The bathroom is not that good.. dirty.. the sink is not properly draining.. (all bathrooms - all flights- back&forth) . There was no toilet paper seat either going to DC. Crew is not picking up trays/trash right away. Once, we even brought our tray in the back. Food should be mix of western& middle east. middle east food is a bit too much for some passengers- too smelly, spicy,— The crew are nice though. Very helpful and friendly.
Nothing. You did not tell me that my itinerary has changed. I’m sleeping on the ground in the Middle East. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I’m also sure that you have no spine and will take no corrective action. I’m not sure your business will survive based on the lack of compassion you have.

This was a rough one. The flight itself was fine, and it was nice to have a little Austrian culture on the way to the US. Check-in with Lufthansa at the Munich airport was very unsatisfying - even worse than checking in to a US domestic flight. Long lines, rude service - the first time in my life that I've had an airport check-in person proactively criticize me. And on top of that, they lost my luggage between Vienna and Newark. I waited at the baggage claim area until all the bags were off, and only at the very end did I discover my bags weren't there. By then it was too late to make my connecting domestic flight, even though I had a nearly two hour layover in Newark. A storm was blowing across the northeast, and the lines to change to a new flight were 50 people long. I ended up spending the night (on my own nickel) at an airport hotel and continuing my flight the next day. Even with an 18 hour delay they still hadn't found a way for my luggage to catch up to me. Overall, a pretty lousy experience.

I asked the male flight attendant about changing airplanes, said our new gate was right next to our arriving gate. He said no problem. Fortunately they held the Amsterdam plane because many passengers would have missed it. I did not appreciate the lack of information from the flight attendant, however holding the plane was a godsend."

The level of service is incredibly poor and disorganized, with many people having to wait for hours to even talk to someone and no information about what needs to be done. In the end, i had to purchase a new ticket to get to my destination. Had I known this was the case in Delhi, and that i would have to purchase a new ticket, I would have done so in Delhi rather than waiting all night and going to Addis. I fly very often and this is both the worse experience and service I’ve ever experienced on a flight, and they weren’t even able to get me to my destination."

Nevýhody: "Business class seats are not well appointed Nowhere to put a bottle of water - storage handbag and shoes etc could not be reached without undoing the seatbelt and screen far away from the seat Voice commentary was muffled and therefore unable to be heard"
Výhody: "I like the crew of Ethopian Airlines, they are very friendly & attentive. Flight was delayed but not by AE fault. We made up most of the time & arrived only 15 minutes behind schedule"
Nevýhody: "It was all good"
Nevýhody: "We are stuck at the airport because Ethiopian Airlines sent out false and miseading update stating that it’s flight was leaving at 6 PM as opposed to the scheduled 7:30 AM. Because of that no one showed up for the flight and there are no direct flights tomorrow that they would put us on! My father recently had a heart attack and this is causing him immense suffering! Additionally patient with emergencies are waiting to see my husband tomorrow and Tuesday but will not be able to because he stuck at the airport! They are refusing to put us on an airline us direct flight tomorrow! Also we have spent at least seven hours on the phone and misleading (and that’s to put it kindly) statements have been told."
Výhody: "I went for my honeymoon but ET never transported my luggage. I had to spend my honeymoon buying very expensive clothes and basic needs in Mauritius instead of relaxing. My luggage never came. I got it on my way back to Bamako. Nobody was even able to even trace my luggage or respond professionally on the phone. Out of hundreds of calls I made to them, they only picked up twice. ET screwed my honeymoon that I had planned for over a year. I'm so dissapointed that I don'y even want to claim reimbursement."
Nevýhody: "Office in Bamako and apperently even in Nairobi never picks up the phone ! The only time they picked up (in Nairobi) they were rude!"
Výhody: "Very comfortable airline with enough leg room.The crew were very professional and nice."

Výhody: "Having never even heard of Ethiopian Airline, our expectations weren’t very high. We found the boarding process to work well. The staff was great and the meals were very good. The flights were on time and efficient."
Nevýhody: "On many of the flights we had to use the roll up stairs. The water that they served tasted like tap water. The seats seem closer (less leg room) than other airlines."
Výhody: "I like that the bulkhead seats (typically where the baby bassinet is placed) have electrical outlets which I used to easily charge my phone; and that there is nice legroom space."
Nevýhody: "Economy is a bit tight; the bidding process for Cloud Nine (business class) has reduced the chance of passengers being upgraded for free especially as a means to reward frequent flyers, or help passengers with special needs/accommodations."
Výhody: "Everything..state of the earth big jet..smootflight..very nice crew...hard like 3 bottles of white wine..very surprised that Ethiopian airlines can perform marvelously well..will continue flying them"
Nevýhody: "The crew kept on supplying 3 passengers with beer and wine, who obviously had too much to drink already and were obnoxiously loud and disturbing the flight."

Výhody: "The food was terrible but it was somewhat editable. It could have just been because I was so hungry I could eat anything too."
Nevýhody: "The staff was rude, the boarding was a mess, the cabin was at least a little cooler than previous flight but still very uncomfortable, the amount of announcements was absolutely absurd!!! It was almost an announcement every 15 minutes. And the plane played music (terrible music) for 45 min extremely loud after taking off AND and hour before landing. It was so awful and so loud you couldn't even hear your own entertainment playing from your own headsets. I understand music while boarding and de-planing but there is absolutely no reason to have that playing that long after take off and hat soon before landing."
Nevýhody: "Please have a vegetarian option that does not contain cheese."
Výhody: "Their flight attendants care about people, and overall it's a great airline, except for food."

Výhody: "The flight left on time and arrived 20 minutes faster than scheduled. I usually order Kosher meal and enjoyed the food. Unfortunately the Kosher meal they started to serve recently is the WORST food I have had on board. Please avoid the KOSHER!"
Výhody: "The food. And the on board entertainment. Staff was also nice but a little bit sloppy and slow."
