Nevýhody: "The crew was very rude and aggressive. I had a woman bag and a small cabin bag and they require me to put the handbag into the cabin bag, which is fine. But i arrived to the flight after an injury in my leg when i can barley walk and needed my handbag as it has my painkillers and my leg band, but they refuse to let me keep it and keep insist that i have to put it inside the cabin bag. At the end i paid 60 euro!!!! for that as i didn't have energy to argue and the flight was about to leave. This is the last time i'll use easy jet!!! i'd rather pay more and get some human behavior. very very poor and disappointing experience."

Nevýhody: "I had measured my bag and it would have fit in the overhead bin, but I was charged 60euros by easy jet. I understand they must follow rules, and my suitcase was just a bit too big for their "sizer ". However the person in charge of checking people in was unnecessarily rude to me."
Výhody: "Once I got to the plane, everything was fine. The crew did their best to accommodate everyone. ."
Nevýhody: "It was getting there that was a pain. I am a handicapped passenger, traveling alone, walking on a cane. When you enter Terminal 1, you have to turn left and walk about 150 meters to an "assistance station" to get a wheelchair before you even check in for the flight. So for me it was walk 150 meters to wait for a wheelchair, be wheeled back to the airline's desk to check in, then go back the way you came to pass through security. (By the way, in the UK, you must remove all gels for a separate inspection, meaning toothpaste and shampoo, and they must be 100ml or less, or else you must check the bag.) After that rigmarole, you don't even go to the gate, because the flight doesn't have a gate assignment until about 35 minutes before departure. Then I had to climb stairs to get to the cabin. Shouldn't an airport in a market this large have jet bridges for every flight?"
Nevýhody: "Their check in system is not clear.. We have a reservation for 2 passengers, and in the system I paid for an extra luggage... considering the price I paid I didnt realize that that was only an extra piece only for one passenger, so we had to pay 57 euros for the additional piece of the second passenger at the counter... considering the total ticket for 2 passenger was 120 euros, that increased the total price for almost 50%... Not even in Mexico the ticket for these kind of low budget airlines are so confuse and "tricky"."
Nevýhody: "It seems to be a particular quirk of British Airports that gates are not announced until shortly before flight departure. I really dislike this because instead of making one's way direct to the gate and relaxing at the gate, one must wait in a crowded "shopping mall" with no view of the aircraft, and then when the gate is announced, make a mad rush to the gate. The rest of the world can give the gate well ahead of time, why can't Britain do the same?"

Nevýhody: "Flight was delayed three times, from 6pm to 8:40pm, and then after we finally boarded the plane we waited on the tarmac for another hour almost, before taking off. No compensation given - they could have at least provided some drink or snacks on the flight! The worst part is that there was very little information or update about the delay and new departure times until almost right before the actually boarding time."
Nevýhody: "Poor customer service. Three people flying together. One person had accidentally booked a flight that left 2 hours later. We tried to change her flight but we're told this could not be done. The only option was to purchase a new ticket which we did. Went to check the luggage and it seems the had given her a second ticket on the original flight. Back to customer service. Third ticket issued. We go upstairs to find our flight is now delayed but her original flight was leaving on schedule. This was never mentioned at customer service. It would have worked fine for her to fly and wait at the airport fo our delayed flight and we would have saved the cost of a new ticket. We did not have that option because the first ticket was cancelled"

The shuttle left late tho, and I almost missed my flight again. Bad experience."

Then, our seats were dirty with cups and garbage Then the captain said we needed to refuel. Said it would take 5 more minutes but it was more like 25"

The flight attendant asked if I would like to move to row 32, the last (and worst) row of the plane, which has no window, so that the people in my seats could sit together. I thought she had to be joking, but she wasn't. These people need to get a SERIOUS reality check. It's like going to a restaurant, ordering a filet mignon steak, and then waiter comes out and says "we gave your filet mignon to that person sitting over there, but here's a MacDonalds hamburger for you. And you will still be paying for the filet. Will that be ok?" No. It's not ok. Only an airline would try something like that. This behavior is unacceptable in every other business. Stop doing this now!"

I couldn’t get my boarding passes from Vueling’s website, as the login details as required by Vueling, are actually those used by who “bought” the ticket - some random email used by Kayak / Lastminute.com, and not mine! Crazy! Moreover, the whole business processes that Vieling use are just dijointed. even getting help I still never received by boarding passes via email."

After we insisted on flying to Barcelone anyway (although they said they would not take care of us and all hotels in the city are full because of the weather conditions [which was a lie - it's summer and the weather was fine]). When we got to Barcelone we saw that our flight to Tel-Aviv was not cancelled! We only had 30 min because the previous flight was delayed in 2 hours so we ran and went on the plane. Of course our luggage did not arrive...."

The phone number was not international. The email rely denied a refund. I requested to escalate the dispute but Wasnt ever connected to that individual. In Paris, I attempted to reach the claims dept and was told to email them or call customer service but don't speak Spanish so got no where. Out 267$."

Then after standing there for 30-40 minutes, you go outside again to board the plan. On board, there were no amenities, but that was expected."
Nevýhody: "The crew were soooo rude to everyone! Their card machine to buy drinks wasn’t working so they had to take cash but they didn’t have change! They charged 4 pounds for water. Then they were selling scratch tickets AND perfume and jewelry! THEY EVEN SPRAYED PURFUME ON THE PLANE! It gave me such a trrrible headache and made me even more nauseous than I already was from the flight!!! So smelly!!! The seats didn’t recline And my husbands seat was ripped. So terrible all around!!!"

Nevýhody: "They managed to mangle the queuing in the terminal, getting everybody on theit feet and I need the queue 20 minutes before boarding started and then have us standing in a queue on the stairs for ten minutes. The flight was delayed an hour or so, and pass Nebraska then asked to take their seats quickly as if they had caused the delay. The crew were tired but polite. Standard Ryanair fight, really, run for the airline’s convenience rather than the passengers’ comfort."

Nevýhody: "I used my carry on suitcase for a Ryanair flights in Brussels and for multiple other flights with other airlines and had no issues. At Ciampino they told me my bag was too large and forced me to pay 50 euro to bring the bag on. I explained to them I've had no problems prior to this flight and they did not seem to care. I won't be flying Ryanair again."

Nevýhody: "- Clear policy to split people up unless you pay for seats. They. Seem to deny this but it’s as obvious as it gets. Makes boarding much slower as people try to switch seats - They check in 50% of hand luggage bags on every flight - why not offer the chance to check in small bags for free up front rather than make people scramble for valuables after being forced to check in hand luggage - Very poor seats - uncomfortable and cramped"

Nevýhody: "The flight did not fly out of the airport I selected thru kayak. I missed my flight because I was unable to make it to the correct airport in time. I will NEVER use Kayak again."
Nevýhody: "Complete chaos at the airport, with no real queue. Just had blobs of people crowding around counters with no indication of which one to got to if you needed to check in, print a ticket, or check a bag. No one was available to answer questions about which counter to go to, and when you finally waited and got to a counter, the attendants were very dismissive and rude."
Výhody: "It seems if you don't pay for the seat attribution, the system splits automatically group/couple even if with infant! My husband and I have been separated by more than 30 rows but we had 2 aisle seats! Hopefully a kind person has accepted to exchange his middle seat with my husband seat. In addition, there was no priority to boarding with infant if. You don't pay the priority boarding (although we have to carry the baby in our arm). We have to ask several times to have the specific belt for infant, hopefully it was not our first flight and we knew it was mandatory! We have as well asked for a life jacket for our 4 months baby and they informed us infant and adult life jacket are in the same place above the seat..."
Nevýhody: "Lack of safety rules for infant (to request seat belt, no infant life jacket) Priority of buying options rather to help when traveling with infant (automatic separation on seat distribution, no boarding priority)"

Nevýhody: "very little seat space and uncomfortable airports are hard to reach"
Výhody: "Got me to Barcelona with time to spare."
Nevýhody: "Realized I could've taken my baggage on board and stored it overhead after I watched larger bags than mine stored over head. I was given the impression I had to pay baggage fee."
Nevýhody: "The crew is not welcoming, cramped seat, long line and force to check in my bag and paid 50euros."
Výhody: "Fast efficient service"

Nevýhody: "We purchased our tickets through Kayak. Ryanair website was not accessible to add luggage and check in. On the check in counter, we were not allowed to check in because they claimed that we had to check in online. We contacted the Ryanair desk to solve the problem, and we showed them that we are not able to access the website to check in. Eventually, they forced us to buy brand new tickets or we would have missed our flight."
Nevýhody: "Don't even get water on flight pretty cheap"

Nevýhody: "Why do you have to go to one counter to pay for your checked bag then another to actually check it in? Flight was delayed. Flight was full so I had to check my carry on bag. Took way longer overall than expected and costs more than expected"
Nevýhody: "Ryanair required a 45 euro penalty fee claiming I had not checked in adequately. I had attempted to on my phone after receiving an email on vacation but the online app did not take me through everything needed. It was not clear when I booked via Kayak that additional information was required prior to boarding the plane. My husband is taking another flight within Spain with Iberia and I called them upon my return to avoid a similar charge. They claimed they do not charge that type of penalty and everything can be handled at the airport. I was told by Rayanair that I had to take care of it at least two hours before flight time and I had to pay the penalty.."
Nevýhody: "Group of men, loud drunk and obnoxious. Filling the aisles, the bathrooms, swearing and shouting. The crew seemed powerless to quieten them- or perhaps the money they spent on booze and food persuaded the airline to let them ruin the calm of the flight?"
