Everything was excellent during the whole process from start to end. We will definitely travel Lufthansa again.

When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

Nevýhody: "I missed flight to Los Angeles because of laziness and carelessness of Lufthansa employees. I came with the train on 12/26/16 at 8:33 am to catch flight to Los Angeles at 10:05 am. I had plenty of time. As soon as got of the train I got into line to check my luggage. I had boarding pass already. Line to check luggage was huge with 2-3 clerks to check luggage for all US flights. After while I complained that I will miss flight to several clerk who were standing around talking on the phones all the time but answer, if I got one was, sir you will be fine. After one hour I got to security check line which was equally long. I complained again no response. With probably 20 minutes left I cut the line on my one mad as hell. I got at 10:00 am at the gate and some older lady was like " Sorry sir we closed the flight". I said "What do you mean, it is 10 am and flight is at 10:05am??? "Sir we sold your ticket" I couldn't believe her words. Anyway they sent me to Munich to catch flight to LA next day. Best part I HAD TO PAY HOTEL IN MUNICH BECAUSE LUFTHANSA DID WANT TO COVER EXPENSES. I don't know what happened to famous German organizational skills or this is just Lufthansa and her careless employees."

Listening covid restrictions and following them is completely nonsense. Avoid touching others? How when plane is full and everybody who pass around touchs me. Keep distance?? How???? Avoid walking in the plane but also wash your hands regularly with soap and water? How? I should avoid walking but at the same time you want me to wash hand regularly? It means i have to walk up and down. What is regularly for you? Every 15mins? Every hour? Every day? It is so stupid what you are telling that my brain stops to work.
I love KLM, its very spacious and clean and the landing is always very soft. Great Airline!

No announcement and no care for passengers approaching departure time. And to top it all no announcement of any delays. Had to cheat my way through the priority line and run a sprint through security and beyond. Reached the gate to note that there was a delay of 5 minutes.... Grrrr"

Nevýhody: "forced to have cabin bag taken away as hold luggage when they ran out of over head space athough it was small enough to fit under seat - very rude Easyjet staff at boarding who did not want to understand situation. thanks to being delayed by hold luggage pick up missed my connecting journey"
Nevýhody: "My luggage was lost possible it was stolen by the checkin desk, and they are not helping but a very minute amount"
Výhody: "I cancelled the flight 30 mins after the booking"
Nevýhody: "That the search engine changed the date i wanted to fly as there were no flights on the 28 Dec. So I cancelled my flight. I had problems with the easyjet cancellation process online. It wouldnt let me in! So I had to do it over the phone. The proccess was very stressful"
Nevýhody: "On the flight home from Milan to Barcelona they charged me 67 Euros to check one bag even though on the flight to Milan I was allowed to bring it as a carry on and check it at the gate for free."
Výhody: "Fast and cheap"

Nevýhody: "They had us stuck on a bus with no air flow on the tarmac for quite a bit while they sorted things out"

Výhody: "Once I got to the plane, everything was fine. The crew did their best to accommodate everyone. ."
Nevýhody: "It was getting there that was a pain. I am a handicapped passenger, traveling alone, walking on a cane. When you enter Terminal 1, you have to turn left and walk about 150 meters to an "assistance station" to get a wheelchair before you even check in for the flight. So for me it was walk 150 meters to wait for a wheelchair, be wheeled back to the airline's desk to check in, then go back the way you came to pass through security. (By the way, in the UK, you must remove all gels for a separate inspection, meaning toothpaste and shampoo, and they must be 100ml or less, or else you must check the bag.) After that rigmarole, you don't even go to the gate, because the flight doesn't have a gate assignment until about 35 minutes before departure. Then I had to climb stairs to get to the cabin. Shouldn't an airport in a market this large have jet bridges for every flight?"
Výhody: "The captain was nice and kept us up to date."
Nevýhody: "The guy at boarding was rude. The plane was delayed by 80mins, where we just sat on the tarmac."
Nevýhody: "It seems to be a particular quirk of British Airports that gates are not announced until shortly before flight departure. I really dislike this because instead of making one's way direct to the gate and relaxing at the gate, one must wait in a crowded "shopping mall" with no view of the aircraft, and then when the gate is announced, make a mad rush to the gate. The rest of the world can give the gate well ahead of time, why can't Britain do the same?"
Výhody: "The cabin staff were awesome, and a credit to the company"

Nevýhody: "Even though the standard for most airlines is two carry-on bags, EasyJet only allows you one. They need to change that rule if they ever expect me to fly with them again."

Nevýhody: "No check in luggage is included and they don't tell you that when you're ordering tickets for a connecting flight. If you don't order check in luggage when purchasing the tickets they will charge you double the rate at the counter. Ripoff!"
Výhody: "Clean cabin."
Nevýhody: "I always seem to sit next to an obese passenger who simply cannot fit in one seat (so they spill into mine)."
Výhody: "Friendly and competent crew."
Nevýhody: "Everything costs money"
Výhody: "The staff at Toulouse were very in helpful and this is the first time I have used you in over three years and will not use you again . I normally use BA and I thought I would try you as you keep sending emails but please stop as I found you as bad as Ryanair ."
Nevýhody: "The way your staff would not let me on and kept me to the back and charged 66.00euros for my bag to go in the hold and if I had paid £10.00 I could take two backs on . I am70 years old and l have never felt degraded as I did today. Go and look how B A handle things and learn. Michael Richer"
Výhody: "Gave us.hard time with the hand laggage"
Výhody: "very nice crew. relatively new aircraft. even so the chair doesn't recline it was very comfortable."
Nevýhody: "very long delay (however it was weather related and the airline could do nothing about it )."
Nevýhody: "Flight was delayed for 1.5 hours on the runway. We were told we would receive a free beverage and snack however the cart never made it down to the end half of the plane so we couldn't even get a drink of water for almost 4 hours until we landed. The crew did not name any apologies and a woman in the row next to me pressed the assistance button to ask a question and they completely ignored her until we landed."

Nevýhody: "El abordaje fue desagradable. Estaba lloviendo mucho, hacía frío y abordamos desde el aire libre. Salimos desde la sala de espera, nos movilizaron en un autobús, que duró mucho tiempo en partir ya con las personas sobre él, y con las puertas abiertas. Después, la salida del autobús y el abordaje, lloviendo, fue muy desorganizada."
