Nevýhody: "Vegetarian food. 30% of people are vegetarian"

TA gives free drinks, a couple of meals, blankets, and the travel bag, only a snobby priss would gripe about flying with them. Nevýhody: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

Nevýhody: "Flight way delayed 3 hours. Staff gave no information and wouldn't help rebook us onto other flights. They gave us food vouchers 2 minutes before we finally boarded, so we couldn't use them. The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again."

Nevýhody: "Flight was delayed 8 hours. Arriving at Incheon, discovered ground crew were unaware of our arrival to take this connecting flight. However, we were put up overnight in a hotel, which was nice."

Nevýhody: "Was actually RyanAir. Won't be flying them again. The checkin experience was a nightmare. Only had three very long lines. My line closed when I was almost to the front. When I did talk to someone found out I needed to have my passport validated by another Ryanair person and would have to leave the line. The person checking me in couldn't validate my passport, Really?? At every other airline the checkin person validates your passport."

Nevýhody: "Counter, and check in, long lines, a lot of people, time spend, and also if the flight didn’t have food you must communicate it."

Nevýhody: "I know the saying “you get what you pay for”, but good service from the flight attendants should be expected in the price. It was hard to get a greeting or a smile from them, far from prompt delivery of food or coffee ordered. We were traveling with two kids under 5, but there was no help offered. You are expected to pay for any and all food or drinks, including water. The airline could at least offer free water. The meal quality was mediocre for the price paid, and their stock ran out pretty fast."

Can't say enough about this Argentine rep. Also this was an international flight and they did Not hassle us about the weight of our carry on. Last year Etihad weighed our purses with a bathroom scale at the door of the aircraft. Outrageous. Slowed boarding for over an hour and cost passengers an average of $150 - $320."
Nevýhody: "Food was terrible all around. Didn't pass out water during 11 hour flight and all the "good" movies didn't load."

Nevýhody: "I went jfk to mallorca through Madrid. Upon arrival to Madrid the passport control was 2hrs so we and a lot of other people missed connections. At the Iberia counter we were put on the next flight out to mallorca, that seemed to be no problem (FYI bags will be late and you may too since iBeria ‘must’ keep thee on time global record) , other than our bags came a day later. UPON arriving 20 days later for our return trip they said our return trip was cancelled because of a ‘no show’ on our original inbound trip. They said they had no proof we were on the next flight and asked for our Receipts to prove it. Said we had to buy new tickets, after 2 hrs, crying, yelling and most of Iberia telling us there was nothing they could do (told us to call BA since they were the co share for them) we finally got a high enough supervisor and they put us on the return flights. I’m sure we would have had to buy new tix if the flights were full. Have been overseas many times and this never happened. Will not use a 3rd party online ticket agency again- will go direct to airline, and not Iberia."

Nevýhody: "The airline did not offer any type of refreshments for example water without having to pay for it. I did not expect that. Also I thought the boarding was poorly organized."

Výhody: "Missed flight as scheduled changed forward by half an hour and re-organising another flight was difficult. Had to fly from another airport in Spain and transfer was without assistance. Staff did a good job at sorting a solution. The return home on BA was excellent and very efficient."

Výhody: "The movie selection was okay. The plane didn't crash. Our luggage arrived safely."
Nevýhody: "The boarding process was disorganized and took very very long. Thus we left late. The crew wasn't particularly attentive. We were given seats in the last row and couldn't recline at all for the long flight. Since we booked our seats over six or seven months ago this was a disappointment. Because we were in the last row we got the food last. It wasn't particularly tasty. There was no choice in food. They just dropped some beef dish on or trays. The woman ahead was a vegetarian. The flight attendant told her her only option was to eat peanuts. Extra water was never offered. The breakfast sandwich with ham and cheese was inedible. It was cold and tasteless and difficult to chew. I've been on about 30 international flights. This was one of the three worst ever."

Nevýhody: "The main food serving was OK. The light serving was not. It was a thin slice of turkey ham inside a piece of bread. Also no small snacks available during the flight. The WiFi is a great idea however it did not work for me. It is a good thing I only paid for the 4.99 euro option."

Výhody: "The staff were helpful and approachable."
Nevýhody: "The space available for a nine hours flight is poor. There were not enough entertainment."

Výhody: "Great selection of movies and the food wasn't too bad."
Nevýhody: "The guy in the same row as me took off his shoes and used the remaining seats between us as a bed. I thought it was rude and disgusting and showed a lack of spacial awareness. Blankets were not very soft. Also, one of the flight attendants was really struggling to push any of the trolleys, running into the arm rests of the seat."

Nevýhody: "I paid more to make sure I would have a shorter trip from Tucson to Paris, with only one connection and a less than 2 hour connection in Dallad. Yet, I was in Dallas from 3pm until 8:30pm with my 3 year old who was exhausted and hungry. I guess it was not worth paying more for a short connection."

Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed with very little information given by the crew. There was a 15 min delay getting off due to there being no airbridge and no information from the crew. There was very little legroom. The seat in front was broken and kept collapsing on my legs"

Nevýhody: "We had to spend €50 to check a bag that we can carry on to other flights due to weight restriction. There was terrible communication about a gate change. The flight was late and no one seemed to care or acknowledge that. The seats were very uncomfortable."

Absolutely saved my night and I’m so grateful to her. All my information about my apartment were on it. I’m not sure what I would have done had it been lost."

Nevýhody: "The airline overbooked the flight due to an earlier plane being cancelled. My boarding pass was issued with no seat number which meant I had to wait with a large group of other people until everyone that had been allocated a seat number boarded. There was no communication from their staff and departure was delayed well over two hours. Things didn’t get much better on board as the crew left it so late to start the food service only passenger upto row 24 got the chance to buy a drink or food before they had to stop serving and prepare for landing. Add all this to the saga that was the outband flight and you’ll understand why the whole plane burst into laughter when the crew announced “welcome to Gatwick, apolagies for the delay, and we look forward to flying with you again”. Shocking service! Never again!"

Nevýhody: "My bag took to long to get out I got a little scared it didn’t get to Barcelona, but everything was ok at the end so as an overall everything was perfect!"

Nevýhody: "The whole booking experience and costs incurred in our 4PAX booking. Should cost €350 and went to almost €800 when we changed start of trip by one day even though we booked weeks in advance."

Výhody: "I give high marks to Vueling in all regards, except one. See below. Otherwise, they were efficient, courteous, and it was a very positive experience."
Nevýhody: "When we arrived at our seats 29E and 29F the seats were taken. The flight attendant asked if I would like to move to row 32, the last (and worst) row of the plane, which has no window, so that the people in my seats could sit together. I thought she had to be joking, but she wasn't. These people need to get a SERIOUS reality check. It's like going to a restaurant, ordering a filet mignon steak, and then waiter comes out and says "we gave your filet mignon to that person sitting over there, but here's a MacDonalds hamburger for you. And you will still be paying for the filet. Will that be ok?" No. It's not ok. Only an airline would try something like that. This behavior is unacceptable in every other business. Stop doing this now!"

Výhody: "...and don’t really do that in a way helpful to the passenger! I couldn’t get my boarding passes from Vueling’s website, as the login details as required by Vueling, are actually those used by who “bought” the ticket - some random email used by Kayak / Lastminute.com, and not mine! Crazy! Moreover, the whole business processes that Vieling use are just dijointed. even getting help I still never received by boarding passes via email."
Nevýhody: "Worse, Vueling charge you, on checking, to “choose seats” with no obvious way of not paying for them! I’m sure here was a link somewhere - but could I see it?! Nope! that and my suitcases, and I had paid over €100 extra on top of my initial flight cost. BA or Easyjet next time!"

Nevýhody: "They overbooked the flight. We were a party of eight and half of us got to go on the 12pm flight and myself my husband and 2 children had to wait! We were told we could get on a 4pm flight and were rebooked for a 9pm flight!! Then they lost all my luggage and when I did get it we only got 2bags! My kids while suitcase went missing for two days! Totally unacceptable! Worse thing is the lack of direction to handle the situation. Their answer was by law were allowed to overbook! Seriously! I know this is true but these airlines should. It be allowed to do that it’s disruptive to people’s lives that have paid money to be on these flights. So our 4day vacation is now down to 3 and of those 3days we spent one day waiting on partial delivery of our luggage!"

Nevýhody: "Our luggage did not arrive with the plane, we were not informed of the situation and waited for at least one hour before a passenger was told the luggage was left behind. The luggage did arrive after 90 minutes, still no explanation from the Vueling"

Nevýhody: "50 mins delayed with no apology."

Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed by about 30 minutes, the boarding process is a cattle call worst than Southwest Airlines and upon requesting a food item and a drink, I was told the sandwich wasn't available only to see two of them on the other cart, and they had the nerve to offer me a warm €10 mini bottle of prosecco. And lastly, the crew was either aloof or extremely new. I've flown Vueling three times in my life. This was the worst. I guess you get what you pay for."

Nevýhody: "It was an awful experience. They lied to us that the connection flight from Barcelona to Tel Aviv was canceled and therefore we must stay at Granada. They also said they could not fly us to Barcelona because all of the hotels there are full occupancy (sounds absurd). Only after we insisted on flying to Barcelona we discovered that the flight to Tel Aviv took place as usual. To this day, I do not know why an airline needs to lie in such an ugly way. Note that this was not a misunderstanding or language difficulties. The English of the airline team and mine is excellent. This behavior is dismissive, irresponsible, and embarrassing"

Nevýhody: "At times crew seemed so aloof that I felt I was bothering them just by being there. Flight was delayed (just like the Vueling flight that made me miss my connection the day before which is why I was on this flight to begin with)."

Nevýhody: "They didn't assign my husband and I seats together. There was a delay of over 30 minutes."

Nevýhody: "We had to pay extra to check-In our luggage only for Vueling airlines to lose my friends luggage. They did not even make us feel like they would do everything possible to find it and it ruined the rest of our trip. My friend ended having to buy everything from underwear to shoes to clothes. Not only did it take time and energy to find clothes for her but it was very costly. I've flown MANY airlines and have never had deal with lost luggage so I was expecting more from the airline to do everything possible to located it or compensate us for their mistake, especially when we had to pay an additional $50 USD to check-in our luggage (that ultimately ended up lost). I would not recommend this airline."

Nevýhody: "My travel bag, checked through from San Jose CA to A Coruna, Spain, with plane change to (Vueling) in London Heathrow, did not arrive with me to A Coruna. Now I am waiting for news of where it is and when it will be delivered to me."

Nevýhody: "I was ripped off! I booked a flight for 3 passengers and paid. An email came through requiring I add additional information for my two companions within 48 hours or their flight would be cancelled and NO refund. I have the app and requested text notification, whereby nothing came through. The flights were cx and I had to book 2 new ones or fly alone. When calling to dispute, I could only email. The phone number was not international. The email rely denied a refund. I requested to escalate the dispute but Wasnt ever connected to that individual. In Paris, I attempted to reach the claims dept and was told to email them or call customer service but don't speak Spanish so got no where. Out 267$."

Nevýhody: "They overbooked the flight, had extremely rude staff, and we're not helpful at all. Will never fly with them again."

Výhody: "Nothing. I am emerald and this was a hideous flight."
Nevýhody: "It was late. It was packed. It needed busses at both airports. And it took 1.5 hours to get my luggage. Never again."

Výhody: "Wonderful service, very helpful and friendly staff. This was my first time. Definitely will fly again. Thank you."
