Apparently there was no sync between the staff itself and everyone was trying to solve this problem in their own way. However the good part was that they were at least trying to solve the problem! Flight was delayed by about 30 mins due to this chaos."

The agents arrived late, they seemed to be having a good time and didn't feel the need to explain the reason for the delay nor apologize for it. - On my flight to Manila from Los Angeles, I did not check in any luggage. I had a carry-on and a backpack that fit perfectly well into the overhead bins and underneath the front seat. On my flight from Manila to Los Angeles, I was not allowed to take the same set on board because the total weight exceeded 7 kg. This put me in a bind because the heaviest item I had was my small LCD monitor which was in my backpack. I had to put it into the carry-on with wheels which I had to be checked-in. I would have prepared to carry it in my backpack because it is a fragile item. When I was told to sign a document that absolves the carrier of any liability for the checked-in luggage and I refused, the China Airlines Duty Officer in Manila informed me that unless I sign the document, my luggage will not be loaded on the plane. I felt extremely frustrated by the attitude of the Duty Officer who didn't hesitate to threaten me and insisted that the rule was imposed on them by the TSA in the US. Instead of helping me work out a solution to the difficulty I was facing, he simply walked away with a dismissive attitude."

Staff was not the friendliest - asked for water twice, was told just a moment but was never brought any. How do you not give people water on flight over 3 hours? I would have even paid for it. I have a history of heart failure and was worried because my ankles were swelling and my legs were tingling. We missed our bus because of the delay, The airline staff in taiwan took all of our travel info and said they would help us book other transport to get where we were going in Cambodia. When we got to Cambodia the check-in desk was closed so info told us to go to the china airlines office - we waited almost an hour and still no one showed up (middle of the afternoon). Had to pay 6x the price to get to Sihanoukville plus we weren't able to get a refund on the bus tickets. Crying, screaming kids in front of us kept standing up on the seats so no one behind them could see the TV - staff said nothing. Terrible experience."

Since every single passenger has to go through a face to face session with a physical person, CI should really have more personnel available at LAX for the check-in procedures. The business lounge, provided by Korean Airlines, is a big disappointment. Food not worth mentioning. Going through security at TPE for passengers in transit there is no short line. The only line is very, very long, although quick enough. The facility for this procedure should also be renewed."

Because of this, I missed my connecting flight in Zurich. Apparently hundreds of other passengers were in a similar situation, because I spent the next 6.5 hours standing in line to getting my new itinerary and hotel vouchers."

For next time I know that I have to bring my own food.. so bad! While servis time we ordered whisky with cola and after one hour we went to ask for one more cause we wanted and CA told us they dont serve anymore whisky only wine or beer. Besides this things when I came to plane my sit and table tray was dirty so we had to put blanket over... for the first time I write bad feedback but I have to cause it was terrible.."

Unfortunately we missed the connection for the flight to Newark, which we were expressly told would be held for us... they shut the door 30 seconds before we arrived, with the plane still at the gate. Had to then go to the only counter in the terminal to see if we could get on standby. Finally got on a flight to JFK instead at 5:15pm."

I was running with a cane, and getting very upset when an airport employee with a cart asked if he could help. He took me to the gate I thought was for my flight, but it was for a DIFFERENT flight to Zurich. He calmed me down and drove me to the correct gate, talking the agent there to make sure it was the right one before he left me there. I wish I had time to get his name because he was very kind and helpful and I don't know what I would have done without him - wouldn't have made the flight, that's for sure. (He was in vicinity of gates F 3 - 13 on Sunday June 11 approximately 5:15 - 5:30pm Vienna time, if anyone wants to know)"
Nevýhody: "Our flight was delayed almost one hour. Even though I had only one hour between flights, I was told (in Split) that all flights would be delayed, so no worries. On the plane, they gave information for some flights; for the rest of us they just said, go to your gate (for connecting flight) as quickly as possible. Flight landed at 5:05pm. When I walked out of plane (I was using a cane; recovering from broken ankle so have some trouble walking distances), there was no board with flight info, just immigration. Finally I saw a flight board, and had 10-15 minutes walk still. Also, signage wasn't great. I called after an Austrian Airline flight attendant who was also leaving, but she never heard me. Finally I found the right direction, still had security to go through. I was running with the cane (not good for my ankle). Essentially there was no help. Until a man driiving one of those carts helped me - I write about him above in what I liked about the flight."
Nevýhody: "I have the 'Economy Class' on the tickets. At check-in at the airport we wrote "economy light" on the boarding pass and want to pay for the first baggage. I check it on the original receipt I received by e-mail, there is ECONOMY CLASS and 1st baggage free of charge, another for a fee. So I do not understand and for two tickets I have paid 2 x 30 €."

Nevýhody: "The crew at the airport before boarding was a little impolite. As people were getting ready to board and waiting in the line, they were told to go back to customer service to register passports and get new boarding passes, without prior announcement. That could have been avoided if they informed us."
Výhody: "When you travel with an infant it's already a difficult trip but it's really fraustrating when you find out that they didn't assign you to the seats with the baby bassanet, and when I went to the counter to fix the problem instead they change our window seats to an isle seats without even asking or notifying us with the changes, and they when I asked how come you don't automatically assign infant reservations to infant seats their excuse was what if there were more infants than available infant seats and they already gave out those seats with extended leg space to others who already had paid for it, and surprisingly there were multiple of infants on board none of them in those seats but rather the other passengers who paid for it, so basically they got paid extra and you will only suffer for almost 10 hrs so they can make extra profit. NEVER AGAIN AUSTRIAN AIRLINES!!!"

The wine was acceptable, mid range, with very generous pours in Riedel glassware and always the offer made of would I like anything more? The seperate coffee menu has to be experienced to be believed, basically, it's an authentic Vienna see cafe experience at 30,000 ft."
Nevýhody: "Entertainment selection was fiddly and the offerings meagre compared to the vast libraries found on other carriers, but it was sufficient. More a quibble than a gripe from me. The noise cancelling headsets were good quality noise cancelling, and comfortable. I can't wear some other airlines headsets at all and use my ear pods with an airline adapter jack."
Nevýhody: "The crew members on the flight from Washington to Vienna were absolutely rude and unhelpful."

The flight that you gave us, JQ7 from Melbourne did not exist. Therefore we had to stay in Melbourne for another 24 hours and find another new route and flights to return to Heathrow. All a strain and stress. Your service to us for the return journey useless. So far, I have not found that you have corrected any of your failings and therefore it could also happen again to others tomorrow, next week, or next month. The return journey was a total disaster.

Nevýhody: "The check in desk was late opening & the carry on luggage size was smaller than advertised on their website, so it had to be put in the hold. Open on time to prevent less stress to travelers & give more accurate information about cabin luggage."

Even if they did not have a vegetarian option, they don't need to be rude!! Boarding was ridiculous. we were supposed to form a line and wait. Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!"

Výhody: "We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."
Nevýhody: "He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner..."

Nevýhody: "I paid almost $400 for upgraded seats. When I got to the airport-- no seats-- both ways!! i didn't even have regular seat assignments. I had to choose from the last few seats available. The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

Sitting at the gate there was then suddenly a last call to board the flight and a mad rush for everyone to get on. I appreciate that delays happen but the lack of communication ragardinh altered boarding times didn't make the situation any easier"

Nevýhody: "The flight was very delayed. We sat on the floor because there was not enough seating. We eventually had to squeeze into buses and drive around the tarmac to find a plane. We lost 5 bags in the process but eventually got them 2 days after arrival. the bags did not show up when we originally were told they would."
Výhody: "During my first flight from East Midlands England to Amsterdam I lost my baggage by another airlines and the KLM crew was very dedicated and supportive until they found it and check in for me... Many thanks and I wouldn't forget it."
