Best flights I've been on in a while..
None of the seats recline, on the whole plane.
Výhody: "Crew, entertainment and food was good"
Nevýhody: "OMG!!! Leg room is inexistente... Lufthansa has the most uncomfortable seats ever. You really feel like you have the person in front of you sitting on your lap and the people behind kept complaining because we reclined our seats to have some space to gasp some air !!!"
Výhody: "Even though it was economy class, I was able to sleep because it was very comfortable."
Nevýhody: "Not sure, I slept the whole flight."
Výhody: "Plane didn't crash."
Nevýhody: "Boarding totally chaotic, someone was in my assigned seat, plane was very late, food was crappy, no legroom , seat and armrests uncomfortable , constant screaming babies, smelly passengers, music only came out of one speaker, music kept jumping from one song to another and then back !"
Výhody: "Nothing. It didn't happen."
Nevýhody: "Flight to Frankfurt from Denver could have been on time so we would've made this flight to Prague."
Výhody: "Friendly staff. Free drink and snack. Comfy seats and very easy boarding process"
Výhody: "On the first leg of flight - united, we were surprised by the stewardess' request. We have 2 small children. The stewardess asked the man to change the seat so we can have more room in the center seats. We are grateful for that otherwise it will be very uncomfortable long flight."
Nevýhody: "I am hoping for games but didn't find chess or any other games on the Lufthansa flight. Please add that on the flight otherwise I will stuck watching the movies the rest of flight."
Výhody: "The crew was great. Very friendly and provided excellent services. I was surprised that they serve food (a cheese sandwich) and drinks for a 40 mins flight. That would have never happened in the US"
Nevýhody: "We had to take a bus to get to the airplane from the terminal, which was no big deal. The bus driver was a little rough though."

Nevýhody: "Connection very very tight and stressful Had to run to connecting flight and just made it by <1 minute"
Nevýhody: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

Výhody: "Departure was a bit late but we were informed. Even with that delay arrived on time. Coach seat was okay for me. Movies offered could be better but there was enough for my taste. It was a night flight anyway, so I was asleep most of the time."

Výhody: "The amenities were a nice touch (headphones, blanket, pillow) and nice selection of current movies. The captain made timely announcements to update us where we were flying over and what our expected arrival time was in German and English."
Nevýhody: "I was surprised that there were at least four dogs on the flight, some without a carrier. I didn't care for one of the meals which was mixed peppers with onions, cheese and potatoes. I thought the meals were overly salted but what airline's meal isn't."

Výhody: "We were fed a nice pasta meal and offered drinks twice. They also gave a muffin for desert. The flight attendants were very nice and attentive with cheerful smiles. I wish every airline had service this good!"

Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."
Nevýhody: "Very odd queue separation at boarding. Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Whether it's her personal opinion or KLM's policy, it's unreasonable to think that a 3 years old child could or should hold her pipi over 20 minutes, while they slowly and inefficiently trying to give out food. Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."

Nevýhody: "Delayed flight, once on board the aircraft, further delays on the ground (at Glasgow) made up time in the air landed (not too far from our original landing time) only to be told we’re now being held on the ground (at Gatwick for at least another 20 minutes!) I flew with BA this morning and rated them excellent for everything! EJ you need to up your game!"

Nevýhody: "Terrible experience with easy jet, for the second time the broke my bag, the attendant just before boarding to the plane she charged me ( in a very rude way) 50€ just because she thought my cabin bag is bigger than standard!! Who will redeem me for my 300€ broken bag. I will try never to fly easy jet unless it is the only available option."

Výhody: "Once I got to the plane, everything was fine. The crew did their best to accommodate everyone. ."
Nevýhody: "It was getting there that was a pain. I am a handicapped passenger, traveling alone, walking on a cane. When you enter Terminal 1, you have to turn left and walk about 150 meters to an "assistance station" to get a wheelchair before you even check in for the flight. So for me it was walk 150 meters to wait for a wheelchair, be wheeled back to the airline's desk to check in, then go back the way you came to pass through security. (By the way, in the UK, you must remove all gels for a separate inspection, meaning toothpaste and shampoo, and they must be 100ml or less, or else you must check the bag.) After that rigmarole, you don't even go to the gate, because the flight doesn't have a gate assignment until about 35 minutes before departure. Then I had to climb stairs to get to the cabin. Shouldn't an airport in a market this large have jet bridges for every flight?"
Nevýhody: "It was appalling. 2 hour delay. Good reminder why I never fly them usually."
Nevýhody: "It seems to be a particular quirk of British Airports that gates are not announced until shortly before flight departure. I really dislike this because instead of making one's way direct to the gate and relaxing at the gate, one must wait in a crowded "shopping mall" with no view of the aircraft, and then when the gate is announced, make a mad rush to the gate. The rest of the world can give the gate well ahead of time, why can't Britain do the same?"
Výhody: "Spacious seats for an airplane! And the takeoff and landing were so smooth."
Nevýhody: "Being from the US, we weren't familiar with the boarding process (no gate # until almost time)- but that was our challenge, not anyone else's. we really enjoyed flying Easyjet."

We were told we would receive a free beverage and snack however the cart never made it down to the end half of the plane so we couldn't even get a drink of water for almost 4 hours until we landed. The crew did not name any apologies and a woman in the row next to me pressed the assistance button to ask a question and they completely ignored her until we landed."

Nevýhody: "The entire process was chaos. First you wait in a crowd to find out which desk to drop your bags and/or check in. Then you race there with the herd. Then with another herd to the gate. After heading down what seems like a boarding ramp you go outside, then into a holding pen. It’s a giant metal shed that looks like it was made for cattle. Then after standing there for 30-40 minutes, you go outside again to board the plan. On board, there were no amenities, but that was expected."

Nevýhody: "The gate was in a sheet-metal hangar outside the terminal alongside the parked plane, no bathroom or seating. We had to line up for the plane outside in the night air for 30 minutes before boarding. We were overcharged for checked baggage."
Nevýhody: "Had to stand outside in rain & wind while waiting to board. Took a very long time to board. Very loud people. Excessively loud engine noise. Attendant made me open my window shade. Small seat did not recline. No seat pocket for magazine."
Nevýhody: "Flight was delayed missed my last connecting train"
Nevýhody: "I had to pay for priority 2 bags only because I didn't want to check my small carry on - frustrating. I was told I needed a paper copy ticket, couldn't get one until exactly 2 hours before my flight according to the ticket agent. I waited patiently while many others checked in (later to see those same people on my flight who clearly checked in before the 2 hours), but then found out from a different ticket agent that I didn't need a paper copy ticket, so I waited there for no reason due to misinformation from your ticket agent. My flight was delayed twice, then they lined us up at the wrong gate. After scanning our tickets, the door wouldn't open to let us out to the airplane, then they lined us up outside the plane in freezing cold winds because they were still cleaning the plane-the guy was still taking the trash out. Where is the "priority" in that? I know I really only paid to not have to check my bag, but it's also called priority - not quite sure they understood that. Will probably never travel this airline again, too much hassle and frustration for such simple things."

Výhody: "The flight arrived without crashing. 100% survival rate."
Nevýhody: "Cattle call. Couldn’t check in early. No gate announcement until 15 minutes before boarding closed, so had to wait in central area then rush to gate. No policing of unruly gate area. Seated in middle seat that didn’t recline. Had to check in via app prearrival at airport to avoid £55 fee per person. Basically the UK version of Spirit Airlines, but worse."

I checked a bag at the counter (not at the gate) and was surprised to learn that the fee was 40 Euros instead of the expected 25. We were marched outside to stand for 15 minutes before anyone was permitted to board."
Výhody: "I got to my destination."
Nevýhody: "We were charged almost 200 euros extra because we did not check in online (which we could not do because we had been traveling for 30 hours and did not have Wi-Fi in the air) and when we went to check in the receptionist was rude about the fact that we had not checked in, so we had to go across to a different counter to pay our fee, go back to check in at the first counter, and then was told we could not be seated together, when it turned out the flight was half empty. Besides all of this, the planes are not nice, you are only allowed one carry on (no personal item) and the seats are not comfortable. I thought we would save money but check in fees and ridiculous baggage fees made this flight cost more than a nicer airline."
Nevýhody: "I used my carry on suitcase for a Ryanair flights in Brussels and for multiple other flights with other airlines and had no issues. At Ciampino they told me my bag was too large and forced me to pay 50 euro to bring the bag on. I explained to them I've had no problems prior to this flight and they did not seem to care. I won't be flying Ryanair again."
Výhody: "You can load and unload from the plane on both ends."
Nevýhody: "They do not offer a complimentary drink and small snack for any flights, short or long. Anything other than a seat comes with a price tag."

Makes boarding much slower as people try to switch seats - They check in 50% of hand luggage bags on every flight - why not offer the chance to check in small bags for free up front rather than make people scramble for valuables after being forced to check in hand luggage - Very poor seats - uncomfortable and cramped"

Nevýhody: "We were charged for them to print our boarding passes. We were charged 50 pounds per person because we hadn't checked in online, despite our having done so. We had a change in plans so had to change our flight time after we had booked back in February. . Ryan Air charges more to rebook a flight than the initial cost of the booking, so we just bought another ticket. I will never book on this airline again."

Nevýhody: "Flights ended up being close to or more expensive because of baggage charges. Also, the length of the terminal to board downstairs off the tarmac is ridiculous for an older couple such as we are. The only good thing was (a) a polite airport employee who got us a wheelchair; (b) a second boarding door for rear section seats."

Nevýhody: "Complete chaos at the airport, with no real queue. Just had blobs of people crowding around counters with no indication of which one to got to if you needed to check in, print a ticket, or check a bag. No one was available to answer questions about which counter to go to, and when you finally waited and got to a counter, the attendants were very dismissive and rude."
Výhody: "everything on this flight went like clockwork the flight left on time and the crew onboard were really helpful and pleasant"

Výhody: "The fact that it got me to Dublin."
Nevýhody: "After having all my liquids taken at security from my carry-on (which had been just fine on all other legs of my trip over) Ryanair decides that they are too full for me to take my bag on board, so they made me check it. When I requested that I get the bag back at the gate, they said no. It had to be checked through to baggage claim. This meant that in Dublin I had to go back to get my bag downstairs and go through security twice more. Exactly what I wanted to avoid. I had a very tight connection to the US. It was horrible! I purposely packed light for a 16 day trip!! It would've been helpful if they had let me gate check it. I won't fly them again."

Nevýhody: "We purchased our tickets through Kayak. Ryanair website was not accessible to add luggage and check in. On the check in counter, we were not allowed to check in because they claimed that we had to check in online. We contacted the Ryanair desk to solve the problem, and we showed them that we are not able to access the website to check in. Eventually, they forced us to buy brand new tickets or we would have missed our flight."

Nevýhody: "Would like people boarded according to their seats. Putting the carry on baggage away is disruptive to steady flow of taking seats. So if front and back doors board call in middle 10 rows first."
Nevýhody: "The process of checking in online was very misleading. While checking in online, their website continuously glitched. It would jump back a page, add products that I did not want (such as early boarding) without me selecting those products, etc. Finally after quite some time, I was able to check out only with the products I actually wanted (luggage fees). I received a confirmation email, and therefore I assumed we were good to go. We arrived at the airport to find out according to the staff we had only partially checked in. They could see that we started the process but since we apparently did not fully check in, we were charged £90 (45 per person) to check in at the airport. When I emailed Ryanair customer service and explained the entire situation, they absolutely could not have cared less. As a seasoned traveler, this one really takes the cake for poor customer service. Absolutely the worst experience that I've had with an airline. I will never fly with them again."

Nevýhody: "Long walk to the gate. No ramp into the plane from the gate. No escalator. You have to go down the stairs and walk to the plane to board."
Nevýhody: "Group of men, loud drunk and obnoxious. Filling the aisles, the bathrooms, swearing and shouting. The crew seemed powerless to quieten them- or perhaps the money they spent on booze and food persuaded the airline to let them ruin the calm of the flight?"
Nevýhody: "No one knew where the boarding gate was."
