Nevýhody: "Everything. This plane was most likely the same plane the Wright brothers flew upon their first flight. I am 5'4" and 104 pounds and I had a hard time fitting in the seats. Most domestic flight planes that I've flown are MUCH better than this; no TV, no legroom, and you had to buy drinks. The food looked like diarrhea and my grapes had mold on them. Also, the flight attendants were so rude to guests. I will NEVER fly this airline again."

Nevýhody: "We boarded a bus to take us out to our airplane, got off the bus at the plane, and then were told to get back on the bus to return to the terminal. No information as to why, no announcements. We waiting for a few minutes on the bus before returning to the gate, again without any notifications. Once back at the gate, they just said to wait for information, but the flight would take off. It eventually did, and the pilot told us what the delay was (air traffic control and weather at the arrival destination), but no one in the terminal let us know that."

Výhody: "It's an airplane... I like that it travels 550mph as opposed to literally anything slower so I don't have to spend any more time with these people than necessary. The air hostesses were friendly and helpful (the ones on the plane- literally no one else)."
Nevýhody: "The whole experience was absolutely exhausting. Gatwick airport is nothing short of a disaster. The UIA counter can't take payments and the "international" airport can only take certain forms of payment (non of which are dollars- I know it's London, but I've never been anywhere that can't accommodate this). Ukraine international airlines are extortionists that will hold you and your luggage hostage with arbitrary baggage policies. 6kg is the cabin policy by the way. And if you don't read the fine print, you too can spend $80 to check a TSA approved hand bag. That's right. 12kg and all it cost me was EIGHTY US DOLLARS. Then they printed the incorrect boarding pass. When I returned, in a hurry because this whole ordeal lasted 45 minutes, the agent at the check-in counter demanded I "say please" to get my correct boarding pass. I've flown on 4-6 segments per week for the last four years. I understand how to communicate with airline agents, but wow... These people are off their rockers. During this whole conundrum, they even checked two people in under the same name. These people are in no way qualified to be operating an airline or maintaining personal information of any sort."
Nevýhody: "I was put on standby and had no seat until boarding was almost over. Not acceptable"
Nevýhody: "The UAI crew in Kharkov didn't know how to check me in. They didn't understand the inputs they needed in their Computer for my KLM/ Ukrainian Airline itinerary. It was horrible. After more than 1,5 hours they were able to give me one boarding pass to Kiev. And in Kiev the nightmare was even worse. I spent each minute of my layover time to run around begging for help. Nobody had a clue and was interested to help me. I needed to get mad and curse in order to be sent to the desk #1 with their technical expert. After another excruciating 20 minutes with absolutely unacceptable customer interaction I was handed the two boarding passes to Amsterdam and Detroit. 0 points in customer service. At times I thought I'll have an heart attack. Lousy as hell. Obviously the so called partnership of KLM and UAI is not a good idea, because this piss-poor experience is falling directly back on KLM (and in my case Delta Airlines, of which I am still a fan). KLM should either dump them of educate them and make them follow their standards."
Výhody: "The staff and the food, and the modern aircraft. Toilets were OK, but none in the rear of the aircraft."
Nevýhody: "Economy class leg room for tall guys. Overhead light not directed correctly and couldn't be adjusted. Spent hours doing online check-ins and boarding passes, there was no counter to drop off baggage. Instead, had to check-in again. This caused an extremely long line. There was no provision for counter check-in for seniors, such as myself, and people with infants and young children. There was no electrical nor computer plug ins. Quick delivery of baggage at terminal."
Nevýhody: "i took a flight from jfk to tbilisi, georgia. i was very disappointed that on my 12 hour flight i did not have a food tray available for my seating, so i had to hold everything with my hands, i had to rush eating my food before getting my drink. i also had to take precautions because i didn't want to burn myself with the tea. another problem that the plane has one that one of the bathroom were out of order so there was a huge line just to go to the bathroom. and i also almost forgot to tell you that the plane was leaking water from the top. the person sitting in the next row was getting very frustrated with getting wet. is that even safe? i would never recommended this airways to anyone. by far the worse."

Nevýhody: "1.) a money charge on the plane for everything but water. 2.) no concern at the check-in, or at the gate for my request for change of seat. Only staff on plane had any concern. I asked for a comment card, no one at the gate or on the plane had any idea what that was. Comments about the plane experience is written on what is called the "list" I filled one out. 3.) a charge for baggage under the plane, which was not well explained on the web site, where electronic ticket was bought. I had to go to another office place to pay extra for one bag to go under the plane. Apparently, other people have the same problem. 4.) the check in person was very restrictive of the weight of my carry on, like 7 kilos. I had to take things out of carry on and put into the bag that I had to pay for to put under the plane. It should be inclusive, or price shown with or without under the plane bag. The bag empty weighs almost 5 kilos, should be at least 10 kilos. 5.) much improvement is suggested, but not enough other choices."
Nevýhody: "Hello, at my check in the person who helped me was not very professional. The first thing he did was to say that I had 2 kilos overweight on my cabin bag, even before checking if I was booked on the 20.00 flight to Prague yet. And this is the exactly same cabin bag which I was carrying on the way from Prague to Kiev, its a camera bag with a tripad on the side (which at the check in in Prague the woman said was ok) . So I had to ask him if I was booked on the flight or not, since I didnt see the flight on the "departures" screen which made me a bit worried. Then he first said that I was not booked on the flight, but changed his mind immediately. But I did not receive any information from him that the flight was delayed with 50 minutes, I found out that after doing the security check. Not the smoothest service, but I think the guy was totally new so he was maybe a bit nervous. Thanks / M"

Nevýhody: "The boarding in Istanbul was via bus, which is not only uncomfortable but impossible to socially distance on. In Prague we deplaned via a jetway. In Istanbul the gate control person was overly vigilant in checking documents. It was very disturbing :("
