Nevýhody: "In my flight from Milan (MXP) to New York (JFK), I had a seat on 63C (aisle seat). A woman seating on my sided asked me to change my seat with her son who was on 74F (middle seat). I said no, because it would be a seat several rows back an in the middle. I had paid more to have the aisle seat, so it did not make any sense to change to a middle seat. However, some minutes later, an Emirates employee asked me again if I could change the seats. He created such an awkward situation, that it was impossible to do not change to the other seat. I tried to argument that he was giving me no other option, but to accept the change. In summary, I had a good seat due to the higher fee that I had paid, but I was transferred to the back in a middle seat. I thought Emirates was a serious company. As I told their employee, I do not plain to fly with them anymore."

Difficult to get in and out of seat as well. Arm rests do not come all the way up so one has to squat to avoid being hit by arm rest. Not very pleasant on 11 hour long flight. Joe"

Nevýhody: "Prague to London flight First I was surprised and disappointed to find out there were so many extra fees. They get you to buy the ticket with a cheaper price and then hit you with all the extra fees e.g. choosing a seat, luggage, food, drinks, you will pay for everything except the flight. The second thing is that when I did go to the BA website on 5 different occasions to pay for my luggage and in order to get a cheaper rate for doing it online before check-in, it gave me a message that the site to do it was not working and that I needed to pay for it at the airport check-in. When I went to check-in at the airport the ticket agent seemed annoyed that I had luggage to check in when I hadn't registered it online. When I told her that the site was down and I wasn't able to do it before hand, she showed no sympathy or understanding. Instead she proceeded to charge me for checking my luggage. It was an outrageous amount of over $80 USD. I have never in all my travels around the world been charged for my luggage. I only travel with one carry on and one medium size check luggage because of my extensive travel. I know charging for luggage may be something more airlines will start doing but I did not think that BA would be one of them. I also would have appreciated some compensation for theirsite being down and not being able to get a discount on the fee because I couldn’t check it online. I am extremely disappointed with my BA experience and will never fly with them again. That is unfortunate for them since I am in the process of traveling around the world for the next few years while writing a travel blog and book. I will definitely publish my review and experience in detail, which I am sure will influence my readers and followers."
Nevýhody: "flight delayed over 1.25 hours because we missed our runway time due to being "unable to get a head count" of the people that are on board. This should be embarrassing for BA. And i don't understand how after all the security, boarding pass and passport checks that you do not have an accurate head count of your passangers. Thus I missed my connecting flight and had to wait over 4 hours for another and got a measly 10 Euros as compensation. Also, they don't even give water for free, and a 200ml juice costs 1.5 Euros which a) its bad juice and b) overpriced. All food you now pay extra for, and they didnt even make it in time to the last few rows so even if Id want to purchase something, I couldn't."

Boarding was almost an hour late but there was no communication. Cabin crew did nothing to ensure people kept masks on and even with seat belt sign on people were wondering around the plane.

Then when you know that you have to go to terminal 2 for this flight, it takes them minimum 45 minutes to transport you from emirates terminal to terminal 2. 3. FlyDubai staff in general is less courteous and cooperative than emirates. 3. T2 is minimally maintained terminal with even basic amenities missing in some parts of terminal. 4. It also feels less secure."
Nevýhody: "Flydibai changed the flight hours. The new layover in Dubai was 11 hours instead of 4. They refused to provide free hotel. It was disappointing."
Nevýhody: "I'll never ever be involved with Kayak, FlyDubai, and that pathetic Flight Network again. In thirty-two years of international travel to 80+ countries, I have never dealt with such nonsense. Thanks to all for ruining my holiday"

Nevýhody: "the person for checking and giving the boarding passes logged me with my passport while i was supposed to be checked in with my Emirates ID, and that caused a conflict in kuwait airport"
Nevýhody: "Many people on board were watching videos on their mobile phones without headphones. It was really annoying and hard to sleep."

Výhody: "Leg room was okay on the flight. The meal served was excellent and the portion was just right. It was a nice surprise for a flight of it's length. We were happy with the overall experience of the airport staff and the airline crew. The seating area at the gate was the most comfortable of all terminals we passed through"
Výhody: "Crew was very friendly and accommodating."
Nevýhody: "No meals. No entertainment. Poor bording from front and back at same time caused chaos. Airport crowded and dirty."

Nevýhody: "Everything. I booked a flight Prague to Dubai and return with Emirates and flew Prague to Dubai on a very nice Emirates A380 800, nice seats, nice "free" food and drink profesional crew. Return was coad shared on cheap FlyDubai, bad seats, kept hitting my knees on the seat in front had to buy drinks and snacks. If I wanted a cheap airline I would have booked it. I will make sure when booking an Emirates flight if it is code shared with Flydubai I will look for another flight."

Nevýhody: "I didn't expect everything to need paying for, even water, considering we spent 6 and half hours in the air with FlyDubai, I had the wrong currency and a non credit card, so even though I was desperate for water I was not aloud one as I couldn't pay for it, the crew just said "sorry", so I went a few hours really uncomfortable"
Nevýhody: "The crew was incredibly rude. One flight attendant yelled at me to take my seat even after i told him the seat was wet. He insisted the plane didn't come from anywhere so it could not be wet. I showed him how it was so wet that it soaked my pants and told him it smelled like beer. He seemed annoyed i was bothering him and said he would replace the seat cushion. It took ten minutes before he replaced the cushion. When he did he threw it over the seatbelt preventing me from bucking up. I told him the arm rest and side of the plane were sticky from whatever had spilled. He ignored me and walked away. Another attendant came by and told me to buckle up before landing. I explained the situation that I did not have access to the belt to her for the second time and she rudely told me to move my seat. When I requested a new seat before the flight the first attendant told me no that was the seat I had paid for. Ignoring the fact that I had also paid for a dry seat. Now when the flight is landing my safety suddenly became a priority. Its safer to say I will not be recommending this airline."
Nevýhody: "The detailes of no survives and every thing that is paid only apear after confermation of booking .. Cheating deals"
Výhody: "Nothing at all."
Nevýhody: "- flight late one hour. - A/C of the plane was too warm. - food too poor and I don’t have a problem with the payment. - cabin crew not helpful at all."
Nevýhody: "The tv didn’t work and the seats were not comfortable at all."
Nevýhody: "You should warn people who are purchasing one ticket from two airlines about flydubai being a different terminal. It caused a great amount of stress to have to go through immigration, get my luggage, exchange money in order to pay for a taxi to get to the other terminal. I barely made my connection. I was not a happy customer yesterday."
Výhody: "On time, good staff, easy checkin process, great value for money"
Nevýhody: "No food to eat. Atleast bottle of water for a 6 hour flight would be nice. Paid good choice is limited too. Seat are ok and looks a little dirty. Time for a maintenance."
Nevýhody: "It was unacceptable I wasn’t able to catch my flight going there and the clerk had no record of our flight and he was very rude. Also had to buy a more expensive ticket just to get there"
Výhody: "FlyDubai knows customer service. I would have given 15 stars out of 10 if it let me. I flew economy but was treated like first class. I will only book with FlyDubai for all trips. See you guys next month when I return to Dubai."
Výhody: "40 me on the flight knowing that that my connecting flight was cancelled stayed in Dubai for a day and a half without anyone helping me because I did not fly with Emirates to Alexandria horrible service customer service no one held I would never fly with this company ever again. Nevýhody: "I had to rebook my flight from DXB to Jed because some international regional issues that were supposed to be cleared for the customs"
Výhody: "The terminal we were waiting in, not organised well, very messy, smelling very bad except in lounge that Cost 40$ for 2 hours with discount. So I'm having a layover 12 hours, I pay 240$ just I can sit in a non smelling place and eat some food. Adjust some of these and would be great. Other terminals have so much to offer in same airport, over rated Dubai airport."
Výhody: "The flight from Kuwait to Dubai was great. On time and well organized."
Nevýhody: "As a frequent traveller I understand that delays are just part of air travel. However, my flight from Dubai to Kuwait on Fly Dubai demonstrated just how disorganized and bungled an airline can truly be. The aircrew and staff did their best under incredibly stressful circumstances and were incredibly professional. However, I have never seen logistics messed up so badly. It would be one thing to cancel and reschedule a flight for later in the day but to leave people stranded for 4 hours on the Tarmac, to take them off the plane and go back through screening to wait again at the same gate with no answers or announcements is just horrible mismanagement. My flight left 8 hours after its scheduled departure but the only updates we got were "15 more minutes", "20 more minutes", etc. while we queued up for HOURS. In the future, I'll pay the extra money to never fly with them again."

Nevýhody: "At the boarding, I was supposed to have an aisle seat, he gave me a middle seat ticket. I didn't realize that except after I'm on the plane. The crew were supportive and managed to fix this"
Nevýhody: "no refreshment was offered"
Nevýhody: "I was surprised to learn you had to pay for tea, coffee, food, and movies. I was offered one water on the 4 hour trip, which seemed out of line compared to all other international flights I have taken."
