No warmth or empathy. Planes are showing their age, particularly in the seat monitors. Screens have dead zones with inoperative icons. Also, quite a few seats were literally falling apart. But, when you fly to more countries than any other airline, some wear-and-tear is to be expected."

Nevýhody: "First flight (to Istanbul) delayed, and nobody cared to help with making connecting flight booked on the same Turkish Airlines (THY)! Different THY employees sent me to three (3) different places (with two suitcases in hand) at opposite ends of the huge Istanbul airport before finally pointing to the Business Lounge and causing my missing the connection. Had they directed me correctly and cared about my first delay, I would not have missed it. I lost the first-night pay at the hotel of my final destination, my friends lost their time and money on making trips to pick me up, my ailing relatives were in pieces worrying about me, and so on. In sum, a fun trip (NOT!) ... If you care for some details, here you go... They did not inform their own connecting flight about my delay. Despite issuing me a boarding pass, nobody was looking for me or announcing where I should go. I spent an hour running around the airport at THY employees' misdirections. Business Lounge revealed I was already issued a ticket for next morning's flight (without informing me via my email they had or otherwise). I then looked at their own monitor and saw a much earlier flight the same night on a partner airline. I had to point to that flight, and they issued me a ticket there. No apology, no offer of any compensation. I understand that flights may delay, and I could forgive an honest mistake in misdirection. But this was a wide-spread incompetence and utter unwillingness to help their own business class (!) customer. I can only imagine what pains the economy travelers had to endure! Just to give you a flavor, after realizing that my connecting flight was boarding (when my delayed first flight arrived in Istanbul), I asked the crew to direct me to the best route to my connection. They pointed to the gate personnel. The gate personnel who greeted us DID NOT KNOW about my connection and sent me to the opposite side of the airport without notifying the connecting flight to wait for me. No help/transport was offered. When I made my way to the connecting gate with my luggage, the flight was gone. Nobody to be found from THY around the gate. A neighboring THY gate's employee directed me to the "Care Point" desk far away. A sizable line emerged there, with only two agents working it. I asked one of them if business class was served there. They said, "Yes, get in line, please". After 30 minutes in that line, I approached a "Care Point" agent (a cruel name for no-care-whatsoever service) who told me "You need to go to the business class desk upstairs. Economy only here!" No apology, no expression of concern, yelling "Next!" when I told her that I wasted 30 minutes of valuable time in line at their direction and would appreciate her doing something to help or making sure I reach the right person. Off to the "business desk" I go... another 15-min. run in a different direction with luggage in hand. That desk could not help either...ARGHH. Do I need to continue?.."

The plane was very hot, with very little air flowing through the salon. Food was bland for dinner and inedible for breakfast. The crew was barely there, and borderline rude when asked something."

As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."

Not enough legroom to move much during the flight and not enough aisle space to get around with the plane so full. Have made flights twice as long on the 747 and were able to get up and walk."

Nevýhody: "The "Czech Airlines" flight I purchased was actually an Air France flight number. When I arrived later than planned but still within good time, which was my fault, I reported to the Czech Airlines check-in (D2). This is very, very far from the Air France check-in (A2). No person and no sign was at Czech Airlines gate saying to go to Air France instead. By the time I determined what to do by talking ro the airport information booth and I walked to Air France instead of Czech Airlines (at CDG airport this is 5 minutes walking very fast speed on conveyor belts.. perhaps more than half a kilometer), I was past the boarding time limit, but the flight had not yet left. Then I could not print the boaring pass because of the time. When I asked an Air France employee for help, he simply said "you cannot board" and stood there smugly. He must feel great being a 25 year old who can turn people away from international flights at his own discretion to completely ruin their day especially when the plane is still on the ground. I have not even explained yet about the similarly awful experience I had when I booked the next flight (Czech Airlines at 09:45) for a much higher price (118 euro) and was not told that this Czech Airlines flight is "really" a Czech Airline flight. After paying much more to a Czech Airline person, nobody informed me to stay at the Czech Airlines area (2D) so I naturally went back to Air France since I had already had so much trouble. When I arrived there, of course, they tell me to go back to Czech Airlines and now I was again late. Thank God that I was able to confront a random trolley man who Kew where the Czech Airlines people were and try tried very hard to get me to the plane even though the boarding time was over. All in all, this was the worst travel experience of my life. I have now wasted 40 more minutes of my approximately 2.5 days in Prague to tell you this. I hope you consider it."

The food was not bad either as it was pretty good and included many beverage options. Would like to see how they do for flights lasting longer than 8 hours. Mine was only about 5 and a half hours from Madrid to Tel Aviv."

Nevýhody: "The boarding was a cattle care, atrociously organized, took forever. They were asking the better part of ten dollars for headphones. No way to get a drink, as with the trip over, the chairback screens didn't work, and they never notified me by e-mail that you had to order food in advance. Not even a glass of water available on a 7 hour flight, that's actually a health hazard, should be illegal. No coffee or tea. The window seat I paid up for was about 8 inches from the window, so I couldn't even lean my head there. No in-flight magazines, or handing out newspapers , no entertainment available, just sitting there uncomfortably for 7 hours while the attendants huddled behind drawn and velcro'ed curtains doing nothing. A true disgrace. Avoid Iberia and their LEVEL subsidiary like the plague. Unacceptable in every way....and at least Ryan Air and WOW are cheap, this flight was full price. Total rip-off, never again."

Nevýhody: "Crappy plane for an international flight"
Nevýhody: "IBERIA crew lacks manners & are simply not pleasant. Plane was delayed 2 hrs & crew only told publicly what the problem was about 30 mins after original departure time. Food has been reduced & of less quality. Entertainment system wasn't working & crew didn't seem to understand it's their problem to fix it. It finally worked 3 hrs into the flight."
Výhody: "Crew for business class was much better than Economy, Nice menu."
Nevýhody: "No entertainment, I know is a short flight but still there should be at least an internal wifi with movies to be seen on PAX devices."
Výhody: "The flight again was quick and easy."
Nevýhody: "However, I couldn’t get soda water (not available) or a cup of coffee in between the meals. Again, I was glad I bought water before getting in the plane."

Nevýhody: "Unless you paid you do not even get a seat assigned until you get to the airport. No food or even drink unless you pay."
Výhody: "Flight to our destination: sat in exit row for extra cost. I was freezing cold and was told no extra blankets. Also staff were rude and unhelpful telling us to remove all things from the floor for take off and landing ( which i accept is the policy) but since we had nowhere to put them except on our laps (she’s, books, sweaters pocket book) as there is no seat in front for an exit row to put under. The staff member kept saying “up, up” motioning with her hand, but made no offer to assist us in finding overhead space. Upon our return flight, our pre booked exit row seats were switched on us right before boarding in a rude and matter of fact wayand my husband and I were separated one on either side of the aircraft. When we queried this, we were told it would be up to us to switch with the person sitting next to us. Overall very disappointing. I would not fly Iberia again."

Nevýhody: "Airline personnel were not helpful and seemed annoyed when asked questions about a very tight connection I was trying to make in Madrid. They brushed off my questions with one word answers and then it turned out that we were 10 minutes late arriving and I missed my connection. The customer service people who were supposed to re-book me, actually tried to blame me for missing the connection! Overall, not a great experience -- very inefficient process with no one at the airline taking responsibility. Won't fly again if I have the choice."

Nevýhody: "The agents at check in were rude and unhelpful despite the fact that I was traveling business class. One even tried to tell me what it is like to fly in the US, that it is worse than in Spain."

Výhody: "Premium economy was very comfortable on Iberia. Their advertisements are true. We also got a great fare. Checkin at Madrid was pretty quick and security moved right along."
Nevýhody: "Getting on the plane was an adventure. Note clear where they wanted groups to go. Food was ok; drinks limited in choice."
Výhody: "Nothing, their attitude showed no interest in helping me and my mother going back to the US."
Nevýhody: "They were not able to bring us on board even if we made it an hour early."
Nevýhody: "I was late to catch my plain to San Francisco 5 minutes because it was too much people at customs and the plain coming from Madrid was 15 to 20 minutes late due to the bad weather. The plain was supposed to departure at 6:30pm and I got there at 6:20pm the agent at the gate told me that the doors were closed and she gave me a plain ticket for the next flight to San Francisco."

Výhody: "It was on time, very smooth flight. Price was great, bought last November, $365 round trip non stop"

Nevýhody: "My flight was delayed for 2 hours they changed the gate # My notifications in my phone were wrong overall poor management My seat was behind a couple with two children that cried and cried and screamed during the flight, couldnt sleep not even with the headphones helped listening to those children crying. Iberia offered to check in my luggage so i can pick it up at my final destination, but my bag never made it. Had to wait two days woth no clothes or work items i needed in my luggage. Overall a very bad experience with iberia"
Nevýhody: "Despite seeing a crew bring 3 pieces of luggage to the plane, since the cargo was closed they turned around and 1 of those was my luggage which arrived a day later. The flight was late departing and then required to circle the airport and then the luggage did not make it."
Výhody: "Lie-flat seats were very comfortable. Flight was quite smooth. Left late but arrived on schedule. Wine was very good."
Nevýhody: "Food was disappointing. IFE was so-so. Baggage handling was very slow on arrival."

Výhody: "The dood was decent (rice and chicken instead of a sandwich). Entertaiment was great, we had more than 20movies to choose from."
Nevýhody: "The only bad thing was the weather. Ee ended up arriving 1hr later due to heavy rain, but then at the airport you could hear Iberia employees calling passengers with connections to speed up their process."
