Once you finally get your sticker from them it’s a quick trip through customs. Then the pain really begins with a security scan st each individual gate to enter a boarding area for the plane. Then I was pulled for extra security where a male agent touched my but with some sort of swab with no warning. He then claimed to not speak English (with zero accent when I asked him a question). It was a humiliating and very long process all run by delta!"

Despite a few hours delayed (because the airport was closed due to the storm), the flight was still schedule to leave! I was very happy about that. They did issue waivers for those who could not make the later time. Once delta got the ok to fly.. The flight left the gate very fast and we arrived and exited the plane super fast too. The process was so efficient and quick, I did not feel the waiting period. The flight attendance were so happy and positive, they made he flight very enjoyable. Great job delta!"
Nevýhody: "Tray table was broken, I was downgraded from Comfort plus to main cabin after a plane swap with no mention by anyone and no compensation. Flight was delayed 45 minutes because a flight attendant was running late and then to top it off, at the end of. The flight the attendants blocked anyone fromaim cabin from leaving until all of first class had departed, even when no one was coming they still Blocked it off. This is a practice I have never seen on delta and haven't seen in aviation in almost 20 years in the US"

Food was the most mediocre I have experienced on a transatlantic flight. Crew and staff were superb. Comfort was OK. For the first time ever, my luggage was misplaced between Lufthansa change of flight number and a replacement United flight.

When I asked her if there was anything else she said that was the soonest flight she could find. When I checked my self I found and booked a flight for the 23rd. Nevýhody: "Prague to London flight First I was surprised and disappointed to find out there were so many extra fees. They get you to buy the ticket with a cheaper price and then hit you with all the extra fees e.g. choosing a seat, luggage, food, drinks, you will pay for everything except the flight. The second thing is that when I did go to the BA website on 5 different occasions to pay for my luggage and in order to get a cheaper rate for doing it online before check-in, it gave me a message that the site to do it was not working and that I needed to pay for it at the airport check-in. When I went to check-in at the airport the ticket agent seemed annoyed that I had luggage to check in when I hadn't registered it online. When I told her that the site was down and I wasn't able to do it before hand, she showed no sympathy or understanding. Instead she proceeded to charge me for checking my luggage. It was an outrageous amount of over $80 USD. I have never in all my travels around the world been charged for my luggage. I only travel with one carry on and one medium size check luggage because of my extensive travel. I know charging for luggage may be something more airlines will start doing but I did not think that BA would be one of them. I also would have appreciated some compensation for theirsite being down and not being able to get a discount on the fee because I couldn’t check it online. I am extremely disappointed with my BA experience and will never fly with them again. That is unfortunate for them since I am in the process of traveling around the world for the next few years while writing a travel blog and book. I will definitely publish my review and experience in detail, which I am sure will influence my readers and followers."
Nevýhody: "flight delayed over 1.25 hours because we missed our runway time due to being "unable to get a head count" of the people that are on board. This should be embarrassing for BA. And i don't understand how after all the security, boarding pass and passport checks that you do not have an accurate head count of your passangers. Thus I missed my connecting flight and had to wait over 4 hours for another and got a measly 10 Euros as compensation. Also, they don't even give water for free, and a 200ml juice costs 1.5 Euros which a) its bad juice and b) overpriced. All food you now pay extra for, and they didnt even make it in time to the last few rows so even if Id want to purchase something, I couldn't."

Nevýhody: "plane from Prague to Philly is ancient, still has the drop-down screens from 1981 and the radio station dial for listening in, but that didn't even matter as the video system was down for half the flight. No electrical charging capability unless you carry a car adapter with you. Overhead space was tiny. At least they had headrests, which is weird since the seats are obviously 30+ years old. Business class and first have been upgraded with new features."
Nevýhody: "4 hours delayed"
Výhody: "Didn’t care about passengers comfort. Never turned on the AC."
Výhody: "We always have a good trip in American Airlines. Is better now that they have the same rate from PBI and FLL"
Nevýhody: "We will love when they have Admiral club in PBI"
Nevýhody: "Old overhead monitors for movies. Audio did not work at my seat."
Výhody: "The crew members were friendly."
Nevýhody: "Everything. The outdated planes need to be renovated with seatback screens. The entertainment featured on the aisle screens were unappealing. The economy seats are smaller than on other planes we've flown in; my husband could not fit his legs in his own leg area and was miserable the entire flight. And lastly, the plane was freezing, even after turning off the air overhead. Everyone around me was huddled under their skinny blankets shivering."
Výhody: "There was ample food."
Nevýhody: "No individual tvs or phone chargers or in flight wifi available. Flight was delayed. Luggage was emptied onto a different carousel instead of the one that was posted. There was no announcement made of the carousel change."
Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed due to weather"
Výhody: "Quick and efficient boarding, on time, when I asked at the gate for a window seat, I was accommodated. The food was very tasty and the flight attendants pleasant. Overall happy with this flight!"
Nevýhody: "It is impossible to sit comfortably due to the headrest that pushed my head forward regardless how I positioned it and removing it was impossible. There were no individual screens with in-flight entertainment and although I usually read or sleep, I can see how it would bother someone."
Výhody: "Arrived a little early and without incident."
Nevýhody: "Flight attendant had a problem with my wife asking for Coke Zero. There was one can left and she was reluctant to serve it to her."
Výhody: "Everything except TSA, my daughter 14, had a precheck. TSA sent her through, and made me go in separate much slower lne. She was upset and scared, which upset me."
Výhody: "Liked the crew. The flight was on time and went as expected. We are safe and happy so can’t get much better right?"
Nevýhody: "Didn’t like the credit card advertising announcement over the intercom and then again by the crew. The lack of food and snack options was pretty sad but that’s par for the course nowadays. One of my pet peeves: People boarded with out verification of their boarding pass location. By the time we boarded, 90% of the plane was loaded and we were in the middle. Luckily that had no impact but annoying bc people are trying to get their overhead bins before they run out, which they did."
Výhody: "Easy to check in before trip, curb side check in is amazing, staff was super helpful. Flight attendants were so nice. Overall great flying experience"
Výhody: "Free movies, and crew were helpful once we were in the air"
Nevýhody: "Gate agent did not start forcing check in, which caused delay in boarding. Ground crew did not stock aircraft until 20 minutes after scheduled departure time. and DFW did the usual 20 minute taxi and then 15 minute hold prior to take off."

Nevýhody: "One half hour before boarding we learned there was a delay. Obviously, American Airlines knew way before this time of the delay. At 6:00 p.m we were told they were bringing another plane from the hanger. The plane showed up around 9:00 p.m ... must be a long trip from the hanger. Then we were told they are waiting on a rear flight crew from another flight. After getting the rear flight crew, we were told that the front flight crew "timed out" and they had to look for other pilots. Needles to say after arriving at West Palm Beach at 1:00 in the morning...about four hours late the passengers were all devastated. American could have orchestrated this so much better"

Výhody: "My two Grandchildren and Daughter and Son in Law were bumped from first class due to change in equipment. There was no refund or other compensation offered at the gate. Agent said to contact AA customer service."
Nevýhody: "After having my flight delayed 4 hours causing me to miss my connection, I was placed stand by on a different flight through another city so I could try and make it home on time. I was the first person in line for stand by, but the flight was full so I knew it was a long shot. Waiting at the gate, I was excited because one person didn't show and they were giving him a two minute wait time before I could board. During this wait time a woman passenger came over and said she had just been given a ticket change at the gate counter. The agent at the gate was furious because the flight was sold out and said the woman should not have received a ticket, but should have been placed on stand by. She went over and scolded the other agent for this mistake. Okay, so she should've been placed on STAND BY behind me in line. After the unprofessional arguing between the two agents, they both admitted it was a mistake and she should be second in line for stand by, BUT they did not honor this and placed her on the plane bumping me. Needless to say, I missed my connecting flight because of this and extremely inconvenienced my family and in addition had to pay an extra 75 dollars out of my pocket to keep my dogs at their kennel an extra night because I arrived home 5 hours after expected. I understand that flights end up getting delayed and the agents are doing the best they can to accommodate travelers, but admitting a mistake and not fixing it to make it right is unacceptable. I notified American Airlines of my situation and only received a form letter with enough miles to get me 1/8 of a flight. I don't even care about the miles because I don't plan to ever fly with them again, I want the money for the dog kennel I had to pay extra. I was visiting my husband who serves in the US Army causing separation from our family for long periods of time and this extra headache and expense due to the mistake of American Airlines was disheartening."
Výhody: "We were able to board first. The round trip flight was overall amazing. American Airlines is awesome when it comes to active duty flying. When try let him board early and took his luggage they also did the same for me as his wife and it was a great experience to know they care for both of us."
Nevýhody: "I didn't like the lady we sat next to! But you can't help that. So you all did amazing!"

Výhody: "The TIMING AND ATMOSPHERE"
First off, I don’t know if it was for branding purposes but this was NOT an “Air Canada” booking. Both departure and return flights were operated by United Airlines. This made the boarding process confusing and annoying, having to switch terminals in haste. I was even late for my departure flight in Chicago due to the confusion which resulted in a re-booking. Make the process easier in the booking email/app as to how to properly check-in/where to go for United Airlines flights under the Air Canada brand. Even the flight # provided were both different under UA. This was subpar service!
Nevýhody: "it took a very long time for take off, and de freezing. That should have been done prior because it made our flight very late arriving in toronto"
Výhody: "It's a direct flight."
Nevýhody: "Everything - the plane was last updated in 1989 (you can still see where the cathode ray screens were bolted to the central overhead bins), the entertainment is laughable, several didn't work - passengers were given choice of putting up with that or getting off flight. A flight to endure, not enjoy"
Výhody: "We arrived safely"
Nevýhody: "Flight was 3 hours late. Crew was disorganized & inefficient. Announcements were repetive & not helpful. Waited 2-1/2 hours on plane before departure because crew was terribly ineffective boarding passengers that were re-routed from another flight. No weather or mechanical issues, bad decisions."

Výhody: "The best thing about the flight was the flight attendant Eric. He went out of his way to make everyone’s flight good. He was very professional and friendly."

Nevýhody: "Air Canada did everything wrong except for the actual flying of planes. Repeated delays and cancellations with NO organization or communication to the passengers. I made it to my final destination 24 hours later than original itinerary, almost all of which was spent in airport lines. My bag didn't arrive until 5 days later...on the wrong porch."
Nevýhody: "I was sat next to a dementia patient who were urinating on himself and the seat all over. I endured the smell for 10 hrs. The crew gave me a mask for it. No accommodations. I did not eat or drink obviously. He had been given special accommodation or sat with a caretaker"
Výhody: "Had loads if room and was early to arrive"
Nevýhody: "Uncomfortable sears. WiFi didnt work"

Výhody: "Oft times Air Canada crews can be a bit less than friendly/hospitable but this crew were smiling, friendly and I thought very above average for an Air Canada crew"

Nevýhody: "Grateful that the online entertainment works on the taxi as West Palm delayed our departure by over 30 minutes."
Výhody: "long delay with no explanation, surly staff, poor communication"
Nevýhody: "They had known about a mechanical issue all day and did not notify anyone until 1 hour before departure. They ultimately had to get another plane but only after >4hr delay. Seems to me like delay could have been avoided or at least predicted so we could have made appropriate arranements. Big domino effect of inconvenience on the last day of the year makes for very bad experience."
Výhody: "I breathe threw my neck & I'm used to putting the air blower on my neck for extra air. These planes had none. We were surprised. And room between the seats was tight."
Výhody: "The flight was exactly as scheduled."
Nevýhody: "Poor room service, no TV for 10 h long flight, meals were small and not tasty, wine or beer has to be bought. Parents with little babies were sitting in all passengers area. I was hungry and tired after this flight."
Nevýhody: "Delayed 3 hours"
Nevýhody: "I've never been on a transatlantic flight that didn't offer a drink with dinner. Plus, not having a TV screen for passenger's entertainment is out dated. Time to upgrade these planes, or don't use them for long haul flights"
Výhody: "They were quick to bring meals and snacks. Friendly and accommodating flight crew."
Nevýhody: "For a 9 hour flight, I would have preferred a heads up that there is no in-flight entertainment and you need to have a charged device of your own with the Air Canada app pre-installed. And if you didn't get that memo and you have an Apple device, you're out of luck. Otherwise you can rent an iPad for $10. The chairs were thin and flimsy making it difficult to sleep. And unfortunately we got a "window seat" that did not have a window. It was very disappointing."
Nevýhody: "Missed my conection flight Bitirsh airline miss id someone at boarding process , let fly under my name to budapest. Huge securty mistake. I stock in London for 6 hours. My luggage was not locatible for the airlines. No compensation was offered"

Filthy bathrooms on plane Typical bad airline food; couldn't even break apart dinner roll it was so rubbery. No individual movie screens, had to use your own mobile device and earphones or pay $10 to use an ipad provided by the plane to access in-flight network. Overall very disappointing service. Expected much more from Air Canada."

Výhody: "The commuter terminal in Toronto is a bit of a pit. Basically a glorified hallway, which gets pretty chaotic while you are waiting for your flight, and others are queuing up. For anyone with mobility challenges it is a long hike from the main terminal."

Nevýhody: "Air Canada cancelled a flight from New Orleans to Toronto causing our entire itinerary to be rebooked and without a replacement flight. We ended up not getting the Air Canada flight back and having to go with United"

Nevýhody: "Tried to signal stewards for another beverage but got no response. Lack of customer service."

Nevýhody: "Crew was strangely inflexible about rules that I had not encountered before- being only in ticketed seat until at altitude (the flight was very empty), only specific headphones during takeoff & ascent, no headphones or electronic devices at all during final descent and landing."
