Výhody: "1st Class is a joke. They leave the middle coach seat vacant. You do have more overhead storage since there are fewer people in "1st Class". Otherwise you may as well be in coach. For flights within Europe this appears to be the standard. Save you money fly coach when traveling within Europe."

Nevýhody: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

Nevýhody: "I am 5'4" and weigh about 110 lbs. I was seated between two very large men who could not fit into the cramped seating and caused me to sit with my legs cramped and no arm rest. One was drinking heavily and the other watching open on his phone both of which made me even more uncomfortable. To make it even worse my TV was broken and there was nothing for me to do but be miserable for an 11 hour flight. Worse trip of my life."

If I book with United, I can't select my Lufthansa seats until 24 hours before my flight. That means I end up in the back of the plane in the least desirable seats. If I book with Lufthansa, then I can't book my United seats. I have booked with United and paid for economy plus, then find as I board, the Lufthansa flight doesn't have economy plus."

Lufthansa has no option to check in online if my first flight leg is united. This is a very big drawback and also the reason I would not prefer to fly Lufthansa again. United is bringing the quality down."

The agent was anything but friendly and said she was not able to send my carry-on directly to Bilbao (she gave me no reason) and that I would have to re-check my bags, go through customs and security in Prague. She knew I had 1.5 hrs between flights, and the risk of losing my flight was pretty high. He agent could only said “sorry” and she would not offer me a solution. The agent next to her could care less about my situation. I asked her who should I contact if lose my flight (i.e. Aeroflot, Czech Airlines, etc) she kept saying “I don’t know, I’m sorry). I asked for my carry-on, but she would not return it. I called Aeroflot customer service, but they were not helpful and a bit rude. To make things worst, the agent placed me in the very last seat in the airplane, so I had to wait a good 20min to de board- time that I didn’t have. I paid so much for his flight and this was not the service that I expected. The only reason I made it to my second flight (Prague-Bilbao) was because the flight was delayed."

Nevýhody: "overall my experience with this company as bad! the crew was not nice at all and were angry, without knowing any proper English (the flight attendant asked me in Russian what i want to eat so i answered her English please and she rolled her eyes and threw the meal she hold to my tray. Once we landed Moscow for our connecting flight we had 3 hours at the airport, on my boarding ticket the gate was 26, i came for the boarding to gate 26 but no one was there!!!! so i startes to asked people around where is the gate and since they dond know any English they are lying!!! some told me gate 33 some told me 28 and some told me a different terminal! this airport is huge! the the people that work there are not nice, very rood and angry and English it's not a language they will understand. Therfore, i missed my flight, running around trying to search my gate they changed on the last minute, in the end someone told me it was on gate 22! but they slready took off. SO i went to the operation office to get a new ticket- I met the most repulsive man which should provide a good customer service. He told me that was my mistake for not taking care to check why no one was at the gate/// WHAT?! Just mentioned it wasnt just me missing the flight, they were another 5 people with me and another 5 from other flights! the next flight was 13 hours later. he said maybe he can get free ticket for me, but he's not sure. I laughed and said not only I'm not supposed to pay for the flight, you should compensate me! So he took the ticket he gave me, smiling, and said "if you don't want it, it's OK' don't take it, bye bye" I WAS FURIOUS!!! I took the damn ticket, waited 13 hours to my next flight (which BTW the gate was also changed) and came home. I was alone traveller, came from Thailand after 10 hours flight, and went all this nightmare ALONE (i'm a women)! WILL NEVER FLY WITH AEROFLOT, will never do a connecting fight in Moscow and most probably will never visit this country full with cold and angry people!!!! FYI- will post this in every flight web!"

Czech Air (booking owner) should hold Belavia (operating aircraft) accountable for this poor performance ... not the weather delay, but how they handled (or didn’t handle) passengers and communications."

Paying for food and drink (even water!) on a 5+ hour international flight is ridiculous. I don't know any other airline that does this. US airlines on domestic flights at least provide soft drinks, water, tea and coffee and the odd snack free. 3. No entertainment. A big minus on such a long flight."

I made it to the Pegasus check in desk 55mins prior to departure, but it was already closed. In a complete frenzy, I ran to the one and only Pegasus agent and she absolutely refused to help me, saying "everyone knows it's one hour before check in". Uhm, no, everyone doesn't;t know, which is why they go and check it out on the website. That caused me not only to miss a flight and lose €120, but I then had to buy another flight for €370!!!!!!!! I now have to fight my way to the top to dispute this case."

They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but they are very rude and impolite in English. I really wish there was a single good thing to say. Even the pilots are the worst i've seen.
