Nevýhody: "They threw a black man off the flight for being rude. He wasnt being rude. He was travelling with gf for romantic weekend in Amsterdam. Despite quite a few passangers speaking sensibly on his behalf and despite him apoligising to keep himself on flight. Clear racism!!!!"
Nevýhody: "Lady at the counter was absolutely rude and digusting. She had no manners and customer service at all. She was screaming at people to place everything in one bag, instead of saying it calmly. Not the best start of your holidays at 6am."
Výhody: "Speed of getting to the destination"
Výhody: "Flight took off slightly late but landed at PMI roughly on time. I had the worst seat on the aircraft according to seat guru 31D which is the last row by the back door. But being the NEO 320 the seat was extremely comfortable and for someone who doesn't sleep on flights I nearly nodded off a few times. Knee room was ok but overall the seat was very comfortable and I could have easily spent a few more hours in that seat."
Nevýhody: "Only problem was that the service trolley started at the front of the plane and it took a fair amount of time before it reached the last row, and being a fairly short flight by the time we finished our drinks the seat belt lights came on for landing."

Nevýhody: "We were delayed 50 minutes and the seats are uncomfy with no legroom. It is quite squashed and makes it worse when people put their seat back in front of you even though there are spare seats throughout the rest of the plane."
Výhody: "For a trip lasting less than 2 hours, an agent told me a small personal bag was allowed. After waiting on a huge line to board my plane, turns out I had to shove my bag into my carry on luggage because I was misguided by the EasyJet agent entirely. Awful service in comparison to line lengths and rules, idiotic overlook by staff and generally subpar airline service."
Nevýhody: "Staff agent said a tiny carry on purse was allowed (mine was so small that it could’ve easily slipped into the pocket of the back of the seat in front of me). When I was ready to board I was rushed to stuff my bag in my carry on despite being told previously it was allowed. Also an incident where another passengers water bottle spilled onto my carry on (no doubtedly) because he was forced to stuff the tiniest of all things into his carry luggage) was handled very poorly by staff, with annoyance that we brought it to attention."
Výhody: "Arrived 10 minutes early at the stand. The seat next to me was empty."
Nevýhody: "I have getting a bus from the plane to immigration. This seems to be the case at Zürich with Easy jet flights"
Výhody: "The only positive aspect of last night's flight was the helpful, friendly crew."
Nevýhody: "When eventually called to the departure gate we were around an hour and a half delayed so 8.30pm rather than 7pm. We queued along a corridor down a stair case and into the gate itself. It was hot, stuffy and families with small children and pram/, pushchairs were left balanced on the steps. 2 ground crew eventually arrived. No announcements were made. Children cried and got restive as we waited and waited. Eventually we heard our plane arrive at the gate. No announcement from ground crew. We waited. People felt ill. we were called through and herded towards to exit door. We waited, we complained, some decided the train might be a better option."

Výhody: "Flight was quick and comfortable. Crew were excellent and friendly."
Nevýhody: "Longest queue to check in I have ever seen in my life. Even though we arrived with hours to spare we ended up being rushed forward to check in, rushed through security having no time for breakfast as we had planned, onto a plane that then sat on the tarmac for two hours and when it got away no time for a warm meal on board."
Nevýhody: "Flight left late. Hand luggage bag had to be checked in. I had to go straight to work after I Ianded so didn’t appreciate the extra 20 minutes wait at the luggage carousel. I was told the overhead lockers were full, which they weren’t."

Nevýhody: "Very unprofessional service from the lady that checked myself and my friend in. I had 2 very small bags with me. Not even reaching 15 kilos. Has I had problems with my big luggage I had to use to smaller bags. She said very rudely. "You paid for 1 bag, you will have to pay. Surely whatever the policy is. She could use her common sense and be more understanding as I told her the zip in my bigger bag wouldn't close. The smaller bags didn't even weigh 15 kilos. We then had to pay 38 pounds for absolutely nothing. After we paid She looked at the bags as if she knew she was wrong as they were so small it really didn't justify that amount of money. We payed then she said nothing and angrily told us to speak to customer services and get out of the que as there were more other ppl in line. I will never ever use easyjet again. Will go to British Airways or raynair. Easyjet greed for money is ridiculous."

Nevýhody: "The amount of seat space is very limited. I am 5' 8" and my knees were touching the seat in front of me and I had to sit almost all the flight with crossed arms as I had a middle seat. Cheap flight, cheap seats."
Výhody: "Forget the flight, think where you’re heading!! Old Lisbon, Chiado, is well worth a visit. Almost seems like time stopped with all the architecture. People are friendly and not too pushy while selling you intems. Well worth a visit as a city break. B&B €25 for two per night!!"
Nevýhody: "What would you expect from a great name? Still have to be disappointed! But while in Lisbon learn some words in Portuguese. They’re essential. If they see that that you’re making an effort, they’ll appreciate it more. Speak in foreign and straight away your price rises!"
Výhody: "Excellent. Flight was on Time . Easy to board and no problems! Would fly easy jet again!"
Výhody: "Waiting almost at the aircraft steps, it was frustrating to be told to go back to the lounge as there was a technical problem with the aircraft. easyJet managed to find a replacement aircraft and ended up leaving 40mins late, but arrived only 20min late. Had visions of being several hours late. For a low cost carrier the seats are fine and crew were very good, friendly and effort by Captain to be the visible face of easyJet in explaining the problems. So much better than Ryanair, clear difference in customer service, easyJet is more like scheduled carriers than low cost like Ryanair."
Nevýhody: "Boarding is always difficult and poorly managed b6 the handling agent. The second time we boarded was a bit better, but real confusion over priority between disabled, passengers with children, speedy boarding etc. There is no entertainment on the aircraft, not even seat power."
Nevýhody: "You definitely need more hot food for all the people at the back end of the plane other than that all good"

I was sitting in seat 1f and they had already sold out of the breakfast I wanted to buy? How can that be when I was the first customer to serve. Appalling service Fromm easy jet overall."
Výhody: "Our flight was delayed by about an hour but the pilot put the foot down and shaved 40 minutes off the journey! A nice new plane, nice crew and I'm sure the food would have been good if we had tried it. A very good value flight."
Nevýhody: "Took way to long to be served a drink and then had to rush my drink before landing"
Výhody: "Smooth take-off and landing, no major issues on the flight to report."
Nevýhody: "We were taken by coach to a plane bound for Paris and were than told to disembark, to be taken to the correct plane for Palma! In the process a mother and her son that were left on the wrong plane had to be collected, before we could take off, which delayed the flight by 45 minutes."
Nevýhody: "What I do not like is that EasyJet always run late at least to Paris Charles De Gaulle You borrow steal and use other planes to plug holes created by poor planning or at least that is how it appears. Guessing that explains the recent press."

Nevýhody: "Boarding seemed really staggered instead of free flowing.like other flights, that is, a few people for on, it looked like it.was going to be a quiet flight, then a few more people for on, then heaps of people got on really late, so then there were problems with overhead space and people couldn't get past one another in the aisle... It was a bit of a shambles. Very slow passport control in Stockholm."
Výhody: "Left on time, landed early. Quick boarding, quick disembarking."
Nevýhody: "Most passengers had carry on put in the hold but there ended up being lots of room in the overhead lockers."
Výhody: "The crew were lovely; very friendly and helpful. Comfortable flight; lovely food."
Nevýhody: "Luton airport is undergoing renovation at the moment. It resembles more of a crowded bus station that an international airport. Very little seating and amenities. Worse still flight was delayed by an hour, another hour spent in this awful airport. We were called to gate 30 minutes before boarding and again very small waiting area with about 10 seats. Very uncomfortable journey"
Ryan Air tell you to turn up two and a half hours before the flight, but the desks aren’t open. You are then left in a crowded unventilated space.
Everything was smooth and fine.

Nevýhody: "Checking in had insufficient staff to deal with the new baggage policy. This is purely another money making scheme and not anything to do with the customer experience. Not only are there additional costs to baggage but also because of queues was insufficient time in duty free had to purchase food on the flight, no doubt part of Ryanair profit makeing scheme. Flight was still delay 30mins"
Výhody: "Short flight and we arrived safely. Relatively inexpensive."
Nevýhody: "The entire process was chaos. First you wait in a crowd to find out which desk to drop your bags and/or check in. Then you race there with the herd. Then with another herd to the gate. After heading down what seems like a boarding ramp you go outside, then into a holding pen. It’s a giant metal shed that looks like it was made for cattle. Then after standing there for 30-40 minutes, you go outside again to board the plan. On board, there were no amenities, but that was expected."

Nevýhody: "The gate was in a sheet-metal hangar outside the terminal alongside the parked plane, no bathroom or seating. We had to line up for the plane outside in the night air for 30 minutes before boarding. We were overcharged for checked baggage."

Nevýhody: "Paid for 20kg case not realising it was only one way. They should warn of this when booking"
Výhody: "Left outside the plane for 25 min. In the pouring rain with small children. Why start trying to board the plane when obviously it’s not ready to receive passengers."
Nevýhody: "London Luton airport is a nightmare to get into and out of. Avoid if you can. Traffic chaos. Nearly missed our flight."
Výhody: "The few were incredibly amazing they were very friendly and educated, always there to help."
Nevýhody: "Flight supposed to start at 18.55 but we didn’t take off until 9.45pm. I ended up paying extra money for a hotel because we arrived at 12.36 and the car rental were closed. A waste of money, no food, not water. Hope to claim back compensation for my hotel stay."

Nevýhody: "They screwed us at every opportunity. I tried to check on online from my smart phone. I was able to acc SS my itinerary and it allowed me to do everything BUT check in. We had to wait to get to the airport, then they said we were too late (we were 90 minutes early). They raped us with 110 pound fee, which was more then we paid for the tickets. Then because we were “late” by their definition they wouldn’t let us take our carry on into the cabin. They forced us to check it. Then on the plane they wanted to charge for a diet drink. We are usually pretty laid back but by this time we were both pretty upset. Obviously."

Nevýhody: "Had tickets with reserved seats. Check-in counter opened only shortly before flight. I checked a bag at the counter (not at the gate) and was surprised to learn that the fee was 40 Euros instead of the expected 25. We were marched outside to stand for 15 minutes before anyone was permitted to board."
Výhody: "Quick and easy boarding as Priority boarding paid for and much improved aircraft since last time I flew with them."
Nevýhody: "Not a great choice of food for a 3hr plus flight but plenty of alcohol! :("
Nevýhody: "I used my carry on suitcase for a Ryanair flights in Brussels and for multiple other flights with other airlines and had no issues. At Ciampino they told me my bag was too large and forced me to pay 50 euro to bring the bag on. I explained to them I've had no problems prior to this flight and they did not seem to care. I won't be flying Ryanair again."
Nevýhody: "We were told we had to go to the toilets before taking off as the Toilets were not working on the plane. Also the plane was delayed in taking off."

Nevýhody: "- Clear policy to split people up unless you pay for seats. They. Seem to deny this but it’s as obvious as it gets. Makes boarding much slower as people try to switch seats - They check in 50% of hand luggage bags on every flight - why not offer the chance to check in small bags for free up front rather than make people scramble for valuables after being forced to check in hand luggage - Very poor seats - uncomfortable and cramped"

Nevýhody: "Our gate number was shown 10 minutes before the gate was supposed to close at 19.05. We were kept standing until 19.35 (when the flight was scheduled to depart) and then the door was opened, just for us to sit on the staircase waiting to be admitted into the plane for another 20 minutes. I understand delays and unforeseen events, but no rep had the courtesy of telling us why we had been kept waiting this way, on the contrary we were told to move further down the stairs so we can make more room, resulting in being crammed one next to each other. Eventually at around 8 pm we were finally allowed to get on the plane. Not a cool experience, especially when Luton is 2hrs away from London so the passengers had already spent at least 3-4 hours on the road to get to the airport."
Výhody: "A very cheap flight; we had randomly allocated seats away from each other but as there were few passengers this was not a problem. There was almost a row of seats per passenger so I can't see the benefit of paying to sit together!"

Nevýhody: "Only one check in desk at the terminal with one member of staff!? Flight was late for about an hour! 15-20min is fine but one hour plus sitting on a runway for a long time is unacceptable. Especially in my case as I had a connecting flight to Nis and two hours between them. With one hour delay it was really a challenge to catch another flight. £25 charge for a 15kg bag I too much. I'd be more encouraged and travel more often with the ckeck in bag if that would cost 15-20£ but I anymore at this price"
Nevýhody: "Complete chaos at the airport, with no real queue. Just had blobs of people crowding around counters with no indication of which one to got to if you needed to check in, print a ticket, or check a bag. No one was available to answer questions about which counter to go to, and when you finally waited and got to a counter, the attendants were very dismissive and rude."
Výhody: "For the price of this ticket the service was really good there are improvements but for the price of the ticket I can't complain at anything"

Nevýhody: "We purchased our tickets through Kayak. Ryanair website was not accessible to add luggage and check in. On the check in counter, we were not allowed to check in because they claimed that we had to check in online. We contacted the Ryanair desk to solve the problem, and we showed them that we are not able to access the website to check in. Eventually, they forced us to buy brand new tickets or we would have missed our flight."

Nevýhody: "Check-in was a nightmare. I was on international travel with no PC, only phone and Ipad. I downloaded their ap on the phone, as they do not have an Ipad version. After tedious set up of account, I went through and completed the check-in procedure the day before the flight. However, when I attempted to download my boarding pass, the ap failed. I went to the airport 3 hours early. No attendant to be found so that problem could be resolved. less than 1.5 hours before the flight time, and after standing in line for 1 agent, I was told I could not be checked in, because I did not have a boarding pass, and I would have to purchase one from a service desk (different airline was providing service). The service agent said the Ryanair ap should have worked, and called them to request a waiver on the charge. They refused. I had to go back to the gate desk in order to check in, and very nearly missed my flight. Never again!"

Výhody: "The two seats next to me on the plane were vacant, so I was able to spread out and pretend I was in first class."

Nevýhody: "Group of men, loud drunk and obnoxious. Filling the aisles, the bathrooms, swearing and shouting. The crew seemed powerless to quieten them- or perhaps the money they spent on booze and food persuaded the airline to let them ruin the calm of the flight?"
Výhody: "Inexpensive bus ride to London from Dublin."
Nevýhody: "Everything is an upcharge...bag check, food, seating choice...and then bombarded with trinket purchase, donation to charity, beverage and food purchase... Rough landings on both legs of the trip...like pilots still training on how to land. Weather was clear and beautiful, so was not condition- related."
Výhody: "The flight and the crew was great and it was a really great flight. It was only a 2 hr flight so I did not eat and there wasn't any entertainment."
Nevýhody: "SO MANY HIDDEN FEES!! I expected to pay for my bags but didn't know I would have to pay for my boarding pass or the seat as well!"
