They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

We waited 5 hours to rebook a destination back to the USA and traveling lasted 24hours. Right now I'm not sure if I'll be refunded my tickets for thedomestic airline flight. WE will NEVER want to fly out of Frankfurt and especially with Lufthansa. I have to say the people at the service counters were very nice and helpful but it took 5 hours to get serviced and were missed 2 possible connecting flights. Lufthansa was a good airline but that was 20 years ago. The airport is too big now has too many delays so I'll avoid it at all cost."

The 2 seat exit row seats are much narrower than any other seat on the plane. I paid extra to be in an exit row and it was extremely uncomfortable.

However the transfer in Mexico airport was rather confusing Due to the fact the Aircrafts were remote.. once we reached the departure gate, we were bused to the aircraft. The hard part was getting to the departure gate. There was just no signs we just kept walking and walking and walking with no Teleprompter in sight. The crew using the PA system on the plane when notifying passengers needs to speak clearly and slowly! Their feeble attempt to speak in English is mumbled & unclear.

Super frustrating if one of the most popular luggage manufacture makes a “carry-on” bag, airlines should realize people will be arriving with the expectations that they can use it as a carry on. I had to purchase another plane ticket in order for me to make it to the United States. It was a bad situation & the employees were very rude. They blame me & the manager never show his face to help me out. He could have at least given me a discount given the award situation. But, the customer service or will to help me was just not there."
Nevýhody: "The flight got delayed an hour and the ladies never gave us at least a curtious call to let passengers know that the flight would be delayed and people had to constantly go ask about the flight and they also didn't let us know where to find our baggage at the end of our flight"

Our flight went off without a hitch.
Only complaint was that we had no way to know about the additional 'Locator Form' that was needed for arrival at our destination (Czech Republic). We had no way of knowing the website, or that it was required until we came to check in.
Leg room was really good.
Flight was delayed by one hour, then another 1/2 hour then cancelled and changed till the next day. We were not allowed to get our luggage & put up in a dirty hotel. I had cockroaches in the bathroom. When I finally arrived home…i noticed the airline had damaged the zipper on my suitcase. An awful awful trip thanks to American Airlines.

When we got to the Gate for this flight, complimentary checking of carry-on bags was allowed, and that helped speed the boarding process, not just for us, but for all the people on the flight."

Nevýhody: "Far and away the most uncomfortable and worst value-for-money international flight I've experienced. This plane is so old it should be put in a museum. The warm food was terrible and the non-hot food was completely frozen so even if I wanted to eat it, this wouldn't be possible. Individual seat in-flight entertainment screens have been the norm for many years, yet this plane had the community-style in-flight entertainment. Half of the time, the screens weren't working, which just made matters worse. The total lack of legroom and chair ergonomics made getting comfortable nearly impossible. I was literally in pain sitting in these seats. I live in Prague and visit family in the US often. This was my first experience with American Airlines' newer direct flight option from Prague to Philadelphia; based on the extreme discomfort of the inflight features and to top it off it was the highest price I've paid for a flight back home...(total lack of value for the money! )I would go out of my way to make sure I never take this route again."

If you serve customers from all walks of life including Hindus, vegetarians, Islam, Judaism, it should be expected that the flight attendant know if that is turkey or ham. Another thing is that there was no final check by the flight attendant. We landed with tray tables down, seats recline, and people were still on their laptops."

I get why they want to just offer the streaming but I appreciate all the choices! There was a group number enforcer at the gate to make boarding more organized! Nevýhody: "I asked for upgrades to and from Chicago. I’m a gold member and fly for leisure fairly often. There are so many people looking for an upgrade these days that you’re rarely getting the opportunity"

He kept a level head through the madness and maintained his professionalism all the while. Thank you for your hard work, Frank. We need more like you."
