In case TA’s web developers are reading this, Los Angeles is the city with LAX in it. I guess you don’t have to know every city, but maybe download a complete list of cities and use that? There are lots of open source options and I can help you, if it gets confusing. Or, alternatively, allow users to type their city with a keyboard. Scrolling through every city in the state of California is not easier than typing Los Angeles. Especially when arriving at Los Gatos and thinking “wait... did I miss it?” That’s not the only thing wrong with your website, but start here. Look Turkish airlines is wonderful, I’m just saying that it was hell actually buying a ticket and signing up for your rewards program."

Nevýhody: "I did not enjoy the run-around I was given in trying to find the hotel desk. “50 meters then turn left” was the anthem. All someone had to say was go outside the airport and you’ll find the hotel desk! Hehe thank you Turkish Airlines however! Thank you."

Nevýhody: "You need to buy a visa if you want to enter the country and they only accept USD, Euros or GBP. The only currency exchange is on the other side of passport control so you have to use one of the ATMs and they only give you $100. The staff is unprofessional and seems clueless when you ask them for help. The kiosks are a nightmare and working with them is worse than working with the people. They freeze, and glitch and many of them just flat out don't work. Probably one of the worst airports I've ever been to."

Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

Nevýhody: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Nevýhody: "Flight was late. Boarding very slow. Entertainment was ok by today's standards. Each seat had a display, but movie selection was not great. For a French airline I was looking forward to breakfast -- maybe some nice pastries or at least a decent croissant with jam. None such. It was disappointing. Meals were not impressive either, but the complimentary wine was good."

Nevýhody: "They forgot the snack/breakfast service for the front right section of economy then had to rush it. Overall, the service was good, but some things just seemed off. An attendant call was never answered, etc."

Nevýhody: "Everything. AF changed seats without authorization or notification, separating a mother from her 3 year old daughter. Their entire attitude was "nothing to be done, now board plane and leave" no compensation was offered, nothing done to remedy their mistake or rude behavior and treatment"

Výhody: "The flight crew was excellent. My husband and I flew economy and I saw the crew keep passengers well fed (several meals and snacks) and were attentive to everyone's needs and all done with a smile. I thought the hot towels for cleansing our hands before meals was a very nice touch!"

Výhody: "Efficient check-in."
Nevýhody: "It was raining in Prague so I can understand that luggage is going to get wet. But when we opened our luggage at least half of our clothes were wet. It would seem that the luggage sat out for quite a while prior to departure for that much soaking of clothes. Fortunately we are staying in Paris for a few days and can get our clothes dried out."

Výhody: "I enjoyed the food, the crew's friendliness in First Class and the boarding process."
Nevýhody: "The wi-fi did not work on our flight"

Výhody: "The food was great. Very filling and hot foods were hot and cooked thoroughly. For our 8 hour flight we were served 2 meals and snacks and plenty of hot drinks which was nice.The entertainment was great got to watch movies and play games and also learn language through games."
Nevýhody: "It was very hot in there probably hotter than it should be. Not much air flow I was sweating the whole flight. Because of this I couldn't sleep it was kinda miserable not gonna lie."

Výhody: "Boeing 777 had a lot of space. Good legroom. Timely departure and arrival, hassle free, safe trip all the way. Enjoyed the red wine; very delicious!"
Nevýhody: "Seat didn't recline. The entertainment unit was very difficult to dislodge and raise to use (We were in the front). Movies were kind of older ones but I had reading to do so entertainment wasn't that important."

Výhody: "cookies were great"
Nevýhody: "we paid for two seats together (one aisle and one middle) an exit row with extra legroom from paris to LA. but when we got to Prague they had one of us in the middle seat in the exit row and the other in a completely different part of the plane, also a middle row. The folks in Prague couldn't fix this, they moved one ticket to a different exit row, not together, different part of the plane. In Paris, but ONLY after I located my receipt on my phone, they moved us to the seats we had paid for."

Nevýhody: "Ground service at check-in was very poor: Misinformation and failure to provide a level of service that other SkyMiles partners provide for Gold level traveler."

Nevýhody: "I sat next to an overweight lady and was incredibly uncomfortable my entire flight. There needs to be better regulation for overweight passengers to ensure that every passenger has enough room"

Výhody: "Gate side crew was amazing in providing repeated delay updates."
Nevýhody: "6:34 flight was delayed until 1:00 am due to not having a pilot. No weather issues just no pilot, poor staffing. Unacceptable."

Nevýhody: "Seats were VERY SMALL and worse, they were like sitting on a wood bench. Many passengers were grumbling about horrible the seats were. Unacceptable for a 5-1/2 hour flight."

Výhody: "The crew was very courteous and helpful, they seemed to have a positive attitude and worked with passengers like they really enjoyed their job."
Nevýhody: "There was a 3 hour delay outbound and a 9 hour delay inbound. On the inbound flight I was put up in a nice hotel for the day and given a $30 meal voucher. However I missed my connecting flights and had to be put up when I got back to the States. Despite getting in at 10pm I was put on a 5am flight."

Výhody: "Highly skilled pilot."

Nevýhody: "The flight attendants were the best"

Nevýhody: "The wifi was out so I was unable to do what I needed to do and I was unable to stream music"

Výhody: "Service was great in 1st class"
Nevýhody: "The movie Black k Klansman was great but the system had a problem. Not sure if just my seat or the whole digital video system. Every few minutes it would get choppy and unwatchable. I had to rewind and then it would be fine for a while. Like a video buffering problem."

Nevýhody: "The flight from Boston was extremely delayed,but miraculasly, the boarding to conecting FinnAir flight 6, took extra 10 minutes, which gave me a chance not to catch it. Though, me and the AA rep., had to cross-run about a mile up and down the escalators at terminal 8 , my baggage was left behind and did not make a transfer to FinnAir 6. At final destination I was asked to file a lost baggage claim. If not the initial flight from Logan, everything should go smoother."

Výhody: "Friendly staff made people feel safe even during turbulence."

Nevýhody: "I didn’t like the food, worse I’ Ever taste"

Výhody: "Food wasn’t awful."
Nevýhody: "Late. Very. Delayed at departure, then parked on the tarmac for most of an hour, perhaps more, to get to a gate. several of the cabin attendants were very unhappy people, grumpy, snappish and harsh. Old plane, no frills. (Center screens for entertainment, no usb charging in main cabin) come-one—use this poor old guy for short haul stuff."

Výhody: "That I had no issues. Timely, staff accommodating, area cleaned."
Nevýhody: "Had no concerns..."

Nevýhody: "No individual TVs. I won’t fly without making sure my individual seat has its own!!!"

Výhody: "staff was nice, but check-in is clumsy and inefficient"
Nevýhody: "plane from Prague to Philly is ancient, still has the drop-down screens from 1981 and the radio station dial for listening in, but that didn't even matter as the video system was down for half the flight. No electrical charging capability unless you carry a car adapter with you. Overhead space was tiny. At least they had headrests, which is weird since the seats are obviously 30+ years old. Business class and first have been upgraded with new features."

Nevýhody: "I had a delay of 4 hours. Got home very late. Not what I had planned on."

Nevýhody: "Old overhead monitors for movies. Audio did not work at my seat."

Výhody: "The crew members were friendly."
Nevýhody: "Everything. The outdated planes need to be renovated with seatback screens. The entertainment featured on the aisle screens were unappealing. The economy seats are smaller than on other planes we've flown in; my husband could not fit his legs in his own leg area and was miserable the entire flight. And lastly, the plane was freezing, even after turning off the air overhead. Everyone around me was huddled under their skinny blankets shivering."

Výhody: "There was ample food."
Nevýhody: "No individual tvs or phone chargers or in flight wifi available. Flight was delayed. Luggage was emptied onto a different carousel instead of the one that was posted. There was no announcement made of the carousel change."

Výhody: "Business class is wonderful"
Nevýhody: "Bathroom floor was full of pee."

Výhody: "Quick and efficient boarding, on time, when I asked at the gate for a window seat, I was accommodated. The food was very tasty and the flight attendants pleasant. Overall happy with this flight!"
Nevýhody: "It is impossible to sit comfortably due to the headrest that pushed my head forward regardless how I positioned it and removing it was impossible. There were no individual screens with in-flight entertainment and although I usually read or sleep, I can see how it would bother someone."

Výhody: "I appreciated the quality of our seats and amenities as well as the choices for TV."
Nevýhody: "I was unable to enjoy any of this; however, because a 6 year old talked loudly to himself the entire overnight flight while kicking the back of my seat. The crew and his parents said nothing. My boyfriend and I then had to spend our first day in Paris sleeping."

Výhody: "Entertainment and a lot of empty space on each flight"
Nevýhody: "I lost my first flight, as Avianca close it 1 hr before to aboard , Employees in JFK are so mean and rude. Avianca charge me another 900 Dollars on Top of 828 Dollars I did paid on Kayak.com, to "reschedule all my trip", that finally is exactly the same I had before . Avianca overcharged me 898 on top of what I Paid Luggage came destroyed and with missing thing at the final destination, nobody take care of that yet. even I made the compliant on write."

Výhody: "The crew on both legs were attentive, especially in helping people with connections deplane in Dallas. Boarding was easy. Checking one suitcase for free was good."
Nevýhody: "the first leg of the flight was delayed. The information about when it would leave kept changing at the gate. I would have appreciated some extra food due to the delay... I was unable to get food in Dallas, which my scheduled layover time would have allowed."

Nevýhody: "This flight is delayed 8/10. Miserable route"

Výhody: "not much"
Nevýhody: "They overbooked every flight of the day (total of 4) and offered us no solution except what as standby and try to get on next days flight. Very bad form and they were not helpful in finding a solution. we finally rented a car and drove home over 8 hours- still trying to get the rental car cost reimbursed....and oh yeah they completed tore apart my METAL GUN CASE!!!!"

Výhody: "First Class seating was of course better than economy."
Nevýhody: "Flight to Maui had no Mai Tai drinks available, no heated towels, no dessert, barely any service from the flight attendant(s)."

Výhody: "Got me to where I'm going safely. Crew was nice."

Nevýhody: "No food available. Only drinks. In a flight late in the night."

Výhody: "There was surprisingly a great amount of legroom"

Nevýhody: "Food was not good at all."

Výhody: "We know it's high season, we got to Milan save. That's the main part, overnight flight so that was good we slept a little."
Nevýhody: "Boarding was a little complicated, somehow they couldn't pull or flights up. But the staff was very helpful. Sorry but the plain seating was very uncomfortable, food was so so! We didn't really the kids movie on the main screen ."

Výhody: "Crew was really understanding of the frustration and were helpful. Plane was clean and newer."
Nevýhody: "Delayed due to weather... it happens. Just frustrating being delayed on the last flight of the day."

Výhody: "Nothing good to say at all about American Airlines. #IHATEAMERICANAIRLINES"
Nevýhody: "We boarde on time, however there was no air conditioning or lighting on. After fully boarding we were told the pilots were going to be an hour delayed coming in! Oh yeah, and the fancy new seats don't have power outlets. #IHateAmericanAirlines"

Výhody: "It was largely an uneventful flight. The point was that they did their part getting us to the destination. It was a good flight."
Nevýhody: "We did not use the entertainment system as it did not have any English subtitled movies so we did not use it."

Výhody: "After I pledged 25 years ago I would not travel with AA, this recent trip to Miami was delayed 30 minutes going to Miami and one hour goin back to Panama."
Nevýhody: "Ticket counter very long in Miami. Kiosk did not work. Flight delayed in both routes."

Nevýhody: "Late late cancelled chaos in reassignment late late One agent threw up hands said I'm done and left with long line of passengers not yet reassigned Person behind me asked why didn't we take Delta?"

Výhody: "The crew remained calm amidst the 2nd attempt to board after delays in landing gear tire changing."
Nevýhody: "Cramped. Had to pay for wireless on plane."

Nevýhody: "Frankfurt was rebooked by AA to PHL connecting to LGA. LGA leg was cancelled. They wanted us to take a flight to LGA the next day. We got ticketed to DCA connecting to LGA same day. Finally arrived home after 18 hours of travel. NOT HAPPY. We don't blame AA for weather cancellation but it was not an easy trip home."

Výhody: "Plane was not full and seats seemed spacious. Everything was on time."
Nevýhody: "the entertainment systems was very slow to respond to the touch commands on the screen."

Nevýhody: "Don't have tv in seats hard to watching one tv"

Nevýhody: "No individual tv screens seems a little ridiculous for a nonstop 5 hour flight"

Nevýhody: "I was going to miss my flight and so I called the AA and they would not credit, reschedule or do anything for me. I had to just waste the money as the change fee would be just as much as buying a new ticket. Teaches me a lesson for every straying away from Southwest."

Nevýhody: "When I booked my flight, I used Kayac like I always have in the past. To begin with, I selected several flights that were listed, only to have it tell me that this flight is no longer offered, which I assume is engineered to get me to select a more expensive flight. Once I finally found a flight that was still available, I selected it and began the process of providing information and selecting seat assignments. On 2 of the 4 legs of the round trip, there were no more seats available except for upgrade seats, which resulted in an extra $100.00+ in charges. Then when I finished the transaction, I noticed an extra $200.00 charge added. End result was that I ended up paying over double what I would normally pay for this same round trip that I have made many many times. I feel, no I know, that some customer relations person will look at this comment and reply with a pre-generated response apologizing and hoping I have a better experience in the future and thank me for using Kayac. Big companies like yours look at one customer as no big deal. I'm a Physician and have the ability to reach out to multitudes. I'm going to make it my mission in life to reach out to as many people as I can through word of mouth, signs in my office, Internet and social media to let them know about the deplorable practices of your company."

Výhody: "Very quick flight and good service."

Výhody: "None at all. Very poor customer service."
Nevýhody: "Very poor customer service. Flight attendant name Daryl H. Colored male , declined to help me put my carry on luggage onto the over head bin. Instead he scolded me not to bring carry on luggage if I can't put it in. The bin wax too high for me . I'm 4'10 inc tall and unable to reach the over head bin. And Daryl H, was sitting on my paid chair. A nice passenger offer his help and put the carry on to the bin. I will not book this airline again."

Nevýhody: "We were in the very last row so they ran out of food options."

Nevýhody: "No entertainment systems Chairs were old and uncomfortable"

Výhody: "nothing"
Nevýhody: "flight has been cancelled, airline staff gave me hotel vouchers which the hotel would NOT honor, I went back and forth twice because those two hotels would not accomodate american airline passenger vouchers, I end up calling a friend to pick up at the airport she has to drive for an hour just to pick me up, I regret buying a ticket in american airline"
