Luckily they held the plane but it was very stressful and exhausting getting to our plane."

If you want to do it for security reason do it ( I want to be safe) but don’t do it for the check mark , it doesn’t make any sense and doesn’t protect us."
Nevýhody: "I bought economy class ticket! (I have a printout ticket as proof!) When I went to the airport i had a VERY UNPLEASANT surprise. I had a 23kg bag. Bording stuart said that my ticket is ECO LIGHT class and I don't have the right to any baggage. Worst thing of all was that the reason of my trip to Paris was my sister's graduation and half of the baggage was my formal wear and other half were presents for my sister! Your lack of transparency ruined one in lifetime special event- MY SISTER'S GRADUATION. I am very glad that you asked me for my opinion because I am using my free time to demand full refund, even tough the damage is much bigger than the cost of the ticket and it's irreplaceable."

Nevýhody: "I'm a photographer on a 3 week trip. I have luggage. Unless you take the ferry, there are limited airline options to Cyclades. Aegean really doesn't want you if you have luggage. Felt like I was being scolded. True, I'm trying to be frugal and avoid a big investment in shock-proof luggage and/or checked baggage fees, but as long as it fits under my seat, what's the big deal? I'm sure I easily weigh at least 70 pounds less than the person sitting next to me, so the extra 4 kg in a backpack that I (female) can personally carry shouldn't be an issue. Then, there's no jetway. You leave the gate to board a bus that takes you to a plane on the tarmac where you must climb a rather large flight of metal stairs. Reverse direction, It takes quite some time and a few crew members to assist those with disabilities to deplane. All the time the rest of the passengers are waiting in the bus to get to their connections. Would only ever fly this airline again if it was the only option to get where I want to go."

This lack of information caused us additional delays as we sat in the airport waiting for an update. Aegean Air handed us a sheet saying that their service fell below the standard and that we were entitled to free flights, but we won't be able to use them as we were only in Greece for a limited time (on our honeymoon). It would be terrific if Kayak could get our flights refunded by Aegean Air. Thank you."

Nevýhody: "From the moment I arrived at the airport, the machines would not accept my passport, then when they finally did, they would not print my boarding pass. The staff at Athens airport were not at all friendly nor welcoming. Their system had booked me into a middle seat near the front of the aircraft even though there were empty rows a little further back. Why not fill aisle and window seats first? So I had to change my seat during check-in. The original aircraft was apparently due for some sort of inspection which was unscheduled and they had to change our aircraft (either a really poor job by aircraft operations, or code that something bigger was wrong). This delayed the flight. But it wasn't until after we had all boarded the busses going to the out gate that they realized this was going to be an issue. Get off the bus, back inside the gate area, and wait for more information. The plane we were on seemed very old and in need of much attention as there were large spots of missing paying along the wing (just outside my window)."

The moment I arrived to Moscow I was very suprise to Know that my next fly to Tel Aviv on that day canceled too. I had to stay one more nigth in moskow . so I came back to Tel Aviv after 48 hours!!!! Nevýhody: "The crew was extremely rude - I was in an isle seat and overtime a crew member walked by they rammed into my arm and didn't even say sorry. They also tapped me hard when we were getting ready to land and said "Earphones out!" overall the crew was the worst I have ever had. Never will I fly with this airline again"
Nevýhody: "P.S. I'm not sure they are actually qualified to be called an airline. I would not let them run a grocerry store..."

Nevýhody: "Original departure time: 20h Effective: 23h Because of this unbelieveble delay, I lost my bus to Piccadily and got stuck at the airport to get a train. Result: I was supposed to arrive at the hostel 22h quietly but arrived 4am in the morning. Company Explanation: plane in Madrid. Did they not know that people had bought the ticket and waited in Prague? Where is their responsibility? 110 kc not account for it"

Nevýhody: "My flight ( Prague to London) was delayed for 1 hour. My previous flight ( London to Prague) was delayed for 40 min. I was speaking with other passengers, almost everybody was reffering to the numerous delays by SmartWings ( for 40 min to 7 hours). No warning or information about this delay was given in advance. We were waiting in the gates for 1.30 hours, instead of sitting in the lounge."
