Many economy class passengers queued there and at the end they were all redirected to check-in desk #3, as that was designated for Economy class passengers (however not any Lufthansa sign was shown above. When I mentioned to the ground crew (Celebi) that they should improve signs and not mishandle travellers, the person in charge (Nikolett Magyar) said to me arrogantly that they are right, and nothing they would do to improve the signs and passengers' information. This is far what I expect from LH representative, even if subcontracted and not an employee. That behaviour made my journey sour as travelling - especially with not a budget airline - is not just getting from A to B, but an experience which is worth to remember for good reasons, but not certainly for bad ones."

I felt disappointed since I had a long trip ahead of me, and I know that I, just like all the other passengers, had paid for the flight that should include the meal as well. Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

Note that on the JFK-BUD-JFK route, LOT subcontracts to a low-cost Portuguese airline, so this plane isn't configured for a trans-Atlantic flight, at least not for a minimal level of comfort. Never again. Pay more for a decent seat on another carrier! And take a large bottle of water, as they're not at all generous with the water, soda, and juice. My seatmate and I were parched and couldn't wait to clear customs so as to buy a bottle of water."

For a flight from Paris to LAX, you'd think there'd be some kind of entertainment and yet we had nothing but a really old tv. There were no USB charging ports. Everything was so loud. I've been flying for years and I've never had anything as bad as this. Somebody puked on the bathroom door and the crew just put a blanket down to cover it up. Everything smelled. AND ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT, they charged me 80 euros for 1 checked bag. Meals were 45 euros EACH WAY and for a glorified tv dinner and a snack. Not worth it in anyway. I've never been more dissatisfied with a flight in my life."

Access to Terminal F thru the long Passport line was EXTREMELY slow. The gate was crowded and we had to sit on the floor with many others. Then, they cleared the whole area for a security scan and we all re-queued up again. Once boarding began it wasn't much better, with a long wait in the access tunnel. I liked Norwegian Air, but will try to avoid Oslo in the future."

Nevýhody: "We did a transfer flight from Split, Croatia. We had a 3 hour layover and we were told we would not be able to get our seats from our flight from Norway to New York until 5 minutes before boarding. The process was so flawed that there was no organization, and half the people in line suffered the same problems being there was no transfer station to pick up boarding passes with 3 hours left to board. I traveled with a party of 6 fairly sized people, 4 of which were relegated to middle seats for an 8 hour flight, had they just let us pick our transfer seats earlier on I'm sure this could have been avoided. They do not know how to board, and they let everyone run through the gate at the same time. It may have been the sloppiest boarding I have ever seen. Not to mention they took forever to board us and the flight took off an hour after it was supposed to. I wouldn't suggest flying Norwegian Air to many people, I did not enjoy my experience."

Then after standing there for 30-40 minutes, you go outside again to board the plan. On board, there were no amenities, but that was expected."

Very loud speakers inside, the seating is very uncomfortable, small legspace and also you cannot put even your glasses in front of you because of lack of storage place. long walking to and from the plane, and you have to wait for ages in front ot the checking desk, than in the hot bus down. Overall totally inhuman experience."

Board the plane, taxing to runway told we will be flying into Gatwick not Stansted, not other info given. When asking flight attendants, told they had no info either and also had been delayed ( I still can't get over how rude staff were). Just before landing announced that it had all been sorted and there would be coaches taking us to the correct airport. This was a lie! Nothing put on at at 4am we were expected to sort our own transport back to the correct airport. Never again will I fly with an airline that fails to fulfil their contract. Despicable."
