Výhody: "I took an international flight so we were on the new Dreamliner planes and they were very nice. The windows were huge and had a way of dimming so that it was dark in the plane without having to shut them completely. The seat spaces were fairly small but overall it was a very updated plane. I am a very picky eater but 3 of my 4 meals were delicious!! They mostly serve pasta with some sort of meat but I noticed that myself and I were licking our plates clean!"
Nevýhody: "It was VERY obvious that the people that work for this company REALLY hate their jobs. When I checked in they were rude and threatened to take my computer because they told me I couldn't bring it into the US. When I got back home to customs they laughed and told me that that isn't true at all. In the flights the stewards and stewardess' never smiled, they hardly made eye contact and just seemed to absolutely hate life. At one point I was so hungry so I asked to purchase some pringles because that was something that advertised on the loud speaker. When I asked the flight attendant she made the biggest deal about it, laughed in my face and basically told me no. To be honest I am not sure if this sort of a attitude is something that is part of a different culture but I feel that if people are in the service industry that they should at least smile and respond with, "you're welcome" when someone says, "thank you". I will 100% not take this airline again due to the very rude people one board and horrible customer service."

Výhody: "Their online boarding passes failed to work at TSA. Instead of apologizing for the issue, they refused to give us paper passes so we missed the flight."

The head stewardess was in a bad mood most of the time and there was line at the bathroom as there was only one. Boarding was by bus and we waited a long time in the bus before it left for the plane, bad organization."

Nevýhody: "Both planes were late taking off. My wife and I both checked our backpacks, her's made it, mine did not. If my bag comes in they will not deliver it unless someone is there to sign for it. That doesn't work well as we are on vacation and have plans/appointments to be out all day. I'm not sure if I'll ever see my bag again. Avoid this airline if possible. Also boarding is odd as you have to take a bus to the plane, which is slow, extremely crowded, and inefficient."

Nevýhody: "Over 45 minute delay going from Krakow to Warsaw with only a scheduled 1hr35m layover to get connection to JFK. Just made it!"

We were not used to that and it was ridiculous that we could only fill our carry-on half full or less due to weight. The suitcase itself weighed 10#, so we only could put 7# of clothes in it. It no way filled up the suitcase."

Upon boarding we were asked to pay £25 each for our hand luggage - even though we fly every month with Ryanair back and forth and have never paid before. Rude staff"
Nevýhody: "Staff could be taught customer service skills. and stop taking more and more money off people but advertise as cheap flights because they arent. We have vowed never to use Ryan air again."

After heading down what seems like a boarding ramp you go outside, then into a holding pen. It’s a giant metal shed that looks like it was made for cattle. Then after standing there for 30-40 minutes, you go outside again to board the plan. On board, there were no amenities, but that was expected."

Nevýhody: "The crew were soooo rude to everyone! Their card machine to buy drinks wasn’t working so they had to take cash but they didn’t have change! They charged 4 pounds for water. Then they were selling scratch tickets AND perfume and jewelry! THEY EVEN SPRAYED PURFUME ON THE PLANE! It gave me such a trrrible headache and made me even more nauseous than I already was from the flight!!! So smelly!!! The seats didn’t recline And my husbands seat was ripped. So terrible all around!!!"

Nevýhody: "The Ryanair website wouldn’t allow me to check-in online and when we arrived to check in in person my father and I had to pay €60 each to print our boarding passes! All my experiences with Ryanair this far (2) have iformed me that I will never fly with them again."

Nevýhody: "Boarding was not convenient, a lot of walking outside and standing near the plane. We were not offered just water for free. The worst thing: husband and wife with one checked in bag and one carry on bag can't board together, should board in different time."

Nevýhody: "Had tickets with reserved seats. Check-in counter opened only shortly before flight. I checked a bag at the counter (not at the gate) and was surprised to learn that the fee was 40 Euros instead of the expected 25. We were marched outside to stand for 15 minutes before anyone was permitted to board."

At Ciampino they told me my bag was too large and forced me to pay 50 euro to bring the bag on. I explained to them I've had no problems prior to this flight and they did not seem to care. I won't be flying Ryanair again."

Nevýhody: "- Clear policy to split people up unless you pay for seats. They. Seem to deny this but it’s as obvious as it gets. Makes boarding much slower as people try to switch seats - They check in 50% of hand luggage bags on every flight - why not offer the chance to check in small bags for free up front rather than make people scramble for valuables after being forced to check in hand luggage - Very poor seats - uncomfortable and cramped"

Nevýhody: "The checkin and boarding process really needs work. The Mykonos, Greece airport is small. There were two airlines and Ryanair had two lines for one gate. There was a third line to drop off baggage. Forget paying extra for priority boarding. The crew just hoards you outside all together."

Nevýhody: "Staff at the check-in desk was rude and condescending."

Nevýhody: "The flight did not fly out of the airport I selected thru kayak. I missed my flight because I was unable to make it to the correct airport in time. I will NEVER use Kayak again."

Nevýhody: "Complete chaos at the airport, with no real queue. Just had blobs of people crowding around counters with no indication of which one to got to if you needed to check in, print a ticket, or check a bag. No one was available to answer questions about which counter to go to, and when you finally waited and got to a counter, the attendants were very dismissive and rude."

Nevýhody: "Changed gate three times. Got stuck with a 50 € charge as I was running late and then the plane was an hour late in leaving, so it was a rip."

Nevýhody: "We purchased our tickets through Kayak. Ryanair website was not accessible to add luggage and check in. On the check in counter, we were not allowed to check in because they claimed that we had to check in online. We contacted the Ryanair desk to solve the problem, and we showed them that we are not able to access the website to check in. Eventually, they forced us to buy brand new tickets or we would have missed our flight."

Nevýhody: "Don't even get water on flight pretty cheap"

Výhody: "The crew on the actual flight was nice. Also, a kind and patient Ryanair employee helped us with check-in after our awful experience with their customer service desk."
Nevýhody: "The customer service representative at the Dublin airport for Ryanair was extremely rude and was annoyed from the moment we stepped up to the desk. Yes, Ryanair is a budget airline but it costs $0 to be nice and helpful especially if you are working in customer service."

Výhody: "So quick and easy"
Nevýhody: "Shortage of seating in boarding area."

Výhody: "Ryanair's cabins crews are outstanding. They have been trained very well and they work with customers extremely well. Two planes I have been are booth 727-800 series and both flights were easy and very good. The boarding process was also efficient and they had the plane ready for take off on time and 10 minutes early into Barcelona."
Nevýhody: "Ryanair's computer communications is not efficient. I received the same message 4 times and the link never worked. I also signed up for their App, but because I am not an EU citizen, the App does not function. The airline has loaded the plane with the maximum number of seats, so there very little room, particularly leg room. Both my flight were under an hour, so it was not a problem, but a longer flight would be uncomfortable."

Nevýhody: "Landing in London and then again in Dublin was very harsh. :/ Also, be prepared to pay extra for every little thing, including having them print your boarding pass."
