Half of the way we all went to a bathroom and I don't blame him but the bathroom must be to small to clean up himself for I have to sit with feces smell for the rest of the flight. Imagine that. This is my second leg of this long flight from BKK to NYC. The first leg to dubai is horrible enough but this one top that by far!!!!"

In each direction for some reason, I was unable to check in online for the second flight, which didn't make sense (so Emirates there and Jet Blue back). On top of that, neither could give me boarding passes that would work for the other. The customer service kiosk took about 15 minutes to get this done for Jet Blue in JFK."

We missed the flight as security at the airport didn’t let us pass through the gates, we landed from London on a very tight schedule and we’re meant to take the Aegan flight to Athens. we had our boarding passes as an e-tickets in our mobile phones but they want it to be printed. There was no one from Aegan that could help us and security didn’t let us pass. Even thought they were still boarding. Security said they couldn’t help without someone from the airline We missed the flight. Had to pay for hotel and had to take a bus Sofia to Athens as we needed to be there next day. Horrible experience

Aegean service is far superior than BA in all aspects when it comes to travelling between London-Greece

Aegean needs to bring back hot meals and drink offer as before COVID!

No alcohol on the plane anymore. A glass of wine back in the day would make the flight much more enjoyable

Nevýhody: "The flight was from 2-5am (local destination time). The company/captain/crew made the decision to have the lights on during the whole flight. The service of drinks and refreshments had to stop for some minor turbulence (I've had much worse where service was uninterrupted). We had to wait until 30 minutes before landing to be served food. It wasn't clear if this was the company's way of apologizing for the interruption of service. They served us a full course dinner with baked pasta with cheese and beef at 4am. I found that to be quite random, disorienting and inappropriate. There was no entertainment options provided on flight"

Eventually routed via Lisbon which meant literally flying all night to arrive at 0600. Lufthansa and Austrian have some serious faults to correct."

It seems that LH has these problems regularly, and they don't seem to care; I guess we'll have to try someone else to avoid suffering the same problem every time. The employees already knew the luggages are in a mess, and so were the claims. When taking LH, we have to accommodate luggage delay into our planning."

After i got up i requested if i could get some water and they said they cannot. Finally a co passenger gave me her bottle of water. I ended up actually breaking my leg"

Nevýhody: "Kayak sent me an email at 5:16am for an 8:15 am flight titled, "Austrian Airlines flight #704 from PRG on time". It was in fact cancelled. Unfortunately we missed the connection for the flight to Newark, which we were expressly told would be held for us... they shut the door 30 seconds before we arrived, with the plane still at the gate. Had to then go to the only counter in the terminal to see if we could get on standby. Finally got on a flight to JFK instead at 5:15pm."

Nevýhody: "The Senator Lounge at Vienna Airport is very poor, food selection is very limited and it is obvious that the focus is on cost saving. Another disadvantage is that the lounge only opens at 5.30am in the morning but first flight already leave Vienna around 6am. Mine was at 7.05am which meant that I just arrived when the lounge opened and I had to wait in a long cue. Boarding was due to the limited space in front of the gate a mess, priority boarding was announced but I was not made sure that priority passengers board first. The seats on board are for business to small and there is not even space to hag up the coat."

I did not receive any communication from the airline. There were no explanations as to why our flight was delayed. Also, we were given 12 euro food voucher for each passenger. There was only one cafe in the area after security check and they did not accept the food voucher for actual food. They would only redeem our food vouchers for water, juice, sodas, desserts and, for some reason, only tuna sandwiches. A lot of passengers were visibly upset because the cafe only had one person on staff, the line was over an hour to order and then we were told it was not redeemable for sandwiches, salads, beer or wine. Also, the boarding process was chaotic and they did a poor job communicating which sections they were boarding and people started to form multiple lines. The in flight entertainment was pretty bad. Movies were very limited compare to other airlines. Overall, the whole experience was disastrous. I don't think I will be flying Norwegian again. I would rather pay a bit more for better service."

Nevýhody: "When we tried to register for our flight, I was greeted with the fact that the name on the flight reservation was different than the name on the passport. The name on the flight reservation was Jim; the name on my passport is Francis James Donnellan. They charged me $60 to correct what they perceived as an inconsistency between the two documents. I found this frankly quite bizarre. I have literally flown around the world; I've taken many flights to Europe, the Far East, across the country, etc. and have never run into this as a problem. Over 50 years of travel, to be charged $60 by Norwegian for a perceived name inconsistency struck me as odd to say the least. Primera handled this "problem" without a charge and with a much better and more positive attitude toward it. Norwegian did not give an explanation as to why this was such an issue; the key point made was that James was not the same as Jim. Again, nothing in my experience suggested that there should be a problem here. My father's middle name was James, and he was always called Jim. Same with me. If they are in fact two different names as was suggested by Norwegian, no one over of my 75 years of life ever called attention to it. I wonder what would've happened if I had been referred to throughout my life as Frank, with the name on my birth certificate being Francis."

All of this was after the flight to Europe had been canceled without purpose, and I am still waiting for a refund for booking another flight after missing the origional connection-considering i had to fly to Paris instead of Oslo-and my destination was Berlin. They are there to process passengers through. If you have any questions or need help you are passed to a very uninterested person that only can tell you to go on the Norwegian website for anything you need to do with your booking. The check-in and gate agents provide no help or even attempt to try serve the customer. They are just there to perform a task. Norwegian sold premium seats and then puts the customer in Economy in the back of the plane. A bit is a bait and switch. They should refund the difference in the fare to be fair."

Nevýhody: "We were a family of 4 traveling to Paris from Barcelona and had minimal luggage, yet the attendant singled us out and made us pay 60 Euro per bag to stow our carry-on bags. We had small book bags/purses and I tried to explain that they were our purses. She wouldn't listen. Our luggage was taken, we paid 60 Euro for 3 pieces to be stowed. Once we got on the plane, there were at least 14 people that boarded with a small roller carryon (like ours) and a backpack purse or small backpack. There was also plenty of room in the overhead bins as the flight was not full. In addition, one of our carry-on bags was torn apart by the time we arrived in Paris---the wheels were broken off and it would no longer roll. I am not sure why we were singled out when others had the same or much bigger luggage on the plane. Disappointed."
