I have now been travelling for nearly 30 hours without sleep, am stuck in Madrid with no certainty of when or how I will get home or see my luggage again, and am seriously seriously pissed off. I do accept that things can sometimes go wrong and that it is nobody’s fault. This is definitely somebody’s fault."

Some type of notification about needing a passport that expires more than 6 months after your retrun date would be nice, either from the airline or from kayak, since you already send so many emails anyway. This would be super easy for you to do and save a lot of people a lot of hastle, since many do not know about this pretty counterintuitive restriction. Anyway, Iberia offered to rebook me the following day and put me on standby for the next flight to give me the morning to renew my passport. However when I came back to check in for the second flight, the original attendant had forgotten to actually add me to the standby list and in the meantime, my connecting flight had become overbooked. The check-in folks argued about whether I could be upgraded to fit onto this flight, but decided that since the original dely was my fault, the best they could offer was a flight at the same time the following day. I asked if I could rebook my return flight to push it back a day, and they told me that figure reservations could only be changed over the phone. I totally accept that monitoring the validity of my passport is my responsibility, but refusing to put in an ounce of effort to assist their customers with relatively unknown and counterintuitive restrictions, then not admitting to fault of your own or lifting a finger to make up for blatantly crappy service if it even slightly affects their bottom line is absurd. Do better, Iberia. Oh wait, you're an airline. I won't hold my breath."

Nevýhody: "Awful. My departing city (ZAG) was unable to process tickets for my connecting flight. Upon arrival to (MAD) the gate agent was distributing tickets on a 1st name basis. Literally just handing out tickets without verifying IDs. Not all us PAX received a ticket and were instructed to go to the customer service desk, all the while boarding was ACTIVE at the gate. While at the customer service desk, Iberia showed little attention and/or urgency for us folks who did not have our connecting flight credentials. I finally received a hand-written ticket to board an international flight. My original seat selection was not honored. The overall flight experience was poor and NOT enjoyable."

So after flying for nine hours from the U.S. overnight to London, we had to sit around the airport, while watching other planes take off on time. We got in so late to Madrid that our hotel room that we reserved months earlier was given away. After being awake for over 24 hours we had to walk around Madrid at 11:00 pm at night, looking for someplace to lay our weary heads."

I pleaded with a crew member to let me through, and eventually she did, but the process was frightening and chaotic!!!"

Nevýhody: "This airline RIPS OFF the consumer. We flew RT from Prague to Budapest and had a choice between Czech Air and RyanAir. We decided to pay more money and chose Czech Air because RyanAir had multiple warnings about extra costs that are incurred if strict luggage size and weight restrictions are exceeded. We felt it was worth it to pay more up-front with Czech Air so we could avoid this additional cost and stress. The first leg of the flight went fine — no weighing of luggage, no additional costs. (Our luggage is standard carry-on size.) During the second leg of the flight a very unsympathetic Czech Air employee in Budapest weighed our luggage carefully, claimed that we exceeded the weight limit by a couple of kg, and charged us 35 euros more PER BAG. Now we wish we would have chosen RyanAir as it ultimately would have been cheaper and at least RyanAir is more honest up-front about these extra charges associated with one’s luggage. As consumers, this felt to us like a bait-and-switch situation — not good."

We waited about 30 minutes at the baggage claim, no luggage showed up, and then there were only 2 people from Czech Airlines to help over 100 people process the lost luggage claims, which took another 4 hours, for a flight that was already delayed almost 2 hours. I would never fly this airline again due to this incompetence, poor service, and treatment. At least we got our luggage back about 36 hours later."

Found out about gate change and one hour delayed flight from the schedule board. Went to new gate and complained to hound personnel about no one at assigned gate. They really did not seem to care and said listen to pa announcements. Ten minutes later we heard the first pa anouncement."

I had to walk up to the counter and ask if I could check in as I was 2 hours early. They said to check back in a few minutes , not sure why they couldn;t just check me in ? I guess they didn't feel like working. Second, when I did check in, they charged me $40 extra euro for not checking my bag in online which I explained I was never prompted to check in a bag online. They still charged me so I plan to dispute it. Than third, no drinks on the entire flight, not even water ,really ???? That is unheard of. Fourth, the flight attendant wakes me up to tell me I need to put my window blind up for landing. Again, I have never heard of a requirement that all blinds be up in order to land ? I was exhausted after flying for over 24 hours from CA to Prague and it was really annoying to be woken up for that. Lastly, it took my bag like 45 minutes to come off the belt. Again, it has never taken that long on any other airline, it stressed me out cause I was beginning to think my bag got lost. It finally showed after almost everyone on the flight had already gotten their bags. Never using Czech Airlines again."

Nevýhody: "When I booked this I didn't see an opportunity to pay for our bags on the Kayak booking site When I checked in the charge was about $60.00 for each of 4 bags .... more than half of the ticket costs. I don't think I'll use Kayak again if they are not clear regarding paying for bags ahead and saving. It may have been my oversight but I'm both poorer and wiser. Easyjet seems to thrive on the baggage charges.... it's not comparing apples and apples when Kayak gives prices if the baggage charges are hidden. I would like Kayak to change it's program or provide an option so that any baggage charges are calculated in the "up front" cost quote so that airlines are compared "apples to apples"."
Nevýhody: "forced to have cabin bag taken away as hold luggage when they ran out of over head space athough it was small enough to fit under seat - very rude Easyjet staff at boarding who did not want to understand situation. thanks to being delayed by hold luggage pick up missed my connecting journey"

That annoys the crew and they make EVERYONE check the sizes of the luggage. That is just annoying. You know you’re only allowed one piece. Why bring more? To get from a to b this is the best service you’ll ever find. I have used it many time and have had no problems, personally. It’s amazing value for money."

Nevýhody: "It was getting there that was a pain. I am a handicapped passenger, traveling alone, walking on a cane. When you enter Terminal 1, you have to turn left and walk about 150 meters to an "assistance station" to get a wheelchair before you even check in for the flight. So for me it was walk 150 meters to wait for a wheelchair, be wheeled back to the airline's desk to check in, then go back the way you came to pass through security. (By the way, in the UK, you must remove all gels for a separate inspection, meaning toothpaste and shampoo, and they must be 100ml or less, or else you must check the bag.) After that rigmarole, you don't even go to the gate, because the flight doesn't have a gate assignment until about 35 minutes before departure. Then I had to climb stairs to get to the cabin. Shouldn't an airport in a market this large have jet bridges for every flight?"

Výhody: "I liked the atmosphere on this plane. It was festive and comfortable. The people on the plane were moving around and talking to friends. Inexpensive to fly from Paris to Mykonos. Boarding was quick. Checked three bags for 12 euros! Wish the states could be that friendly instead of charging $25/bag! I have no complaints whatsoever about this flight!"

Nevýhody: "It seems to be a particular quirk of British Airports that gates are not announced until shortly before flight departure. I really dislike this because instead of making one's way direct to the gate and relaxing at the gate, one must wait in a crowded "shopping mall" with no view of the aircraft, and then when the gate is announced, make a mad rush to the gate. The rest of the world can give the gate well ahead of time, why can't Britain do the same?"
Nevýhody: "Return flight on Friday night cancelled, no reason given. Next alternative offered Monday afternoon, still awaiting compensation."

Nevýhody: "People were called to the gate according to original departure time, although the flight was delayed (this info was give via loudspeakers.) I for one had to rush from a coffee shop, thinking that we are now boarding. Instead I had to stand up for 45 min (no seats in the corridor) to get into a boarding area, just to continue standing as all the seats were taken - I wasn't the only one, there were mothers with small children who couldn't find a seat either. Temperature was about 30 oC. Suggestions: 1. Don't alert people too early. 2. Offer water when temperature is so high and wait so long. 3. Ask young men playing games on they smartphones to give up their seats to those who have difficulty standing up."

Other than the lack of any free beverages, the legroom is minimal, there is no TV and no electronic recharging at the seats."
Výhody: "Our flight was slated for 3:35pm departure. But hours before the flight, the guessing game started as to how delayed and for what reason the flight was delayed. We ended up leaving 4 hours later and with one feeble apology from the captain..."

A meager €8 voucher that didn't even cover a meal and a poorly informed gate agent that couldn't provide any information because the head office wouldn't provide any information. Then when we finally got through they updated the flight status every 10 min confusing everyone cause the time kept changing and no one knew what was going on. Then they finally posted the gate and we had to run to the other side of the airport and then they delayed the flight again so it was over 3 1/2 hours delayed In the end. Then boarding was a mess and the plane itself was pitiful for how expensive that flight was. This is never going to be a company of choice for me. Definitely a last resort."

Very rude in response to our questions."

The flight attendant asked if I would like to move to row 32, the last (and worst) row of the plane, which has no window, so that the people in my seats could sit together. I thought she had to be joking, but she wasn't. These people need to get a SERIOUS reality check. It's like going to a restaurant, ordering a filet mignon steak, and then waiter comes out and says "we gave your filet mignon to that person sitting over there, but here's a MacDonalds hamburger for you. And you will still be paying for the filet. Will that be ok?" No. It's not ok. Only an airline would try something like that. This behavior is unacceptable in every other business. Stop doing this now!"

Nevýhody: "Flight departed three hours late, apparently due to bad weather earlier in the day. No information available at the airport. Kayak told me the delayed departure time long before the airport display or information counter personnel. Long boarding - had to be bussed out on the tarmac and waited again to board inside cramped bus. At Rome, luggage took one hour to arrive on the very crowded belt. Terrible treatment."

The staff lied to us and wanted to keep us in Granada - they lied and said that our flight to Tel-Aviv from Barcelona was cancelled and that we need to stay another night in Granada and fly the next day. After we insisted on flying to Barcelone anyway (although they said they would not take care of us and all hotels in the city are full because of the weather conditions [which was a lie - it's summer and the weather was fine]). When we got to Barcelone we saw that our flight to Tel-Aviv was not cancelled! We only had 30 min because the previous flight was delayed in 2 hours so we ran and went on the plane. Of course our luggage did not arrive...."

They did not even make us feel like they would do everything possible to find it and it ruined the rest of our trip. My friend ended having to buy everything from underwear to shoes to clothes. Not only did it take time and energy to find clothes for her but it was very costly. I've flown MANY airlines and have never had deal with lost luggage so I was expecting more from the airline to do everything possible to located it or compensate us for their mistake, especially when we had to pay an additional $50 USD to check-in our luggage (that ultimately ended up lost). I would not recommend this airline."

Nevýhody: "The Malpensa airport boarding process is a bit of a free-for-all, with people lined up a long time before boarding in a very long line. Your best option is to skip the giant line with Priority Boarding. Even in the short Priority Boarding line, it was pretty messy, and a businessman pretending ignorance tried to cut in line in front of me."
Nevýhody: "I was ripped off! I booked a flight for 3 passengers and paid. An email came through requiring I add additional information for my two companions within 48 hours or their flight would be cancelled and NO refund. I have the app and requested text notification, whereby nothing came through. The flights were cx and I had to book 2 new ones or fly alone. When calling to dispute, I could only email. The phone number was not international. The email rely denied a refund. I requested to escalate the dispute but Wasnt ever connected to that individual. In Paris, I attempted to reach the claims dept and was told to email them or call customer service but don't speak Spanish so got no where. Out 267$."
Nevýhody: "Really not the same quality/level of service."
Výhody: "Friendly service -- free gate check, and a free upgrade so that my partner and I could sit together :D"
