The only thing I like was the chocolate handed out at the end of the journey."

My seating assignment was separated from my wife. I was told they could not move me. I was originally set to be seated next to a young mother and baby. I switched with her husband and another passenger to be seated next to my wife. Why do I need to arrange a seating assignment that should have been obvious? Plus they did not credit me with my mileage. Thanks, never again."

No smile, no addressing passenger by name, all the service was done in a rush and a totally weird manner. The food is not very much to my liking since it heavily consisted of cheese, and there is literally no choice for you to get away with that. Having a traditional Turkish menu is great at one hand, but in this case it was a huge no-no."

Also in Boston the called all the family with children from business AND from economy to board first the we the Business we started to boarded after which was one hour after boarding time. Also mt destination country was not in the list of countries and there was no way to fill it in. The check- in agent in Cairo was cheeky and unhelpful. I was told I couldn't get the aisle seat assignment that I had selected online when attempting to do the online check in. The crew also stated I couldn't switch to an aisle seat because " we are completely booked" although all 3 rows in front of me had empty aisle seats all the way from Cairo to Frankfurt so I was stuck in a middle seat which the person in front completely reclining their seat for 4 hrs. At 5'10" it was not only uncomfortable but a painful flight. Things improved somewhat from Frankfurt to Miami but was still pretty tight due to the reclining seats. Luckily I got an aisle seat on that leg and the middle seat next to me was open. There was no entertainment on the Cairo to Frankfurt leg."

Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

I could not store my belongings near me. No power outlet to charge my devices for my own entertainment on a 7 hour flight. Dealing with constant traffic for the bathroom. I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

Nevýhody: "Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Ground staff in Marseiile great but gate crew didn't control carry on baggage and many of us could not use overhead bins because of passengers who stowed more than one and often oversized suitcases above, so we and many others had to place carry on suitcases under seat. Attendant on plane totally unhelpful and could have rearranged a few bags to make room but preferred to stay in back of plane and talk. To be fair, rest of flight was pleasant although late due in part to boarding issues."

There was a disgusting stench of sewerage for the complete flight from Amsterdam to Johannesburg. This was in all likelihood due to the broken toilet on the left side."

The agent was anything but friendly and said she was not able to send my carry-on directly to Bilbao (she gave me no reason) and that I would have to re-check my bags, go through customs and security in Prague. She knew I had 1.5 hrs between flights, and the risk of losing my flight was pretty high. He agent could only said “sorry” and she would not offer me a solution. The agent next to her could care less about my situation. I asked her who should I contact if lose my flight (i.e. Aeroflot, Czech Airlines, etc) she kept saying “I don’t know, I’m sorry). I asked for my carry-on, but she would not return it. I called Aeroflot customer service, but they were not helpful and a bit rude. To make things worst, the agent placed me in the very last seat in the airplane, so I had to wait a good 20min to de board- time that I didn’t have. I paid so much for his flight and this was not the service that I expected. The only reason I made it to my second flight (Prague-Bilbao) was because the flight was delayed."

On most of the occasions the parents should have been given some guidance as their behaviour was intolerant towards other passengers. Unfortunately, there was no support from crew members on this."

An agent met us with our boarding passes printed and gave us an expedited slip that allowed us to get through the lines faster. Because of that we made it to our connecting flight."
Nevýhody: "The airlines lost our luggage at the end of the flight. Because of this we had to stand in line and subsequently missed our bus home. The next one came an 90 minutes later. The luggage has been gone more than 24 hours already and still not returned."

In flight food special meal Asian vegetarian was the worst food I had. Air hostess were very rude and unprofessional, brought me non veg meals instead despite of special requests. Both of my flights were delayed which made me miss my connections delaying my trip by 1 day and missing my other connections which made me incur a loss of more than $200. The remuneration I was given for meals was enough for just 2 chocolates a meal."
