I even asked them to pull up my flight information and to confirm that, which they did. However, when I arrived in Kigali, Rwanda, my bags were no where to be found. No one has found them yet. I also called Qatar Air before my flight and asked about hotel accommodations for my layover because my layover was from 6:00 pm to 7 am. When I called, I was told that I would be given a complimentary hotel room because of the length of the layover. However, when I arrived I was told that I did not qualify for the hotel accommodation. Then, I was told that a hotel room would cost 250. When i arrived at the hotel, I was told the cheapest was 325."

Yes, inside the airport terminal was super hot, close to 90 degrees.... Emirates is far superior Airline than this."

Water was only offered during meals and it was hard to flag down an attendant for water."

The portions were too small and very limited service. We won't use ETIHAD again."

During the four hour flight there was no entertainment available, wi fi was expensive, and flight attendants were practically non existent. Water......, a plain bottle of water, cost $2.00! I had to beg for a paltry cup of water that supposedly came with my flight. Fly Dubai is nothing near the service and reputation of Emerites. Other connecting airlines to Nepal are much better."

Return was coad shared on cheap FlyDubai, bad seats, kept hitting my knees on the seat in front had to buy drinks and snacks. If I wanted a cheap airline I would have booked it. I will make sure when booking an Emirates flight if it is code shared with Flydubai I will look for another flight."

Plus I went to try to read the news option- which was actually free and the papers were from 2014!!!! WTH?!There is no room to put everything- no pouch in the seat ahead of you so nowhere to put the food or drink that you have to bring on board or any of your travel things. I have no idea why. The FlyDubai terminal in Dubai is also quite lacking- I felt like I was trapped in crappy restaurant. I'm not certain that I will ever use use this airline again- not impressed."

Nevýhody: "- Airport check-in line was ridiculous. Only two Fly Dubai agents working (1 for regular people and 1 for the crew) - Had to take a shuttle to board the plane. The plane wasn't ready/clean. Had to wait on said bus, packed like sardines for another 10-15 minutes. - Agents in Amman arrived late to the check-in desk and fumbled around for at least 10 minutes finding paper/logging-into the system etc. - MANY Customers stood up WAY before the pilot signaled it was safe. This has to be a safety regulation/problem. Flight attendants did nothing. - The screens/entertainment system on the flight didn't work. Absolutely useless."

Nevýhody: "This is not exactly a low cost airline because FlyDubai charges egular prices for BEG-DXB flights, therfore, passagers should be offered a complimentary drink and food on a 5 hours flight for the price we paid."

Nevýhody: "The check in agent was not very helpful. He said, "Would you like window or aisle?" I said, "Window please". He says, "there are no windows. I can give you an aisle." I said, "but you asked me if I wanted a window." He said, "you are too late" (as though it's my fault... but I was one of the earlier ones at check-in and was not able to check-in online!). He continues, "I can give you an aisle in row 23". I say, "okay". Then after I leave the check-in counter and look at my boarding pass it says I have seat 11B. Neither window or aisle! In addition, I flew this flight as part of an Emirates ticket and it was not cheap, and yet the FlyDubai segment did not include a meal."

The cabin stinks (due to the passengers), they generally don't listen to crew instructions, and it's the only place that every time you land there is someone who is standing up immediately after touchdown and the crew is yelling at them."
Nevýhody: "You have to even pay for a bottle of water. No food. No curtesy. Made a man pay for giving his seat to someone else. Would not let him sit in the bulkhead seat without paying EXTRA. Even business/first class had to PAY FOR FOOD!!! I regret having chosen that group of Emirates and FlyDubai. Do yourself a favor and stick to Qatar Air."

Výhody: "The only thing I liked about this airline was the flight they had available the day I needed it, and the price was reasonable. But the flight was oversold, so I wasnt able to take it anyways."
Nevýhody: "Fly Dubai check in at Dubai Airport is run by non-employees. My wife and I waited 1.5 hours in line. The staff helps other customers who are late for their flight cut in front of the line, and therefore make everyone else late for their flight. We finally arrive to the front and are told our flight has been oversold, and that it is full. We asked to be put on another flight and they said the next ones leave tomorrow. We were told we had to go wait in another line to arrange a flight or refund. We waited in that line for almost 1 hour, and the employee gave us an email address written on a post it note, and said if we wanted a refund to email them. Just an awful airline. Some other passengers wanted the flight the next day and Fly Dubai offered them a hotel for the night but said the hotel is full. The airline has an awful check in system, awful customer service, and has yet to offer us a refund, or even reply to the email we sent them six days ago. Regardless of their ticket price I will never fly with this airline ever again."

Nevýhody: "Entertainment system glowing in your face forced to remain ON till certain periods where it is allowed to go off and then only for a bit and goes ON again when you least expect it. I usually stick the safety information card into the LCD frame to block it. Chairs in economy are inclined and are shaped to cause strain, don't know if that's just me. Ventilation is weak. Toilets at both ends of the trip are marginal. Haven't seen an option to pay for lounge access at KKIA."
