Nevýhody: "Check in was chaotic and unfair with people cutting in line and inefficient lengthy waits. The baggage policy was confusing and a pain to pay the extra cost because you had to go to another counter and wait in line yet again."

Nevýhody: "Get organized! Let the passengers know the gate, board by zones instead of a cattle call 45min. before boarding and having to endure the pushing and shoving during this time. Getting in an airplane where people are trying to find a place for their belongings, not finding any and clogging the way."

Nevýhody: "the connecting flight was missed because of a delay in the first flight. i got a different flight with a different airline (sas), they were not informed that i paid extra weight and window seat. i am very unhappy! not to mention that the whole purpuise of my trip is gone, because i a will arrive to copenhagen five hours late for the meeting i was supposed to hold with my fans! i will never fly with egean again!"

Nevýhody: "Terrible customer service. Rude and unhelpful. They refused to do a spelling change on my name and forced me to purchase a second ticket. The flight was 25+ minutes late taking off due to lack of organization at passenger check-in. It really is a shame that Agean is pretty much the only option to Istanbul (IST) from Athens."

Výhody: "This was the best airline I have flown with. The crew was excellent and we were served food and drinks on each flight. Planes were loaded from each end of the air craft so didn't take long to get people seated and off. We don't get this service with American or Southwest. Seats were tight."

Nevýhody: "The plane has an hour delay in Rome due to rain. Although the delay is understandable, they seem to have left my luggage outside in the rain for all that time. As a result, all my clothes were wet and ruined and a few other items broke. Horrible baggage handling."

We were finally allowed to board the plane after the maintenance crew had left. The entire plane from front to back had a terrible smell, as if the sewage pipe had burst and liquid/waste flowed everywhere. The smell may or may not have anything to do with the maintenance crew on board and delayed our boarding. No explanation of the smell. Good thing it was a short flight from Athens to Naples"

Výhody: "When I booked my ticket from New York to Greece with a 3 day stop over in Paris I should have been told that I would have to pay to check in my luggage from Paris to Greece. I assumed that since I was entitled to one free piece of luggage from New York to Paris that I wouldn't have to pay any fees going from Paris to Athens. I ended up paying 240.00 euros to check in 4 suitcases! that's absurd!! In addition I couldn't check in online for this flight and therefore was not told via email that I could at least check in my bags via the internet for s reduced fee. This is a kayak issue. Otherwise Aegean was great."

Nevýhody: "The price of the low Aegean Airline ticket from Athens to Prague has a hidden provision that the passenger has to pay 40 euros for any checked-in luggage. So in fact the total cost of the air ticket from Athens to Prague is much higher than the other airlines. Kayak did not do a good job warning me about the luggage charge."

It was frustrating to have to listen to that. Also, the food was inedible. The yogurt was fine (packaged), but the spanakopita style baked good was horrible. The filling smelled and the dough was rubbery. Stick to easy basics like eggs. This is coming from someone who eats EVERYTHING"

Výhody: "The flight was completely full so they offered to check in the larger pieces of carry-on luggage for free. On board the plane, the breakfast was really excellent (plane food-wise) and the attendants were very friendly. In terms of comfort, I was lucky to sit in row 3 (yes, that was Economy class), so I actually had some leg room. On my way to Athens, I'd been seated in row 22 and there was no chance to move my legs at all."

I was awaken to a gentleman asking me to sit my chair up so he could put his tray down to eat his dinner. I felt horrible."

Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Within a few hours (and thanks to airline assistance) we were able to locate the suitcase. Even then it took them two days to bring it to us, two precious days off our planned vacation (7 days) At the end of the shortened vacation, we got to the chek in, and told that since the ticket I had purchased form them two months earlier was too cheap ... and since the flight was Over booked, they would take me off the plane if all the passengers would arrive. It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"

Výhody: "Flight crew on flight from Amsterdam to Cape Town were probably the most friendly and enthusiastic I've experienced and no, they were not all young. The plane was spotless throughout the flight. They were always coming around with water and juice and they genuinely seemed to care about all the passengers. The Flight back crew were just the opposite. More like the old lazy farts you get on the American carriers or BA or QF long haul. Whoo have been there for the long haul and should have stopped ages ago."
Nevýhody: "The Entertainment images on the screens promoted Beauty and the Beast, Batman Lego movie but neither were on the system! Food quality was rubbish"

The only reason I booked these particular flights is because they were advertized as "the shortest trip" time on your website..."

Also you have to pay 25 Euro for your seat after already booking the flight. Additionally the leg room is average at best."

We will never use again another company from the one world alliance."

No seat on any flight should ever be even the slightest ill repaired. Again, this equipmemt all seemed great. Lastly, since I prefer to always have a water, coke or coffe and or snack in front of me during entire flight, a bit of self serve (grab a water, coffee or snack yourself without having to make staff work a simple task would be nice on every flight. The flight from SEA-DUB was basically great and equipment is always of the utmost importantance."

I have no clothes. My tray table was filthy. Had to ask the flight attendant for a wet napkin to clean the tray and my hands."

Nevýhody: "Picking up a stroller is always a pain with Aer Lingus. When you gate check a stroller it should be returned at the gate when you deboard. Sometimes it's near the front of the gate and other times it's by oversized baggage claim which is really painful having to carry a little one through the airport. Plus, it takes a good 30-45 minutes for the stroller to appear if you're lucky. In Paris it took 70 minutes after we deboardes. Aer Lingus needs to follow other airlines by returning the stroller as you deboard."

Also, to the other passengers, sit down until it’s your turn to exit. What is wrong with you that you can’t sit five more minutes? Be polite and let the people in front of you go first, let them have room to grab their bags instead of having your elbows in their face."

Nevýhody: "There are no queues. A free for all to load and unload the plane. If you are looking for Swiss order, look elsewhere. Nothing is free, not water (1.5 euro) or any other beverages or anything else. We paid double what the flight should cost to not even be offered water. The seats were lightly padded to maximize seats. There was a small amount of leg room but some. No power outlets, wifi or media. The worst aspect is I bought a flight on Baltic Air from Tallinn to Riga and had the price from Riga to Paris on the next tab on kayak. I bought the ticket from Tallin to Riga then flipped to buy Riga to Paris only to learn it was a bait price. The price was actually $200 more. Baltic would not refund the first flight (within minutes) so we were stuck to either walk away from our 2 tickets to Riga or pay the bait and switch rate. We begrudgingly paid 400 (200 each) euro MORE than the initial price shown so we could fly out of Riga back to Paris (to be back in Paris by Jan 7). A non alcoholic beverage, a small snack, and power access would be helpful. Ground crew helping with order would be helpful. I was shoved and run over trying to get onto and off the plane. It is the wild west of flying except the plane is new...oh, and it is 30 euro if you do not check in online ahead. But you will still need to stand in line to check a bag (where they can issue you a boarding pass)."

Many of us had a connecting flight with Air Baltic from Riga to Helsinki- which we asked if they will wait for us, the crew member said because the flight was also with Air Baltic, they will wait for us. We got there 10 minutes before take off, and the gate has already closed. Furthermore, we got to the Air Baltic counter, we were given 5Euro meal vouchers even though we will be staying at the Riga airport for 9 hours. Also they gave us terrible customer service attitude, which we definitely do not deserve after being delayed, and causing so much trouble on their behalf. Definitely do not recommend flying with Air Baltic again. I've never been this angry with any air line."

I learned my lesson and pay extra to use the priority check in line, as well as boarding. Otherwise you end up staying in a VERY long line. This time I was bumped from the seat that I picked when booking my flight, which was still assigned to me when I checked in online. No explanation or heads-up, I was just handed a paper boarding pass when I checked my bag, and only after I was past security line I realized that I was bumped from row 4 to row 10. I was able to get a seat in row 4 again at the gate, but not the same seat. Also, there was no priority boarding, even though I paid for it. Given this experience I will only fly this airline if I can get away with a carry on, thus avoiding the check in desk altogether."

This created confusion as passengers arrived to their assigned seats to find other passengers in the seats. There also appeared to be a miscommunication between the crew as some crew members said to passengers whose seats were taken they should sit anywhere, whereas other crew members tried to get everyone back in their assigned seats. This was frustrating. Also the overhead bin lockers are very difficult to open"

Výhody: "Things moved along fairly well, especially once I was in Riga. The hour layover stressed me out because I wasn't sure if I'd make it to my connection in time, but the airport was not crowded so I managed to get through passport control fairly quickly and made my flight."

Nevýhody: "I tried to check in on my phone and the app did not allow me. The only way was buying lunch in order to move on with the check in process. I decided to get to the counter and the person charged me US$ 35 euros only for checking me in (even though their app had problems to check in). They charged me in total US$ 100 for checking in and checking my luggage. The service was terrible, especially from the person at the counter. In addition to all that, my luggage did not arrive to the final destination and was lost for an entire week. Every time I called the airline, they were charging me per minute even though they were the ones who lost my suitcase."
