Výhody: "On a long haul flight, when I bought my ticket, Kayak advertised entertainment on my long haul flights. There was none on this flight! Seata were extremely uncomfortable."

Výhody: "Seat was surprisingly comfortable, and entertainment system was better than I expected!"
Nevýhody: "Bathroom was not super tidy, and bathroom door had issue with closing and locking properly."

Nevýhody: "Delays were not communicated at all. Plane was very old with no seat back entertainment or in flight magazine. A large piece of the plane fell off on takeoff and hit a passenger in the head. The crew tried to jam it back in place but it was obvious it would not stay put. It fell off two more times."

Nevýhody: "First we were told that we cannot be checked in for the flight because our luggage was not checked to Oakland. Therefore we cannot fly. This was unacceptable because all three flights were on the same ticket, plus we had 2,5 year old traveling with us"

Then when I went to purchase outrageously priced snacks only half way through the flight, most selections were sold out. I will never book again."
Výhody: "WOW went out of business before our flight, and Kiwi handled our transfer very poorly, promising things they never delivered. Agents in Prague were infinitely more helpful and straight forward."

Nevýhody: "The video screens in the cabin - especially when in default menu mode and not actually in use - are bright... really bright. I was unable to sleep because someone didn’t turn theirs off before falling asleep. Then - after landing, they simply can’t be turned off as the loop a Dreamliner promo of footage shot in the bright sky. The screen brightness is NOT adjustable during the promo and sunglasses were needed since I had no option but to have it shine in my face."
Výhody: "Liked that the flight was not full and therefore could use 3 seats to stretch a bit. Modern plane and smooth flight. Cheap!"
Nevýhody: "Tight leg space. No food or drinks besides water. Sits could be more padded. My screen didn't allow me to order food or drinks. It was broken and there was no effort from the crew to offer to get at least a menu or pay with my visa for even a cup of coffee. I could have gone to the middle area to deal with it but it was not worth the effort. Not the most pleasing crew IMO. Just doing their jobs."

Nevýhody: "We booked a trip from Stockholm to NY. Got to the airport and the baggage fee was quite high, but i was ok paying it since i didn't prepay online- my mistake. BUT then i was told since the plane was stopping at Oslo we had to pay ANOTHER SET OF LUGGAGE FEES !!!! I said, no you must be mistaken, there is no way you can charge me for two trips just because your plane is making a stop! They insisted and rather than fight and get thrown out of the airport i am disputing with my credit card company, but it can't possibly be legal. $690.00 fees !"

Nevýhody: "I bought the ticket at the last minute and couldn't pre-pay for luggage or food. The food cost me and my companion $50 for sandwiches, snacks and drinks. Even water and soda is $3 for a small can. If you want a blanket, they charge, if you want anything, they charge. Luggage was over $80. Just pay more for a different airline, it will be less."
Výhody: "The 787 Aircraft was nice."
Nevýhody: "3+ hours of delay on a 6 hour flight isn't acceptable (DY7148 from Boston to LGW on Jan 7 2018). After late arrival of the aircraft, "weather" caused a 1 hour delay in boarding and another hour of delay for loading bags. The only "weather" in Boston was "cold" (aka winter). Perhaps they'd have to cancel the flight if someone saw a snowflake."

Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed for poorly explained reasons, there was a huge baggage cost for an international flight, the plane taxied for 5 hours after landing, the heat was cranked up and there were no fans, our baggage hasn’t come out 2 hours after landing, but most of all there was no in flight entertainment for the 7.5 hour transatlantic flight - I don’t want to fly Norwegian ever again."

Nevýhody: "We arrived 15 minutes late because our previous flight was delayed so they wouldn't let us on the plane. They said we lost our ticket and the next flight is next week. Now Wer on the way to cologne Germany to travel to Orlando tomorrow. We had to pay a 1000 more Euros. We don't have money and we might get fired from our job. Wer very upset and we need to speak to management. Non of this was our fault."
Výhody: "The crew was great and the flight was comfortable."
Nevýhody: "I believe it's an airport issue so I'm hesitant to put this but I was unable to check in until 2 hours prior to my flight. The rest of the party I was traveling with was on a different flight that left a bit sooner so I arrived with them at the airport only to be kept waiting as they were able to go through security upon arrival. Norwegian doesn't have a designated window or kiosk so I wasn't able to get any help on the matter."

I dont even know how they still in busines, well i do know and is because all the fees they charge.. i picked this airline because i though i was getting a good price to barcelona and end up paying almos double.. firts the service at the check in was terrible had incompetent people working and not willing to provide customer service.. they made me paid one checking in back in a such of long flight from new york to barcelona.. only allowing people to have a carry on.. which a lot airline do that, but not to euro cuz the amount of hr. Second they only allow 20kg per bag and not willing to combine the kg between carry on and checking.. and the answer for the manager "go to hudson news and buy a new bag and pay for it or you can just travel" then i found out that they dont bring no even water.. just imagine to be on airplane for 8 hr without even drinking water because they want you to pay for everything.. i would surprise me for them to ask me for money to use the bathroom. We all know what airlines bring for food and i dont think it was worth to pay $50 dollar for that food.. i have travel to barcelona and all euro plenty time and use tap portugal, kml, delta, airfrance, and so far this is the worst airline you will ever pick.. third seats are very unconfortible and have not enough space for such a long trip. Every time you call customer service to even ask a question they are they dont care.. i would love my money back.. i usually dont write review about thing but i said to myself i have to let people know so they aware of what they will be getting into.. so litteraly i end up paying 600 plus everything else i use on this airline.. what this people do is an abuse.. i asked for water and theh told my ticket didnt include water and i had to pay for it.. no even a glass.. i would understand if it was a short flight for few hrs.. but imagine 8 hr when at the airport dont allow you to bring any liquid.."
Výhody: "The crew was reasonably customer-friendly and the individual entertainment options made long flight easier, and economy class at the back of the airplane was as comfortable as can be expected."
Nevýhody: "The pre-boarding and boarding experience was dismal, with extended delays requiring leaving the gate area accompanied by vague explanations and conflicting instructions about when to return to the gate, when to expect an update, and how to expect the update to be communicated. Instead, ground agents were rude and blamed passengers' confusion on us rather than their own lack of coordination and communication among themselves."

Nevýhody: "The seats were quite narrow. It may be worth alerting future passengers of the seats in coach when suggesting they might want to upgrade."

Nevýhody: "On an 11 hour flight, 1 water was made available. Everything else including food and any snacks was for pay. With a $1400 ticket that is ridiculous! Every other airline will give you at least drinks and snacks on a commuter flight and meals on international. No online checkin, no seat selection until ticketing, incredibly expensive flight change fees, flight service was bad. I will not fly Norwegian airlines again."
