Deplaning by row groups due to covid was a joke - we were then crammed into a bus to the Munich intl terminal. Wifi did not work at all on the 9 hr flight.
Not having 2hr delays would be great
The staff at Frankfurt were incredibly rude telling passengers “I don’t have time for you”. I’ve never had a worse experience than with the ground staff Lufthansa in Frankfurt. Avoid at all costs.

Nevýhody: "Agent changed our flight to Munich and sent as a email with with confirmation on July 10. involuntary. On July 20. I checked Lufthansa app and found that only flight that was shown was flight Toronto-Thunder Bay. After 3 hours of phoning I found that flight from Munich to Toronto wasn’t available for date that was given us in email. Only option was day earlier or later. Left us to take day earlier and we could not changed last flight( Toronto- Thunder Bay). We had to come on Aug 22. and stay in Toronto for 27 hours and than take a flight to Thunder Bay on Aug 23. We lost a day of our vacation, had to stay at hotel. Not good experience at all. We still don’t know whom to complain about that."

Výhody: "The crew was amazing and so welcoming! They did not flinch when they saw my three-year-old son and went out their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It was very nice to be greeted with such hospitality!"
Výhody: "Food quality was good, and movies had a great selection. Boarding went quickly."
Nevýhody: "We did not request special meals because in the past there has always been an option without cheese. For both legs of the trip, everything had cheese. They tasted great, but left my husband eating only bread. At the first meal the crew just shrugged their shoulders. Second meal they brought him a snack from business class, but it had cream cheese on the sandwich. Drinks were only served during the meals on an 8 hour flight. When crew came back through at the first meal, they only had two bottles of wine in hand offering top offs (no cart, just physically carrying the bottles). We do not drink alcohol. During the second meal I did not even see them offering the top offs. All other airlines have at least come through a couple of times offering water or soda. Announcements were only audible half the time. Customs forms were confusing for people passing through Canada. This might have been explained over the intercom, but again, it was hard to hear."

I didn't travel with kids but I was thinking what I would've done if my kids were seated next to a person like I did who was watching this kind of movies.."

Received headphones, a pillow and a blanket for the flight. Legroom was good, but probably cramped for people over 6'0" tall. 24 hour online check-in was smooth an trouble free. I like having the boarding pass on my phone. No paper to carry around."

I think the drinks cart should precede the food cart. I did not receive my drink until 3/4 of the way through my meal."
Výhody: "The flight attendants were very polite and helpful. The seats had those "wings" on either side of the head rest to help keep your head from bobbing back and forth. There were a few good movies to watch that were current, but a lot of old movies that we had zero interest in."
Nevýhody: "The flight was considered a Lufthansa flight and had a Lufthansa flight number, but was operated by Air Canada. We could not check in online ahead of time for some reason. When we got to the airport, we tried to check in at the Lufthansa kiosk and check in line, but they told us we had to go to the Air Canada area. The ticketing/check in process was very confusing. As for the food, the chicken "wrap" was not a wrap, and was a weird Hot-Pocket type meal. After each meal, we ended up having to hold our garbage for quite some time which made manuvering in and out of seats a little tricky. I wish the seat cushion had a little more cushion since we were sitting for so long. Also at some point the overhead lights came on and stayed on, which was annoying if you were trying to nap."

Nevýhody: "The return leg has been nothing but a disaster, in every way possible, specifically my time and financially. At no point in the booking process, when I paid over $800 for the trip, was I told that I needed a specific travel visa (Canadian ETA) to fly back into Toronto for my return flight. Subsequently when I checked in for my flight yesterday morning in Manchester, England, I did not have the required travel documents and had to be rerouted onto a flight into the U.S. at a cost to me of $350. The rerouted flight got me to Washington Dulles airport, where I then had to purchase a second flight to get me home to Cleveland, Ohio, at an additional/extra cost of $450. MY CAR IS PARKED AT TORONTO PEARSON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT!!! I am having to now rent a car and drive there tomorrow (Friday) to collect my car, at another additional cost of $100 plus a 10-hour round trip. Due to the lack of information and communication on your companies behalf, I am down close to a $1,000 and will lose 2-days in work as of the additional days I am having to travel back to Toronto to collect my vehicle. I would appreciate contact from your organization to find the avenue I need to take for compensation of my time and finances. Regards"
Nevýhody: "This airline has little respect for its customers. In the economy/coach cabin, they squeeze the seat distances to such an extent that, when the person in front of you leans their chair back, you cannot get out of your seat at an upright angle. You have to significantly bend your body. To not loose your balance, you have to grab on to the seat in front of you and that disturbs the other passenger. If they're sleeping, they can be woken up by that. Lufthansa does not care much for its passengers. Nor do many other companies, for that matter, but I think Lufthansa is taking things further than most airlines. It is a disgrace. Their brand is not what it once was."

She was not exactly pleasant, which might have been because it was 430 in the morning but still. I just ended up carrying on two pretty big bags. The crew ended up gate checking one for me in Frankfurt which was nice. But I would have paid not to carry that dumb thing around with me through the giant Frankfurt airport. Other than the one desk woman in Prague, everything else was good."

The seats were relatively comfortable and the movies onboard were aired and good. I would fly Air Canada again."
Nevýhody: "I disliked the confusion with the code share. I have never flown a code share before an I was under the impression I was flying Lufthansa - not Air Canada. I really disliked not being able to check in online 24 hours before on either Lufthansa's site or Air Canada. That is ridiculous in this day and age - surely the two airlines can coordinate something were the traveller can check in online on one of the sites. Also, as a vegetarian, I wasn't able to select my meal - I had to hope that they had enough vegetarian meals to give me one. This is another problem thanks to the code share. If this is what code sharing is like, I won't be doing it again. No thanks. I'll book directly."

Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."
Nevýhody: "That I was forced to check my baggage. I never received a chain ticket for my luggage. The flight has a 32 hour layover and KLM lost my luggage and it was not found until a week after my arrival back home. I still have not received my bag at this time. The boarding crew was manually tracking who boarded and who didn't. It was a cluster."

My wife and I did not get food. There was no chicken left and we can’t eat pork so we didn’t get food. Crew member didn’t ask ask first but left the pork in our table and after I asked him what it was told that was only pork left I asked him to take back. The only thing we can’t eat is pork and that was the only option. I was shocked for a long flight not to have enough food. Crew member never came back to let us that there is no other food available. After we asked and other crew member he checked and confirmed there is no other food. He offered to share his own meal with my wife and I but we refused but we appreciated that. I hope I never have an other experience like that. It wasn’t a good experience. :(
I am seeking a refund from Kayak as LOT refuses to acknowledge the booking when not done directly from their site. Worst experience with an airline ever.

Not the same business class product at all, ancient plane, worn seats though they claim to be "new" on this 767. Multiple hours delayed departing, no reason given, and no updates, we just sat there for hours. I assume mechanical. Caused me to miss my connection and here I am having to pay huge for a last minute hotel. Not what was advertised to me which was a LOT flight not a codeshare on an old plane. Booked it through Kayak, will not be doing THAT again."

Nevýhody: "On-time performance was so-so, take-off was delayed ~1hr because of connections, had to wait on the runway at the destination airport, had to wait an eternity for my bag. Whatever genius who designed the in-flight entertainment controls should be punched in the face. The on-screen buttons are so easily pushed by passengers making their way to and from the aisle that passenger assistance and reading lights always go off on their own throughout the aircraft."

Výhody: "I am not sure where to start from but each lot employee I talk with had poor English and not the tinyest willing to help just to move , I had a flight back from cezh republic to JFK with a stop in Warsaw When I got to the front desk in the air port to print my ticket the Liady ( work at Sation 236 ) was very rude and anti costumer service she print me only my first fly ticket and when I ask why she " I don't know " I said ok so when u get there you know which get I go or where I will print the other ticket she say I don't know Ok and then I ask her can u check if it a room I. My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"

Nevýhody: "I travel internationally regularly on business. Lot Airlines was hands down the worst airline I have ever flown with. They charged me twice for the same exact tickets and then would not refund me the entire fare. The deducted $300 to process back the credit. Personnel, at both the airport and in flight, were curt, uncommodating and lacked customer service. On my return flight from Warsaw there was a large, disruptive group with a number of unruly children & airline staff did nothing to address the children running across seats, screaming and wreaking havoc for over 8 hours. Passengers could not sleep & the noise was unbearable."

Nevýhody: "We found out in Poland that my wife was missing an eTA number necessary for her to fly into Canada. With our previous flight delayed, the application did not process in time, and we missed our connecting flight. As a result, we were stuck in Poland for 24 hours, leading to lost sleep, added expense, and much frustration. Customer service in Poland was helpful but extremely slow. Many customers needed help and it took about an hour for each customer. We waited in line for hours. We were not charged for a new flight, but we did spend 10 exhausting hours in the airport before we had everything resolved and were able to leave and get a few hours of sleep."

Also, unlike international flights with Air Canada, you have to pay for alcohol (though the prices are pretty good)."
Výhody: "The entertainment on the plane was great. Large selection of movies, music, and TV shows to keep yourself entertained. The dinner was adequate. It was also nice having the overhead screens continually update our flight progress."
Nevýhody: "The seats are incredibly cramped, by the end I was feeling seriously claustrophobic. It didn't help that we left late. The boarding process was a mess, nobody seemed to know what to do, and the announcements were all mumbled to the point where I was just guessing what to do. The second meal served was inedible as the bread was completely stale. Also, one of the toilets was broken and kept flushing, even when sitting on it. Like the boarding process, disembarking was sloppy and confusing. It took a very long time to open the door, and they only told people at the last minute that they needed to get their passports out."

Also, they offer perhaps the worst in-flight video selection I have ever seen."

No one really knew what they were doing and they wanted to put her in an adult wheelchair in spite of my identifying safety issues. My daughter was scared and upset. Epic failure on AA’s part. Communication breakdown on many levels. Shameful."
Výhody: "Great Wifi! After reading bad reviews it was actually ok. Flew business on the A319 (single aisle plane) and it reminded me of qantas 737. I think for a short haul day flight I may just put up with economy instead for the price. Food is ok. I think with AA you have to pick your aircraft, it makes a difference what plane you fly as to what you get in business class. FA's were great. Overall I'd fly them again. Food was ok."
Nevýhody: "They asked everyone to put the window shades down but I fly window seat because I like looking out! It was a day flight too! LAX T4 lounge is being refurbished so you need to go to T5 and make sure it's not the regional lounge!"

Also, why do you not serve milk with your coffee? The flight only served half and half, and I cannot have cream in my coffee at all. So unless you want to clean up my diarrhea in your toilets, I suggest you start giving options. It's not like milk is a scarce delicacy in the US. How is it that other airlines offer both milk and cream, but I get told by your staff, rudely, that half and half "is milk" and that it's all you have? Unbelievable. I hate to be a b*** but honestly this isn't the first time that I got treated like this on AA. I always seem to have a horrible experience with this airline."

The worst part was the crowded gate area at Boston. It made me feel like a cattle holding pen. Since we're told to get there two hours early, it would be nice to have more than a tiny little snack bar with overpriced pre-made sandwiches and salads that have been sitting out for who knows how long. Crappy lukewarm coffee. Starbucks is right outside security, but of course we can't bring liquids through."

Nevýhody: "My issues are two part: 1 - I wasn't informed that I was required to retrieve my luggage from the carousel on this flight from George Town to Toronto. I thought perhaps I missed something, however, the three other couples that were in the same predicament I was weren't aware either. This caused a massive headache, the instructions were superbly poor on how to retrieve the luggage, and the process was completely a waste of time. We had to talk with three different people, the person that took us back to the carousel showed no urgency despite us all explaining that we were on a short layover, and might miss our next flight, and even though we had our passes to get through customs, we were made to wait in line to have our baggage inspected. A completely broken process that could've been avoided with a friendly reminder at check-in. 2 - Once I was able to retrieve my luggage I picked it up off the carousel only to find the handle on one piece of luggage had been ripped off, and the plastic lining on the other bag was destroyed. Admittedly I find this to be no surprise after seeing how mine and everyone else's luggage was handled so poorly upon being loaded into the cargo. I saw my luggage being tossed 3-5 feet into the cargo area - literally picked up, and with complete disregard flung like it was a trash bag being thrown into the dumpster. Since I didn't have time to discuss this with any staff due to my prior issue and being unable to find a representative once I landed back in Vancouver, I called the next day to discuss this over the phone, but the representative explained that I was only able to make a complaint in-person at the time of baggage retrieval. The person was absolutely useless and unwilling to help. This was by far the worst treatment I've had at any time in my life while flying any airline. The trip to George Town was with American Airlines, and even though it was longer, and a tad bit more expensive, the service I had with them was stellar by comparison to my experience with AirCanada. Going forward I will only be using AC when there are absolutely no other options."

Despite the captain announcing that WIFI Internet was available for purchase. There was no WIFI on this aircraft. I am a tech guy. The flight attendant said just use your credit card. NO there was no WIFI available."

Consequently we didn’t know the flight had been cancelled until it was too late to make an adequate adjustment. On top of that we had to deal with the worst customer service rep in the world at the ticket booth when we struggled to make alternate plans. Completely unsatisfactory experience."
Nevýhody: "I wasn’t able to check in online and therefore wasn’t able to update with my dietary requirements which meant I couldn’t really eat anything that was given. I was told at the airport that it needs to be submitted 24 hrs before the flight and there was nothing they could do. Really unfair and not on."
Výhody: "The staff were great!! Always helpful and very friendly! The added flight from Ottawa to Toronto had fantastic staff as well. Would've been nice to have someone waiting for us at the Ottawa gate as we all missed our flights."
Nevýhody: "The day was extended by 10 hours. It seemed like each time I was redirected including the added flight to Ottawa I was set up to miss a flight. I was sent to Ottawa because there wasn't enough oxygen on the flight to Toronto. 15 passengers missed our flight to Toronto because we left Fredericton late which put us on a new flight 2 hours later, that had mechanical issues so again a missed flight. I am happy they do their due diligence with safety, but it created a long day. They also had to stop food service before they got to me so I wasn't able to get food."

Výhody: "As a professional musician, flying with my viola is one of the most nerve wracking experiences, as if it is forced to be checked due to insufficient room for overhead baggage, it could be completely destroyed. As stated in Air Canada's online policy, passengers traveling with musical instruments that fit as carry on baggage are allowed to change to earlier boarding zones. After approaching a staff member with my viola, I wasn't simply assigned an earlier zone, but rather I was allowed to board first. On this principle alone I will be flying Air Canada again. Thank you!!!"
Výhody: "That we arrived in Toronto and got to get off the plane."
Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed several hours. The rows are way too close together to be remotely comfortable, and the seats themselves are tiny and barely recline. Being 5 months pregnant, I was uncomfortable the entire flight. The "entertainment" that you have to download an app for didn't work, and particularly stung knowing how much we paid for the flights, and that other airlines simply put a TV on the back of each seat that is easy to connect headphones and view. The food on our previous flight had been so terrible we didn't bother on this trip, but it looked equally awful. My husband was in the aisle seat and the flight attendant repeatedly and without warning hit him with the cart. The flight attendants varied in level of friendliness, but the ones in our row rushed through service, and did not give us the options the other row had (ice in drinks, veggie or meat options). All in all, it was kind of a terrible flight experience."

Nevýhody: "Extreme delays on my return flight which made me miss my connection and get rebooked on another flight for the next day. We were delayed on departure, then on the tarmac, then in the air, and finally when getting off the plane. I am glad that I was rebooked and was given a hotel to stay at, but I did not like the way I was treated by Air Canada staff at customs. I passed through customs only to be sent back into Canada after having crossed through security because the staff decided to close. We were told by other staff members that it was up to them to decide when they were done and to talk them. I ran through the whole airport with about 7 other people to make it. Why make us cross through security only to send us back? There was no one there to guide us on what to do. I had to go through the whole thing again the following day only to have my face cream taken away (it is technically cream, not a liquid) and then be detained. None of this happened AT ALL the day before. I'd give more details but it was a complete mess."
Nevýhody: "Air Canada did everything wrong except for the actual flying of planes. Repeated delays and cancellations with NO organization or communication to the passengers. I made it to my final destination 24 hours later than original itinerary, almost all of which was spent in airport lines. My bag didn't arrive until 5 days later...on the wrong porch."
Výhody: "Pretty standard flight...nice crew, free drink, left and arrived on time for the most part. Liked that I could check in early to arrange a seat."

Time to hire new blood, get new, fresh looking uniforms, and there definitely should be a weight limit, I have seen flight attendants who have to turn sideways to get down the aisle comfortably, what on earth would they do in an emergency. Yes size does matter. Look to JAP airlines for style and dignity in the job. Having said that I love Air Canada and fly it as often as possible home."
Výhody: "I didn't like anything."
Nevýhody: "I was stuck in immigration for about an hour. The screening process at this airport is so laborious. You have to wait on a bench until they call your name and they don't care if your flight is about to be boarding. I understand that immigration is necessary but they could at least have people form a queue instead of having us wait for our names to be called. I told them that my flight would be boarding in 25 minutes and they told me "Oh, don't worry, they'll just put you on the next flight". But when I got to my airline to check in, they charged me $150. I needed that $150 to pay some bills when I got back home."
Nevýhody: "Delayed for more than two hours on both the trips to and from Canada. This is a common thing with Air Canada i heard. Flights always get delayed."
Výhody: "Seats were ok but a bit cold all the way."
Nevýhody: "One hour late leaving, no reason or information given. Food was awful with green sauce on chicken and celery bits in milk for salad, the connecting flight was cancelled and the option was another flight in two days. The only flight going later that evening was full and the next day was full also they said. An hour later a bus service was offered leaving in ten minutes which many of us raced to catch on our own with no one to show us how to get to the bus. The bus we were told to look for was the wrong bus. Of course our luggage didn't make it and that took another hour to register at our destination as every one else on the bus didn't get their luggage either. Bus driver got lost but passengers were able to show him the way. This is the third time in four flights Air Canada has lost our luggage. The worst was the NO ONE ever smiles, we were watching for it, and certainly NO ONE ever says we are sorry you are inconvenienced which would go a long way to make the delays and changes more tolerable."
Výhody: "Great cabin crew - really friendly and helpful to passengers. Good selection of drinks. AMS-YYZ-YQG All nice enough - good leg room and nice to have a 2-4-2 seating configuration YQG-YYZ-LHR Nice to be on a 787."
Nevýhody: "Food was bland, but as expected on a transatlantic route. Good selection of drinks. One of the suitcases missed the flight, but was promptly delivered the following day. It would have been nice if this could have been notified earlier, rather than having to wait for all passenger's luggage to be delivered before realising that our's was not there."
Nevýhody: "Flight canceled due to mechanical problems. Out of 4 agents at desk at airport only one knew what to do in case of a cancellation. They all stood around eating raisinettes! Unprofessional, lack of training, lack of planning (why wasn't another plane sent). One agent was going through the line giving out a phone number to call? Why weren't they trained? I called and thankful I was up at the desk so I could tell the agent what to do from the lady on the phone! Lost a day on our already short Christmas visit with family. Would love a refund!"
Výhody: "Poor airline, always delayed, dreadful and unfriendly customer service. The only reason I flew with them this short trip was due to price"
Výhody: "Entertainment and food were nice. There were two meals, one would have been fine, but both were great."
Nevýhody: "The check in counter in Dublin was horrendous. I was forced to check a luggage that was my carry-on on the outgoing flight so there was no reason it was not going to fit on the upper compartment, but the counter agent forced me to check it anyway, even with it being under weight limit. The line was huge and there were 5 counter agents, but 3, and at times 4 agents, at a time, were only pulling from the priority boarding line. We had to wait more than one hour to check in. Than to the boarding, the same people from the counter were the boarding agents. The boarding was extremely slow and again unorganized."
Nevýhody: "A three and a half hour flight with a fruit juice and not even a pack of peanuts . Air Canada that was pathetic !"
Výhody: "Food was good and flight attendants were very professional. Our first time flying Air Canada and I was very impressed!"
Nevýhody: "To pay so much for a transatlantic flight and have to pay $10 for an IPad on the 8 hour trip home??? It would be nice if even limited internet was included so we could use our own device. The worse experience was getting through customs at the airport in Barcelona on the way home. Only two agents available to stamp passports on a Sunday morning when the world's largest cruise ship (Royal Caribbean Harmony of the Seas) had docked earlier that morning? We arrived at the airport at 8:30 and no Air Canada agents were available to check us in until 9:00. After waiting to get through customs and we proceeded to our gate, our 11:45 flight was just beginning to load! Lots of shoving and people cutting line to avoid being late for their flight. I heard one person mention they had missed their flight, and I'm certain many others did as well. With the chaos and delay, I'm surprised altercations didn't happen. The airports/airlines need to work with the local authorities to avoid these delays and provide their customers better service."
Výhody: "Direct flight"
Nevýhody: "Air Canada pricing is same as other non budget airlines like British airways, Lufthansa but service is on par with budget airlines like Ryan Air. I'm amazed how they get away with it."
Výhody: "Both planes were nice. Attendants were pleasant. Food and entertaining were great."
Nevýhody: "Flight from Paris to Toronto was delayed 4 hours. That automatically caused us to miss our connecting flight from Toronto to Nashville. The 1st flight turned out to be more than 4 hours late. The 2nd flight was delayed as well. Not to mention we were directed many places throughout the Toronto airport trying to locate a boarding pass for the 2nd flight in hopes to make it to Nashville that day. All members of the Air Canada staff were helpful, however traveling for over 20 hours majority of which was spent in foreign airports made for a long and unpleasant day. It would have been different had it been our fault for being late or missing a flight, but we were very early for our international flights which simply added to the amount of time we had to sit, wait, and hope. A coupon was given to us, however being that I live in a different country I don't know how quick I will be able to redeem this."
Výhody: "Very pleasant flight; excellent entertainment options to while away the time. Excellent crew: food and comfort as good as it gets these days in Economy."
Nevýhody: "Boarding was confusing. Announcements were difficult to hear in the terminal; there was a step requiring all passengers to queue up as if boarding but instead it was a passport/boarding pass check. The two queues were not labeled, there was much line-switching, and the passport-check lines blocked the terminal for travelers for other flights... The incoming plane was late; we wondered why this passport check could not have proceeded while we waited instead of delaying our boarding once our plane arrived."
Nevýhody: "I've never been on a transatlantic flight that didn't offer a drink with dinner. Plus, not having a TV screen for passenger's entertainment is out dated. Time to upgrade these planes, or don't use them for long haul flights"
Výhody: "Not much"
Nevýhody: "I was too tall for the seats and the person in front of me was unable to put there seat back, they wanted me to trade with someone else but the. I just would have been a problem for someone else. The steward made me feel as though I was at fault because I should have payed the extra 100 to have emergency exit seating, they tried to get me to sit in the very back row of the plain and sit sideways across the two seats which means I would not be able to sit next to my fiancé. The whole thing was embarrassing and very rude, maybe people of 6'6" should be charged for emergency exit!!"
Výhody: "Nice staff. Efficient boarding."
Nevýhody: "No basic food for free."
Výhody: "They were quick to bring meals and snacks. Friendly and accommodating flight crew."
Nevýhody: "For a 9 hour flight, I would have preferred a heads up that there is no in-flight entertainment and you need to have a charged device of your own with the Air Canada app pre-installed. And if you didn't get that memo and you have an Apple device, you're out of luck. Otherwise you can rent an iPad for $10. The chairs were thin and flimsy making it difficult to sleep. And unfortunately we got a "window seat" that did not have a window. It was very disappointing."
Výhody: "The crew was doing the best they could and was professional."
Nevýhody: "Where to start, I have taken Air Canada 1 time before to Regina and you lost my luggage, luckily it was on the flight home. This time check in was very disorganized and unprofessional (I got scolded when my luggage bumped the post that forms the line that was set up after half the passengers were there making the last to show up first in line.) The flight was delayed and hour for a broken air mask upon departure . The monitor screens were hard to see and harder to hear. Upon arrival we sat for 30 minutes because they couldn't shut the engines down. Customs was a breeze but the walk from terminal to customize to the next terminal had me winded, luckily my connecting Air Canada flight was late also . And this was the better part of my experience. My flight to Athens was miserable ( lots of screaming children spread out through the plane). And when I thought it was over my luggage was separated and lost for 3 days. I should send you the underwear as a reminder of my experience"
Výhody: "We arrived to our destination safely"
Nevýhody: "Overbooked flight Switched gates at the last minute before boarding--very confusing. Filthy bathrooms on plane Typical bad airline food; couldn't even break apart dinner roll it was so rubbery. No individual movie screens, had to use your own mobile device and earphones or pay $10 to use an ipad provided by the plane to access in-flight network. Overall very disappointing service. Expected much more from Air Canada."
Výhody: "My seat on my first leg coming back to New Tork from Tokyo to Toronto."
Nevýhody: "I booked my flight 8 months in advance and pre ordered a vegetarian meal a week before leaving for my trip. They "forgot" one of my meals (breakfast meal) on my return flight home. Hey also gave me a tuna sandwich for my snack, which means they also didn not have a vegetarian sandwich for me in between my dinner and breakfast meals. It was the first time every traveling overseas that they've made an error with my meal plan after flying on multiple airlines. My connection was a nightmare as I had to wait to go through security and customs which took over an hour and then my second flight was delayed. I will never fly through Canada again from the U.S. To another destination country."
Nevýhody: "The departure time for the flight was 6:00am and there was no one in the check in counter until 4:15am. There was a long queue for the check in. Not a pleasant waiting time for the check in"
Výhody: "The commuter terminal in Toronto is a bit of a pit. Basically a glorified hallway, which gets pretty chaotic while you are waiting for your flight, and others are queuing up. For anyone with mobility challenges it is a long hike from the main terminal."
Výhody: "The crew was friendly but not overly helpful. There was a nice selection of entertainment options."
Nevýhody: "The food was horrible and made me throw up. The flight was freezing and the seats hardly reclined making it very uncomfortable. Especially since we were on the plane an extra 2 hours from a delay. The flight delay caused me to miss my connection flight. And then I wasn't put on the next available one, I had to wait around in the airport for a very long time, 4 hours to fly home. My baggage was lost. And my credit card was charged twice for my checked bag. The customer service employees in the airport refused to help me with either issues. I am extremely unsatisfied with my experience on Air Canada and will never be flying with it again."
Výhody: "That the plane didn't crash."
Nevýhody: "When I flew to Toronto the plane left 15 mins late but arrived an hour an twenty min late. No turbulence or trouble, just late. I stepped off that plane to my connector to Paris when boarding was suppose to start but that plane was on an hour delay. The food is just horrible, anyone who has flown knows this, and on both flights first class was the only priority. They got to everyone else when it was convenient. This was my first time flying with Air Canada and will certainly be my last. I'll happily pay a little more for the other airlines. So if you fly with them, good luck to you."
Nevýhody: "My daughter got destroyed by a cup of coffee a passenger behind her was holding when turbulence struck quiet bad,neither he or the airline apologizes for either."
Nevýhody: "The fight itself was fine. Not great. Not terrible. But the airline lost my son's suitcase and has been entirely unhelpful ever since then. Now we have been stuck in a foreign country without clothes and toiletries for 36 hours and Air Canada's "helpline" has been anything but helpful. They can not find any information on the location of the suitcase and hope that they will find it in another 48 hours. Rediculous!! I will never fly them again and suggest that you save your money, effort and vacation by flying with another airline."
