I tried to watch a movie but couldn't finish because they took it away so quickly. I was in such a rush to get out of the plane I forgot a bottle of vadka I had bought in duty free."

Couldn't even get water on the flight more than one time. Television was a small screen. Volume didn't work. Only four channels and one was the map. Spend your money elsewhere. El Al has a lot of growing up to do. I've flown all over the world with multiple carriers. This was by far the worst. They're profoundly more expensive than other carriers to Tel Aviv. They could do a lot better than this!"

On our next El Al flight to Prague we were charged $80. The total weight of our 2 bags is less than 50 pounds. I notice many passengers whose carry on bags were much larger than ours, seemingly contrary to El Al rules. Not fair."

Boarding started on time but then on the plane was a disaster. It took an inordinate amount of time to board and get everyone seated. I was sitting the back of the plane and there wasn't enough overhead cabin space for bags since they back areas were filled with other equipment. The seats were horribly uncomfortable - between by legs getting smashed because of non existent leg room and with the chair itself just being awful. The room was so inadequate that the person sitting next to me was basically in my space unintentionally. There was no entertainment for a 4 hour flight which was awful. It was overall one of the worst flying experiences."

I had to drive all the way to the airport in order to put my mom on the plane. 2) "El/AL UP" website malfunction?! perhaps preprogrammed ?! While preparing for the flight it's not always possible to prepay for the luggage ahead. The internet sight freezes on you, dropping you back to the "form page" without letting you to proceed further.... nasty nasty thing !!!"

Then after standing there for 30-40 minutes, you go outside again to board the plan. On board, there were no amenities, but that was expected."

It was a waste of money. -traveling to Rome on Ryanair we took samsonite carry on luggage onto the plane with no problems. Leaving Rome we were told to recheck our luggage size. The wheels stick out a little and they made us pay 100 Euros to check our bags. Once on the plane we saw many passengers with luggage and bags much larger than our own and did not have to pay to have them checked. We were the only Americans on the plane. -The seats do not recline and are at a 90 degree angle which is very uncomfortable for a 3 hour flight. -the crew traveling to Rome was very rude. -the seats were dirty with food and crumbs before I sat down and there was trash and food on the floor. It is as if the plane is not cleaned routinely."

Nevýhody: "You’re not going to like it if you don’t like to get nickled and dimed to death. Check in and print a boarding pass before you get to the airport...it’s 50 quid if you check in in person!"
Výhody: "Flight boarding was delayed but arrived on time to the destination. Cheap flight"
Nevýhody: "No entertainment or free snacks/water. Flights were cheap but you can't cancel them, just modify the reservation. I bought the return flight to a different airport by mistake but i was not able to cancel"

Just had blobs of people crowding around counters with no indication of which one to got to if you needed to check in, print a ticket, or check a bag. No one was available to answer questions about which counter to go to, and when you finally waited and got to a counter, the attendants were very dismissive and rude."
Výhody: "The ticket was cheap and to an airport that had easy access to public transportation."
Nevýhody: "I found out later that I had to print out my ticket or face a 50 euro fee and they do not give free water on the flight."
Nevýhody: "The crew is not welcoming, cramped seat, long line and force to check in my bag and paid 50euros."
