Výhody: "Turkish Airlines is my favorite airline going to Europe. We even did the 20 hr layover in Istanbul and had a great time staying for a couple of nights going and coming back. Staff is always friendly and the food is amazing. The food in coach is as good as first class on some US domestic flights"
Nevýhody: "It's an airplane, there's not much to make it better besides giving more seat room. TA gives free drinks, a couple of meals, blankets, and the travel bag, only a snobby priss would gripe about flying with them. I've flown enough budget airlines that give you NOTHING that I love flying TA!"

Nevýhody: "the flight was almost 2 h late without any explanation from the ground crew whats is going on , why is the aircraft late and what would be with the connection flight in Istanbul. while arrived at Istanbul it was total mass : representative of turkish airlines was waiting and focused on a group from Korea or china , helped them and barely answered other passengers who didnt know what is the status of their connection flight , which was not shown on the screen ( to tel aviv for example ). then it turned out that my flight took off 15 min before and i was approached to turkish desk to get voucher for poor meal at 2.30 am in the morning and a new ticket . that was poor compensation for 2 h delay in BUD and delay to substitute flight that took off on 7:45 am , almost 6 h later in istanbul . i was forced to run at the airport like a mad instead of having a rep of the co , explaining the passengers where to go and get their new flight ticket and not run hundred of meters with no address in the terminal area . that experience was so bad i havent been through for 13 years . i arrived TA after 14.5 h of trip for a flight who to take 4 h net including istanbul - TA ."

Turkish TSA seemed a little confused with what to confisticate. They almost took away my portable shaver too. There were 4 little kids running around aisle during the flight forcing me to watch movies instead of sleep crossing the Atlantic Ocean."

Never understood why our names had been removed for our return flight. Because we didn't have a boarding pass when arriving at the airport the security hesitated to allow us into the facility. Luckily we found our itinerary and they allowed us entry."

That was really annoying. Only after one more complaint I was offered some kosher (and now really good) meal instead."

Nevýhody: "Provided bassinet is much too small for even a 17 months old. Also very hard bedding made it impossible for the kid to sleep. We observed same with the other parents. Alone with that, the height of the bassinet makes it easy for the kid to get distracted. WORSE PART: Our daughter couldn't get comfortable to sleep and got fussy, so I took her for a walk which didn't help much. Since it was bedtime 11pm with 0 to little traffic, and to avoid her crying from disturbing everyone I resorted to one of the bathrooms with her. She did fall asleep for about 1 hour until one the FA came literally BANGING on the door. Very rude even after I calmly explained the situation. So sorry for such people with no compassion nor understanding in their hearts."

Výhody: "Once again the crew was great and helped me find a place to stow my carry on since I was in the emergency row. The snack was also very tasty."

Nevýhody: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

Finally she save the supplement To meal. Her tone was very impolite when especially we pay so much and service we get for a long flight is good"

My father requested to use bathroom... Boston Lufthansa staff refused to let him step back in plane leaving him standing and very uncomfortable!!! Staff on plane and others applauded at how poorly handled this was. Then finally got chair.. At end of ramp saw a min of 4 chairs and 3 people doing nothing... Still had 4 or 5 people waiting for assistance. Our assistant did not speak English... Or minimal... I told him where we needed to go for scheduled bus he did not listen... Dropping my Dad a significant distance from where I told him... He refused to take him there. Other wheel chair person was dropped there.. So not out of range... But found out they were dropped at wrong stop too!!! However... I believed that most was Logan's fault... But the lack of compassion on Boston Lufthansa was very upsetting to all... But .. Still believe Lufthansa is a wonderful airline and I will in time try to forgive that agent."

Nevýhody: "The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

Výhody: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Nevýhody: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."

The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."

Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

The plane was very hot, with very little air flowing through the salon. Food was bland for dinner and inedible for breakfast. The crew was barely there, and borderline rude when asked something."

It would be nice if the seat assignments for general boarding considered the height of the person being assigned."

Výhody: "The crew was very comfortable speaking two languages and friendly. They also had air conditioning! This was great because it was strangely hot in Paris and we were sweating profusely. And our last air france experience we were so hot and it was aweful. Even though it was like an hour and a half flight they still served us sandwiches ,really good."

Nevýhody: "The "Czech Airlines" flight I purchased was actually an Air France flight number. When I arrived later than planned but still within good time, which was my fault, I reported to the Czech Airlines check-in (D2). This is very, very far from the Air France check-in (A2). No person and no sign was at Czech Airlines gate saying to go to Air France instead. By the time I determined what to do by talking ro the airport information booth and I walked to Air France instead of Czech Airlines (at CDG airport this is 5 minutes walking very fast speed on conveyor belts.. perhaps more than half a kilometer), I was past the boarding time limit, but the flight had not yet left. Then I could not print the boaring pass because of the time. When I asked an Air France employee for help, he simply said "you cannot board" and stood there smugly. He must feel great being a 25 year old who can turn people away from international flights at his own discretion to completely ruin their day especially when the plane is still on the ground. I have not even explained yet about the similarly awful experience I had when I booked the next flight (Czech Airlines at 09:45) for a much higher price (118 euro) and was not told that this Czech Airlines flight is "really" a Czech Airline flight. After paying much more to a Czech Airline person, nobody informed me to stay at the Czech Airlines area (2D) so I naturally went back to Air France since I had already had so much trouble. When I arrived there, of course, they tell me to go back to Czech Airlines and now I was again late. Thank God that I was able to confront a random trolley man who Kew where the Czech Airlines people were and try tried very hard to get me to the plane even though the boarding time was over. All in all, this was the worst travel experience of my life. I have now wasted 40 more minutes of my approximately 2.5 days in Prague to tell you this. I hope you consider it."

When arriving at airport - my checked bag was a total of 12kg, but was told if I planned to bring it home with me that I had to pay $100 bag fee. I realize that airlines charge bag fees - however, I was unaware in advance, booking from Lhr to FLL with layover in Oslo."

Food - disgraceful “tapas” dish of literally one scrap of ham, an equally small piece of cheese and half a scotch egg. Crew - disinterested to the point of surliness. Entertainment - none, this being BA short haul (others can manage it but not BA)"

Nevýhody: "Never took the flight because BA would not rebook me on a later flight after delays on their side caused me to miss my original flight, even though there were seats available on the later flight. This cost me a lot of time and money, but BA made out like bandits -- selling my original seat, and then selling out the next flight (because the delay!). Nice rip-off."

Výhody: "Due to weather, the flight took off an hour and a half late, but we landed at Heathrow only an hour behind. Cudos to the pilots for making up much needed time for many passengers."
Nevýhody: "While waiting to board, they could have explained the reason for the delay much better. We stood in line for over 15 minutes beyond the initial time for boarding without reason."

Nevýhody: "The guy seated next to me was too big for his seat and he took up about 20% of my seat. Absolutely disgusting. My seat should have cost 20% less because I did not have access to my full space. Crew should be trained to not allow customers who cannot fit into a single seat to only have a ticket for one seat. The crew identifies bags that do not fit, they should do the same thing with people."

Nevýhody: "No complaints about BA here! Only thing is that there was a group of rowdy young men who were very loud the entire flight, and I'd wished the flight attendants would have asked them to quiet down. But I really don't know if that's appropriate/part of their duties!"

I looked from the window - weather was fine with slight drizzle and about 3000 ft overcast. Also, the flight to Prague had no food but mostly no drinks no sodas. I'm questioning their business practices when they were asking about 5 pounds for a drink. I will fly with some other airlines next time."

Výhody: "British Airways overbooked this flight and made it unclear if I can board my flight. Overbooking is such a greedy behavior and airlines should refrain from engaging in this dubious policy. It is the second time this happens to me with BA."
