glass of wine back in the day would make the flight much more enjoyable

Quality of the food is poor. No wine served on the board anymore.

Flight attendant never caught fact that person in isle seat was blocking our row ( I was on window seat) with a huge back pack . Poor safety and cabin service by flight attendants ! U satisfactory ! And Very unsafe !!"

Nevýhody: "With Kayak I booked Tel Aviv to Malta with 1 hour stop in Athens. The first flight was delayed by an hour hence making me lose my second flight. Aegean then booked me on a flight to Catania (Italy) for a different connection to Malta. Only that this Aegean flight was also delayed by an hour making me miss the second connection. Eventually I arrived in Malta 15 hours later than scheduled. Aegean customer service reps were extremely unhelpful and made this 10 times more difficult. I missed a whole vacation day, amassed roaming telephone charges and on top of that missed a reservation for Dinner in the Sky Malta."

The filling smelled and the dough was rubbery. Stick to easy basics like eggs. This is coming from someone who eats EVERYTHING"

I reclined my seat and Icould feel my seat on top of someone's knees. So i sat up and struggled to sleep. I suppose in a sleepy haste I reclined my seat. I was awaken to a gentleman asking me to sit my chair up so he could put his tray down to eat his dinner. I felt horrible."

I flew business class. But nothing compare to business class. Lounge closed in Vienna. Not exist at all in Tel Aviv. Priority boarding not exist in Tel Aviv despite available business counter. Nobody in front of me was checked in to Business or with Senator status. No welcome drinks. All overall awful experience.

Totally unhelpful ground staff, who were oblivious to the fact that I had a work commitment the next day so couldn’t overnight in some random hotel at an airport to suit Austrian’s policies. Eventually routed via Lisbon which meant literally flying all night to arrive at 0600. Lufthansa and Austrian have some serious faults to correct."

In the U.S., we are customers that paid for a service and are asking for details on that service. In Europe, we are annoyances that depend on staff at the boarding gates to get on the plane, so power tripping and general disdain to customers beings confused are part of the game. I will try never to fly Austrian Airlines again. Absolutely unacceptable behavior toward families, mothers with children, senior citizens. I can almost see the smirks and annoyed and superior attitude of staff at the boarding gate when they had to deal with more passengers asking why boarding hasn't started half an hour ago when we were announced it would. No answers, just show me the passport and boarding pass, ok, please go back, we'll let you know, then ignore questions."
Výhody: "Love the 767 seating layout with 2-3-2 seating. My hubby and I got 2 by the window/aisle. I like having 2 aisles for walking around. Pasta meal was much more tasty than the chicken meal."

Nevýhody: "But Wifi did not offer much, just some summary descriptions on the destination. I'd be enchanted to get via WiFi the well-known in-flight map showing which leg of your flight was accomplished."
Nevýhody: "Our flight was cancelled at the time we were suppose to board. We had to find another flight via Istanbul and got to our destination 6 hours late. Won't use Kayak again."
Výhody: "After flight to Vienna was cancelled, we were put on a flight to Frankfurt instead."
Nevýhody: "Kayak sent me an email at 5:16am for an 8:15 am flight titled, "Austrian Airlines flight #704 from PRG on time". It was in fact cancelled. Unfortunately we missed the connection for the flight to Newark, which we were expressly told would be held for us... they shut the door 30 seconds before we arrived, with the plane still at the gate. Had to then go to the only counter in the terminal to see if we could get on standby. Finally got on a flight to JFK instead at 5:15pm."

Nevýhody: "The Senator Lounge at Vienna Airport is very poor, food selection is very limited and it is obvious that the focus is on cost saving. Another disadvantage is that the lounge only opens at 5.30am in the morning but first flight already leave Vienna around 6am. Mine was at 7.05am which meant that I just arrived when the lounge opened and I had to wait in a long cue. Boarding was due to the limited space in front of the gate a mess, priority boarding was announced but I was not made sure that priority passengers board first. The seats on board are for business to small and there is not even space to hag up the coat."

Nevýhody: "I have the 'Economy Class' on the tickets. At check-in at the airport we wrote "economy light" on the boarding pass and want to pay for the first baggage. I check it on the original receipt I received by e-mail, there is ECONOMY CLASS and 1st baggage free of charge, another for a fee. So I do not understand and for two tickets I have paid 2 x 30 €."

Nevýhody: "The service of the airline was horrible. They lost our bags and refused to show any empathy towards us or the multiple other passengers that also lost their bags from our flight. I will never fly Eurowings again."

Nevýhody: "First leg of flight was delayed by fog. OK... it happens, but almost every customer facing employee along the chain gave wrong information and/or had no inclination to help. Spent an hour going from pillar to post at DUS having been told to retrieve bag from incoming carousel. Told several times it wasn't there and would meet us in DRS. Of course it wasn't. Frankly I've had more help from airlines in the least developed parts of the world. Lufthansa Group.... you must be joking."
Nevýhody: "Service at CheckIn was the worst I've ever received. The staff exuded no compassion, empathy or interest in trying to help me. I had to buy an extra checked bag and instead of giving my options clearly, they gave me a run around (do it online, call our customer service, refund your ticket at our service desk - all false). I did not appreciate that lack of competence or interest and as such will not be transacting business with Norwegian again. Furthermore, the crew on the airplane did not check on me or my row of passengers the entire flight. No water, no cookies, nothing! This was the worst display of airline service I ever seen!"

Nevýhody: "The seats are wider than coach and you have more leg room but they aren't very comfortable. No back support and I felt like I was always sliding off my seat. My footrest didn't work properly, and my husband's didn't work at all on the flight to Norway. The food was limited and really bad. In fact, my husband got sick from the chicken he ate, and the steak I got was like a grey eraser. I took one bite and threw the rest away. They didn't have enough food to offer me something else (remember, this is premium economy), and the flight attendant was irritated and short with me. They don't have any pillows on the flight and the "blanket" they give you is basically a sheet folded in two sewn together, and doesn't keep you warm at all. I felt like I was on a discount airline, but I didn't get the discount! I will not fly with Norwegian again."
Nevýhody: "The plane was delayed for hours and there was no offer for water or any other assistance. The reasoning behind the delays were not communicated and being a midnight flight delayed to 2:30/3am was exceptionally painful."

Nevýhody: "I did put my initial reservation on hold which cost me $150 and to have 12 months to use my credit then I was told after 2 weeks by trying to book a different dates that Norwegian will not fulfill my credit anymore....therefore I paid $150 and then got screwed by them after collecting an extra $150....what a joke! Stay away from them... low-cost airlines are not worthy when you add all headaches. Never did I fly with them never will."
Výhody: "Barcelona didn't tell us our flight was delayed until an hour after we were supposed to take off. At least have the decency to let us know in case we have to make other plans."
Nevýhody: "Great experience. I knew that they charge extra for literally everything, so I had my food, water, jacket. Plane was partially empty - great extra space. Highly recommend, but be aware of their strict policy to avoid unpleasant surprises."

The plane was a very old version and the “premium”seats were hardly bigger than economy and we never were offered pillows, blankets, drinks until we begged for them nor any explanation. Etc. I am done, done, done with Norwegian airlines."

Norwegian doesn't have a designated window or kiosk so I wasn't able to get any help on the matter."

Výhody: "For not a lot more money than Economy, Norwegian offers a Premium seat class that has ample width and legroom for an overseas flight. Friendly staff served us two meals with complimentary wine. The food is so-so but it's so rare to get actual food these days that I was ecstatic! Real, warm blankets too. Definitely will fly again."
Nevýhody: "Boarding very chaotic. No clear instructions about groups or times to board. No one knew which line they were supposed to be in."
Nevýhody: "Flight left from Budapest 2 hours BEFORE the time we booked the flight for - didn't get any notification, nothing!! Airline confirmed it was their fault,but my m missed her connecting flight and we still don't know how to get a refund for that... This is totally unheard of and unacceptable."
