The layover in Istanbul was 1 hour 5 mins. That is NOT ENOUGH TIME to get from one gate to another and go through security again. By the time my plane landed from Kiev to Istanbul, the flight to San Francisco was already boarding. I had to cross a very long airport, go back into security check and then run another 15 mins. I barely made the flight and they were about to close the door when I arrived. Turkish Airlines should NOT SELL TICKETS WITH SUCH SHORT LAYOVER WITHOUT ACCOMODATING US or helping us to get to the other gate faster. It was a very bad experience. Why sell tickets with unreasonable layover times? It is not fair for the customer and not feasible to make the flight.

BT444, 18:30-19:50... he just stood there watching me struggle up the outside staircase into the plane with my suitcase... scolded me for bringing suitcase on board, argued with me, etc. (I've traveled the world and this suitcase is always brought on board)... he was not service-oriented or helpful. thankfully, other staff did help... but he left a bad taste in my mouth for this airline."

Many of us had a connecting flight with Air Baltic from Riga to Helsinki- which we asked if they will wait for us, the crew member said because the flight was also with Air Baltic, they will wait for us. We got there 10 minutes before take off, and the gate has already closed. Furthermore, we got to the Air Baltic counter, we were given 5Euro meal vouchers even though we will be staying at the Riga airport for 9 hours. Also they gave us terrible customer service attitude, which we definitely do not deserve after being delayed, and causing so much trouble on their behalf. Definitely do not recommend flying with Air Baltic again. I've never been this angry with any air line."

I had just two flights from the United States behind me and no problems at all and suddenly I can't fly with my carry-on luggage? I didn't like the AirBaltic check-in service."

New airplanes - timely departure! No entertainment, this needs improvement!

The flight delayed. No screen, no charge for mobile devices. The portion of food is very small. The food is not delicious and no sweet just 3 pieces of fruit mostly apple. If you want coffee or tea you have to buy even you buy ticket at higher price than airlines that offer drinks, snacks and meals for free.

Výhody: "Onboarding took long time though i had reached airport at 8 pm. They didnt give me boarding pass for my second connection flight. Asked me to get it at abudhabi airport."
Nevýhody: "Ethihad Needs to train their employees."
Výhody: "Howcome i was denied travelling when i had a booked and confirmed ticket? I am asked to travel after 11 hours. For me time is equal to money. Ethihad people in abu dhabi airport terminal 3 people treated me very badly and rudely."
Nevýhody: "Please speak to airline and give me a compensation for the huge loss i had due to this ignorance from ethihad and the organizers like you.I will share my experience with my friends and all social media groups and will do everything possible to spread this bad way of managing tickets and customers."

Nevýhody: "I like Timing and convenient. No stops Or connection. I don’t like the jet its self, very old. I don’t like the the way they charge for EVERYTHING (seating, luggage, food...etc) They need to provide entertainment facilities"

Nevýhody: "In business class Although only 3 out of 9 seats had passengers, there is no room for my bag, the cabin craw asked me to put my bag in economy class. When I refused she then took her bag out of the place above my seat. That was very bad as this location is paid for part of the ticket & I shouldn’t be asked to use economy class storing place."

Výhody: "Dear, I made the booking through kayak fir Ethihad flight from Abudhabi to Riyadh and after the payment I surprised that which is been operated by Flynas. If I could know from the starting then I must buy Flynas which cost 1000 SR less than Ethihad. This is really cheating !!! And I can nit accept these kind of cheating. I I wanted to escalate this matter to compensate such cheating done by Kayak."

Nevýhody: "There is no way of knowing which fly Nas flight I was supposed to board. Etihad is not very good at informing the customers about partner airline check in process. I was running around the airport like a mad man trying to figure out my flight number and check in station. The airline lost my luggage and the claim process is vague. I was told I will be contacted with my claims number at the airport. Thus far I haven't heard anything from the airline. The number given goes straight to voice mail."
Výhody: "Boarding at the airport was really poor. The flight was delayed for almost an hour."
