Výhody: "Orderly Boarding and departure on time. Business cabin very comfortable"
Nevýhody: "No food menus were given (understandable for sanitary reasons) but Flight attendants could not tell what was in the main courses, eep for saying one had pasta, one had chicken... besides the complete vagueness, it can be a problem for people with certain food allergies and intolerance. Also, I never received a breakfast (it was an 11 hour flight). I might have been asleep, not sure but then again once I was awake, no flight attendant came to ask if I wanted breakfast. In other words, while flight personnel was polite, they did not provide a very attentive service (and there were only 11 of us in the AM Premier business sections)."

Nevýhody: "There were two runways in Mexico City and one was under maintenance so it took a long time from the moment we landed to the time we were able to get out of the plane. Then, they took our check-in luggage from the plane and it went through an inspection (bag by bag), so this caused another hour delay. After that they gave us our check-in luggage for us to take it to another location (to another floor) within the airport to be checked-in again. They wanted to charge us $20.00 additional per check-in bag even though they were half of the weight limit. After we complained, they dropped this charge. Due to all the delays we lost our connection and we had to book another flight. Not a good experience. We will never make a stop in Mexico in the future."

Nevýhody: "My first flight leg was changed to a later time without a change to my second leg. Upon calling AeroMéxico twice I was told my second leg would have to be rebooked at the airport. A couple hours later I was notified that my second flight was rebooked for THREE DAYS LATER! I immediately called AeroMéxico and ensured they booked me on my second leg that same day. Even after a flight change on the first leg, boarding out of Tijuana was delayed by at least 45 minutes due to lack of flight crew."

Výhody: "There was a ten and a half hour delay of which two hours was on a plane waiting on the tarmac with mechanical problems and two more hours waiting to be reticketed in the terminal. But the airline took care of us with vouchers for food, hotel and taxis. The crisis was handled really well. It was just miserable because we only got two hours sleep. I am glad this was just a once in a lifetime crisis and inconvenience. Maybe it was caused by Boeing who made the plane."

This is the second flight on this trip where a flight has been delayed and there is just TOO much confusion. You guys don't have enough employees guiding us to the right direction. Which caused me to miss my flight. Making me spend an awful night over night at the airport, missing work, and overall just an INCONVENIENCE. Delayed flights seem to be a common thing with your airline son ADD MORE STAFF! So ridiculous, the staff in Mexico City are useless at helping people out!!! I'm not one to complain but this was so unprofessional!"

Nevýhody: "Ticket counter staff at O'Hare is incompetent, lazy and have bad attitudes. If there are other options to fly to Guadalajara - I would suggest you pursue them. I am a frequent flier and after seven years I am at the point of giving up. I would prefer two flights using United Airlines than the mess on Aeromexico. Beware of scorpions on planes!"

The individual screens had a good choice of movies and music. The Dreamliner 787 was quite nice. More legroom than other planes, an abundance of bathrooms and open space to stand up for a while (and rock your cranky toddler!)"
Nevýhody: "I had no problems with the flight at all, but it wasn't as nice as the trip down. They both said they were Dreamliner 787s but on the way down the airplane was amazing! The overhead compartments were the best, lots of head and leg room, and the electronic tinting on the windows was really cool. The return trip was on the same kind of plane but it seemed just a bit older, with less room and older window shades. Not a huge deal, just not as amazing as the other plane."
Výhody: "Coffee, SMILES on faces of the Capt., Stewards, Professional Appearances by AM staff from beginning to end. (unlike American Airlines) We had a snafu at boarding and a Miss Gina Diaz in San Jose Airport was MOST super helpful."

Výhody: "The flight departed more than 90 minutes late. Not impressive. No one ever explained the delay, so poor communication. The food was considerably better than the previous flight. Older plane so no movie selection. We appreciated the fact they did not lose our luggage on this journey."
Nevýhody: "Overall, based on our experience to and from our destination, we will avoid Aeromexico in the future. The people are nice but it is a poorly managed airline. Too many headaches and surprises to justify any discount. We have flown many times internationally and therefore understand things are not always smooth. But there are too many problems with Aeromexico."

My luggage arrived with sticky oil all over it but there was no time to complain or clean it due to the delay in connecting flight."

I think that the aeromexico employees in mexico city is very rude, I lost my flight, because of that. They did not want to wait a few minutes for my connecting flight. I ended losing the flight and had to take delta back to NY City with better service and fare. When I ask at the counter for another fare by aeromexico - they told me $1,500 for business class and I paid $534.00 with delta. Plus aeromexico need to have more than one fight per day to NYC."

Entertainment - none, this being BA short haul (others can manage it but not BA)"

Nevýhody: "The guy seated next to me was too big for his seat and he took up about 20% of my seat. Absolutely disgusting. My seat should have cost 20% less because I did not have access to my full space. Crew should be trained to not allow customers who cannot fit into a single seat to only have a ticket for one seat. The crew identifies bags that do not fit, they should do the same thing with people."

Nevýhody: "No complaints about BA here! Only thing is that there was a group of rowdy young men who were very loud the entire flight, and I'd wished the flight attendants would have asked them to quiet down. But I really don't know if that's appropriate/part of their duties!"

The range was zero to 3 hours late. Finally, we departed about 80 minutes late. The blame was on weather but I did not believe them. I looked from the window - weather was fine with slight drizzle and about 3000 ft overcast. Also, the flight to Prague had no food but mostly no drinks no sodas. I'm questioning their business practices when they were asking about 5 pounds for a drink. I will fly with some other airlines next time."

Flight delayed 4 hrs. Entertainment system didn’t work.

Only complaint was that we had no way to know about the additional 'Locator Form' that was needed for arrival at our destination (Czech Republic). We had no way of knowing the website, or that it was required until we came to check in.

Extraordinary service in difficult times.

Two meals were served in the First class during 9hr long flight! Great for domestic!!! Mai Tai drink was excellent!

Výhody: "Not much. I got to my destination on time."
Nevýhody: "If the crew had been better and they hadn’t packed every single seat. It is truly amazing - American still packs planes so that there is not one seat available. Getting on and off the plane is a cattle shoot with no room. Pre pandemic this was normal and nothing has changed. They are the only airline that ignores all post pandemic recommendations. If one sees how dirty the planes are I find it hard to believe they are being cleaned more than a cursory dusting."
Nevýhody: "No social distancing due to all of the seats being booked. My significant other was moved from her seat to another one across from me which was unfortunate."

I appreciated the fact that they were being through for our safety, but catch that before you have people board."

Nevýhody: "Far and away the most uncomfortable and worst value-for-money international flight I've experienced. This plane is so old it should be put in a museum. The warm food was terrible and the non-hot food was completely frozen so even if I wanted to eat it, this wouldn't be possible. Individual seat in-flight entertainment screens have been the norm for many years, yet this plane had the community-style in-flight entertainment. Half of the time, the screens weren't working, which just made matters worse. The total lack of legroom and chair ergonomics made getting comfortable nearly impossible. I was literally in pain sitting in these seats. I live in Prague and visit family in the US often. This was my first experience with American Airlines' newer direct flight option from Prague to Philadelphia; based on the extreme discomfort of the inflight features and to top it off it was the highest price I've paid for a flight back home...(total lack of value for the money! )I would go out of my way to make sure I never take this route again."

There was no way we would be able to catch our rescheduled flight in the time it takes to deboard, go through customs, get bags, recheck bags, go through security. We didn't. We missed the next flight too despite the heroic efforts by the staff (excpetion - TSA security. They moved very very slow to the point that they seemed passive aggressive to our situation). This is the second time it has happened. I probably won't fly Air Canada again, if possible."

A true disgrace. Avoid Iberia and their LEVEL subsidiary like the plague. Unacceptable in every way....and at least Ryan Air and WOW are cheap, this flight was full price. Total rip-off, never again."

Anyway, Iberia offered to rebook me the following day and put me on standby for the next flight to give me the morning to renew my passport. However when I came back to check in for the second flight, the original attendant had forgotten to actually add me to the standby list and in the meantime, my connecting flight had become overbooked. The check-in folks argued about whether I could be upgraded to fit onto this flight, but decided that since the original dely was my fault, the best they could offer was a flight at the same time the following day. I asked if I could rebook my return flight to push it back a day, and they told me that figure reservations could only be changed over the phone. I totally accept that monitoring the validity of my passport is my responsibility, but refusing to put in an ounce of effort to assist their customers with relatively unknown and counterintuitive restrictions, then not admitting to fault of your own or lifting a finger to make up for blatantly crappy service if it even slightly affects their bottom line is absurd. Do better, Iberia. Oh wait, you're an airline. I won't hold my breath."
