Comfortable flight, very kind crew. Food was average. Good night use my headset to listen to movies and music which is typical for airlines. Why not offer a subtitles on All movies? I was told to be at the airport 3 1/2 hours before flight but boarding did not start until 2 1/2 hours before flight. In ability to check in online remains frustrating

Nevýhody: "There are couple things. First of all, it was cold almost for everyone: everyone used a blanket, and some people asked for a second blanket. Secondly, I think that if this airline became the best airline in 2017, staff should care about their passengers’ stuff more than they do, so backpacks or suitcases don't lose parts or get crushed during flights. When I got my backpack back, I thought that someone had used it to play football. My backpack had lost some parts, and some pieces of it were torn!"

I’m not sure flight with such short connections should be sold at all - with the previous flight being late 20 minutes, we were met at arrival gate by Qatar airlines employee that told us our connecting flight left without us. They helped us with everything onward- getting new boarding passses, hotel and meal vouchers, but all of this should not have been needed if such short connections were not sold."

Nevýhody: "Unfortunately, the plane was late, prompting me to miss my connecting flight. These things happen, I understand, but most upsetting was the fact that Qatar Airways provided very little information to those of us missing our flights. While on the plane, when those of us with short layovers mentioned that we may be late, we were told "you'll be fine - they hold the planes for a bit." When we deboarded the plane from New York, we ere wrangled into groups depending on our destinations. Many of us assumed that we were going to be taken to our next flights as we had been told they would be waiting for us. The airline rep in charge of my group refused to tell us any information, however, only admitting after we got confrontational with her that we had missed our flights. She then offered no information about what would happen to us, telling us we'd find out when we got to the rebooking counter. Very unprofessional. I was told that I would have to wait for another 24 hours for the next flight, necessitating that I would spend the night in Qatar. I was put up in a hotel that was decent, but again that offered very little in terms of customer service. We were given an $80 meal allowance, but despite me not using it, I was nickeled and dimed in other aspects to where I ended up paying $20 to help reschedule a flight that I had missed in my destination country. The whole ordeal was a nightmare and mostly due to poor communication and very cold, almost robotic interactions with the QA staff on the ground in Doha."

Nevýhody: "More realistic options to upgrade. Example I can board a train in London and upgrade to first class for £20 to Edinburgh. If you have a coach class or business class empty. Have capacity to feed extra or not. Last minute upgrades can be both a revenue stream and another option to further satisfy some customers. Particularly older generations that can afford and would fund such a win win appealing."

New airplanes - timely departure! No entertainment, this needs improvement!

The flight delayed. No screen, no charge for mobile devices. The portion of food is very small. The food is not delicious and no sweet just 3 pieces of fruit mostly apple. If you want coffee or tea you have to buy even you buy ticket at higher price than airlines that offer drinks, snacks and meals for free.

I was told I will be contacted with my claims number at the airport. Thus far I haven't heard anything from the airline. The number given goes straight to voice mail."
