There was not enough time to service all the passengers at that point. I'm not sure why Air Canada cannot at least give you ear phones when boarding. And why cannot refreshments be served during de-icing?"

And if you didn't get that memo and you have an Apple device, you're out of luck. Otherwise you can rent an iPad for $10. The chairs were thin and flimsy making it difficult to sleep. And unfortunately we got a "window seat" that did not have a window. It was very disappointing."

The space in the seats was almost criminal for an 8 hour flight. Pretty the equivalent of having people shoulder to shoulder. Impossible to try and sleep on an overnight flight. During mid flight I noticed that I had a lot of trouble breathing and thought it was just me. My wife said the same thing to me and someone on the flight needed medical assistance for oxygen. It was extremely hot the whole flight with no ability to control the air flow which made it even worse. The entertainment selection was good however the device was almost unsable because it was very laggy and it wouldn't select what you wanted. It was easily the worst experience I had and I only really went into some of the details. Having trouble breathing was by far the worst part and I couldn't believe it. My flight back was glaringly better so I'm perplexed by why this was so bad."
Nevýhody: "Too small for long flight. No big screens nor personal screens. You can get entertainment thru your own laptop, tablet, or smartphone, but selections are not very much. Very unsatisfied!"

Expected much more from Air Canada."

Výhody: "The commuter terminal in Toronto is a bit of a pit. Basically a glorified hallway, which gets pretty chaotic while you are waiting for your flight, and others are queuing up. For anyone with mobility challenges it is a long hike from the main terminal."

Nevýhody: "The flight attendants seemed focused only on the small First Class section and rushed through everything in the Economy Class. They rushed through the "Food Service" and didn't want to answer questions about what is on their menu. The menu was removed from the magazines in our row. Fortunately, we brought our own snacks. The Economy CLass cabin had a terrible odor. It really smelled. Maybe they should clean the plane once in a while. United Airlines ALWAYS has issues with entertainment. You MUST download their App to your cell phone. Then, they allow you to connect to their entertainment system. If you don't, you cannot access WiFi without paying $26 for the flight ... the WiFi access is inconsistent and limiting and doesn't always work so the download doesn't always complete. This was a nine hour flight from Hell. I think I prefer Frontier Airlines. Although the airlines make you pay for everything now, at least you expect some attention and food options and a plane that doesn't smell. It was nauseating. Don't even ask me about the "Miles" that they keep screwing up ... RAY HANANIA"

I live in Maui so I'm used to the whole "I'm local and you're not" entitled attitude some locals have, but it was completely uncalled for and unprofessional to do this to visitors. She literally asked the passengers where they were from and then launched into how she was local and it was her way or the highway. She was also really incompetent at the job overall. She gave me attitude and anyone that required her to do her job."
Výhody: "The agent in San Francisco was awesome and even went out of her way to bump me to a better seat. Leaving Portland was easy, crew were super organized!"
Nevýhody: "No entertainment systems were working at all. Leaving San Francisco to kahului we had so many unruly young adults that were just out if control. They kept switching seats, spilling alcohol all over me and my stuff and the flight crew could not care less. We even had an older Asian flight attendant on flight 1749 that was just overwhelmed for the job. She would hand the person on the isle a handful of pretzels and say 'here, pass these out'. The other flight crew members made it worse by treating her poorly. You could tell they didn't like her and were agitated by her. Instead if being polite and educating, they were exasperated and impatient. Overall was super disappointed. I have flown United so many times back home to Maui and was always so please and excited to brag about how great United was. Not this time. Thanks for reading."

My $45 upgraded seat wouldn’t recline because it was broken and I still had to pay to have a bad checked. Oh, and the flight attendant simply said “ok” when I informed her of my seat malfunction."
Nevýhody: "2 of the flight attendants were not friendly and one was flat out rude. They handed out some form that needed to be filled out before we entered Hawaii. When I asked for a pen she said they don't hand out pens and to start asking neighbors, which didn't have any either., however when she came back around to pick the forms up and some people didn't have them filled out she reprimanded everyone and kept saying you had 5 hours to fill these out. Her communication skills were not what I expected and her lectures were not necessary."

Nevýhody: "Male flight attendant was extremely rude. I was asleep when the food was being served and politely asked for a tray of food once I woke up. Fight attendant that I asked was at the time collecting trash and snapped back saying that he had to finish what he was doing first. After about 10 min the lady attendant walked by so I simply mentioned that I was waiting for my food in case he had forgotten or was busy. She asked if I had mentioned it to the man attendant and I told her that I had and that I was simply waiting. She proceeded to go to him (not sure what she told him), but he later came by and angrily handed me my tray of food and annoyingly explained that he had to finish handing the trash In order to then handle my food. I told him that I completely understood, and he AGAIN snapped back saying "oh really? Because I heard you were complaining!" And walked away. The rest of the flight he proceeded to ignore me. I had been nothing but polite to him. The lady across the isle was looking his way and the man next to me made a comment to me that I had done nothing wrong and mentioned he he noticed how rude the attendant was to me. That even if I HAD complained, he was in no place to confront a customer about it. Regardless, I hadn't even complained one bit."
Nevýhody: "The lousy attitude, mediocre equipment, non-proactive planning to prepare for a known problem......overall, this is not the airline, I used to fly few years back. I think, United knows that there are not many options for New Jersey residents to fly anywhere, without being on UA flights so they take customers for granted.......Well, it won't be for too long, if they don't get their act together.......People will start driving to Philadelphia and find themselves other choices......"
