Had 3 different changes of hands then still did not get us to the right terminal, had to run to make the flight! Is that how you treat a 86 years old traveler?"

Not sure what I had, as it did not taste like BBQ chicken, and it did not look like the food my neighbor had (which looked like 2 mini pizzas). I chose not to complain about my food. It appeared passengers were keeping the cabin crew very busy. By taste, I could not tell what it was and I could only eat half. Not usual for Lufthansa food."

When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

The woman got up to get her stuff out of the overhead compartment even though we were told to stay seated. At no point did any of the crew members do anything in regards to this family and their disruptive actions."

When you enter Terminal 1, you have to turn left and walk about 150 meters to an "assistance station" to get a wheelchair before you even check in for the flight. So for me it was walk 150 meters to wait for a wheelchair, be wheeled back to the airline's desk to check in, then go back the way you came to pass through security. (By the way, in the UK, you must remove all gels for a separate inspection, meaning toothpaste and shampoo, and they must be 100ml or less, or else you must check the bag.) After that rigmarole, you don't even go to the gate, because the flight doesn't have a gate assignment until about 35 minutes before departure. Then I had to climb stairs to get to the cabin. Shouldn't an airport in a market this large have jet bridges for every flight?"

Nevýhody: "Checking in for an EasyJet flight is always challenging because I travel predominantly on Delta(Sky Team) or American Airlines(One World) and I am Diamond Medallion or Executive Platinum respectively. I am allowed 3 bags at 70 lbs, however I am aware that most European Airlines only allow 23 kilos. EasyJet has lowered their allowance to 20 kilos causing me to have to repack in th middle of check in and move items over to my carry on. It is just a big headache and really puts a damper on the travel mood especially for the price of the tickets. Additionally the seats did not recline."

The rest of the world can give the gate well ahead of time, why can't Britain do the same?"

I was given a hard time during check in regarding their sizes, i knew i had to check the 3rd bag and was charged 47 euros. Then when waiting to board, was asked if they could check my other 2 for free cuz they ran out of cabin space! Seriously? You made me pay 50$ to check 1, then want to check my other "approved" ones for free cuz you ran out of cabin space? Just spend the 50$ extra and book with a better organized airline"

Nevýhody: "They made us wait until 15:30 to board our flight, although our flight was supposed to leave at 15:40. When we finally arrived in Rome they lost our luggage and didn't give me any explanation. Our flight was supposed to arrive at 21:15 but didn't arrive until 21:45. We waited and waited for almost 2 hours. Finally our luggage was on the belt and no one told us that it was even there just let us wait until someone noticed."

Salimos desde la sala de espera, nos movilizaron en un autobús, que duró mucho tiempo en partir ya con las personas sobre él, y con las puertas abiertas. Después, la salida del autobús y el abordaje, lloviendo, fue muy desorganizada."

After heading down what seems like a boarding ramp you go outside, then into a holding pen. It’s a giant metal shed that looks like it was made for cattle. Then after standing there for 30-40 minutes, you go outside again to board the plan. On board, there were no amenities, but that was expected."
Nevýhody: "The crew were soooo rude to everyone! Their card machine to buy drinks wasn’t working so they had to take cash but they didn’t have change! They charged 4 pounds for water. Then they were selling scratch tickets AND perfume and jewelry! THEY EVEN SPRAYED PURFUME ON THE PLANE! It gave me such a trrrible headache and made me even more nauseous than I already was from the flight!!! So smelly!!! The seats didn’t recline And my husbands seat was ripped. So terrible all around!!!"

The price of the flights are not worth being delayed by 2 or 3 hours especially if you have somewhere to be. If you have no other choice, then make sure you purchase priority booking!"
Nevýhody: "While going through security, Ryan Air misplaced my husband's shoes, which caused us to miss our flight. We then had to paid €100 each to get on a flight to Manchester 2.5 hours later & then we had to take 2 trains from Manchester to Liverpool We missed our tour in Liverpool & had to pay £45 for it anyway."

Nevýhody: "Once we finally got through the archaic baggage drop and security lines, we found ourselves in the tiniest terminal with essentially standing room only. Flight was then delayed by 1 hour. Once Boarding was announced we waited in line for about 30 minutes before they started letting people through only to wait another 30 minutes in a hot corridor (major fire hazard) awaiting a bus to drive us about 100 feet to our plane. It really was a circus, there were about 10 buses that kept circling around the tarmac in front of us, stopping in front of our boarding line, doors open, then inexplicably the bus would take off without anyone on board. We finally boarded a bus and were driven right in front of our plane, yet for unknown reasons we were kept on the bus in about 85 degree weather with no AC or ventilation for 20 minutes!!! There were people boarding the plane as we waited in the hotbox and there was no obvious reason as to why they wouldn't open the doors. People began slowly panicking, one woman was hyperventilating because it was so hot and the air was suffocating. Suddenly doors opened and we boarded plane with no explanation. To make matters worse the AC did not appear to be working on the flight, it was quite warm and humid on the already uncomfortable Ryanair flight with non-reclining seats or free water. NEVER AGAIN!"

Nevýhody: "I don't understand Ryanair policy on random seat assignment. It delays boarding while passengers negotiate on swapping seats. I guess it's just a cynical ploy to extract more money, like the privileged boarding scam. In Palma, the departure board went from Delayed to Boarding without any announcements. The plane was late arriving and the crew blamed the ground staff. The ground staff were certainly slow coming to the plane at Stansted. I wonder if they are disenchanted with Ryanair too. We will actively avoid Ryanair where possible, and advise others to do so."
Nevýhody: "I used my carry on suitcase for a Ryanair flights in Brussels and for multiple other flights with other airlines and had no issues. At Ciampino they told me my bag was too large and forced me to pay 50 euro to bring the bag on. I explained to them I've had no problems prior to this flight and they did not seem to care. I won't be flying Ryanair again."

Eventually, they forced us to buy brand new tickets or we would have missed our flight."

If you can fly a different airline do so! I think quite possibly these aircrafts are over due to be retired and the company does not maintain the safety of them."
Nevýhody: "When I bought a Czech Air flight, I thought I was getting Czech Air- but no, it was SmartWings, their budget buddy whose seats are literally squeezed together from all directions. Do not fly this airline if you are anything but short and skinny. There are zero amenities for free- which, again, would not have been the case on Czech Airlines. The nonchalant crew attitude from start to finish did not help the experience, nor did the lack of signage to find the airline's check in at Gatwick.."
Nevýhody: "They checked us into the wrong gate. We then had to walk upast and down stairs and across the tarmac to get on the plane. My husband have low blood pressure problems and problems with stairs. There was no consideration."

Nevýhody: "*The online check in didn't work, so I wasn't sure if I actually had a flight until I got to the airport. *Upon arriving at the airport, the flight number had changed, which added to confusion. *Upon boarding aircraft, I realized I was assigned row 32... in a 25 row plane. I guess I was the first to realize this, as when I pointed it out to a flight attendant, she conferred briefly with a coworker and then they declared it was open seating. *The beverage service took so long that they never got to my row."
Nevýhody: "totally fine for a week end trip when you don't need much luggage. I wouldn't fly if luggage is an issue or on a flight longer than 2 hours as it's a discount airline and space is limited onboard."
