Quick and easy boarding. Pleasant personnel and easily available food and drink. What’s not to like.
I would have liked to been able to contact Ryan Air and inform them that I was not able to make the flight due to Covid-19, But their site is absolutely useless -12 out of 10 Disgusting attitude towards the customer
The flight was punctual, friendly crew members.
Everything was smooth and fine.
Výhody: "No issues getting on flight pretty straight forward."
Nevýhody: "The app wouldn't let me check in for my return flight without paying before i left"
Výhody: "Price, flight crew."
Nevýhody: "The gate was in a sheet-metal hangar outside the terminal alongside the parked plane, no bathroom or seating. We had to line up for the plane outside in the night air for 30 minutes before boarding. We were overcharged for checked baggage."
Nevýhody: "Delayed, then slow luggage reclaim (I believe that's your problem rather than the airport)"
Nevýhody: "NOTHING. I will never fly with Ryanair again. On the way to Malaga only one toilet was working, on the way back to Leeds I was told I'd only paid for my luggage one way and had to pay another 50 euros go get it back to Leeds. There was no food or cold drinks on the flight and we were delayed by an hour and half which meant my partner who came to pick me up had to pay £27 for parking. Ridiculous! So no, never again."
Nevýhody: "Awful boarding procedures missed take of slot and sat on aircraft for just short of 2 hours. Chaos with hand luggage having to be checked - why why why charge SO MUCH for baggage??? Encouraging people to pack cases in overheads only to have to take them off and put in hold anyway at gate. Why purposely seat us apart !!!!! Never use Ryanair or Kayak for flights in future. You directed me to LastMinute.com -also awful!!!!"
Nevýhody: "Delayed at Stansted due to Donald Trump"
Nevýhody: "40 minutes baking on the bus to take us to the aircraft, Lack of communication Disrespectful and bad attitude of the crew Paying £80 to put luggage in hold to be told as I didn’t report that my case was damaged when I arrived at 01:00 am (in the morning) with an onward journey of 2 hrs I could not now place a complaint! Despite having photographic evidence!! No tap water available - given ice and boiling water I am done flying with Ryanair"
Nevýhody: "Waiting for 2 hours at the gate at Malaga Airport before anyone turned up at the desk (would have been helpful to be able to ask someone what was going on) and then waiting over an hour & a half at Stansted Airport for our luggage to arrive at the baggage reclaim. Also the actual Ryanair plane was a mess, crumbs all over the floor & the seats, even used tissues."

Nevýhody: "We were not told the reason for the delay. We were not given an estimate of the length of the delay. No update information was given. We all understand there can be problems; but just tell us what they are? Then, we were all called forward to board, but I was still standing 45 minutes later in the queue. Let us wait in (relative) comfort in the terminal (restrooms, drinks, wider seats etc), don't start to board us ridiculously early."

Výhody: "The Ryanair flight was on time and reasonably comfortable. They don’t offer entertainment and I didn’t eat onboard"
Nevýhody: "The seats are basic, but fine. I could do without the fanfare on landing!"
Nevýhody: "Late with no information given to passengers"
Výhody: "Prompt departure and arrival in Belfast. Brand new aircraft was a bonus."
Nevýhody: "The white wine I got was undrinkable. I told the strewart working at the back of the aircraft that ' the white wine is terrible, it's like drinking water and indrinkable'. His reply was ' well that's what you ordered'. I expected him to say; Sorry you found it like that and I will pass your comments to the catering company. this may sound like a trivial thing to comment on but I found his attitude very unprofessional. My wife and I also found the staircase from ground level to the corridor leading to passport control very demanding when carrying a 10 kilo roller case each. There is a lift somewhere but there are no directions to indicate where it is situated."
Nevýhody: "Having to pay extra for everything!"
Výhody: "Arrived early, a bit confused as to why our bags had to go in the hold but they arrived in a very timely fashion and although the 3 of us were separated, I was in a fire exit seat and my long legged son also had extra leg room at the front. Bonus!"
Nevýhody: "I wish the seats could recline just a little. I can't read without feeling sick so a 3 hour flight can be pretty uncomfortable."
Výhody: "Simplicity of travelling from Bournemouth."
Nevýhody: "I paid for a seat specifically because I saw that there was one with an empty seat next to it but after settling down with another passenger in the outside seat and a space next to me, suddenly everybody was moved around and I got a very young boy sitting on the outside seat. Needless to say his parents weren't happy so his father moved down and sat next to me. So no more elbow room for me and I can't believe that young children are sat next to complete strangers with their parents at the other end of the plane. What if I had been a weirdo? Could you please arrange for me to be reimbursed for the price I paid for this seat. Don't get me started on boarding. Why did we have to stand in line for so long when the plane was obviously not ready for us. Passengers are people, not cattle."
Výhody: "The staff were pleasant and helpful on board I didn’t have any food and there wasn’t any entertainment"
Nevýhody: "I didn’t like that there was absolutely nobody at the airport to answer any questions or just guide you in the right direction"
Výhody: "The flight left mire or less on time and arrived 30 minutes early."
Nevýhody: "Once again no soap in the forward toilet."
Výhody: "Left 15 mins late due to idiots not making the gate on time and luggage having to be found for them and arrived on time in Manchester so well done Ryanair!!"
Nevýhody: "Staff at the check-in desk was rude and condescending."
Výhody: "Nice easy flight. Staff were up and down with food and drinks."

Nevýhody: "Queuing for 45 mins at boarding at 21.25 pm which grew to 10.05 pm! no apparent reason for this although we were all given manual luggage tags and then they were checked off again before getting into the plane- the Malaga ground staff could not answer questions as they didn't speak english well enough.. poor. onboard completely overcrowded locals and no help from crew on seating = lots of spare stoats at back.. i.e. space."

Nevýhody: "All passengers were lined up waiting to Board at the correct gate at leading up to and at the time the flight was supposed to depart at 11.55am. There was no communication on the flight boards and no member of staff from Ryanair or other near the gate. At about 12.30 two members of airport staff turned up and started the boarding process and eventually we got away an hour late at 12.55 still none the wiser about the lack of communication, service and delay. It would take a lot to persuade me to fly with Ryanair again."

Nevýhody: "The gate was changed and when we were due to board then we were delayed boarding. No apologies. A passenger was moved from the rear of the plane to the front as he had been abusive. He then began insulting the ladies sitting next to him. One of the ladies became very upset and couldn't stay in her seat. No apology was given to her on behalf of the airline, she wasn't offered anything or consoled in any way. The abusive passenger was let off the flight with no reprimanding. This upset the lady even more and she let the crew know about it. Finally, as we were heading to collect our baggage, we saw Gardai arrest the abusive man. If that had been me in that ladies position I too would have been very upset at how I was treated. The lead crew member was calming the situation by constantly talking to the man in question, but something more could have been done for the lady who suffered the most abuse from him."

Nevýhody: "Ridiculous overpriced snack menu. Sandwiches etc.. And coffee not good too expensive.. Let's you down.!"
Nevýhody: "The 1.5 hour delay with no info. We're told that there was a problem that had been affecting the flight all day, they ccould have forewarned us as a matter of courtesy."
Výhody: "Fast efficient service"
Nevýhody: "Some times cold crew"
Výhody: "I booked the front extra legroom seats. Worth every penny. Easy flight and great price. Very efficient at boarding etc. So arrived home on time."
Výhody: "Price was good. Staff are good in general but felt that the cabin crew lacked professionalism - a tough job noted however. Overall very happy with the service - please note my comments."
Nevýhody: "Why did I pay for a priority que ? The point being exactly what ? The herding of customers into a cattle gate affair ? Last call 45 mins before the flight. Cheap flight - cheap organised. I note below someone has stated crew were professional and VERY entertaining ...... thatnis not professional I am afraid. A crew that is busy entertaining the passengers is a crew that lacks focus on the primary role of the cabin safety ... Human Factors !"
Nevýhody: "Boarding was very slow, 30 minutes late taking off. Everything else was okay, nothing special but nothing wrong"
Výhody: "Boarding is fast. Left on time, arrived early!"
Nevýhody: "I would like more convenient times for this flight from Prestwick."
Nevýhody: "That Ryan air charge you €45 euros to check in your baggage"
Nevýhody: "Boarding was chaotic and gate was suddenly changed. Priority tickets did not assure priority boarding. Confusing at best."
Nevýhody: "Group of men, loud drunk and obnoxious. Filling the aisles, the bathrooms, swearing and shouting. The crew seemed powerless to quieten them- or perhaps the money they spent on booze and food persuaded the airline to let them ruin the calm of the flight?"
Nevýhody: "Poor choice of food"
Nevýhody: "The check in online. I don't understand the wisdom of charging a fee to do a normal check in"
Výhody: "Did not have food ,no entertainment. The flight back home we were in the queue to board when our hand luggage was tagged to go in the hold. There were many people behind us who we assumed would also be tagged. They weren't !! . We had to wait 30 mins at Malaga to pick up from the baggage reclaim by which time we should have been half way home. We queued to ensure that we were on the plane early so that we could store our hand luggage . Why not just make the people who have checked in hold luggage check in their hand luggage as well. Or at least make it the people who couldn't be bothered to queue or get there early who have this inconvenience We normally fly Ryanair because they're on time and good but this will make us rethink"
