The wifi didn't work the entire trip. Also, I got rammed with a service cart because the flight attendant said he didn't see me."

We had to sprint from the transit security area, through the crowded main terminal, to gate 705 to our sole connecting flight to Miami. A bus or other form of transportation should be provided to gates that are very far away. We were the last ones to board. Private security staff at the gate prior to boarding the bus to take us to the plane confiscated my Bluetooth headphones under the assumption that they fell under TSA's prohibited electronic devices (which they do not). When on board the plane, I noticed another passenger with similar headphones which were not confiscated- selective enforcement."

Never understood why our names had been removed for our return flight. Because we didn't have a boarding pass when arriving at the airport the security hesitated to allow us into the facility. Luckily we found our itinerary and they allowed us entry."

Turkish Air employees made the extra effort to print out a new one, but I was asked for "gifts" or "rhum" by 3 different Ivato police, baggage boys, etc."

Nevýhody: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

Nevýhody: "Frankfurt airport: Had to walk for an hour to get from gate to gate. I was getting off an international flight and onto another international flight. International gates are usually closer than that. On the flight: 1. The armrests pull up, which is great if you're traveling with family or a significant other. But, in my case, it was an overweight and obese lady, who didn't fit in her seat and just slipped into half of mine. I was stuck with half a seat with her arm bumping mine for a 12-hour flight. I landed with a bruised arm. It was a round trip flight. When I had submitted a complaint, Lufthansa refunded me a 100$, which is nice of them, but I think they should have upgraded me for my return flight instead to make up for the first flight being uncomfortable. 2. I paid for the internet service and was charged double for it. Again, had to submit a complaint and was refunded the money. Check-in: The online system wouldn't allow me to check in online because my passport wasn't biometric."

Výhody: "Uh, bearable seats that lean back. Back so far yourvrear neighbor could play beauty salon and wash your hair."
Nevýhody: "Increasingly, they cause a problem and then blame you and you have to create the solution. My ticket number got disappeared in this case. I felt fine, ate beef stew from Lufthansa, threw up for an hour until it and my dignity were gone, felt fine. Frozen bread bothers me. Coffee is good."

He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."

Nevýhody: "It was really unclear which desk to use at Birmingham airport to check in. It was extremely stressful for a first time flier as I had no idea what to do - the desk location wasn't marked clearly and when no staff were there it wasn't clear that the desk was open."

Výhody: "Fortunately, the plane was not full, so people could spread out a bit to create extra room. The food was really good! (surprisingly)."
Nevýhody: "KLM's new configuration for this type of plane made the seats even narrower than before. While leg room was reasonable, the 3 abreast seating meant a lot of discomfort, especially in the row right in front of the restroom."

Výhody: "I have no complaints about the air crew. They where pleasant and attentive. Plenty of free entertainment. The food was good."

Výhody: "The premium economy- it was the most uncomfortable - tight seats. The back of the seats are not reclining It’s not worth the money you pay for premium services"
Nevýhody: "The premium economy should be eliminated and should be labeled for what it is: couch class with some perks"

Nevýhody: "J’ai eu à payer un bagage supplémentaire sur internet à 160 euros. Mon compte a été débité et à l’aéroport de Dakar les agents au comptoir me disent qu’ils ne retrouvaient pas le payement du troisième bagage. J’ai été obligé de repayer le bagage comptant à 190€"

Nevýhody: "The entertainment system was very old with minimum selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working. The seating area was very cramped. I called for service a couple of times from my seat, but nobody came."

Nevýhody: "After boarding began there was a backup after the gate en route to the plane. No explanation. The plane left an hour later than scheduled but seemed to arrive close to scheduled time."

Nevýhody: "Staff where so unhelpful that I missed my flight and then refused to offer any assistance as to how I could remedy this situation. This cost me over €180 which is a weeks food and stay for me. Don't fly with these guys or with air Croatia."

Nevýhody: "The seat seemed smaller and space was very uncomfortable. The boarding process was very painful because we had to wait for a longtime."

Nevýhody: "Flight was delayed 3 times and when I was finally put on a flight that was leaving, they failed to check the connection in Paris (Left me 10 minutes to get from the aircraft to the other plane!) I was moved to SAA in the end after a truly traumatic time in Johannesburg. This is not the first time I have suffered at the hands of Air France sadly. Needless to say, I wont be booking with Air France again."

Nevýhody: "They lost my luggage and have no information as to where it is. It has been 3 days and no Information. There was only one meal for the flight and alcoholic beverages were not included."

Výhody: "Yelling, cheering and literally rolling in the aisle made for a really annoying flight"
Nevýhody: "Infusions bad behavior. Also, flight number was changed and AF. Was understaffed to handle questions on squirrelly luggage check."

Nevýhody: "Very cramped. Poor leg room also with.metal bars under seats that further. Limited foot room. Terrible options in movies. The seats in front of us reclined so far that I couldn’t do anything but stare at the back of the seat anyway."

Výhody: "Everything was very prefect and would love to fly again."

Výhody: "This is what happens when you get roped in by a low price."
Nevýhody: "Disorganization which led to not being able to pre-purchase baggage. Then bad info at airport which led to multiple trips through security trying to make weight on a bag that should have been checked but was told didn't need to. Ended up missing flight, having to rebook at full fare and no one knows where the bag that was checked is. STAY AWAY!"

Nevýhody: "Crew was not very responsive. It would take over 45 minutes for them to respond to a customer call. Plane landed and we were kept on runway for 1.15 hours and crew only checked in with us twice during that time. People were panicking regarding missing their connections"

Výhody: "Not much."
Nevýhody: "It was one problem after another during check in. And it was difficult to find help in English so I couldn't really tell what was going on. In the end I was tucking to get checked in because they were insisting I use a kiosk but I was telling them that the kiosk said to see an attendee. It was not efficient and I felt like a burden asking for help when there was nothing else I could do on my own."

Výhody: "Crew was great."
Nevýhody: "Food could be a bit better. White bread is unhealthy."

Výhody: "We were on a 9 hour flight which is pretty exhausting on its own. However, Air France provided you with a pillow and blanket, as well as headphones, so that you can make the best of the long trip."
Nevýhody: "The chairs, for whatever reason, after just not that comfortable. Too squishy and they make noise when you adjust your position. I fidget a lot on flights so I felt like I was making a lot of noise. Also the plane didn't have cold air, do you get toasty pretty quick."

Nevýhody: "Food was not good."

Nevýhody: "Each time the space in this planes is smaller. Surprising, it was very hot all the time."

Výhody: "Efficient check-in."
Nevýhody: "It was raining in Prague so I can understand that luggage is going to get wet. But when we opened our luggage at least half of our clothes were wet. It would seem that the luggage sat out for quite a while prior to departure for that much soaking of clothes. Fortunately we are staying in Paris for a few days and can get our clothes dried out."

Výhody: "The flight crew and flights itself were great."
Nevýhody: "I was told the wrong flight time, wrong terminal, wrong gate, and wrong airline. I couldn't check-in online. It was horribly inconvenient and I nearly missed the flight. We got there with 5 minutes until the doors closed."

Výhody: "It was clean The crew was very kind Food was very good Flight was on time"
Nevýhody: "Seats were exceedingly close Screens for entertainment were small and game controls were difficult to use"

Nevýhody: "Food and coffee were cold. Service on AF is getting worse."

Nevýhody: "It was all good, only in comparison with Turkish airlines and etihad it is not at par."

Nevýhody: "The company failed to transfer my checked-in bag to the next flight during the transfer apparently"

Výhody: "I had a choice of movies, games and music that was very appealing. My concerns about not receiving the correct meal was handled professionally and promptly during the flight. I was surprised they couldn't discover I only ordered it for the second leg of my flight."
Nevýhody: "Being placed into a window seat at 6' 5". Although I opted for general seating rather than paying for a extra leg room which is out of my budget. Not getting an aisle seat was disturbing at my height. Then there was the guy in front of me not willing to forego putting his seat back on my knees for over half the flight. It would be nice if the seat assignments for general boarding considered the height of the person being assigned."

Výhody: "The crew was very comfortable speaking two languages and friendly. They also had air conditioning! This was great because it was strangely hot in Paris and we were sweating profusely. And our last air france experience we were so hot and it was aweful. Even though it was like an hour and a half flight they still served us sandwiches ,really good."

Výhody: "Although plane was full staff moved us through quickly"

Výhody: "Ticket price"
Nevýhody: "Long check in wait in Dubai. Food was shocking - inedible!"

Nevýhody: "To many announcements on a overnight flight."
