This is my sixth time traveling to Switzerland from San Francisco on Swiss....Their service in my opinion remains excellent......The cabin crew was cheerful friendly yet remained very efficient at the same time... The food was very good, , The two meals that comes with one's Ticket still also comes with complimentary beverage service .... and even a warm moist towel is offered towards the end of the flight ... not bad for a seat in coach ...."

(Mass DOT was asking everyone to stay off ALL roads). THEN on the way home, they would NOT let me fly back to Montreal where my car was!! WAY TOO RIGID RULES. Screw the customer!"
Výhody: "The flight to Zurich was delayed so I would have missed my connecting flight. We were automatically rebooked on British airways which got us home three hours sooner than the Swiss air connections. If they did the rebooking, I find that a real plus but can not rate them on anything else."

They looked quite concerned when I turned down the pretzel sandwich, so I accepted and found it quite good! Also, team made sure my parent with reduced-mobility had a good boarding and transfer experience."

Which was probably because their SWISS flight was late. Why are all SWISS flights running late??? There was no coffee or tea on the flight because there was a problem with the electrical system of the hot water machines. That could have been fixed before we left.... The entertainment system is clunky, and it didn't help that it had to be rebooted (took 20 minutes !?!?) in the middle of the flight to deal with some 'isssues'. The big boxes with the entertainment system underneath the seats are not fun either, they really cut into legroom. In general, it seems this plane is in need of a bit of an overhaul and maintenance. And whatever happened to Swiss punctuality? I'm not used to SWISS flights being late. You can do much better than that, you used to!"
Ridiculous unnecessary "extra security" checks at the gate before boarding. With mostly everyone vaccinated and everyone tested, requirement to keep the face covering on between taking the bites seemed a little excessive. Seat assignment - flying with my daughter were assigned seats at opposite sides of the plane, when asked for change was told that there were no 2 seats available together which proved to be not true when after boarding was complete.

They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

Nevýhody: "I was rerouted to Munich from Amman because I missed my connection to Berlin due to a late aircraft. Once in Munich there was no one at the Royal Jordanian booking desk to direct me. This was even after staff was pages by the airport help desk. On a hunch And out of desperation to get to my destination I went to another airlines desk and they found they had a reservation for me, made by Royal Jordanian. I was never informed of this and had I known sooner I wouldn't have wasted so much time waiting at their desk."

I had to fill that form out (at the Address in Austria section) with sentences like “not applicable” “transitting” and also had to google the Vienna Airport address for the zip code so it could be submitted. The form forced me to fool the it. Not cool. Frustrating."

We had to wait 10 hours in VIE & given €12 for food. AA cited "rotational issues". Shockingly, Austrian Air delayed the 2nd flight by another hour "to wait for someone". We had to cancel the show. Really angry"

My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"
Nevýhody: "Our total flight time was about 17 hours - MAD- AMS-LAX. My husband and I both have an internationally approved carry on luggages with us. When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

Attendant on plane totally unhelpful and could have rearranged a few bags to make room but preferred to stay in back of plane and talk. To be fair, rest of flight was pleasant although late due in part to boarding issues."

I booked my flight through an app and it didn't give me any checked baggage so I tried to modify my booking through airserbia website but I couldn't so I ended up paying 60 euros for my bag at the airport."

Výhody: "The plane was an airbus, nothing to rave about nothing also to complain about. It got us there safely and relatively speaking on time after a later inbound arrival."
Nevýhody: "The process of check in was terrible could not do so on line at least in Berlin. It is possible elsewhere in the system. Long and slow line for check in and then long and slow line for passport control and security, but we survived it. Advice is arrive early, you will need the time."

Once we arrived in Belgrade, we stayed in the business suite before our flight and was provided with food and couches to relax on before our next flight. Also, on our connecting flight to athens, Aegean airlines was very professional and really wish I would have used their service instead of air serbia."
Nevýhody: "Air serbia did not tell us why there was a 4+ hour delay to belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we had to wait 9+ hours for our connecting flight to athens when we were only supposed to have 2 hrs layover. Once we boarded the plane to athens, the workers at the airport had no clue were our luggage was and a lot of things were miscommunicated between them. They were very unprofessional and some of them were very rude. They had plenty of time to move our luggage to the next airplane, but too careless to do that. So now we have to wait a couple of days to get the rest of our luggages. We also missed our train ride in greece because of air serbia and had to pay for another train ticket and did not receive a refund"
Nevýhody: "The check in process was a mess was forced to wait in multiple long lines with the worst, unprofessional, disregarding, condescending staff to check in and then another line to pay for luggage. They also force you to pay an additional "seat fee" even if you don't request a specific seat. Horrible customer service, zero regard for customers. Waited in shuttle for 45 minutes before being taken to plane. My air conditioner fan for my seat was completely broken but had to pay for that seat as well. Avoid at all costs. Worst airplane very old and run down. Also the staff for Vienna airport is who you have to go to to pay fees for luggage and THEY ARE THE WORST TO DEAL WITH. Would avoid this airline at all costs."

Nevýhody: "Couldn't log in online because site wouldn't accept any of my credit cards. Got up early to check in at the airport, discovered I was logged in... After all that, the airline changed my seat without warning, moving me from the window seat I selected (and paid for) to a middle seat. Where did they get the idea I would think that was OK? Then the flight was delayed, almost missed my connection. Boarding and exiting the aircraft were zoos. Eminently unrepeatable."
Nevýhody: "They were very unpolite. They completely ignored multiple requests. I was ignored and not even asked get a drink (I just needed some water). They said they offer the food and drinks to others because they paid. Money wasn’t an issues. Besides I wasn’t even offered a drink neither asked for money. I found it really rude."

Nevýhody: "The fact that, although the card said it was the same company for both flights (two-legged), I could not get a boarding pass at check/in for both flights, for both the outbound and return journey, and had to go through customs and border control twice just to get a new boarding pass each time. Leg room can be better, even with the extended legroom space."

Nevýhody: "The plane was extremely hot the entire 5 hour flight and even though many people asked to make the air cooler, the flight crew did nothing. It was a 5 hour flight and only 1 water was served. It was hot and only 1 water was served. When asked for two waters because I was extremely thirsty, the flight crew looked annoyed and brought only 1 to me. I hope to never fly Air Serbia again."
Výhody: "You guys cancelled my trip 2 hrs before take off. I received an email at 12:20 saying that my card didn't go through after telling me earlier it was paid for very disappointed . I had to rush to the airport couldn't by my ticket because they don't sell at counter and then was on phone with air Serbia for 45 mins before I could buy my flight on a long distance call which will probably cost me $50."
Nevýhody: "Not a orginized airline at all!! I flew my whole trip with the same 50+ people. We had 2 connecting flights, all the stops that we did was always behind schdual, staff was nice but late! the worst part is, our final destination 20+ people lost there luggage including me! My dad and aunt flew with are serbia aswell and they also lost there luggage..! My dad and aunt got there luggage after 1-2days after ther flight but its a big inconvenience i have no update on my luggage yet hopeing it will be here tomorrow."

Výhody: "As mentioned many times, they are more professional than JAT, but still looong way to go."
Nevýhody: "They upgraded their system, but it fails when it comes to payments. They should definitely replace turbo props with jets."
Výhody: "Air Serbia is way better than old JAT Airways (or at least better than JAT Airways after 1992). They are improving and it seems that they will be a solid regional company, as well as a good Etihad partner."
Nevýhody: "I don`t know why they still didn`t decomission old ATR-72 turboprops. They might use them on some flights, but I believe that they should buy or lease some mid-range jets even for short-haul flights. Austrian Airways uses jets for BEG-VIE service."
Nevýhody: "We boarded our flight from gate C7, which as is common in Eastern Europe, a bus gate. To enter the gate, we were completely rescreened, although we had been screened to go from Bucharest to Belgrade. We waited on the bus for 15 minutes. Only a few seats on the bus so it is a standup experience. Finally the bus started driving to the parked planes, but turned away and drove to a where you would exit the bus after arriving. They told everyone to go upstairs where they explained that there was a "technical problem" on then plane and it would be delayed an hour. They sent everyone to gate A4a, where everyone was prescreened again. We waited in a hot gate for an hour, then boarded the bus and to make a long story short, we arrived in Zagreb 1 and a quarter hours late."

Nevýhody: "I am almost 2 meter tall (6'4) and I asked more than 30 days before the flight to receive a seat with extra room for the legs, I was told that the flight was fully booked and there are no seat that are available. I then asked for the same in the check-in and received a similar answer. When I arrived to the plain I saw that I can't seat because there is no space so I asked the flight crew to try and find a solution but they said they can't do nothing. Only after I insisted and spoke with the cabin manager they checked and found a place - in fact there were 2 seats with extra room for the legs that were available!! and the flight had many other open seats (they just lied about it). A lot of the personal television did not work and the crew did not assist and did not solve the problem, but just said that this happens and that they can't do anything. This is just ridicolus for a more than 8 hours flight! The airconditioning did not work properly and it was exteremly hot. In general it was an horrible experience, the crew was very unpleasent and did not want to help and the food was just disgusting. I do not recommend to anyone to fly with Air Serbia, you better pay the extra money and fly with a real company."

Nevýhody: "The flight was operated by a avery small plane, so we were advised to leave the carryons outside to be put in the hold. Once on the plane, I thought my bag would fit in the overhead bin. Also, was annoyed that flight attendants would approach you speaking Serbian, which I don't."

Nevýhody: "It took 1:40min to go through the boarding process (drop luggage, get boarding pass). The actual flight is 1:20min. Total incompetence and lack of speed. This is how they worked it...They try to board multiple flights off the same counters. You stand in line for 1 hour and no movement happens- literally!?Then, since the next flight is about to be delayed - they announce for you to stampede forward, to make your flight. Then the process actually begins and 20min later and some bureaucracy on extra luggage you get your pass. Then you run through passport control and security, exhausted and frustrated (as was everyone else). Etihad should instruct Serbian Airlines in which they invested, how a plane (s) are to be boarded. After all it's over 100 years since the first commercial flight took place, its not that much of a mystery any more:)"

Nevýhody: "At JFK our pre booked seats were changed , and I had them changed back, there was some BS excuse for that I was questioning a flight attendant as to why the plum brandy wasn't on the menu,(national drink) I was told to fly first class the next time The flight back from Belgrade to JFK. I was told by the same flight attendant (Ana) that I was holding up the line, I was trying to put the carry on luggage over the seats. There was a 40 min delay in landing, the bathrooms were locked, once again the same flight attendant made a big deal of this, that I have to make it quick. The signs for the 1st class , bathroom should not be visible from the economy class seats because it confuses passengers, in the economy class, some of the passengers were sent back and not allowed to use the bathroom."
Nevýhody: "I reached the airport with 45 minutes until the flight was to depart and I was greeted by a manager who quickly told me I was unable to board my flight. I even told the manager that I would not check in my bag and would just bring on my small backpack carry on and she immediately told me no. She was INCREDIBLY rude and I was forced to by another flight to New York that cost 1,000$ !!! The manager detoured me to the flight info desk wothout even slightly attempting to get me on my flight. I am OUTRAGED by AirBerin and the manager. I will NEVER fly AirBerlin again in my life."
