Nevýhody: "Original flight cancelled so rebooked ojba floght five hours later - then with one hour to go until that second flight, that was cancelled as well. Totally unhelpful ground staff, who were oblivious to the fact that I had a work commitment the next day so couldn’t overnight in some random hotel at an airport to suit Austrian’s policies. Eventually routed via Lisbon which meant literally flying all night to arrive at 0600. Lufthansa and Austrian have some serious faults to correct."

Nevýhody: "You sold wrong tickets to customers. I booked economy tickets but I got Econony lite ticket. Had to pay extra charges. You shouldn’t make money to sell lower class tickets as regular."

Výhody: "good food, drinks, good entertainment options"

Výhody: "Plane, pilots and the leader of the crew"
Nevýhody: "The flight attendant in the back needs to be more educated"

Výhody: "The flight was short: 4 hours. It was in time, etc. Certainly no entertainment."
Nevýhody: "After the breakfast (rather poor) no drink was suggested. There was a cup for tee or coffee. Empty one. After the breakfast they just took it away with other dirty dishes. It happened to all passengers in my neighborhood."

Nevýhody: "Can’t like it if you missed it!!"

Nevýhody: "No entertainment. Luckily, it was late or I would have missed it because my previous plane was so late."

Nevýhody: "We ended up needing to check a bag. It cost 40 Euros which seemed high. We were sent to another line to pay then back to check in. Then our flight was 45 minutes delayed leaving. Fortunately the pilot got us in to Zurich only 20 Mon late. Just typical "never know what's gonna happen"."

Nevýhody: "Our flight was delayed by three hours due to “technical problems“. We were never updated during the weight and when we were told that the flight was canceled everyone was told to go back to the ticketing area to pick up their luggage and to find other options. When we were almost halfway there we were told to turn around and that the flight in fact was not canceled. The food was mediocre at best in the service on the plane was in adequate. They were understaffed and staff to peer to be stressed and fatigued. The seats were small and cramped and not well padded in the economy section. We are going to be flying on Lufthansa in the spring and will hope that their services are better than what we experienced on Austrian air."

Výhody: "After flight to Vienna was cancelled, we were put on a flight to Frankfurt instead."
Nevýhody: "Kayak sent me an email at 5:16am for an 8:15 am flight titled, "Austrian Airlines flight #704 from PRG on time". It was in fact cancelled. Unfortunately we missed the connection for the flight to Newark, which we were expressly told would be held for us... they shut the door 30 seconds before we arrived, with the plane still at the gate. Had to then go to the only counter in the terminal to see if we could get on standby. Finally got on a flight to JFK instead at 5:15pm."

Výhody: "The plane took off as scheduled and arrived promptly. Flight attendents are polite, pleasant and helpful."

Výhody: "Flight Attendants super friendly as well as ground staff in Salzburg."
Nevýhody: "Seats a little tight."

Nevýhody: "The space between the seats is very narrow and there is no entertainment."

Výhody: "Unfortunately no good experience comes to my mind..... Only one! At boarding there was a Jewish girl, she was very nice and kind! I wish I could list here more positive!!!"
Nevýhody: "Unfortunately the food was poor quality. You should pay attention to people who eat kosher and have an option available. Eventho I have marked it on my ticket I need kosher food it wasn't available. It is upsetting. It would be a must at every company, regardless of the service to have name tags for the employees!!! Mostly the flight attendants were kind, but as soon as i asked for something it seemed like they don't want to help or work at all. I understand I have traveled on the economy class but shouldn't make a difference how you treat the travelers. The pillows were dirty!!!!! Not only one, because I have asked for more......most of them! It is disgusting! Something must have been wrong with the headphones because the volume was on max when i tried to watch the move but barely could hear anything. I have flew with Lufthansa most of the time and in the future will chose them. Very disappointing that sooo many little things are interrupting a vacation."

Nevýhody: "I have the 'Economy Class' on the tickets. At check-in at the airport we wrote "economy light" on the boarding pass and want to pay for the first baggage. I check it on the original receipt I received by e-mail, there is ECONOMY CLASS and 1st baggage free of charge, another for a fee. So I do not understand and for two tickets I have paid 2 x 30 €."

Nevýhody: "very tight connection in VIE after a small late departure from LHR but we make the connection."

Výhody: "Staff was very kind. I'm not a needy person, but they offered continuous service."
Nevýhody: "This is for Kayak's app- Usually I get a special meal request through the agent, but could not do it on Kayak's app, and Lufthansa and Austrian did not recognize my booking code from the ticket purchase confirmation email to do it on their website directly. Please look into both issues. This is for my whole trip and not the above mentioned destination."

Nevýhody: "Delay of 1 hour on a flight of 1 hour during lunch time and neither a snack during the flight."

Výhody: "Staff are pleasant and competent."

Výhody: "The boarding and exiting of the aircraft was smooth and organized. I really do prefer that passengers be strictly monitored when boarding the plane according to their seats. It really does make sense to board the plane from the rear forward. I realize airlines feel like they have to make their business class passengers feel special, but it really doesn't make sense for passengers to be climbing over one another."
Nevýhody: "I left my entertainment at home in a mad rush to depart which is very unusual for me. As a result, I had to rely on Austrian Airlines' copyright licenses, and they were less than satisfactory. Fortunately, I'm flying back with Lufthansa, so I hope there will be more variety there. The lavatory at the back of the plane was filthy by the end of the flight. I don't understand why the flight attendants feel to good to clean the lavatories for their passengers. We are stuck on a flying can for 9-10 hours and deserve to have clean lavatories during that time. At one point, I was thirty and approached the back of the plane. When I entered the rear galley, the ladies looked at me like I was intruding. If self-service is not available for passengers, then flight attendants should be prepared to serve their customers."
