Emirates was top class. Clean flights, rich ambience, helpful crew, good food. Entertainment was subpar. Seat cushion was not at its best. A lot of movement by Cabin Crew, causing continuous sleep interruptions (Aisle seat is not the best option).

Nevýhody: "The interior of the 777-300 was outdated, especially knowing that 777's have gone through an interior overhaul, so I was unfortunate to not be on of those refurbished planes. The food and the Virgin Mojito was not the best as I did expect it to better considering this was a business class. And the ICE tablet and its remote is not the most userfriendly nor responsive to use, as it does get a bit fiddly."

Výhody: "I recently booked a flight on Qatar first, to Ko Samui, Thailand. When I got on the plane, I asked the flight attendant to please be careful when he pushed the cart down the aisle because the last time I flew, the flight attendant smashed the cart into my elbow and drew blood. The flight attendant laughed at me, so I told him, calmly, that if it happened again, I would sue the airline. He didn't like that, and so for the next ten minutes he sent three different flight attendants over to ask me crazy questions like, "Do you have anything you would like to tell us?" I have no idea what this was about. Eventually, I was told to get off the plane, which ended up costing me over $1,500 in transportation, hotel, and new flight (on Emirates) fees. It was and still is a nightmare because my vacation has been ruined due to having no money. I'm a master's-degree-holding English teacher of 11 years with no history of ever having been asked to get off of a plane for any reason, and no, I was not drunk because while waiting for my luggage to be returned, had a conversation with three Boston airport police officers who did not arrest me or even understand why I had been kicked off of my flight. Nor did I speak a single profane word to the Qatar flight attendants or security, and of course, I did not use violence or resist when I was told to get off the plane. Unlike Qatar's staff, the Boston police officers were very polite and understanding. Emirates, on the other hand, was a completely different story. They were great. The staff was friendly, and when I was sleeping, they didn't send their staff over to harass me. I have flown on Emirates, Qatar, and Ethihad many times, and I truly don't understand why Qatar's staff have been instructed by their managers that it is okay to lose long-time customers and kick professional teachers off of their planes just because they think I wasn't perfectly sweet and nice to them all the time. I am an American, and in my country we have freedom of expression and speech, as long as that speech does not indicate violent intentions or use profanity or insults. Basically, I felt as though I was in a country with no rights to free speech at all. Presently I am having my lawyer work up legal documents for Qatar to get my money back and to reimburse me for travel and hotel expenses, as well as having to take two extra days off of work to reschedule my flight. I truly believe in the transparency of the travel industry through using comments like those I am making you readers aware of right now, and I assume you will benefit from this rhetorical question/advice: Emirates and Ethihad are sometimes a little more expensive than Qatar on certain flights, but is it really worth it to risk having Qatar take your money and make you miss your flight for no reason? Is it acceptable for an airline operating in the USA to deprive Americans of their right to express concern to the flight attendants on their plane?"
Nevýhody: "I've never flown Emirates and boarding section of the trip was very confusing. There was no audible instructions and they used flip-boards to indicate which group should be boarding. It was very difficult to see the flip-boards since the attendants holding them up were around 5'2". All was well once i got on the plane."

We had to wait for our neighbors to step out of their seat and take advantage to do the same. Felt very claustrophobic. Service was not good, we rang the bell several times to get some help and no one came to our assistance and we gave up after that. The crew told us they had run out of some juices that we would have liked."

WHen landed in DXB, There was a long walk form the plane to the gate where you can find a stroller in the airport( which is only a single stroller) and having 3 kids which does not help. Why not give strollers at gate just like all other airlines! I was prepared and had the double stroller with me! Never again on Emirates with kids!"
Nevýhody: "Crew woke us up to ask us if we wanted food. I've only ever been woken up before for safety reasons (seat belts, etc) We were not impressed with the arrival in Dubai. We came in a large plane and had to deplane very far from the terminal onto buses, down a long set of stairs. They did not send enough buses so we waited on the hot outside stairs for about 15 minutes. It took us a full 45+ minutes from landing to get to the actual terminal. We were grateful we had a long layover or we would not have made our connecting flight!"

Nevýhody: "I was not allowed onto this flight (Dubai to Hong Kong) because my previous flight (London to Dubai) was a little late, but I made it to the gate before it was closed. My fellow passengers from my flight were also not allowed onto the plane, and while we were arguing (including being told that the plane was full) other passengers from an even later flight were allowed on board! Instead I had to wait many hours in the terminal (because apparently there were no hotel rooms available!?) to get a flight to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (!!!?) where I could get a Cathay flight to Hong Kong. This meant I arrived 14 hours later than scheduled. Absolutely abysmal service, with no sympathy and no responsibility from any employees."
Výhody: "I love the fact that the crew is quite so international -- and that they all wear small flag pins to tell you where they come from! They were very good with the children -- and I loved the fact tht they came round and took polaroid photos of passengers - particularly the families!"

At one point she vomited and there was an attendant near us and granted that it was time for take off and no one can be standing up but after that she didn't even offered anything to clean up or ask us if everything is alright and she even had the look of disgust on her face while she was sitting down. All throughout the duration of the flight no one go for the extra mile to assist me as I was alone with a toddler. I have to ask for the bassinet 3x and it took them a long time. No one gave us the toddler meal which I ordered previously. I thought emirates was a better airline than qatar airways but I was gravely mistaken. Even China southern can do better than that. Horrible."

Nevýhody: "I didn't like the fact that some passengers can get drunk during the flight and that they can drink as much alcohol as they can. On the road behind me there were three Arabic guys who were really loud, noisy and impolite during the whole flight. One of them was constantly punching my seat the whole flight and even when I asked him politely to stop he didn't. Instead, he smiled at my face. I told the stewardess about that, but she also didn't do anything. She continued bringing them beers. The floor under their feet was full of empty beer cans. They had at least 20 cans of beer, and after that some wine. I think you should put some restrictions on the allowed alcohol amount per passenger. Wifi is never working!"

Checkin was greuling slow and an excruciating experience at the Indira Gandhi international airport. There were only 4 windows open to check in 300 passengers. It took me 50 mins to get to the window. I was there 3+ hours before departure time upon arrival from my domestic flight that arrived on Terminal 2. Security took another hour and no one from the flight ground staff came looking for me to expedite my security unlike the KLM staff. KLM staff was looking for their passengers going to Frankfurt in the security and immigration area for a good half hour. Also, I tried multiple times the day of my flight to WEB CHECKIN. the Qatar website and APP didn't let me do that either. I nearly missed my flight and was the last one to board!!!! I hope the airlines adapts to handle larger volume of passengers given the type of Airport rules and regulations. For example, IGA at New Delhi has an additional Immigration step before security that added an additional 45 min to my time to board the plane. Thank you and I hope a real human actually reads this survey response and it doesn't end up being processed by a computer bot that lacks human compassion and emotional IQ.

Inaccurate flight time, need to improve customer service. It’s better for them to spend money on hiring professional staff instead of spending money on expensive ads.

In the new seat, the entertainment system worked, but the seat didn't recline, and I had to change seats again - from an initially allotted aisle seat, to a middle seat. Also, the food service time was weird - we got a full lunch about an hour before we landed, which didn't make sense, and had to wait almost 5 - 6 hours between brunch and our next meal - a movie snack. Most passengers were famished by the time the lunch was served. Also, why was there no wifi?"

I also never get good dessert :( luckily, the cabin crew giving out food still had some other food I could eat so I just gave back my special meal which was cold and unappetizing."

My disturbance with what I experience as sexist, worsened each time I saw this. Luckily I learnt how to fast forward, but the sexism of this left me disturbed. so although in reality much of your service is excellent, this advertising of a sexist world view was too disturbing to ignore. I hope my comments are helpful to you in considering that many women in the world now expect their fathers to consider passing on a fair share of their resources to their daughters as well."

Customer service was lacking. Crew members were quite rude when we asked for alternate food options, even though we were asking to pay for food that they had listed in their in-flight purchase menu. None of the items for purchase were even available according to the crew and they weren't the least bit apologetic about it. When they were handing out breakfast boxes and we asked what was inside, they said we don't know, you can check yourselves. Overall, were unhappy with the service and will most probably avoid flying with the airline in the future.

Nevýhody: "We had to pay extra for checked baggage which were not aware of earlier. The counter person told us we could have saved if we purchased it earlier online and would have saved us 15 euros per person"

Nevýhody: "At checkin in Miami, Agent at the counter was utmost arrogant with no customer skills whatsoever, lack of manners, the whole counter operated like some bad dream circus. Luggage fee you learn about at checkin is the cheapest scam ever!"
Výhody: "The staff was kind and polite and the flight was on time and without occurrences. The entertainment was good."
Nevýhody: "The seats were really uncomfortable, the food was just ok and they did not advertise the shrimps to the allergics, the beverages were rare for a flight so long, so we got headaches and dehydration. The price to dispatch the luggage and to book the seats in advance was insanely expensive!"

Nevýhody: "It was not a business class at all. I was put in the same big bus together with econom class passengers. There was not supposed to be any business class in this airplane, since chairs are all the same and not comfortable. No entertainment of any kind at all. It's a waste of money."
Výhody: "Everything was great. No complaints, just an acknowledgement abt layovers and the time needed. Had an hour an a half layover but by the time you get on line to go thru customs n security again we were definitely cutting it close but that's TSA not the airline but the airline could have maybe added another maybe 20-25 mins to the layover. We felt like world travellers running for our connecting flight tho and we loved it! Lol!"

Nevýhody: "Even though I paid for my seats they weren't reserved and I had to request new ones. I paid €80 for them so I'd imagine they would have been reserved. Then they took my blanket when we were getting close with no explanation even though I was cold. I don't get this airline."

But at check-in you find you were moved to the back and to the middle. All good seats gone. Has happened frequently with us!"
Nevýhody: "No vegetarian option The last seats mean can't lean backwards when someone in front goes backwards :("
Nevýhody: "They cancelled the flight, losted the baggage and couldn't help to resolve the problem. They also lied about the flight they wanted to replace to solve the problem which even didn't exist in their company. So, I will never ever take the flight from this compound again."
Výhody: "The staff were very pleasant, extremely helpful and stylish (the airline's choice for attire is clean with great usage of Portugal's national colors). Thank you for the enjoyable ride home."
