Totally unhelpful ground staff, who were oblivious to the fact that I had a work commitment the next day so couldn’t overnight in some random hotel at an airport to suit Austrian’s policies. Eventually routed via Lisbon which meant literally flying all night to arrive at 0600. Lufthansa and Austrian have some serious faults to correct."
Nevýhody: "You sold wrong tickets to customers. I booked economy tickets but I got Econony lite ticket. Had to pay extra charges. You shouldn’t make money to sell lower class tickets as regular."
Výhody: "They were really good with checking in my excess baggage and my two cats. Cats travelled well and arrived as expected. Check in at O'Hare was very friendly. In the air, flight attendants were very accommodating and friendly. All luggage and cats arrived! The plane from O'Hare to Austria was very nice!"
Nevýhody: "I think I have gotten used to Asiana's and Korean Airlines'. It just didn't seem to measure up to their business class service. The food (which has been highly rated!) I found to be just mediocre. Maybe it's because I was living in Asia for eight years and had become more accustom to asian cuisine?? I didn't love the seat either. When you recline, your feet are cramped inside a small area under the seat in front of you. It was cramped. The ability to customize the seat recline was limited. I like being able to move the head and feet into my own customized position. The business class seats from Vienna to Amman felt like coach."

While servis time we ordered whisky with cola and after one hour we went to ask for one more cause we wanted and CA told us they dont serve anymore whisky only wine or beer. Besides this things when I came to plane my sit and table tray was dirty so we had to put blanket over... for the first time I write bad feedback but I have to cause it was terrible.."

Výhody: "Nothing, we never got to go on our flight to Vienna. The only good thing is the manager, Servando, found us an alternative route after some delay. Even then, we had to haggle and really fight for fair treatment for a mistake that was 100% the airline's fault."
Nevýhody: "Our seats were involuntarily given away by the airport staff. We were never notified until we were scanning our tickets to board in. At that time, we had already checked in and received our boarding passes, as well as checking in 3 bags while we were traveling with a large group. There was no way we wanted to volunteer our seats, especially since we had a transfer flight to catch. We clearly stated we did NOT want to volunteer our seats at the ticket counter. No staff notified us until we were about to get on the plane to board. The flight supervisor was very rude and unprofessional, offering us no alternative solutions. I was really disappointed with such a grievous mistake by the airline, and I would not recommend flying Austrian Airlines unless it was absolutely the only airline available. They need to fix their processes for authorizing when they volunteer a passenger's seat. This caused our group a lot of stress and almost became a logistical nightmare."

(I've never had that happen on any other flight.)"
Nevýhody: "The airplane came late, delaying our trip. Despite that, the luggage would not come, and the claims office was ridiculous (despite of the destination being within 1 hour of drive from the airport, it took us 24 hours of our short vacation trip to deal with luggage). It seems that LH has these problems regularly, and they don't seem to care; I guess we'll have to try someone else to avoid suffering the same problem every time. The employees already knew the luggages are in a mess, and so were the claims. When taking LH, we have to accommodate luggage delay into our planning."

So I try to call Austrian, but they work just from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. I start to search all the info the site of Austrian, and find one phone number that seats be working 24 hours. So finally I got a person on the phone who was able to help me. ..."

Unfortunately we missed the connection for the flight to Newark, which we were expressly told would be held for us... they shut the door 30 seconds before we arrived, with the plane still at the gate. Had to then go to the only counter in the terminal to see if we could get on standby. Finally got on a flight to JFK instead at 5:15pm."

Nevýhody: "The entertainment program is a bit slim, to my taste - but I'm not a big consumer of inflight movies, as I prefer to get more sleep when I fly. When compared to the entertainment program on Singapore Airlines, for example, Austrian's own can't really compete."

Nevýhody: "Entertainment selection was fiddly and the offerings meagre compared to the vast libraries found on other carriers, but it was sufficient. More a quibble than a gripe from me. The noise cancelling headsets were good quality noise cancelling, and comfortable. I can't wear some other airlines headsets at all and use my ear pods with an airline adapter jack."

I realize that you are a discount carrier, and one has to pay for luggage, but this is ridiculous!!! You go to the extreme, and a women's pocketbook should not have to be added to the scale along with any other carry-on bags for a total weight of 10 Kil. That's extreme and very miserly in my opinion and not a positive refection on your airline!"

I don't like being told the plane is late due to routine maintenance when routine maintenance is expected to occur in a timely manner not when the plane is scheduled to fly. Never mind how I feel about sitting for 8 hours with no drink."

Cheap price ticket and understandable that they charge extra for everything including choosing seats but for 99.5% of all other airlines that default to assigning you a free seat if you don’t pay… they always seat you with you together if you’re a pair. Ryanair literally played musical chairs with everyone. Everyone was spending time moving around and asking if people were willing to switch so they could sit next to their friend. Wow way to make a point that you must pay or else.

The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated"

He also seemed really confused as to why the Ryan Air employee wouldn't print them for us. Then, we weren't given a gate assignment until 20 mintues before the time we were supposed to board. How do you expect your customers to be prepared if you can't even tell them where they are supposed to go until the last minute? Then they made us board a bus to take us to the plane on the tarmac which was not a big deal. But they made us stand on the bus for 20+ mintues before they took us over to the plan. The bus was completely full, so it's not like they were waiting to load more passengers. The doors to the bus were open, so it was freezing cold (our flight was late at night) and we were forced to breath in exhaust fumes from the bus the entire time! The flight was also an hour delayed!!! I know it's a super cheap ticket, but do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to fly on an airline that actually knows what they're doing. This is my first and most definitely LAST time flying on Ryan Air. If I could give zero stars, I would."

They loaded the Dublin flight through the same gate we were supposed to be flying from and we’re putting them on buses keeping them there 10 minutes pulling them off the buses, putting them back on the buses. It was an absolute joke. On the flight the cabin crew were slow, again no information at all. Just stood there looking useless and chatting ignoring passenger call lights. We landed in Stansted and they couldn’t open the gate as the ground staff “couldn’t find the key” keeping us on the plane for an extra 10-15 minutes with no AC. Terrible experience would never book Ryanair ever again."
Nevýhody: "Long waiting in the plane. 1 hour delay. Long line for bus to Brussels"
Výhody: "Cloud outside of airplane."
Nevýhody: "When this stupid company will departure ontime?"
Nevýhody: "Boarding was not convenient, a lot of walking outside and standing near the plane. We were not offered just water for free. The worst thing: husband and wife with one checked in bag and one carry on bag can't board together, should board in different time."
Nevýhody: "the gate change many times, no information about the flight , no answers, many problems with the cases of the people, I hate rian air."
Nevýhody: "Cramped, uncomfortable seats that do not recline. Inattentive flight attendants. Poor beverage service, like they were trains to offer nothing unless you tackled a flight attendant as she raced by. Packed transit tram to plane: priority peopleeaitedin the idling tram while everyone for the flight came down. Never again! Price or not!"
Výhody: "Finding an affordable flight to allow the family to get away for a weeks holiday that would otherwise not be possible."
Nevýhody: "Having the family sitting separately on the flight as we were not able to afford to pay additional money to per book seats. But it was only a 2 hour flight so we coped. Think it would be a good idea if the airline didn’t just assume that because a child is 11 years old they are able to sit away from their parents. My son has additional needs and so although his chronological age is 12 years his developmental age is only 7/8 years so being sat away from his parents was very stressful for him. Maybe asking during booking if any of the party hav s additioonal needs would be a good idea."
Výhody: "Quick flight, friendly staff and pilot deserves credit for taking off in horrible weather conditions"
Nevýhody: "No fault of the staff but we were an hour late boarding and I missed my connecting bus"
Výhody: "On time, short flight so comfort not a big issue, basically you get what you pay for and you don't pay a lot."
Nevýhody: "two roads with Ryanair, each time delay of about one hour"
Nevýhody: "They charged me 50 € because I was unable to check in online"
Výhody: "It flew"
Nevýhody: "Delayed over an hour with no communication. Wouldn’t let us check in online and then we’re penalized $150 to check in at airport. Boarding stared and we waited on the gate for 30+ min along with all other passengers. No communication from crew. No crew or staff working gate. No gate announced until after flight departure time. Overall awful."
Výhody: "Flight was quick and easy."
Nevýhody: "Boarding process was a little slow."
Nevýhody: "Terrible customer service."
Výhody: "No panic"
Nevýhody: "Bad job with customers. Sorry."
Výhody: "The crew. And the wheelchair personnel in both Prague and Dublin were outstanding."
Nevýhody: "The one-hour, 50-minute delay. And why are both airports using stairs instead of jet bridges?"
Výhody: "Smooth ride"
Nevýhody: "Ryanair charges low prices to get you locked into their flight, then if you do not follow their rules exactly then they try to charge you money left and right: 1) Not checking in online 2) Not printing your boarding pass 3) Having too heavy of bags 4) Carry on in not the smallest possible carry on size 5) Any extras during the flight including water"
Výhody: "Liked absolutely nothing."
Nevýhody: "The staff was rude and took every opportunity to scam more money out of the passengers. I will never recommend Ryanair to anyone. Never have I been so disappointed in a travel experience. I'd rather be dragged off a United plane than ride Ryanair again."
Výhody: "The flight was on time and the crew members were courteous. The landing was alright and we got where we needed to go. I don't mind checking in online as well. It saves the hassle of standing on long lines to get on the plane."
Nevýhody: "The airplane was small so I naturally expected the flight to be cramped to a certain level. It was indeed cramped but not all that bad. However, it was considerably warm inside the plane as if the AC was having issues. The other funny thing was the crew members selling items like it was Walmart. Everything from fragrance to selfie sticks to tablets were being sold on the flight, which was kind of annoying."
Výhody: "Friendly Staff"
Nevýhody: "We paid for priority boarding and then we're put on a bus and told to stand. When the bus stoped everyone dashed to the entrance and we were one of the last people to get on board."
Výhody: "Flight was smooth, plane was comfortable, staff very nice"
Nevýhody: "I did not appreciate having to obsess for weeks about the luggage restrictions and whether we met them; the fact that we had to arrive with a printed boarding pass in hand. -- when you are traveling that is not easy. The flight turned out to be just fine, but I was expecting to be hit with another charge right up to the moment we got on the plane. Were we just lucky?"
Výhody: "They didn't lose my luggage"
Nevýhody: "I was told I could not use my pillow for take-off, landing and the majority of the in flight. I broke my neck years ago and I need the pillow for neck support especially for takeoff and landings which are always the most painful part. ( Didn't help that the pilot had rough decent and a violent touchdow on landing). I just truly am baffled as to why I was not allowed to use a pillow? We are not talking about some large bed pillow we are talking about a small pillow that takes up no room and is specifically made for flying. I tried using my water bottle as neck support but it was no luck. Flying is already painful enough and to not be allowed to use a pillow which helps to support the neck is truly agregious. I really don't know what to say on why this wasn't allowed but I hope this issue is solved with upper management so the next person with such a problem will Never have to go through this. As for I, I will never use Ryanair again. Truly disappointing."
Výhody: "Cabin crew were brilliant and dealt with all questions with ease. Well trained team and immaculate appearance."
Nevýhody: "Rough landings but not sure if that's due to aircraft model."
Nevýhody: "One guy is very rude. Even said if we have any problem with him we can stay at the airport."
Výhody: "Super quick and easy check in"
Nevýhody: "No in flight entertainment or reclining seats."
Výhody: "Crew and organized operating system"
Nevýhody: "I couldnt slepp in flight"
Nevýhody: "We were kept waiting for at least 20 minutes in a closed very hot airtight bus as other passengers were late. Why we weren't allowed to board and they didn't go back for the others I don't know"
