NEVER NEVER NEVER use Kayak to book your flight. Shitty things happen. You end up dealing with complete strangers. DO NOT DO IT !!!!
Nevýhody: "This is my first flight with Turkish Airlines. It is much better than every Europe Airline company. Until the Covid19 pandemic is over I will not fly to Europe with any European company. Turkish Airline are that good. On top of that you get to transport two big bags of luggage for free."

The only currency exchange is on the other side of passport control so you have to use one of the ATMs and they only give you $100. The staff is unprofessional and seems clueless when you ask them for help. The kiosks are a nightmare and working with them is worse than working with the people. They freeze, and glitch and many of them just flat out don't work. Probably one of the worst airports I've ever been to."

Also, to the other passengers, sit down until it’s your turn to exit. What is wrong with you that you can’t sit five more minutes? Be polite and let the people in front of you go first, let them have room to grab their bags instead of having your elbows in their face."

BT444, 18:30-19:50... he just stood there watching me struggle up the outside staircase into the plane with my suitcase... scolded me for bringing suitcase on board, argued with me, etc. (I've traveled the world and this suitcase is always brought on board)... he was not service-oriented or helpful. thankfully, other staff did help... but he left a bad taste in my mouth for this airline."

You have to pay now and you can take it up with the airline later." This will be a pain in the neck."

It become 12 hours traveling across 4 countries ( we arrived form Stockholm) instead of 5 hours flight as it was supposed to! I'm not recommending to travel with that company it can not be trusted!"

This was frustrating. Also the overhead bin lockers are very difficult to open"
Nevýhody: "For people who have Airbaltic as a connecting flight this might be very inconvenient. We paid 40 Eur/person each way for our luggage . That brings the price that you pay so much higher than you expect at first. Also if you don't print boarding pass ahead of time which we didn't (plus still needed to drop off checked luggage and check our passports) they want to charge you 30 Eur a person to print that drinking piece of paper. If you don't want to pay that get out of the line with all of you luggage, go to kiosk and print it, then come back to the line. But that's companies rules , employees just have to follow it. Another problem was their attitude. The guy who got our luggage was so weird. Showing off and talking to us like a boss. After giving us boarding passes he said we can go to the screen and look up the gate ourselves. I never write long reviews but man! they got me mad that day. Never say never - but I don't want to fly with this airline again"

Thus had to kneel in order to use. This booked by UIA, but the carrier was Air Baltic, which led to some confusion as to which airline to go to for boarding."

I couldn't figure out how to check baggage online through Kayak, and it cost €40 at the airport. It got me where I needs to go, but with the baggage fees, it turned out to be about the same price as other airlines, and I wouldn't recommend the planes for people with any flying anxiety."

Fly Dubai really need to communicate better with the customers when there is a problem.
Take too much time to get cpnnection flight. Did not get enough time toget refresh even for going rest room it is not enough time. For wheelchaor person like me face too much trouble. Idont wish to go next time in emirat and fly dubai. Not sugest any senior citizon to fly with this.

FlyDubai staff in general is less courteous and cooperative than emirates. 3. T2 is minimally maintained terminal with even basic amenities missing in some parts of terminal. 4. It also feels less secure."

I had to beg for a paltry cup of water that supposedly came with my flight. Fly Dubai is nothing near the service and reputation of Emerites. Other connecting airlines to Nepal are much better."

The plane wasn't ready/clean. Had to wait on said bus, packed like sardines for another 10-15 minutes. - Agents in Amman arrived late to the check-in desk and fumbled around for at least 10 minutes finding paper/logging-into the system etc. - MANY Customers stood up WAY before the pilot signaled it was safe. This has to be a safety regulation/problem. Flight attendants did nothing. - The screens/entertainment system on the flight didn't work. Absolutely useless."

They came once with the cart and charged even for water on a 4 hour flight. The expensive sandwich was old and stale. Entertainment system didn't work. I would avoid this airline at all cost."

Nevýhody: "You should warn people who are purchasing one ticket from two airlines about flydubai being a different terminal. It caused a great amount of stress to have to go through immigration, get my luggage, exchange money in order to pay for a taxi to get to the other terminal. I barely made my connection. I was not a happy customer yesterday."

Nevýhody: "As family we tend to buy luggage based on need with Credit card. They seem to block online checkin always for credit card payment. So even if you go 3 hours before flight the family cant get seats together. Than you go through drama of convincing people in flight to adjust."
Výhody: "Flydubai's price and direct flight options to otherwise-underserved destinations are great."
Nevýhody: "Flydubai has the least comfortable seats I've ever flown in. The pitch and width are well below-average. Baggage allowances are low compared to other airlines. This was my 5th Flydubai flight and I have not had an in-seat entertainment screen that worked yet. The food options are limited, and they're usually out of stock."

Výhody: "The terminal we were waiting in, not organised well, very messy, smelling very bad except in lounge that Cost 40$ for 2 hours with discount. So I'm having a layover 12 hours, I pay 240$ just I can sit in a non smelling place and eat some food. Adjust some of these and would be great. Other terminals have so much to offer in same airport, over rated Dubai airport."

Nevýhody: "While passengers were clearly notified about new lap top/ tablet ban, many passengers appeared to disregard and still showed up with these items as carry on in Dubai? All the boxing and shrink wrapping apparently caused a 1.5 hour boarding delay, which isn"t fair to those who follow instructions. Even the pilot blamed American government? Why can"t people listen.? This rule was well publicized in media."

Výhody: "The flight from Kuwait to Dubai was great. On time and well organized."
Nevýhody: "As a frequent traveller I understand that delays are just part of air travel. However, my flight from Dubai to Kuwait on Fly Dubai demonstrated just how disorganized and bungled an airline can truly be. The aircrew and staff did their best under incredibly stressful circumstances and were incredibly professional. However, I have never seen logistics messed up so badly. It would be one thing to cancel and reschedule a flight for later in the day but to leave people stranded for 4 hours on the Tarmac, to take them off the plane and go back through screening to wait again at the same gate with no answers or announcements is just horrible mismanagement. My flight left 8 hours after its scheduled departure but the only updates we got were "15 more minutes", "20 more minutes", etc. while we queued up for HOURS. In the future, I'll pay the extra money to never fly with them again."
Výhody: "there was nothing special to like words "cheap airlines" got a really true meaning with Flydubai i will use then only if there will be no other possibility it is not about the crew it is about the "politics" of it"
Nevýhody: "i am 6'8 tall so normal seats are not for me just wondering why having a free row ( no 15) of exit seats in the flight from Dubai to Zanzibar i needed to pay for it and on my way back row 15 was free of charge? one way charge one way not? something is far from easy to understand..and why having a combined flights (Emirates and Flydubai) i couldnt check in online? and will i get any response?"
