I have now been travelling for nearly 30 hours without sleep, am stuck in Madrid with no certainty of when or how I will get home or see my luggage again, and am seriously seriously pissed off. I do accept that things can sometimes go wrong and that it is nobody’s fault. This is definitely somebody’s fault."

Some type of notification about needing a passport that expires more than 6 months after your retrun date would be nice, either from the airline or from kayak, since you already send so many emails anyway. This would be super easy for you to do and save a lot of people a lot of hastle, since many do not know about this pretty counterintuitive restriction. Anyway, Iberia offered to rebook me the following day and put me on standby for the next flight to give me the morning to renew my passport. However when I came back to check in for the second flight, the original attendant had forgotten to actually add me to the standby list and in the meantime, my connecting flight had become overbooked. The check-in folks argued about whether I could be upgraded to fit onto this flight, but decided that since the original dely was my fault, the best they could offer was a flight at the same time the following day. I asked if I could rebook my return flight to push it back a day, and they told me that figure reservations could only be changed over the phone. I totally accept that monitoring the validity of my passport is my responsibility, but refusing to put in an ounce of effort to assist their customers with relatively unknown and counterintuitive restrictions, then not admitting to fault of your own or lifting a finger to make up for blatantly crappy service if it even slightly affects their bottom line is absurd. Do better, Iberia. Oh wait, you're an airline. I won't hold my breath."
Nevýhody: "Awful. My departing city (ZAG) was unable to process tickets for my connecting flight. Upon arrival to (MAD) the gate agent was distributing tickets on a 1st name basis. Literally just handing out tickets without verifying IDs. Not all us PAX received a ticket and were instructed to go to the customer service desk, all the while boarding was ACTIVE at the gate. While at the customer service desk, Iberia showed little attention and/or urgency for us folks who did not have our connecting flight credentials. I finally received a hand-written ticket to board an international flight. My original seat selection was not honored. The overall flight experience was poor and NOT enjoyable."

We got in so late to Madrid that our hotel room that we reserved months earlier was given away. After being awake for over 24 hours we had to walk around Madrid at 11:00 pm at night, looking for someplace to lay our weary heads."

Then they finally posted the gate and we had to run to the other side of the airport and then they delayed the flight again so it was over 3 1/2 hours delayed In the end. Then boarding was a mess and the plane itself was pitiful for how expensive that flight was. This is never going to be a company of choice for me. Definitely a last resort."

It's like going to a restaurant, ordering a filet mignon steak, and then waiter comes out and says "we gave your filet mignon to that person sitting over there, but here's a MacDonalds hamburger for you. And you will still be paying for the filet. Will that be ok?" No. It's not ok. Only an airline would try something like that. This behavior is unacceptable in every other business. Stop doing this now!"

After we insisted on flying to Barcelone anyway (although they said they would not take care of us and all hotels in the city are full because of the weather conditions [which was a lie - it's summer and the weather was fine]). When we got to Barcelone we saw that our flight to Tel-Aviv was not cancelled! We only had 30 min because the previous flight was delayed in 2 hours so we ran and went on the plane. Of course our luggage did not arrive...."

I've flown MANY airlines and have never had deal with lost luggage so I was expecting more from the airline to do everything possible to located it or compensate us for their mistake, especially when we had to pay an additional $50 USD to check-in our luggage (that ultimately ended up lost). I would not recommend this airline."

Your best option is to skip the giant line with Priority Boarding. Even in the short Priority Boarding line, it was pretty messy, and a businessman pretending ignorance tried to cut in line in front of me."
Nevýhody: "I was ripped off! I booked a flight for 3 passengers and paid. An email came through requiring I add additional information for my two companions within 48 hours or their flight would be cancelled and NO refund. I have the app and requested text notification, whereby nothing came through. The flights were cx and I had to book 2 new ones or fly alone. When calling to dispute, I could only email. The phone number was not international. The email rely denied a refund. I requested to escalate the dispute but Wasnt ever connected to that individual. In Paris, I attempted to reach the claims dept and was told to email them or call customer service but don't speak Spanish so got no where. Out 267$."

After heading down what seems like a boarding ramp you go outside, then into a holding pen. It’s a giant metal shed that looks like it was made for cattle. Then after standing there for 30-40 minutes, you go outside again to board the plan. On board, there were no amenities, but that was expected."
Nevýhody: "The crew were soooo rude to everyone! Their card machine to buy drinks wasn’t working so they had to take cash but they didn’t have change! They charged 4 pounds for water. Then they were selling scratch tickets AND perfume and jewelry! THEY EVEN SPRAYED PURFUME ON THE PLANE! It gave me such a trrrible headache and made me even more nauseous than I already was from the flight!!! So smelly!!! The seats didn’t recline And my husbands seat was ripped. So terrible all around!!!"

I want to know why did a pay for priority services if the person at the boarding does not even know anything. Is the company going to reimburse the company for the time waiting and bring the last one?"

Then they announced anyone on our flight needed to go to s different line to check in as we were nearing boarding time. In the rush we lost a jacket and no one from Ryan Air. Could care less. Not one smiling face! Awful!!!"

Nevýhody: "You’re not going to like it if you don’t like to get nickled and dimed to death. Check in and print a boarding pass before you get to the airport...it’s 50 quid if you check in in person!"
Výhody: "Flight boarding was delayed but arrived on time to the destination. Cheap flight"
Nevýhody: "No entertainment or free snacks/water. Flights were cheap but you can't cancel them, just modify the reservation. I bought the return flight to a different airport by mistake but i was not able to cancel"

Nevýhody: "- Clear policy to split people up unless you pay for seats. They. Seem to deny this but it’s as obvious as it gets. Makes boarding much slower as people try to switch seats - They check in 50% of hand luggage bags on every flight - why not offer the chance to check in small bags for free up front rather than make people scramble for valuables after being forced to check in hand luggage - Very poor seats - uncomfortable and cramped"

Výhody: "Fly was moved from 18.00 to 22.00 After that 30 minutes delay. They tooks my 2 bags because of leak of space Inside a plane. So I spent anothet 30 minutes with my 2 kids awaiting for collection of my lagguge after arriving. Horrible experience!"
Nevýhody: "Never got a heads up for boarding pass and baggage. I now know to pay $100.00 more when dealing with your competitors."

Just had blobs of people crowding around counters with no indication of which one to got to if you needed to check in, print a ticket, or check a bag. No one was available to answer questions about which counter to go to, and when you finally waited and got to a counter, the attendants were very dismissive and rude."

Nevýhody: "We purchased our tickets through Kayak. Ryanair website was not accessible to add luggage and check in. On the check in counter, we were not allowed to check in because they claimed that we had to check in online. We contacted the Ryanair desk to solve the problem, and we showed them that we are not able to access the website to check in. Eventually, they forced us to buy brand new tickets or we would have missed our flight."
Nevýhody: "Don't even get water on flight pretty cheap"
Nevýhody: "Long wait standing outdoor for boarding in covered but open and windy stalls. Crammed to the brim in tight seats. Too many carry-ons for the space available. Rowdy passengers, traveling in groups and standing/partying in the aisle --crew not enforcing a minimum level of respect for others. Landing delayed for over one hour: weather forced to change airport --not their fault, but poor coordination with ground crew at destination and long wait for parking and stairs."
Nevýhody: "over charged the amount for luggage by almost 100% than promised. absolutely chaotic operation and staffs. not a bit concerned about customers needs or comforts."
Nevýhody: "Group of men, loud drunk and obnoxious. Filling the aisles, the bathrooms, swearing and shouting. The crew seemed powerless to quieten them- or perhaps the money they spent on booze and food persuaded the airline to let them ruin the calm of the flight?"
Výhody: "Liked nothing."
Nevýhody: "There was a protest at the Lisbon airport. Ryanair emailed us an hour before our flight to come 3-4 hours before our flight. Security lines and bag check was 4 hours long. The lady for Ryanair bag check was very rude to people. Overall a very negative experience. We ended up having to take the train and lose our money on the tickets."
Výhody: "I paid 45 euros just to check in."

The worst flight we ever had..I ve been attack by another passenger who just throw à bag to me for no reason ...I ask the fligjt attendant to do something...she havent ..she was as rude as the passenger and told me if im not happy à The door is still open I can get out of the plane...it was one of the first time also I 've pay à big extra to have confort sent...and its been hell... I think it was like an extra about 56 euros total ... I regret that I paid for this extra....and for what I get..I deserve respect ....
Výhody: "The woman who checked me in was slow and rude"
Nevýhody: "Find new ticketing agents. Also there were screaming kids everywhere. Running up and down the aisles. It would have been nice if the airline employees could have gotten their parents to control their children"
Nevýhody: "Required to check a bag for $80, flight was delayed, almost missed connection, bags did not make the connection and flew the next day, spent at least the first day of trips waiting for bags to arrive, still haven't. Spent a lot of waiting on busses to get to the terminals with very rude personnel."

Výhody: "Missed connection in Prague because of delay and it took an hour and a half to get anyone to help us."

Nevýhody: "The planes were old. One of the flights was a rented plane, not even the airline. Both were delayed and almost caused us to miss our international flight back to the states. Will never fly Cezch airlines again."

Nevýhody: "I didn't like the flight at all The plain is very small we are big people and they put us in the row that we can't recline our seats we where very uncomfortable all the way we couldn't move That plain was an old one and didn't have any appliances ."

Nevýhody: "To whom it may concern, Due to the kayak formular - not stating clearly wether the luggage is or is not included in the ticket - we had to buy extra luggage at the airport for 70 euros. It is the last time I am using Kayak and I will warn sll friends not to use the service."

Nevýhody: "Long delay. No personal at the gate at boarding time. Checking in was a nightmare. Very slow and no crowd control. Long wait in the aircraft before lifting off. Basically not a good choice if you need to connect to another flight. Allow 4-5 hours to be on the safe side."
Výhody: "Flight was running lates and it was very warm. It was very difficult to hear the announcements."
Nevýhody: "Everyone was very polite and friendly."
Nevýhody: "We had issues after take off which scared the whole plane and had us looking at one another in worry. Then had engine issues again when descending that were absolutely terrifying the whole plane was yelling and crying, very trematic. I have flown 100's of times and have never in my life experienced something like this. The landing itself was also horrible as we just basically smacked the ground. If you can fly a different airline do so! I think quite possibly these aircrafts are over due to be retired and the company does not maintain the safety of them."
Nevýhody: "When I bought a Czech Air flight, I thought I was getting Czech Air- but no, it was SmartWings, their budget buddy whose seats are literally squeezed together from all directions. Do not fly this airline if you are anything but short and skinny. There are zero amenities for free- which, again, would not have been the case on Czech Airlines. The nonchalant crew attitude from start to finish did not help the experience, nor did the lack of signage to find the airline's check in at Gatwick.."
Nevýhody: "They checked us into the wrong gate. We then had to walk upast and down stairs and across the tarmac to get on the plane. My husband have low blood pressure problems and problems with stairs. There was no consideration."

Nevýhody: "The air craft was extemlly uncomfortable (in my way to Praha). In both ways we recieved nothing, even not a glass of water. Aircraft takeoff was in both sides with a delay."

Nevýhody: "The delay in boarding. The unexplained delay in takeoff. They do not share information with passengers at all!!! Very low quality cold cheese sandwich. Only cheese sandwich to choose from despite the menu. Room temperature Cola zero. Unable to do webchekin? why? This company flies so much..why there is no online check in????! why? The leg room is extremely poor. Everything squeezed. The last seats near at the end of te aircraft are 90 degrees straight!! more than 90...they actually lean forward a bit...I sat there! is hould know impossilbe! I'm sorry...i have to put this company to my black list..."
Nevýhody: "Original departure time: 21h55 Effective: 24h Delay without any apologize or compensation. I asked for a bottle of water but they sad only for sell."
Výhody: "Efficient and timely flight"
Nevýhody: "We were seated in the exit row but did not know this meant that our towels and jackets would be taken from us for landing. It was sooo cold on that plane and very uncomfortable"
Nevýhody: "Terrible experience. They do not allow to bring your own water to the airplane and they denied to give me a glass of water. Also they lost my baggage and returne it to me 4 days later."
Nevýhody: "The boarding to the plane was 40 minuets late, the plane was crowded and small, there was no food and no entertainment what so ever."
Nevýhody: "It took me 17 hours to get from Israel to Warsaw!!!"
Nevýhody: "No entertainment at all, no outlets, and all of the food was for purchase. There was no indication whatsoever that we would need to purchase food onboard (most airlines provide free drinks), and the worst part was that there was no free potable water. And, the crew were not at all nice about it. Honestly, I'd like back the 2 euros I had to spend on getting a bottle of water!"
