Upon arrival at airport we were sent to gate for flight 813 when printed the tickets (for 811). VERY confusing. No notice from Kayak on the change, and Kayak still showed us on the 813."
Nevýhody: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

Again, miss Emirates-this will be my last flight on Lufthansa!!!"

I had to stay in the Frankfurt airport for a FULL EXTRA DAY, and every time I tried to get a new ticket, or ask anyone for help, I was given the run around. No one was helpful. I talked to about a dozen Lufthansa employees that day and only one was helpful at all. It was a hellish nightmare. Before my last flight, I was furious with how I had been treated all day and a horrible Lufthansa woman yelled at me for being upset about the situation. Then, when after much hassle I finally got to my destination, I was told my baggage was lost. That was on thursday and I still have not gotten it. i am never flying lufhansa again. This was the worst trip of my entire life."

I was held-up at boarding by rude employee who insisted that I had to wait until all other passengers had boarded the lane before issuing me a boarding pass so I can board the plane. I could not check-in earlier and get a boarding pass since I had flown directly from Dusseldorf.

Nevýhody: "Lack of communication. Lack of sympathy. Lack of knowledge. From the beginning, I wasn’t given the boarding pass to my connecting flight nor was I informed as to why. When I finally made it to my connecting flight with NO time to spare (very small window of approximately 45 minutes to make it to my connecting flight) my husband, my son and I were turned away from our flight due to over booking. The Eurowings manager guarantees we would be able to make another flight if we went to the ticket counter right away. At the ticket counter, (different airline) the ticket agent explained we’d have to transfer our booking over from Eurowings to the new airline. This left us NO time to make that flight the Eurowings manager guaranteed us we would make. We also waited 3 hours at the baggage claim office only for them to tell us they lost all our bags. Only 2 out of our 5 bags made it onto the flight and will be waiting at lost and found of our final destination and the other 3 bags are unknown of their whereabouts. The Eurowings ticket agent took ALL of our bags including my husbands and I carry ons, so we were left with no clothing and had to stay at the airport over night. This airline really sucks. We were never informed in advance of this over booking issue or I would have certainly made my own accommodations before hand. Will never fly Eurowings again. Definitely the worst airline I’ve traveled with. And I lost 5 bags in the process."

Nevýhody: "Cancelled the flight from Cologne to Zurich - It was showing on time when we left home, but at the airport we saw the status change. No one called or emailed us even when all the details are provided while booking the ticket. The line for the ticket counter at the airport was miserably long, so we had to use international roaming to make our calls to customer service. They never told us why the flight was cancelled and changed the topic to how they can rebook us - my suspicion is that there were very few customers for that flight so they thought its cheaper to cancel the flight and let the customers figure out the solution. Horrible! Te only option given to us was a late night flight to Vienna (more than 12 hours later), and then staying overnight there and then flying to JFK. That was of course unacceptable as we had to join work on Monday. I asked them to then look into Dusseldorf and any flying options from there. They were able to book us a flight from there. We rushed to DUS airport - The email confirmation took hours to show up in my inbox even though they promised 10-15 minutes. After waiting for the confirmation for a little, we had to take a cab from Cologne airport to Dusseldorf airport. It cost us over 200 euros and a lot of stress. The whole experience was a nightmare and I would not wish it upon anyone."

They decided to fly us to Leipzig-Halle (another city a two hour drive away) and said they would provide busses to take us back to Berlin. But then, when we got to Leipzig, they said oh we might be able to fly you back to Berlin, just let us refuel. So we all sat in the plane for an hour and a half while they did that. Then, they announced that they couldn't go back to the Berlin airport because there were too many planes landing there. So they told us to get off the plane, go into the arrival hall and we would get more information there. When we got out of the plane, we were greeted by an information lady who informed us that no trains were running at that hour (it was about 11:30pm), and Eurowings would not provide us with accommodation or transportation back to Berlin. The information staff told us that our options were to personally pay for either a taxi back to Leipzig (two hours away!) or rent a car, or wait until morning to take a bus or train. I was able to stay with a friend in the city, and paid to take a bus to Berlin the next day, but what about everyone else who didn't know people in Leipzig and had to fend for themselves? As a young woman traveling by myself in a foreign country, landing in an unexpected city in the middle of the night, it could have been a potentially dangerous situation. I am extremely frustrated with Eurowings. I paid them to take me to Berlin, and they didn't. I talked to customer service on the phone, and they told me that I should make my own travel plans to return to Berlin and they would reimburse me later. Aside from the fact that there weren't buses, trains or flights running till the next morning - I shouldn't have to make my own travel plans! My plans were to fly Eurowings from Duesseldorf to Tegel, and they should be responsible for getting me there. I am never flying Eurowings again, and sharing the story with any friends who travel in Europe. They absolutely do not care about their customers."

I stood around for 20 minutes asking anyone who would help me where the desk was. We were finally notified at 8:40 that eurowings was the last desk in the aisle."

We have flown with both Wizz Air and Easyjet this summer and those airlines have always assigned us seats together. Lufthansa did also. No idea why it was not possible for Eurowings. Also, crew were completely unhelpful, did not want to lift a finger for us. Luckily, a kind lady switched seats with me so I could sit next to my youngest son. I spent 8 hrs on a plane to fly to my origin airport. This was my first overseas flight and my first time flying with United. I got a frozen turkey sandwich and sorbert for dinner. I have been placed on an American Airline flight leaving at 8:50 am but I needed to be in London at my scheduled arrival time. I've lost approximeny 14 hrs of my trip including irreplaceable reservations that I've missed as well as very important time with my significant other that I get to see once every 2 months. Also, for a plane called a Dreamliner, those seating arrangements are a nightmare for anyone over 5’8”; I was uncomfortable the entire flight. It’s a plane, not a bus in a third world country; it’s shouldnt be that damned cramped and crowded."

The younger female flight attendant then told me that the cops would be waiting for the passenger on arrival - when in fact, the port police department was never notified, nor was the Norwegian station manager at JFK. I then spoke with a great guy by the name of David and asked him to take me to the back of the plane. The only seat available was the middle seat in row 28, so i spent the last hour and a half in the back of the coach cabin. About 30 minutes before arrival, Vinnie came to me and asked "so what exactly happened?" claiming that he would have to submit a report. I had already explained to him and several other flight attendants what had happened and they had seen and heard for themselves. Again, I was told that Vinnie never mentioned any of this to the JFK station. On arrival, I waited patiently with all the other passengers, collected my carryon from David and exited the plane - there was no one from Norwegian ground staff or from the port police department. The assailants name is Jaramye Daniels. I am concerned about your in flight staff's lack of response regarding this encounter, especially given the fact that it occurred on the anniversary of 9/11. Public intoxication and assault are criminal acts and should be dealt with accordingly."

They clearly do not have the operational capabilities to run these long-haul flights. Our most recent flight, for which I am writing this review, was delayed by 5 hours, and on top of that, we had to wait to de-plane for 40 minutes since the small destination airport (OAK) could not handle our arrival simultaneously to another Norwegian flight; they coincided because of our astounding delay. There was no legitimate reason for the 4h45min departure delay--no mechanical issues, no weather problems, no airport issues; it was purely Norwegian failing to have their staff available, or them waiting for other delayed flights to arrive to allow those passengers to transfer. We heard absolutely zero explanation except from the pilot who said was due to Norwegian's "own operating issues". There was no staff at the boarding desk, and after the 5 hour delay, some non-Norwegian-affiliated airport employee just said "ok everyone board", because clearly they needed the gate and the Norwegian staff was dragging their feet. I have never seen anything like it: a whole crowd of disgruntled people heading to the podium with no organization. Fortunately, we were flying from Stockholm and the Swedes were all very reserved about the horrible service. In the cabin, it is no-frills as you would expect, but I continue to be disappointed by a lack of water! I can afford to order bottled water from the snack bar, and we did that, but really water should be delivered to all passengers spending 11 hours on an aircraft. The pre-ordered food was pretty bad and definitely not worth the money that they charge for it. If you compare this to a "real" airline's trans-atlantic flights, there is no comparison: Norwegian's cabin crew is a bunch of amateurs from third world countries; a major airline like Lufthansa actually cares about passenger comfort and makes 2-3 times as many rounds through the cabin to deliver things like water, food, wine, hot towels, etc. I think this will be our sixth and final Norwegian trans-atlantic flight. Within Europe, we have had much better experiences with Norwegian."

The gate agent said to my hysterical child that she was so sorry for the hours lost in prior connecting flight delays and recognized the plane my daughter was to be on was still one hour from pushback from the gate, but she couldn't overcome the computers having closed out the flight at precisely 60 minutes before scheduled departure so there was nothing a human could do. This is the epitome of machines gone crazy!!"

Nevýhody: "The quality of service in the boarding, Modified types of cabine bags, practically you have to bring one change of clothes an nothing else in order to fit for the standards of the "small cabine luggage" . The boarding crew was very rude"
Výhody: "Flight was on time unlike outward trip which was just under 2 hrs late"
Nevýhody: "Very rude boarding staff on ground. Tried to charge me for the hand luggage but did put a small luggage sticker on when I didn't respond. Seats do not recline so most people slept on the pull down tray as a pillow."
Výhody: "The ground crew in Varna were a thousand times better than Luton. Excellent flight and service...even with an hour delay."
Nevýhody: "Nothing"

Výhody: "I use Wizzair very often .flight is always good.Pilots and crew are very well experianced.so if turbulences there is still trust in flight crew .today is very misty and cloudy in London .Very good landing in these bad conditions.i want to Thank all team of the crew."
Nevýhody: "Turbulences.It is sad that wizzair charges very high cost large cabin bags (especially on holidays time is bags different price than other months.)but other companies as Easyjet and ryanair allows one big and one small bag for free on board"
Nevýhody: "Basic flight. Rude crew and late flight"
Výhody: "Seats were perfectly adequate, about what you expect on a budget flight. Flight attendants were very pleasant."
Nevýhody: "Boarding involved a long wait standing on the tarmac in the sun."

Nevýhody: "Needed to pay 50 euros for luggage. Beware that unless you have a kids suitcase you will need to pay for luggage. Also, when boarding the hostess was pushing me to show my boarding pass- it took 30 seconds but she was already trying to push me to the side and let others board. Patience and understanding would have been nice. Seats are the smallest of all the regional carriers - not my first airline choice to travel for next time."

Výhody: "I put on my VR goggles and noise cancelling headphones as soon as I was allowed to and I watched 3D movies during the whole flight."
Nevýhody: "There were too many announcements about food / things Wizzair tried to sell me, it would be best if they'd leave us alone until the end of the trip."
Nevýhody: "I ordered a ticket and got a confirmation email. Unfortunately I could not check in online. I arrived at the airport and found out that I did not have a ticket. This story cost me a lot of money and a lot of time"
Nevýhody: "Randomly picked for paying a carry on fee. Misleading, expensive, and the feeling of being extorted. I will push for a refund."
Výhody: "If you are just looking to get from point A to point A and don't expected anything additional you will be ok on this flight."
Výhody: "Near new aircraft and O.K. seating. Flight crew was helpful and spoke excellent English. On time departure."
Nevýhody: "WIZZAIR website is user unfriendly. To make matters worse, in order to check in on the Internet, one has to register with WIZZAIR. Fares are competitive, but long list of extra charges is annoying. Boarding was chaotic at airport, with no attempt at crowd control. No water was served on flight."
