Then we had to climb steep steps in extremely hot weather. We were swearing in the heat for an hour!! We arrived at our destination and hour and half late!!"

Nevýhody: "To check a bag is about $75 if you do it at airport. We witnessed a number of people who had done carry on from Athens to Santorini not be able to do carry on back. It's a scam on the Island. The bin in which you have to fit your bag is smaller on Santorini."

We were 9 passengers all together and it would have been a lot easier if she would have called the driver to pick us up. After realizing we had small kids, she finally called someone after 15 minutes but that was too late. We missed our flight. There was no supervisor to talk to and no where to file complaints."

In fact each time I have flown with volotea the airplane hasn't been on time and hasn't even taken off by the time the flight was scheduled to land! The seats were close and the ride was not comfortable. I absolutely will not be using this airline again and certainly would not recommend it to anyone."

We had been checked in, but hadn't printed the boarding passes. They told us that they had just closed the opportunity to do this for free at the airport & we now had to pay the exorbitant fee or no boarding passes and no getting on the plane. No other way around it. It just felt like yet another ridiculous excuse to suck more money out of passengers. Just like the banks...a fee here, a free there will add to the profit bottom line without providing any additional value for the customer. Buyer beware!"

Ridiculous.y small measurement boxes for carry on luggage which would not hold standard carry on bags. This dispute the plane having full sized overhead bins that easily accommodated the bags. Forced us to pay $60 a bag under the pretext that the bags would have to be ch caked. But they didn't, we just carried them on and there was plenty of room. They were rude and unreasonable and let lots of people through without the charges after they simply removed items from their bags and carried them a few feet before putting them back. It was just a shake down."

It gave me such a trrrible headache and made me even more nauseous than I already was from the flight!!! So smelly!!! The seats didn’t recline And my husbands seat was ripped. So terrible all around!!!"

Nevýhody: "Passengers treated like cattles. Not prepared at all"
Nevýhody: "Boarding was not convenient, a lot of walking outside and standing near the plane. We were not offered just water for free. The worst thing: husband and wife with one checked in bag and one carry on bag can't board together, should board in different time."
Výhody: "The disembark at stansted was fast and passport control was easy."
Nevýhody: "Toulouse airport has terrible facilities. The gate building, where they carral you with the promise of bars and shops actually only had one small drinks stand selling terribly overpriced beverages. There was no air conditioning and it was about 30degress in there, there was not a water fountain to refill water bottles from so was forced to buy overpriced water. Plane ended up landing 2 hours late but the Ryanair staff gave little information or updates on this."

Nevýhody: "Had tickets with reserved seats. Check-in counter opened only shortly before flight. I checked a bag at the counter (not at the gate) and was surprised to learn that the fee was 40 Euros instead of the expected 25. We were marched outside to stand for 15 minutes before anyone was permitted to board."

Výhody: "Toulouse airport unbareably hot."
Nevýhody: "I used my carry on suitcase for a Ryanair flights in Brussels and for multiple other flights with other airlines and had no issues. At Ciampino they told me my bag was too large and forced me to pay 50 euro to bring the bag on. I explained to them I've had no problems prior to this flight and they did not seem to care. I won't be flying Ryanair again."

Nevýhody: "I didn't like that, one of the pasangers was with a little girl and she was screaming all the way from Dublin to madrid and the crew didn't help at all to have a solution! Also when I was inside of the plane I ask someone of the crew if they have space to put my wedding dress and she look at me like I was crazy and they just told me no! With a very bad tone of voice!"
Nevýhody: "The really need one of their newer planes ✈️ for the lanzorote route. Longer seatbelts needed."

Nevýhody: "Delayed an hour, have to pay for any seat now, regardless of when you check in. Boarding was horribly slow and inefficient. Absolutely rubbish and I never want to fly with them again."
Výhody: "If you just need to hop across countries and can get by without knowing your seat or without a big bag, take Ryan. They’re reliable and you get exactly what you pay for."
Nevýhody: "You’re not going to like it if you don’t like to get nickled and dimed to death. Check in and print a boarding pass before you get to the airport...it’s 50 quid if you check in in person!"

Nevýhody: "No entertainment or free snacks/water. Flights were cheap but you can't cancel them, just modify the reservation. I bought the return flight to a different airport by mistake but i was not able to cancel"

Nevýhody: "- Clear policy to split people up unless you pay for seats. They. Seem to deny this but it’s as obvious as it gets. Makes boarding much slower as people try to switch seats - They check in 50% of hand luggage bags on every flight - why not offer the chance to check in small bags for free up front rather than make people scramble for valuables after being forced to check in hand luggage - Very poor seats - uncomfortable and cramped"

Výhody: "The price. That's about it. The only reason to fly RyanAir"
Nevýhody: "Boarding is a joke. Priority Boarding (paid) is a joke. Flight was 90 minutes late departing. Seats are so uncomortable and don't recline. Temperature in airplane was too hot. No overhead storage room so if you are travelling light (small bag) you get penalised and have to sit with it at your feet. Truly not the way to fly for anything more than an hour's flight."
Nevýhody: "Staff at the check-in desk was rude and condescending."
Nevýhody: "The flight did not fly out of the airport I selected thru kayak. I missed my flight because I was unable to make it to the correct airport in time. I will NEVER use Kayak again."

Nevýhody: "As we were not allowed to board flight from Milan to Lourdes as I stated previous we never boarded this flight and after spending day in Milan airport with no assistance had to go to an other airport to find passage. It cost us another fare for 10 persons and no Ryanaire were un helpful. Would not fly again with Ryanare and would certainly not recommend them. None of the phone no we were given worked."
Nevýhody: "Complete chaos at the airport, with no real queue. Just had blobs of people crowding around counters with no indication of which one to got to if you needed to check in, print a ticket, or check a bag. No one was available to answer questions about which counter to go to, and when you finally waited and got to a counter, the attendants were very dismissive and rude."
Nevýhody: "Baaaaa they treat you like sheeple. And they try to sell you perfume and cosmetics like it's an Armenian used electronics store. Yuck."
Výhody: "Can't get any cheaper than that so I did not expect much. The check-in process was not bad, and going into the plane was surprisingly easy. Was expected to be treated as cattle, but was pleasently surprised to find otherwise."
Nevýhody: "RyanAir will charge to check in early,but then if you don't check in during a specific window of time, they charge you even more and it has to be done electronically 2 hrs before flight! If they are going to take a punitive approach to the very first interactions with customers, then charge for checked bags at a rate/weight that is also punitive and deviates from competition norms it is unlikely your first-time customers will ever use your airline again. Additionally, the boarding process at Lisbon was ridiculous. All passengers were sent through the gate to an enclosed warehouse with no AC to stand and wait until the plane was ready. Why wouldn't you just wait until the plane was ready?! I will never fly RyanAir again. We spent an additional $190 for two people to check in and check two 33lb bags (1 bag per person)."
Nevýhody: "The crew is not welcoming, cramped seat, long line and force to check in my bag and paid 50euros."
Výhody: "Fast efficient service"

Nevýhody: "We purchased our tickets through Kayak. Ryanair website was not accessible to add luggage and check in. On the check in counter, we were not allowed to check in because they claimed that we had to check in online. We contacted the Ryanair desk to solve the problem, and we showed them that we are not able to access the website to check in. Eventually, they forced us to buy brand new tickets or we would have missed our flight."
Nevýhody: "Don't even get water on flight pretty cheap"
Výhody: "The price is great, basically on time, good crew"
Nevýhody: "Had us stand and wait over 45 minutes on jetway before boarding"
