Nevýhody: "una valija se perdió. Eso desató el descontrol que tiene KLM para seguir el equipaje. No hay como hacer tracking. No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

Nevýhody: "Old airplane with not really comfy seats. No outlets for charging devices. Very old entertainment screen."

Výhody: "From downloading the KLM app to the final touchdown of my final flight, everything was an ease, checking in, the option to change my seat, the service received was great."

Výhody: "Flight crew was pleasant and attentive. Seats were comfortable for economy as well. We were allowed to check in extra baggage for free at check in which really helped since we would be catching a connecting flight in Amsterdam"

Výhody: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Nevýhody: "There is a bus to the plane, so that takes a bit of extra time but they are very well organized."

Výhody: "Fortunately, the plane was not full, so people could spread out a bit to create extra room. The food was really good! (surprisingly)."
Nevýhody: "KLM's new configuration for this type of plane made the seats even narrower than before. While leg room was reasonable, the 3 abreast seating meant a lot of discomfort, especially in the row right in front of the restroom."

Within a few hours (and thanks to airline assistance) we were able to locate the suitcase. Even then it took them two days to bring it to us, two precious days off our planned vacation (7 days) At the end of the shortened vacation, we got to the chek in, and told that since the ticket I had purchased form them two months earlier was too cheap ... and since the flight was Over booked, they would take me off the plane if all the passengers would arrive. It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"

I know that it could get chilly at the board and do take warm clothes with me just in case, but this was way too cold. Neither blanket nor my stuff helped. Another thing - I was sitting in the raw 50, and at the 49th raw crew ran out of chicken with only pasta left. ))) This happens, I get it. I've had it actually happened to me before on British Airways flights too couple of times. So it's not too big of a deal. I just wish that pasta tasted better)))"

Nevýhody: "The flight was 1 1/2 hrs late!!!! This seems to be a regular pattern from what I understand from others who have travelled the same itinerary. Not good if this becomes your reputation. The crew was not very attentive during good service. It was more of a routine / rush job rather than making sure that everybody was served and got what they needed ( had to ask for my dinner as my row was skipped and was never offered coffee before landing). The crew seemed rather young and inexperienced. The food was below average!!!! Especially the chicken patty before landing - seriously!!!!! Why not include a little bit of Finnish / Scandinavian cuisine to emphasize the Finnair brand!!! Entertainment was also below average. There needs to be more variety - especially for the TV selection, which had only 2 options!!! No music and no games?? Also, it would be nice to have access to a flight map. Too few accessible WCs"

Helped me stow my banjo in a closet instead of under the plane wich really was great because of its value to me...great food and entertainment options made the trip fly by...hah....kinda freaked out by the whole black glove thing but maybe it's sexy, not sure."

Výhody: "Flying out of Chicago we had a 3 hour delay. Caused me to miss my connection. The cause was "plane availability". What? It wasn't weather related in the least. Once the flight left the ground, the trip was very pleasant. But, Finnair should have made some sort of compensation to the passengers. They did not."

Výhody: "The flight was great...the staff are wonderful people...they are so sweet and kind...they work so hard...the service was great...I love their personalities..The Movie selection was awesome...Because of my broken leg, they were there to help me right away...amazing crew...will be flying with them again in October....looking forward to flying with British Airways again... Výhody: "I took the bus back and forth from SF to London. Overseas I am now in contemplation of only flying British Airways from now on. The ride is comfortable, enjoyable, entertaining, adequate space, excellent service, food and drinks are the best I have had, and exceptional services and attention. This goes for both flights. I have been recommending Britsh Airways over the last several weeks to pretty much everyone I know. My family and I will be looking to British Airways for overseas flights as a priority."
Nevýhody: "Connecting flight thru Heathrow was too close for comfort. I just reached the gate at the end of boarding. If there had been a glitch at all I would have missed the flight."

Výhody: "Staff was kind, flight itself generally went smoothly. The boarding process itself went fairly quickly, and I was able to disembark within minutes of landing."
Nevýhody: "This Finnair flight was operated by American Airlines, but American Airlines did not notify me about the change in flight number until I called in a panic the night before because I was unable to check in. The plane was nearly 2 hours late departing from Chicago O'Hare with no explanation given. 1hr and 45 minutes is a long time to sit without going anywhere. Food was incredibly uninspiring and the staff was kind, but generally seemed distracted. I asked for a beverage at one point, but the flight attendant was too busy trying to get the passenger next to me who was passed out on sleeping pills to put the window shade down to give it to me. American Airlines is one of the only carriers left that has not upgraded to individual entertainment units for transatlantic flights and so the entertainment was like something straight out of Mad Men. Probably my worst flying experience to date."

Výhody: "Flight attendants were grumpy, food was horrible (even for airplane standards), entertainment selection subpar and boarding was confusing (i.e. they was a group "b" and a group "2"- both different? ) received no nice comforts such as eye mask, etc"

So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated"

Nevýhody: "I will never fly Ryanair again. They harass you by email on a regular basis to upgrade this and upgrade that. They also do it when you open their app. Terrible, terrible marketing."

Výhody: "Inexpensive, simple travel. The in-flight food was better than expected and affordable."

Nevýhody: "Be careful with the bag. They didn't accept my carry on despite I paid for it, saying it was to big. When trying to pay they told me that only with EUROS. Didn't accept neither my credit cards (they accept only Europe issued CC) not USD. I couldn't retrieve money from an ATM either."

Nevýhody: "To start off with there was only ONE person checking people in before the flight, so it took forever. Then the guy at check-in told us we were already supposed to have our boarding passes printed out and that he was not able to print them for us. Basically, it was a "figure it out for yourself" sort of situation. We went to another counter, not even directly associated with Ryan, and a very nice gentleman there printed our passes for us. He also seemed really confused as to why the Ryan Air employee wouldn't print them for us. Then, we weren't given a gate assignment until 20 mintues before the time we were supposed to board. How do you expect your customers to be prepared if you can't even tell them where they are supposed to go until the last minute? Then they made us board a bus to take us to the plane on the tarmac which was not a big deal. But they made us stand on the bus for 20+ mintues before they took us over to the plan. The bus was completely full, so it's not like they were waiting to load more passengers. The doors to the bus were open, so it was freezing cold (our flight was late at night) and we were forced to breath in exhaust fumes from the bus the entire time! The flight was also an hour delayed!!! I know it's a super cheap ticket, but do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to fly on an airline that actually knows what they're doing. This is my first and most definitely LAST time flying on Ryan Air. If I could give zero stars, I would."

Nevýhody: "Was one of the worst flights I’ve ever taken. No information, no updates, no announcements until 15 minutes after flight was supposed to leave. No ground staff apart from one lady who worked for the airport who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They loaded the Dublin flight through the same gate we were supposed to be flying from and we’re putting them on buses keeping them there 10 minutes pulling them off the buses, putting them back on the buses. It was an absolute joke. On the flight the cabin crew were slow, again no information at all. Just stood there looking useless and chatting ignoring passenger call lights. We landed in Stansted and they couldn’t open the gate as the ground staff “couldn’t find the key” keeping us on the plane for an extra 10-15 minutes with no AC. Terrible experience would never book Ryanair ever again."

Nevýhody: "Because of its wheels, my suitcase wouldn't fit their dimensions for gate check and they charged me 50 euros before boarding. They could have waived the suitcase through or offered to upgrade me to Priority, but they preferred to make an example of a passenger. They make you parade with your suitcase to the front of the line to "prove it." I will not fly on Ryanair again."

Nevýhody: "the gate change many times, no information about the flight , no answers, many problems with the cases of the people, I hate rian air."

Výhody: "Price."
Nevýhody: "Cramped, uncomfortable seats that do not recline. Inattentive flight attendants. Poor beverage service, like they were trains to offer nothing unless you tackled a flight attendant as she raced by. Packed transit tram to plane: priority peopleeaitedin the idling tram while everyone for the flight came down. Never again! Price or not!"

Výhody: "Took off on time and arrived a few minutes early. I didn’t have to wait too long for luggage on carousel."
Nevýhody: "Sitting next to someone who played music too loud even with headphones. Could hear a constant noise"

Výhody: "Quick flight, friendly staff and pilot deserves credit for taking off in horrible weather conditions"
Nevýhody: "No fault of the staff but we were an hour late boarding and I missed my connecting bus"

Výhody: "On time, short flight so comfort not a big issue, basically you get what you pay for and you don't pay a lot."

Nevýhody: "two roads with Ryanair, each time delay of about one hour"

Nevýhody: "They charged me 50 € because I was unable to check in online"

Výhody: "It flew"
Nevýhody: "Delayed over an hour with no communication. Wouldn’t let us check in online and then we’re penalized $150 to check in at airport. Boarding stared and we waited on the gate for 30+ min along with all other passengers. No communication from crew. No crew or staff working gate. No gate announced until after flight departure time. Overall awful."

Výhody: "Flight was quick and easy."
Nevýhody: "Boarding process was a little slow."

Nevýhody: "Terrible customer service."

Nevýhody: "Bad job with customers. Sorry."

Výhody: "The crew. And the wheelchair personnel in both Prague and Dublin were outstanding."
Nevýhody: "The one-hour, 50-minute delay. And why are both airports using stairs instead of jet bridges?"

Nevýhody: "Ryanair charges low prices to get you locked into their flight, then if you do not follow their rules exactly then they try to charge you money left and right: 1) Not checking in online 2) Not printing your boarding pass 3) Having too heavy of bags 4) Carry on in not the smallest possible carry on size 5) Any extras during the flight including water"

Výhody: "Arrived earlier than expected on both legs of the journey."
Nevýhody: "They had us filter through passport check to be in a small room without much AC. This is more an issue with the airport, but if they had been less strict about the gate rule to allow people to spread out and not be herded like cattle, it would have made things more comfortable."

Výhody: "Liked absolutely nothing."
Nevýhody: "The staff was rude and took every opportunity to scam more money out of the passengers. I will never recommend Ryanair to anyone. Never have I been so disappointed in a travel experience. I'd rather be dragged off a United plane than ride Ryanair again."

Výhody: "Friendly Staff"
Nevýhody: "We paid for priority boarding and then we're put on a bus and told to stand. When the bus stoped everyone dashed to the entrance and we were one of the last people to get on board."

Nevýhody: "I work for a main line airline in the U.S. when we were boarding the flight I noticed we were on a 737-800 which I'm familiar with this aircraft. I know my bag will fit with no problem. As we a bearing the podium the agent says the bag is to big and demands I pay 65 euros. I am trying to explain to her that the bag will fit. Long story short they got 65 euros out of me. I probably won't fly them again ."

Výhody: "Boarding and deboarding were both a little hectic. Crew was pleasant and spoke both english and Italian."
Nevýhody: "The cabin seems cramped, and seats not comfortable. My knees were hitting the seat in front of me, and I'm only 6'. Luckily my flight was only 1.5 hours."

Výhody: "Flight was smooth, plane was comfortable, staff very nice"
Nevýhody: "I did not appreciate having to obsess for weeks about the luggage restrictions and whether we met them; the fact that we had to arrive with a printed boarding pass in hand. -- when you are traveling that is not easy. The flight turned out to be just fine, but I was expecting to be hit with another charge right up to the moment we got on the plane. Were we just lucky?"

Výhody: "They didn't lose my luggage"
Nevýhody: "I was told I could not use my pillow for take-off, landing and the majority of the in flight. I broke my neck years ago and I need the pillow for neck support especially for takeoff and landings which are always the most painful part. ( Didn't help that the pilot had rough decent and a violent touchdow on landing). I just truly am baffled as to why I was not allowed to use a pillow? We are not talking about some large bed pillow we are talking about a small pillow that takes up no room and is specifically made for flying. I tried using my water bottle as neck support but it was no luck. Flying is already painful enough and to not be allowed to use a pillow which helps to support the neck is truly agregious. I really don't know what to say on why this wasn't allowed but I hope this issue is solved with upper management so the next person with such a problem will Never have to go through this. As for I, I will never use Ryanair again. Truly disappointing."

Výhody: "Cabin crew were brilliant and dealt with all questions with ease. Well trained team and immaculate appearance."
Nevýhody: "Rough landings but not sure if that's due to aircraft model."

Nevýhody: "One guy is very rude. Even said if we have any problem with him we can stay at the airport."

Výhody: "Crew and organized operating system"
Nevýhody: "I couldnt slepp in flight"

Výhody: "Quick boarding, flight almost on time, clean plan, nice crew"
Nevýhody: "Not so comfort seat"

Nevýhody: "We were kept waiting for at least 20 minutes in a closed very hot airtight bus as other passengers were late. Why we weren't allowed to board and they didn't go back for the others I don't know"

Výhody: "Left on time."
Nevýhody: "Seats did not recline. We were overcharged for bags at the gate in Prague. They do not even provide water unless you pay 3 €. In the end if I had bought a ticket for the same extra cost I paid I would have had a better flight. Never use it again."
