We had a family traveling to SFO without wearing masks and I have to repeatedly request the flight attendants to ask them to wear their masks. It included elder people to children coughing and sneezing and my seating was amidst them. I had to request the attendant to find me an alternate seating, which turned out to be less comfortable, but better than my allotted seat.

I needed to change my flight and your company made it extremely difficult. The customer service for kayak was completely UNSAT.

Everything was up to date. Their is no issue. We expect your airline will be one of the best. Try to have more flights to different destinations. It will pay you more for your success.

Overall, there were two issues with Qatar Airways during this trip: they did not give me the seat I had requested and paid for, and then lied when I asked if my new seat was a window."

Výhody: "It is so far a cut above the American carriers. There’s no way to compare them, because Qatar Airways is so far superior. The seats are far more comfortable and larger, the amount of legroom is far superior, you have much more personal space, and the craft is cleaner. Flight Attendants are fantastic! They provide excellent personal care, and are there for everything. They are supremely polite and courteous, and bring things in mediately. Very often anticipating your needs. This is what flying used to be like on United and American. But those people have completely forgotten what service is. Qatar is a 5 star airline. United and American, to my view, are 2 star at best."

Basically, carry-on overhead compartments have been made smaller on purpose or by engineering error, and this makes me not want to fly Qatar airlines again. Less food options. I went to the Gally and they only had kitkat bars for food. Emirates offer fruit, sandwiches, and many choices at ALL TIMES of the flight for economy class."

Delta’s customer service is great! Due to blizzard my travel was affected, they took this into consideration and changed my flight over text support

Flight was smooth. Captain was polite and reassure our safe flight. Made it home 15 min early too!

Výhody: "GRU to ATL to LEX - all was fine. The plane from GRU to ATL was one of the nicer jets I have ridden in. The ratings above reflect my overall trip of going to Sao Paulo and returning to Lexington, even though the first part had to be re-booked on United."
Nevýhody: "LEX to ATL to GRU did NOT happen because the LEX flights were delayed to the point of missing the ATL connection. While Delta re-booked me on United, my flight arrived 3 hours later than scheduled (so transportation plans had to change), my bag did not successfully move from the Delta flight to the United flight (and was thus delayed in getting to GRU) AND once the bag was received, 4 shirts had been stolen. While a delay/theft claim has been filed with United, this could all have been avoided if the Delta flights had been on time."

The Lufthansa flights were great, but the booking process was horrible. They (Lufthansa) rescheduled my flight booking (with no explanation as to why), The new itinerary did not allow a long enough layover. So when the first leg was late I missed my next flight. They automatically rescheduled it, but tried to send me to a different destination. Told me that was OK because it was not far away. I had to insist on the original destination. The Lufthansa online check in process was terrible to navigate Your Priceline web site was unable to find my reservation when I clicked on "My tours". When I called for help, she found my reservation, but told me there was no way to add it to "My tours". What use is signing up for an account if it doesn't work?

I flew Tourist priority, it was great. The Indian vegetarian food was delicious.

The flight was canceled for no reason and never heard from them. Luckily Germany has an excellent train system to get us to Frankfort.

Nevýhody: "Frankfurt Airport check lines too long. Only half of security checking stations opened. Hundreds waiting in line and the lines moved too slow. After passing the long lines of security checks, you come to passport checking stations. only 1 out of 3 available stations is manned. Again, lines too long and barely moving. Probably many missed their flights while waiting to go through passport checks. We lost almost 2 hours between security and passport checks. Airport personnel were unfriendly, they did show any care towards the hundreds that are herded like sheep in long lines. They could have eased this backlog of people by manning all their available stations but they did not. Will try not to go through this airport in the future."
Nevýhody: "It seems like my gluten free meal request did not go through. But I must admit it, It could also be my fault"
Nevýhody: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

We were assured it will be delivered same day. It wasn't. It was Christmas and we had to drive to another airport to get it otherwise we would have been left without the luggage for the entire holidays, our gifts were in it. We had to spent time away from our family and drive 2plus hours to get the bag."
Výhody: "1. I like the plane and the comfort of my seat. 2. I was pleased to find my luggage in Athens as Lufthansa was the only airline that in the past twice had misplaced my luggage and had to wait for one day to get them. 3. The flight arrived at the scheduled time and going through the airport , security to my connection was especially easy. 4. The sandwiches also at the airport were tasty."
Nevýhody: "1, It isn't really a 100% complaint because I'm also responsible. As I was waiting for the dinner to be served it took more time and I felt asleep watching a bad movie, so I missed dinner when I finally woke up. This is the reason I have no opinion about the food. My sole complaint is about the general practice in all airlines that they serve first the slim minority that does not eat meat. Democracy means that the majority should be served first. Unless the airlines consider the vegetarians as some kind of sick people! 2. The crew didn't offered us enough liquids during the flight and the excuse that they didn't wish to disturb our sleep is too lame."

Really bad, but the next day we had an easy flight, just got to our destination late and missed several tours we had booked."

The flight was good, no issues to complain about.

They need more staff to work at check in desk or change flight hours. There were 2 flights of LATAM at the same time and other 2 flights near my flight hour so the line to check in were too long and it didn’t move fast. I understand that now they take more time because they have to check many papers because of COVID-19. But I nearly miss my flight. I barely arrived to the gate 5 minutes before departure time! And obviously this things leads to delay.

No option to reserve a better seat. I was allocated the last seat in the middle in the last row at the back of the airplane. Completely full airplane, which again made me nervous due to COVID-19 risks of getting infected. Crew was very efficient, though.

I had my seat reserved since the day I bought my tickets(3 months in advance) and even after checking my seat confirmation on the same day of my flight they changed my seat during the check-in. I have a broken foot and was accompanied by another person. I had to fly in a seat that was not appropriate for my broken foot situation and without my companion next to me. This airline does not respect its customers.

As a result, we had to exit the secured area in Rio to go check in manually again for our connection and then go through security and customs again."

This was one of the worse experiences I have ever had. The staff was disrespectful and would not help us. We ended up taking another flight until the following night!!"

When I spoke to the person on Latam air they said they don’t have a ticket for me and sent me back to terminal 2 via a bus where Aeromexico desks were. I stood in another line for 3 hours! Then they told me there is no flight and they will put me on the next day flight. However they did not provide any help or accommodation for the night I had to stay in Mexico which felt very very unsafe to me."

The notice board in the airport is confuse, we know the gate and the depart time, but no one show up until 120 min before the plane depart. And finally the plane delay and no information show the plane will delay for how long. Bad information in the counter My handle of the sit is broken I have photo to proof if you would need it, I save it with me. The lighting system in the plane is very stupid or may be the crew don't know how to operate, every time they just turn on all the light no matter we are sleep or not! This is a red eye flight passenger should have a choice to not get disturb, when the light on I need to turn it off every time! And the next passenger don't really know how to turn the light off that always on during the flight! Super bad flying experience. Not comfortable at all. Can't sleep much!"
